Loved this place! What a gem. Ary was so precise with her recommendations, starting with the table. The mushroom raviolis was outstanding with the shrimp addition. Amazing cheese and ham board, and the pork belly lollipops were to die for. The wine selection was incredible. The best part was the blue flame chocolate cake. We will definitely come back! Thank you so much.
I have no complaints. Everything was perfect also the lobby smells amazing. Prices are very fair aswell. This place during the week is calmer than getting a steak someplace else other steak places will just be a loud and a busy experience that’s why I like this place during the week it’s calmer more open, slower speed so you can relax.
Blue Flame us where great dining is blended in with the iconic racing history of Daytona. The decor and ambiance, down to the menu, is painstakingly recreated on racing themes to give you a great dining experience From the cocktails to the starters and the main course, everything was on point. Service is exceptional and very attentive, a must visit for anyone visiting Daytona!
Great restaurant! Blue Flame (like The Daytona) put a lot of effort into the details, making sure the cars/racing vibe could be felt throughout -- from the cars in the dining room, to the menus looking like car user manuals, to the naming of the offerings. We enjoyed the salmon, cheesecake, and old fashioned -- all tasted great!!
A great bar inside a great hotel. Wonderful bartenders, service, and great selection of food and drink. I ordered the filet, and trust me - it's delicious!
The food was absolutely amazing! I had the $50 dinner special that included an appetizer, entree, and dessert. Chocolate cake is really good, didn’t care for the cheesecake. Only negative complaint I have was the wait time for the food.
The Blue Flame did not disappoint. The food was fantastic, I had the Willie sharps 13´ salmon. And my husband had the risotto with shrimp, it was excellents. Our teen boys had full throttle burgers with fries. They said those fries were the best kind. :-). We indulged in some signature cocktails, they were delicious and in the cheesecake and the crème brûlée. It was all delicious. Amir, our server was very informative with the dishes and super attentive. A++. All this would earn the restaurant a 4.5 stars maybe even 5 on its own merits, but then I left my purse behind my chair by mistake and had no idea until 3 days later (it was a small pack). After retracing my steps and being stressed over the loss, I called by chance the hotel/restaurant. Kayla was quick to inform me that they DID find my little bag. Another kudos to Amir and the entire Blue Flame staff for bringing it to the lost and found! Can’t thank the staff enough for making my day! Amir and Kayla, THANK YOU!!!
Came here for my wife’s birthday and we both loved it, the atmosphere plus service was amazing. Definitely recommend!
Bar is inside the hotel. Modern, clean, and a great vibe. Also has a beautiful outside area. It can also be enjoyed by guests not staying in the hotel. Had a cocktail here with my husband and hoping to have more during our next visit. Cocktails were delicious! I had a Blood Orange Mule with moonshine, WOW! Absolutely loved it.
We stumbled upon this place, as it was one of the few restaurants open on Christmas day….we were not disappointed. Hidden inside the Daytona one hotel, The food, atmosphere and service was amazing. Highly recommended. Gluten free options available. Definitely a fun experience.
Hidden gem at the Daytona Hotel… Hotel has such a cool vibe with a lot of memorabilia, and great cocktails. Plus it’s a moonshine bar, with a huge selection of flavored moonshines. Totally unexpected for a hotel bar. Our bartender was awesome (I’m so bad with names, but you want the brunette gal that was in the Navy, we love her). Her drinks were on point, and she even created a moonshine cocktail for me that was dangerously delicious since it didn’t taste like alcohol AT ALL (and I’m super picky about my booze). Enough of my rambling…. Definitely worth a visit!
Awesome experience, the the mixture of textures, smells and flavors in these two elaborate dishes is simply delicious, the atmosphere is great and Akino's service exceeds any expectation, thank you very, very much. 100% recommended!!!
We had a lovely night, the service was great. The food and the drinks were fresh and tasty, we had the philly steak and the salmon, both were delicious. We were served by Akeeno, very polite and attentive. Would definitely come back.
The atmosphere is fine dining with a Nascar and Racing vibe. The Resteraunt is on the 2nd floor of the Daytona One Hotel. I highley suggest you make a reservation as seating is limited. Their banquet rooms host many VIP events that cater to the Stars and Musical talents! The Daytona International Speedway is within golf cart and walking distance. The Menu tantelilizes your taste buds with everything from Wings and Pretzels to Gormet signature dishes and signature cocktails made with Moonshine. Inside outside bar and service is superb! I recommend taking the family to celebrate special events. Also a great place for a romantic anniversary or 1st date dinner with that special person in your life.
This little gem is tucked away inside the beautiful Daytona hotel just off the lobby. Everyone was beyond nice, including our waiter Price. Dining with historic race cars while overlooking the famous Daytona track was such a cool experience. The food was exactly what we needed after a long day of traveling. The homemade bread is the perfect starter. We both had salads, and each was delicious. It's a perfect spot right next to the track. I wish they had a restaurant like this in Sebring!
