Excellent food, service, and location. The service was excellent - friendly but not obtrusive, and very fast on drink refills or preemptively thinking of our requests, like extra napkins. We had a mixture of dishes but the vegetarian lettuce wraps and stir fry eggplant were especially delicious. The location was also great and plenty of parking in the back. Interior had plenty of seats and high ceilings, and restrooms were also clean.

My Fiancé and I had a wonderful experience this evening. We usually order online to-go but decided to dine-in this time and WOW were we impressed! Not only was the food delicious (we ordered chicken fried rice and the northern ribs definitely recommend), but our waitress Summer showed us amazing hospitality and was very friendly and caring towards our special occasion! The Great Wall of Chocolate at the end was an excellent treat! Mike was an awesome host as well, we will be back to dine in again!

Spent my 26th birthday with my family here and my server was awesome! I recommend the sweet n sour chicken, the best food I ever ate! Afterwards we had chocolate and strawberry cake which was so 🎶delicious🎶Also the oolong tea was very delicious ☕️ the wait wasn’t that long, even for 5 people and one kid we were having a good time. P.F. Chang's is a great spot for a really good lunch or dinner. They have a really good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The menu changes on occasion which is really nice! The dining room and bar are always kept really clean. The only negative that I've experianced is a bit longer than expected ticket time in the kitchen. The last time we visited the dining room was only 1/4 full and it took 20+ minutes to get our food. However, they had a LOT of to-go orders being picked up by food delivery services which is probably why it was slower than normal. Other than that, this is one of my favorite spots to get high quality food at a reasonable price. The wine selection is really good and they also have a lot of custom coctails to try out. It's also a great place to take a larger group of people because they have a lot of small plates to share.

I came here on a Sunday afternoon with my brother and sister in law for dessert. Our server was Hugo and he gave us the best customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. Our afternoon turned out great because he was a part of it. Keep up the good work Hugo, we need many more people like you.

By far one of the best meals and service I've received at a restaurant. Beautiful seating and decor, the presentation was so fun and perfectly executed, friendly service, food was fresh and light, drinks were delicious and desert was out of this world. If you haven't been there you are missing out.

My husband and I recently moved to the Dallas area, and we decided to dine at this PF Chang's location for the first time. I must say, the food was absolutely delicious! Our server, Victor, made the entire dining experience so enjoyable. As someone who suffers from anxiety, I often find dining out to be a stressful experience, but Victor made me feel completely at ease. He created a friendly and light atmosphere and even joked around with us, making our experience truly exceptional. I would definitely go back to this location just to have him as our server again.

My two friends and I enjoyed our meals and the atmosphere. I had firecracker shrimp and brown rice. I also had kung pao Brussel sprouts. Both dishes were very good and tasty, however, they were not as hot as I expected. Renee ordered egg rolls with her meal. I ate one and it was delicious. Renee said the sauce was too hot, but I loved it. We could really taste the horseradish it. Priscilla also liked her meal. If we some chicken dish. Our server was very friendly.

We were delighted with everything. It reminded us of our P.F. Chang’s from back home, and the flavor was really good. Everything tasted spicy and fresh.

Decided to come on a whim. It was mostly empty so seated immediately. Summer came to help us and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Great recommendation on the Chef's Feast. The food was great. Good flavor and prompt. Definitely a good location. I've only been once before, but will definitely be back. Also, the manager Mike is great. Very nice guy.

Hubby and I had a lunch date here and our server Craig did not disappoint! He was attentive and served us with a beautiful smile. It doesn’t hurt that he’s US Marines veteran either. All the food we ate was hot and had fresh ingredients. The support staff was attentive and I have to give kudos to Winston who made sure that the kitchen was on top of all orders. It's been a long work week and I needed a nice place to eat and relax. PFChangs on North Dallas Parkway was on my ride home, I stopped in at seat at the bar, the server Matthew did a Stellar job about providing me drink options and suggested items, I ordered a lot! Matthew was very tentative and made sure my drink was full and when my food would be severed. Amazing atmosphere, staff and delicious food!

