First time coming here and loved the experience. Service, food and drinks were on point. Food was full of flavor and the drinks were nice and strong. The punch bowl drink was absolutely delicious and was able to serve my group of 8. Loved the games they had to offer. I definitely will be back.

This was not my first visit to Punchbowl Social. It was however, the most enjoyable. It's basically Dave n Busters for grown ups. Last visit was a dinner amung friends... and those friends were fairly heavy drinkers. The memories of that dinner are less focused on food & service, more damage control & a sloppy environment. I attended a Christmas party for one of our clients. It was a family affair with the youngest guest being 4 months old, the eldest roughly 85. Merriment was had by all between games of cornhole, bowling, darts and pickleball. Great variety of food and the service were impeccable. An environment I would happily return too.

We went to Punch Bowl Social for Sunday Music Bingo. We had a blast. Eventhough We had tickets through Eventbright, we didn't need it. There's a bowling alley, video game machines, and board games. They even had an ugly sweaters shop in back. Music bingo with Shane was so much fun! There was music from all genres. We could use Shazam if we were stumped. The great thing about it was, all supplies were provided. There were a couple of sots throughout the place to take photos. The Xmas decorations were a nice touch! The food was decent but way overpriced. Our server Angel was great. We'll definitely go back again.

My husband came here for a date night on a Friday night. We found out about this place because of an online page that advertised free karaoke. Unfortunately we were the only ones there for karaoke. Some of the employees joined in, but we would have enjoyed it more if there was a bigger crowd. We found the pool table very affordable. I tried a lemonade martini, although the taste was delicious, I tasted no alcohol. We ended up just getting beers. We also tried the chicken nachos. The portion is huge, but the flavor wasn't the best. The employees were attentive and friendly . The building itself is huge , but felt empty with not many customers . We may come back another time with our kids. They have good deals Sun through Thursday.

This place has such potential to be so much fun but unfortunately it isn't living up to it. The hostess and the bartender were fantastic but the servers were not. We came in planning to have a great time but our server was in the bathroom talking about how she didn't want to serve us because we were there for a bachelorette. We had just sat down and hadn't done anything but say thank you for the waters. Then we wanted to do karaoke and other activities and were told to start with bowling and they would let us know when the karaoke room was open. No one ever came back and when we went to ask if it was open, they told us it was but it was too late. They agreed to let us do it for thirty minutes, which was appreciated, but the fact that they said they would let us know and didn't was frustrating. It literally felt like they didn't want us there which wasn't great. We had fun anyways but it's not surprising that there were so few people there.

Came here for a social event, and the food was decent. The bowling activity is a bit overly strict to the hour despite no one else waiting. Would have been more hospitable if they let the group wrap up the last match for the remaining 2 bowlers instead of an immediate shut off.

Asked twice for plates and silverware which arrived after shareable came out. Holiday old fashion drink falsely advertised. You don't get none of the featured garnishments. Was told "that's our marketing team" yet its in the description. Wedge salad had a vinegrette on it but we were ask what type of dressing we would like. I asked for ranch and unbeknownst to me, the vinegrette was on there. Salad was literally swimming. Ranch was watery and overpowered by the vinegar in the vinegrette. No one came by and asked if everything was OK. Didn't clear plates or table. Hostess was never at station. Security was directing guest. I'll come for the atmosphere only. Unacceptable. And paid 20 bucks to park in a decent spot....

Good bar/party food. Fun environment for families or adult groups. The service is horrible. Our server was great and did her best to keep up with the requests of our group. She was very friendly and assisted with our requests to the best of her ability. Issues: We called days in advance to ensure they could accommodate our party of up to 20 people. The hostess had no information or advance notice when we arrived. Our server was not provided assistance to take orders until 30-45 minutes after being seated. Food orders were placed and randomly came out. We did not receive our food in the order it was placed. The servers delivering the food did not know what order went to which table. They walked to our area and asked who ordered what dish. Several orders were missed. This is the 4th time I’ve tried this location with poor service.

I don't know if this was a one off; but service was horrible. The kitchen staff even worse. It was clear the didn't not have the proper resources to be open and provide service to the customers. It was a busy place and we were a table of 8. Each meal came 30 minutes apart and missing an item or ingredient. I personally had the roasted chicken Quesadillas..it was thrown together after 1.5 hour to come the vegetables were not cooked all crunchy no roasted chicken excess of cheese and super greens I didn't even bother to eat. I also order a rhubarb strawberry drink...the picture speaks for itself. Water never came to the table.even after 2.5 hours.we had to get bar drinks to by time. After that fiasco we didn't bother to play any games. Over priced, terrible planning on management. I would definitely recommend a staff meeting.. The front door guy was eating his meal out in the open at the front door as we sit and waiting for extreme periods for a meal to come out.. Unacceptable business practices

Taste & Travel with Tea

First time there. We were the first customers for the day. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was on it. Great drinks! The host gave us a personal tour of this place. Cool vibe, lots of space, and plenty to do. Would be a great event space. Food, on the other hand, was overcooked and was not hot. The chicken and waffles had a weird taste, which when I got home, I was nauseous, and my tummy was torn up. Might be a good place for drinks but no to the food.

Brought my family here after an event. I am highly disappointed in the food and service-more so the service. It took a while for my server to greet us. Mind you-there was nobody in the restaurant but a few people. It took awhile for her to place our orders. We asked 2x’s for more water. I had to keep leaving my table asking for water and condiments that we asked someone to bring and they never brought it until 10-15 mins later. Server did not check on us often to see if we needed anything. I had to leave the table again, to ask for our check. Highly disappointed and I will be reaching out to the manager about this. I could understand if there was a lot of people in the restaurant but it was little to no one there. Plus they had the staff to accommodate us but it was the same people taking care of us.

I booked a reservation at Punchbowl Social for my daughter’s birthday, and what should have been a fun celebration turned into an awful experience. At no point during the reservation process was I told that the entire venue becomes 21+ after 10 PM. That is critical information that should be communicated clearly upfront. We were seated 15 minutes late, and only after we sat down did a staff member mention the policy. She said she would try to get us a grace period since the delay was on their end, so we expected some level of understanding. Instead, right at 10:00 PM, a security guard named Brandon came to our table and addressed us with an unnecessarily rude, aggressive, and disrespectful attitude. He bluntly asked if the kids were with us and told us they had to leave immediately. No courtesy. No explanation. No acknowledgment that we were seated late because of their mishandling. His behavior was completely out of line and absolutely ruined the evening. This was supposed to be a birthday celebration, and Punchbowl Social made it anything but enjoyable. The lack of communication, poor management, and unprofessional, hostile approach from their security staff was unacceptable. We will NEVER be back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone planning a family gathering.