Shay was excellent great service ! Food perfect definitely deserves more than 3.9 stars! Best food I’ve had in Daytona since I’ve been here😎
We really enjoyed Blue Flame. It was great food and service was amazing. Price was our waiter and he was great!! Highly recommend!!!
Surprisingly good restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. Wine selection could be better but the food is high quality and reasonably priced. The attached bar has interesting drinks. I recommend this restaurant instead of the nearby chains for a very nice meal.
I absolutely love this place. Best drinks and food in Daytona in my opinion. Service is great!
Our waiter, Shae made the experience exceptional where their positive attitude and helpful and down to earth demeanor.
Me and some friends went to grab dinner and a few drinks at Blue Flame today and had a great time! I enjoyed the sleek decor and the car they have added a nice touch being that it’s in Daytona! The food and drinks were pretty tasty but the experience was honestly so good because of our server SHEA…. She was super attentive and knowledgeable but most of all her hospitality was unmatched to any other place I’ve been to (and I loveee to go out to eat) she made sure me and my friends had an amazing time and I haven’t had great service in such a long time it was so refreshing and appreciated. I will definitely be back and you better believe I’m asking to sit with her is she’s available.
I did not expect the static displays throughout the restaurant. They added to the atmosphere! The Maine dishes we had were the Clam Linguini, Grilled Swordfish, and the Clam with Octopus soup! All the dishes were prepared perfectly. The Octopus was very tender!!!!
I had an amazing time at this hotel bar not because of the food (honestly, that could use some serious work), but because of the incredible service from Shea and Fabian. They went above and beyond every time I came in, making me feel welcome and taking care of everything with such great energy and professionalism. Honestly, Shea and Fabian were the only reason I kept coming back. If the kitchen ever matches the level of service these two provide, this place would be unbeatable.
Jessica gave us amazing service and was great to chat with. Really good food and fun atmosphere as well.
Came to Blue Flame for Dinner and cocktails with my family and had an amazing experience. Shea and Kim, the bartenders are hilarious, knowledgeable and accommodating. I’m a vegetarian, Shea gave me several recommendations and offered substitutions on her favorite choices. The drinks were beautifully crafted and both bartenders kept me laughing and engaged all night. I will recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a nice dinner and cocktails in the area.
Stopped in with family, went to the bar, Shea and Kim were absolutely fantastic. They absolutely add to the atmosphere and make sure you’re having a good time and everything is correct. My fiancé is vegetarian and Shea walked her through different options to accommodate and her drinks were fantastic. We will absolutely be returning anytime we’re in Daytona. Cannot speak high enough about the service they provided and how comfortable they made us feel.
This place is so cool! If you like Nascsr, you gotta go. The food was delicious too! They have a Sunday brunch. You have to go inside the building and take the elevator.
My mother and I were there for Christmas Dinner last week. They food was amazing. Our waiter, Price made us feel like royalty. This is definitely one of my new favorite restaurants. Will be back soon and bringing friends with us.
We went for a birthday dinner, during happy hour the day after the Daytona 500. Price was our server and he was beyond fantastic.. We ordered several of the appetizers and a few pizzas on their cauliflower crust. The cauliflower crust is a must try! The ambience is fantastic inside and outside.
We love dining at the Blue Flame. Always an interesting menu and service is top notch. Price was our waiter for the night and he made sure we had an excellent Valentine's dinner. Looking forward to going back again soon.
We made reservations for lunch on Valentine's Day back in December 2025. We looked over the menu and found a few options we were interested to try that was on the lunch menu. When we arrived for the reservation we were seated right away but they did not offer the regular menu this day. They had a tiny paper menu offering very little options (a couple appetizers, and handful of entrees and a couple desserts) which was disappointing to say the very least since previewing the menu is something most people do before making reservations. Personally if someone makes reaervations months in advance they should had reached out to let them know it would be a limited menu. Instead of leaving we decided to make the best of it. We ordered the gator bites which were larger than most places and they were tough to chew. We both got the burger which was cooked to perfection (med rare and med) and he got the moonshine flight of 4 and I got the Trackside which was pretty good. We'll probably try again when it isn't a holiday so we can experience the full menu.
Aesthetic and unique spot inside a nice hotel with a great location. The atmosphere has a racing theme with cars on display that add to the theme. The views from the restaurant are nice. Food was pretty good overall, and the prices felt fair for the setting. The menu is somewhat limited, especially if you’re looking for steak (only a small filet was available). I actually ordered off the lunch menu during dinner after asking our waitress if that was an option, otherwise we might have left. If you’re into drinking, there’s a ton to select from. Drinking is far more prioritized here. Service was solid. Kim, our waitress, was attentive, helpful, and personable, even while handling several tables at once. Overall, I’d recommend giving it a try if you’re in the area, especially if you appreciate the racing theme and want a spot with good service and nice views.