I’ve eaten at this location several times and will host my original recommendation. Probably the cleanest P.F. Chang’s I’ve been in around the Dallas Fort Worth area. The food was exceptional. Staff was on time very courteous attended to my needs. My server was Lee, he was great.

Dylan was my server and bar keeper and he was phenomenal. He was very attentive and polite. I got the cherry blossom martini and a refresher. Along with the seasonal butternut squash dumplings and my usual shrimp dumplings and ribs.

Delicious, presentable dishes. Buddha’s bowl was bit bland but when mixed sauces from other dishes it was yummy. They gave us complimentary dessert as our friend was getting married. Highly recommended.

This was an absolutely amazingly yummy place to take my oldest for her birthday. The food was so good, and hot, and our server Savannah was nice and kept our drinks filled. It came pretty quickly and although I hadn’t been to this restaurant in years, it almost lived up to the wonderful memories I have of going to eat here in my 20s. Definitely still has the wonderful twist on a good Chinese dinner. Definitely recommend If you’re in the area. And the decor was beautiful as always! (Except the bathroom!! I’ve noticed all these nice chains have terribly basic McDonalds style bathrooms that usually aren’t very clean either. Go figure 🤣)

Food all came out perfect and plates were all beautiful!!! Then, she made the best drink I’ve ever had, called the “Midnight Ritual”, and I definitely found my new favorite! We went here to celebrate my birthday. I gather this location has been in North Dallas for quite some time. Love the layout and decor. Still looks great after all this time. Our waiter was wonderful! We had breaded peas as an appetizer. They were a nice surprise. Food was fantastic! My Kung Pao Chicken is the best in town!

My fiance and I dined here for Valentine’s Day and Ryan was the absolute BEST server! He was very attentive and on point. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere just as much! The manager was also kind.

Huge horse statues outside the entrance welcomes your arrival in grand style. Inside the atmosphere is elegant and inviting. Liz our waitress was wonderful. We enjoyed our Asian meals as we carefully dodged hot or overly spicy faire. We wondered why it had been so long since we had come here and we were glad P.F. Chang has challenged the test of time and other newer Asian restaurants. We were glad we came back to this area seeking Asian food in a lovely space.

Possibly the best visit to PF Chang's I've ever had. The food was even more wonderful than normal, and the service from Alma was impeccable. KJ, the manager, was also great and made sure we knew the Butter Cake was on point for dessert. Great day!

I have a retail background, and took customer service very seriously. What I observed here, tonight, was a level of customer service that I haven't seen in a lonnnnnnng time. It was strange that the restaurant was empty during lunch time, but that just made the service that much better. The ambiance was great and the waitress was very attentive. I had the Mongolian Trio and it was superb! The crab meat in the crab ragoons is fresh crab meat, so it may be fishy to those that are used to imitation crab. The key lime pie was just perfect. FYI, it does have coconut as a garnish and that isn't on the menu so those allergic are advised. I recommend anyone to eat here.

This review is based solely on the food itself. I ordered via delivery the lo mein with chicken, lettuce wraps, and Mongolian beef (with fried rice). The lettuce wrap and Mongolian beef were completely cold, which is whatever, because it’s expected via delivery service, so I just warmed it back up. Done, took care of the temperature issue. The lettuce wraps and lo mein were reasonably priced, but the Mongolian beef was $23. The fried rice was completely bland. The price for this dish was an overstretch and not worth it, even though it tasted great. The lettuce wraps were decent. There were plenty of lettuce leaves and filling. I’m not a fan of how it smells, but it was still a solid dish. The lo mein did not taste like anything to me, granted all the sauce settled at the bottom and I didn’t realize until 1/3 done. Even when mixing properly, it lacked flavor. I would definitely order here again, but the Mongolian beef and lo mein are a no for me, even though the Mongolian beef is good. Price is a deal breaker.

The atmosphere was excellent; the restaurant had nice seating, good lighting, and good music. The honey chicken was good, but I wasn't impressed with the sauce. The chicken tasted well and the white crispy items were good too. I didn't like the fried rice. Portion sizes were large. I might return to try another entree and rice.

