Jersey Mike's Subs

Mike the manager, of this Jersey Mikes is the most helpful, courteous, and service oriented managers I have dealt with in a very long time! I had a place a larger order from my daughters cheerleading team and Mike walked me through me all the steps and just made the entire experience very easy! I felt like he really cared, or I should say, I know he cared that we were taken care of. Really meant so much to me. For this reason alone, we will continue to order from them! Thank you Mike! We appreciate you!

It's going to sound crazy but this is the first time I've had Jersey Mike's in my 35 years of living. In any case I was pretty impressed with the quality of ingredients in my sandwich. Was it the best sandwich I ever had? Probably not. But pretty good overall. I got the Famous Philly with lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo to make it a hoagie. The bread was well toasted but still soft and chewy. The steak could have been better seasoned but still fresh overall. While it isn't a perfect substitute for an "authentic" cheesesteak, it's still pretty dang good. I will definitely be back to try the other stuff.

Every one who works here is really nice, and the food is really good! It always tastes fresh. The place is always clean too, the bathroom especially. It's a nice place to sit and have lunch; and then visit the old fashioned candy store next door! :)

As someone with a wheat allergy, I love Jersey Mikes. This location is fantastic about their allergy protocol! I have never had a cross-contamination. 10/10 will always come back.

Good food, mostly good experience. Incredibly friendly staff. I go to a different location usually, and they’re much faster with fewer clients. This place had even more people on the line with fewer customers but the wait was longer?? The sandwich was delicious but they need to step up their game.

JERSEY MIKES! Man I love this place I always have a great sandwich here! Get a Number 3 or Number 17 and get a Giant and eat as much as I can! 🔥 Would recommend getting a bomb sandwich from here! The workers are always very nice I tend to come here a lot. 5/5

We heard pastrami is back on the menu so we had to check it out! Ordered the Classic Pastrami and it did not disappoint. Service was on point and super fast. Shout out to Frida, Shannon and Maddi! Fast, friendly service WITH a smile!! We will be coming back tomorrow to try the Chipotle Pastrami!!

Our recent Halloween company party was a huge success, thanks in part to Jersey Mike’s! Their catering box was a major hit. With options to choose four different sandwich types, we were able to cater to everyone’s taste. The ordering process was incredibly smooth, thanks to the general manager, Mike. He was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. We’re definitely looking forward to partnering with Jersey Mike’s again for future company parties!

Yes I'm from Jersey and I really can't attest to the authenticity of their subs but they are my first choice amongst sub shops. They make hot, cold and bowls in your choice of style. I prefer "Mike's way" with pepper relish and wine vinegar on an original Italian sub. They slice their cold cuts to each order and if you tell them you're having a rough day they may offer you a free cookie.

Service here was impeccable, I came with my partner the other day and we’re back here right now to take advantage of their $5 after 5 pm deal for the giant sized sandwich deal. The workers always do their best to give you the best deal you can have with the friendliest service! 10/10 will come back again!!

I asked to see what the “blend” is and found it was SEED OILS!! This stuff is sooooo bad for us all, causing horrible inflammation , heart disease, atherosclerosis ect. I’m certain it will be outlawed nationwide at some point. GET RID OF SEED OILS!!!!!!

I love this place and would give it 5stars for food and customer service but today I was very disappointed to find they mislead their customers with their so called “the juice” which is a rosemary vinegarette and olive oil blend. I asked to see what the “blend” is and found it was SEED OILS!! This stuff is sooooo bad for us all, causing horrible inflammation , heart disease, atherosclerosis ect. I’m certain it will be outlawed nationwide at some point. GET RID OF SEED OILS!!!!!!

Worst Jersey Mike's subs due to terrible customer service. I arrived today around 715 and ordered a gluten free sandwich. I am not sure the employees name but the receipt said Mike. When I mentioned ordering GF, he got an attitude and told the other worker "clean the grill off" all rude towards me for ordering gluten free. He grumbled under his breath pissed off that I ordered gluten free and they had to clean the grill even though it was an hour before close. I am pretty sure he cussed under his breath also. I felt very uncomfortable and was very upset with how I was treated. Don't come here if you are wanting gluten free unless you want to be treated poorly. Edit-My husband reluctantly went back in April 2024 and the worker who was there remembered this incident and the manager. They apologized on this employees behalf and gave us free coupons. Apparently that rude employee no longer works here. This gesture was much appreciated and I was very surprised they remembered us.

Hmmm, I am big on subs but this is not my favorite sandwich shop. It's not the service or atmosphere, I just didn't like the sandwiches much or variety. Their hot sandwiches are okay... I guess and there cold ones are not so great, the meat taste like that cheap over processed stuff you can get for a buck. They spice your sandwich with salt and pepper and something, and if you cheddar cheese, they don't have it! I've also had a them mess up my phone order. As a new spot I tried them out a few times but was sadly disappointed and for $9 sandwiches, I just expect more!

This store has the worst ability to handle a busy lunch hour even with 4 people working the sandwich prep area and one handling the grill. I placed an order for curbside pickup. When I got to the store to park, I realized there was a lot of construction and a sign clearly stating customers could not park in the designated curbside pickup zone. I parked in the back of the restaurant and called the store to ask what their customers should do in this situation. To my initial surprise, no one answered. I called 4 times before the time for my pickup order passed beyond 15 minutes. After calling the store, I circled the block 8 times to find parking out front, as close to the front as I could get. Finally, I gave in and parked in the construction zone, hoping someone would see my car. I also pressed the “I’m Here” button to alert them again that I was out front. Again, nothing happened. I then called them 32 times! It went straight to voicemail half of the time and surprise; the mailbox was full. So, I gave in and left my car outside and ran in since now I’ve been parked for over 20 mins in the no parking zone. My order was sitting next to the register, not in the walk-up pick-up zone inside the restaurant. The guy at the register had his hand on the wireless telephone. I snapped. I yelled at him and said, this is my order and you’ve been dismissing the calls! He never once looked at me, addressed me. He picked up the phone and looked at it like he’d never seen a phone before. I ask for a refund and to speak to a manager. Again, no response. I ask the lady by the grill to speak with her and she said she couldn’t walk 10 ft because “the grill”. Finally, one of the guys on the line says, “Ma’am we’re really busy, sorry”. Jersey Mike Owner – If your staff cannot handle the foot traffic and online orders, reconsider the online orders! I should have been considered as important as everyone waiting in that line. If anything, more important since I had already paid, but that’s beyond the point. Please teach your staff time management and how being courteous to your customers goes a long way. Teach them to be aware. The Danville storefront/sidewalk area has had construction going on for months. They knew parking curbside was an issue and should have been a bit more diligent. Was I upset, hell yes! But what made me more upset was their lack of awareness. They’re kids, I know. But if you can’t train them to work in customer service, something a restaurant thrives on more than maybe the taste of the food, then you need to reconsider your staff, priorities, or the restaurant as a whole.
