Opinions de Quickly Daly City
I love this Quickly, sure you have to wait a bit for your order because most of the time there is only one worker, but every bit of their products are delicious! Very recommended for hanging out with family and friends.
My go-to place for Boba milk tea. Service was quick, decent drink with unbeatable price. Can’t ask for more.

It's a nice little shop, get some drinks. And food and relax for a little while and then go out for dinner or just stay there and eat and enjoy
I don’t know why this place is so low rated. I LOVE it here, it’s my go-to boba spot. Maybe once in a while, the chicken’s a little soggy, but the drinks are awesome.
Update: 2/27/2026. Rude, slow and the kiosk sucks. Does not provide good user experience Popcorn chicken, curly fries, drinks are the best here

Been a regular at this location for awhile, they do sometimes open a bit later than the time posted but this place has great drinks and food.

They had really authentic drinks that I used to have in Taiwan (flavor and the ratio of my Taro slush was 100% the same). Also, a wide variety of snacks you could choose. The only think I wish could be improved was the cleanliness of the waiting area. Some customers were not really responsible for the food the ordered…
When this Quickly's opened up more than ten years ago, I didn't expect more Quickly's boba shops to pop up all over the Bay Area. This specific location used to be my go-to until it became too crowded with students from nearby schools and cleanliness of the business flew out the door. Quickly's in the Westlake Shopping Center has lots of parking, but if you don't want to walk far, then i bid you good luck. This location is right next to a laundromat and other businesses, so people occupy these parking spaces fairly quickly. In terms of the menu items, I would like to note that prices have increased, especially for their snack items such as popcorn chicken and takoyaki. It's still tasty, but people are mainly here for the boba drinks. If you don't want tapioca, you can opt for jelly. My go-to is Jasmine Milk Tea with popping strawberry boba. Don't knock it till you try it. In terms of food, i like ordering popcorn chicken or cheese sticks.

The new staff are very friendly and prepared our orders as soon as they could.
Pretty good overall service is a little understaffed has huge menu. First couple of times I went there, I got a Boba tea with Boba and they didn't mix everything well so there ended up being flakey bits of stuff. No problem now though.
I like the 'Vietnamese Coffee Boba' from this shop. Here, They have three sizes to choose from, unlike the '85'C Bakery' in Serramonte which only have one size with double the price and double the ice. Beware though: if you expect 'courtesy', I would not recommend this shop.
This Quickly is ok. The music plays too loud and it is hard to hear the cashier. The cashier is a bit harsh when speaking but sometimes is nice. The food is freshly made so that's a plus.

the food/drinks are all good. Although I got charged for the wrong order by the cashier, and when I told her about it, she didn’t refund me the difference.

I went there around 7:30 on Thursday. The store is not that busy and I ordered from kiosk. The quality of ingredients gets so bad that I couldn’t even drink it. I ordered matcha milk tea and kiwi slash . Matcha is like blending the powder, water and milk, the color looks gross. For kiwi , all I can taste is ice and sourness. The service was fine, I bet the girl was trying her best.
This store Customer Service was really suck, today we order thg drink and popcorn chicken, waited 45 minutes. Buy the time popcorn chicken was ready they give all to others those are come later after we order so when we talk to the lady she was respond with Anger it make me really mad and we cancel our order.
The floor was sticky, and I would really much rather go to another Quickly other than here. I ordered the blueberry milk tea and it didnt taste so much like blueberry. I chose it just to see if any of the unpopular drinks were any better. Uhm, they knew it wasn’t right away by the way the cashier reacted. The lady who was sweeping nearby, was looking at my group like she was listening in to our convos. Very uncomfortable.
Bad customer service. Very rude for reheated food. We gave that trash to a person in need so it's at least not a complete waste of $$$

Honestly whoever runs this franchise should not have a business. I've went here twice at posted opening hours with them being close. First time, I even saw the lady in there and she just waved me off. The service level is also consistently bad. Whoever works there looks like they are being forced to work.
Be careful!!! We specifically asked if the Almond Milk Tea was non-dairy. They said the almond milk tea was actual almond milk. It is NOT almond milk. It is COW milk flavored like almonds. If you are allergic this could be deadly. Took one sip and ran out. Will never go here again.
They have an advertisement for The new Mochi waffle, but they don’t serve it with ice cream like the sign says. Nor do they accept dollar coins because their boss doesn’t like it. I truly feel the guy was being prejudice and did not want to wait on us. Weird service that’s all I can say! Oh yeah and money is money!!
There was a ball of hair on the bottom of my bag of popcorn chicken. I brought it up to the worker + person in the back and they caught an attitude and mocked me. It was as if she was challenging me by saying, "oh what are you going to call the food inspector?" Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Never coming back
spent $15.68 on a large Thai tea and an order of chicken wings, and the experience was a complete disaster. First off, the name of the store is misleading—“Quickly” was anything but quick. It took 30 minutes for one drink and one order of wings, even though the menu says fried items should take 10 minutes. It wasn’t busy when I came in—just a group of kids who already had their drinks and two other people waiting. Meanwhile, GrubHub and DoorDash orders kept flying out in 3 minutes—completely in and out—while I was left waiting forever. To make matters worse, there was no one at the front counter to take orders. The only option seemed to be a touchscreen on the left, but there wasn’t even a sign explaining it. When I finally got my Thai tea, it tasted like it had some kind of Oreo flavoring in it, which I didn’t order or notice at the store. I only realized it after taking a sip at home, after wasting 30 minutes of my time. At that point, I wasn’t even sure if I got the wrong order. It’s too bad because the place seems really cool and stylish, and the chicken wings themselves were good. But having to wait 30 minutes with no one saying anything, avoiding eye contact, and leaving me completely in the dark was not appreciated. This place is slow, disorganized, and confusing. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I certainly won’t be coming back.