The atmosphere is comfortable. The wait was a bit long between appetizers and the main course. The chicken lettuce wraps are flavorful. The Chilean Sea bass melts in your mouth. We did order the Mongolian beef and they brought the Korean Bulgogi. I asked the waiter if it was Mongolian Beef, she said yes. I showed the picture of Korean Bulgogi and said it looks like this. She said that is right. Finally it struck the waiter that the wrong dish was served. However, the Korean was so good, it was an excellent error. The plating on the soup was a bit off. But overall, very good food and good experience. Also they didn't serve any crispy noodles with the hot and sour soup, assumed maybe they didnt do that, but we saw another order for another table that had noodles on top. They did give me a free glass if wine so it was all good!

Haven’t been to a P.F. Chang’s in years and was surprised at how good my food was. I recommend the sweet and spicy chicken! I couldn’t get enough of that sauce. The kids portion of chicken and rice was plentiful. The lettuce wraps were MEH. I went during lunch time right after it opened and my first impression was good. But when we were being escorted to our table the entire floor was very sticky. We had to wipe down our table because that was also very sticky. Maybe it’s the cleaner they use?

Return visit after 25 years. Not as good as I remembered it. Lettuce wraps still awesome. Mongolian Beef quite tasty. Fried rice not great. Good service. Prices on the high side but splittable meals.

This review is based solely on the best entree on the PF Chang’s Menu. The Oolong Chilean Seabass is a true foodgasm. This cut is so freaking tender it truly MELTED in my mouth. The fish is marinated in Oolong Tea. Can you say game changer? This was love at first bite for me. If you want delicious sea bass that will knock your socks off , please check out the Oolong Chilean Seabass at P.F. Chang’s. This item may not be available in all locations.

Wanted some lunch so I came here. Once I entered the male host welcomed me with a smile and asked how my day and how I was doing which was hospitable but when I responded and asked him a question, I was confused when I didn't get an answer. As I was escorted to my seat I asked another question and he turned and smiled with a delay. I then realized he had an earpiece in one ear and a air pod in the other which let me know he wasn't paying attention to anything I was saying which also made his greeting more robotic and distant. After sitting for about a minute, my waitress named Alma greeted me also with a smile and asked what I was drinking. I started with the chicken lettuce wraps which was good but the chicken was a little tough and the sauce be careful, it had a sneaky spicy kick that will open your nostrils if you are congested. I then had the lunch portions of the beef and broccoli which was a lunch portion for a two year old lol. The lunches portion for the Changs spicy chicken was suitable. Both meals were delicious and the egg roll was great, I wasn't a big fan of the sauce. My waitress Alma was very attentive and was bringing me refills without asking. Over all it was a good expedient

Was craving pot stickers and hot soup after a Dr. visit and stopped here. I had the: - dumplings 🥟 - soup 🍲 - beer 🍺 The dumplings were perfect, and so was the beer. But the soup was disappointing, kind of lukewarm and not flavorful at all., it taste a bit watered down. Overall loved the atmosphere and menu options so will give it a try another time for sure and do recommend this place.

If you love dynamite shrimps then don’t go else where! They have the best dynamite shrimps in town for sure ! We ordered dynamite shrimps and a soup for appetizer and totally loved it. however, area where they can shine little more is their shrimp fried rice. Not sure what was Wrong with the fried rice but taste bad. We loved their appetizer so much that we end up ordering more dynamite shrimps. It was a very busy night but the service was Great ! We will go there again but won’t order shrimp fried rice.

This was my first time at PF Changs and I had very high hopes! The food did not disappoint but the service lacked and made the night less than ideal. The establishment was not that busy to begin with but our 6 top felt neglected through the night. We had to ask for refills on water multiple times, which did not come at the end, multiple checks were rung in incorrectly and we were almost TRIPLE charged for appetizers. My check was snatched out of my hand without me being able to tell the server, Liz, that I needed it split between my friend and I and I had to flag her down. (This was AFTER telling her manager we needed the checks after an almost half hour wait of not seeing her around…she was chitchatting with others) When I asked about seasonal cocktails she said “I think a lemon drop martini” which was listed on your permanent menu. Honestly leaving a bit disappointed. Ill give it another try for the food but maybe another location…

Met my wife here for what we thought would be a “quick lunch.” Two dishes and $39 later, we somehow spent over an hour waiting like it was fine dining. One poor server and a bartender were running the whole place like they were auditioning for Survivor: Restaurant Edition. And the floors? So sticky I wasn’t sure if I was in P.F. Chang’s or a movie theater after a midnight showing. Gave me more “haunted house” vibes than “lunch spot.”

We were greeted and seated very quickly upon arrival. The lighting and decor is great for a casual hangout or date. We had ordered the Korean glass noodles and the chicken pad Thai and chocolate cake. The proportions were great for the price and was still steaming upon arrival. Our server was quick to respond and very friendly. The food was great though nothing to brag a lot as far as flavor and complexity. The pad Thai had great flavor and was still hot, though the chicken in both the pad Thai and Korean glass noodles was far overdone and very tough. The chocolate cake was huge and tasted great- though I have soft spot for chocolate. During the time of our visit, the bathroom could have used some work as there were puddles and paper towels in many places. The seating we were at also had crumbs and dust along the top as included in a picture. Would definitely come again though not my first choice.

Atmosphere nice, however, food could be better. Orange chicken very good but the Mogolian Beef terrible! Beef was dry and overcooked and came covered with a ridiculous amount of green onions! They should serve the PF Chang frozen Mongolian Beef you can purchase in the grocery store as significantly better. I would add green beans and limit the onions on what they serve.

My order was takeout. The food did not taste bad it was just sort of bland. It lacked seasoning. However, the spice was definitely there. I had the spicy orange shrimp and fried rice. My family had orange chicken and lomein and sweet and sour chicken and lomein. None of us finished our food. We were hungry so just about half was eaten but the rest thrown away. Again, it wasn't bad but it was missing a taste. Might be a personal opinion though. Try for yourself.

Ambience & Staff were amazing. Portions small (shrimp fried rice) only had four shrimp 😔. However, taste was good. Chicken lettuce wrap had no chicken. Appearances of chicken, just diced water chestnuts 🌰. Calmari was greasy! Oil needs to be changed. Chef needs to add more protein & increase portions.

I love pf changs! but this location food serves way tooooooo long. i went all over pf changs even in dubai and abu dhabi! but this location need to upgrade!!!!! they have only 5 people eating but still they move so slow!

Unfortunately, this locations food is totally different than other locations. The first time I got questionable Beef Pepper Steak, the bell peppers and onions seemed like old produce, way too soft and mushy and the peppers actually tasted spoiled and the beef was tough! I let it go…chalked it up to a bad night and maybe not busy and using old vegetables. Well, tonight, exactly the same or even worse. The vegetables in the Pepper Steak were just awful and mushy again! Take notice, management. I get this dish every week or two from The Colony location and it’s totally different, all the vegetables are crispy and fresh and just a superb tasting dish. I’m so bummed that this keeps happening at only this location. Do better.

We sat at the bar tonight. Ordered two drinks and two appetizers. 20 minutes later, one drink arrived correct & the other wrong. Appetizers arrived before our drinks - one correct & one wrong. Bartender did not waive/comp anything for errors/delays. We will not be back.

The experience was not great at all. Start with the food. I had Mongolian beef. While it had flavor it had so many scallions! Not even cut in bite size pieces. Just way way overdone. Who eats that many scallions. Then we had firecracker shrimp. It had literally no flavor at all period. Hard to imagine but unfortunately true. Too it off with the manager with an attitude! Wow no wonder this place is struggling. Too many options to pay $70 for mediocre food and bad attitude to boot.

Update: Dropping my rating from 3 to 2 stars. Their 6-week response time to my review shows a lack of urgency in addressing customer feedback, despite the polite reply. Stopped in and was curious to see how things compared to the past. Staff was friendly and polite It had been about 10 years since my last visit - Food was just okay, and the quality did not seem like it used to be - I was charged for an item included as free on the menu - The waiter had to check with the manager before the charge was removed In the end, the issue was resolved, but the overall experience and mainly the food quality, did not give me a strong reason to return anytime soon. And maybe another 10 years before I go back.

I’m beyond disappointed with the Addison location. I placed a to-go order over 7 hours in advance totaling over $200, and not only was the order wrong, but the staff made zero effort to fix it. To make things worse, when my friend arrived to pick up the food at the promised time, he was made to wait over 45 minutes with no apology, update, or urgency from the team. It’s clear this location doesn’t value its customers or take accountability for poor service. This was a special gathering, and the entire experience was frustrating. I’ve had enough of this location — I do not recommend ordering from here.

Lee was our server and Unfortunately, our experience here was uncomfortable from the start. After being seated and getting our drinks, we asked a few basic questions, but the bartender/server seemed bothered by them and gave very vague answers. We weren’t asked if it was our first time, which made it harder to understand how things worked. We were then told that he would be bartending and that we should flag him down when we were ready. This already felt awkward, but we tried anyway. We flagged him once to ask for the host and then attempted multiple times to get help from our server. After sitting for about five minutes without any assistance, we decided to leave.. will not be returning. Walked over to Pappadeaux‘s and had an amazing experience.

I took my mom here for her birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was far from enjoyable. We accidentally ordered the wrong appetizer, but the staff was kind enough to fire up the correct one for us. Our entrées took an extra 20–30 minutes beyond what’s reasonable, and during that long wait, our server never once came to check on us. We eventually had to flag down the host just to find out what was going on. When the manager finally came by, instead of acknowledging the delay or the lack of service, he started explaining the chef’s feast to us like we didn’t understand how a multi-course meal works. It was condescending and unnecessary. To make matters worse, the restaurant wasn’t even busy — our waitress told the table next to us that it was a slow night. If that’s the case, there’s really no excuse for such inattentive service. We couldn’t even get a drink refill until the manager stepped in(1 refill only). What was supposed to be a special birthday dinner for my mom turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience.

February 11th 2026 at or around 8:30pm me & my wife were seated by a male host who unsecured the front door and allowed us in all while letting us stand at the host booth for several minutes until he completed his wiping the doors clean mission to be seated which is a first for us? This person seated us exactly at 8:30 then walked off. We did view families enter the restaurant after us, served beverages & the waiter seem to service his current house customers and return to kitchen without even bothering to inquire if we would like water? We were talking with each other and not really being too observant until at or around 20 minutes later my wife made a statement about how she was hungry due to not eating since breakfast because of her busy day schedule and why come we haven't been greeted? I asked her to be patient, I'm sure there's a good reason for their delay? But after 30 minutes or so we were talking amongst ourselves about how nobody came over to our table & we figured out something was awry and perhaps they had forgotten we had been seated? I stood up & asked if everything was okay because we haven't been serviced yet? And to our dismay not a word was said or a manager escorted to our table or anything? My wife started talking with a young lady at the host area near the exit who only stated that she was sorry! After a few minutes of standing around and not getting any response we walked out and proceeded to walk right over to Papeadeaux across the parking lot and had a decent evening even though it was almost ruined by the staff at PF Changs. This was our experience and you know what they'll have to earn our business back! The Spearmans

Highly disappointed that this portion was dinner portion and paid extra for fried rice and looks like brown rice. There's literally 5/6 pieces of chicken for a meal. So disrespectful! For a $20 meal I will definitely still be hungry afterwards. Smh should've went to yall lil sister pei wei instead!

PF CHANGS FELL OFF, overpriced Panda Express, Pei Wei feeling restaurant. Think it’s better off eating at home. The service was good, Journey was our server she was great. The pomegranate lemonade non alcoholic refresher was excellent. Orange chicken (add seaseme) was passable. Mongolian beef was great per usual. The best part was the green beans. The lo mein was the disappointing felt microwaved, soggy and uninspiring. No matter how much I wanted to eat dinner feel full. The miso glazed salmon wasn’t good. The veggie spring roll wasn’t good.