Went here with family and the happy hour apps and drinks were amazing! The nachos, pretzels and pizza were all on point. The nephew said it was the best kids cheeseburger and fries ever! It was very busy with a party going on, so we had a confusing start but I have to say the evening was great!
It was hard to find, I didn’t see any signs outside of the Daytona Hotel where Blue Flame is located. Happy hour was nice, good deals on appetizers and house wine. It was worth the experience but honestly, for me it was a bit underwhelming, but I’m not a race fan. If you love NASCAR, the raceway, or cars in general you’ll probably love this place.
Food was decent. Service was alright. Cool idea with the car theme.
Great atmosphere and beautifully decorated restaurant/bar area. We had nachos as an appetizer on our first night of staying here and they were actually pretty good. The portion was quite large but it doesn't come with any salsa so by the bottom layer we had quite a bit of just chips. There was no one around to grab a menu from and ended up asking the front desk to call someone. Service was definitely a bit lacking but they were friendly and attentive when present. Definitely don't just sit and expect someone to come to you because you'll be waiting a long time! We also had breakfast at the buffet the next morning and again the food was good but typical hotel buffet. They had oatmeal, cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, fruits, and pastries. I have to say the muffins were delicious ! The buffet is a pretty good price too at $20. Elite members get a $14 credit only when staying at the hotel so unlike most Marriott hotels it's not fully included.
This was a tough one because most of my reviews are 5 Stars. We celebrated my Wife’s birthday and had five people in our party. The setting, unique cars in the restaurant, outdoor cocktail area, and bathrooms were all great. However, the food was average but not memorable. They overcooked the Filet (well done instead of medium rare) but recooked it perfect. The chips as an appetizer were good and the pizza was nice and crispy. However, the mahi sandwich was too much bread and the fish was very dry, the chicken sandwich as well as the burger were both okay at best. May give them another shot but not excited to return. The service was very confusing because they couldn’t figure out who was serving us and got testy with each other. We had 3 different servers trying to figure it out and we were caught in the middle. The main guy (also bartending) was a bit rude to a new server. She was extremely nice but very slow. Enjoy the atmosphere but don’t be in a hurry or get your expectations too high.
Food ok drinks were great. Server was decent. Eating next to the cars was the highlight
We were excited to try this place, came in for lunch, the atmosphere is great! It's a whole Nascar theme with cars on display and a Vehicle manual as a menu very cute! I don't know if it was an off day but we asked to be seated for lunch the person working acted as if he didn't expect anyone to be dining or maybe he thought we were aliens, it was a VERY strange experience. We asked to sit outside it was a really nice day, he just looked at us oddly and said they didn't serve anyone outside and was pretty much adamant we sit at the table he was prepping for us. We ended up just getting the chip appetizer (which was good), two drinks, left and ate at PF Chang's where we felt normal and not as if we weren't meant to be there.
We went there for Thanksgiving dinner. It was definitely overpriced. You didn’t get much food. We spent almost $100 and just a couple drinks. The food is as good as going to Denny’s for turkey.. I heard a lot of good reviews online but it must’ve been for other food because the turkey was not very good you got about two pieces of turkey a small scoop of potatoes a small scoop of stuffing and green beans. I definitely won’t go there again for Thanksgiving very disappointed.. We probably spent close to $300 for Thanksgiving dinner and a couple of drinks. I definitely wish it was better honestly I don’t even think the turkey was something they cooked. I think it was premade. There was fat on the pieces. I’ve never had a turkey that has fat around the pieces. My opinion definitely won’t go again.
Blue Flame is a bar, not a restaurant. We have been there several times as hotel guests and watched as the service has continuously declined since our first visit. This time we sat for close to twenty minutes in the comfy seating area, in plain view of the five bar-staff, being steadfastly ignored whilst the (highly salaried?) service personnel chatted mostly amongst themselves and with the three customers seated at the bar. Eventually we were offered menus and subsequently ignored again for about a quarter of an hour whilst the bar-staff entertained themselves with the pit-bull convention developing between the bar and the Sir Malcolm restaurant (more on that, later). At last we were graced with some quite pleasant service and then over-charged as a final insult. Once the overage was rectified, we were informed how lucky we were to have received out-of-date pricing (clearly printed on the menu). Our original intent was cocktails followed by dinner but the adjacent Sir Malcolm restaurant was a no-go because at least seven (one in particular) of the lighting fixtures were blinking and flashing to the point where a seizure may well have been induced. The following morning, we hit the road without breakfast due to the same torturous lighting conditions as the previous evening. My primary question is: how can a competent GM allow such behavior and dilapidation to occur in the first place? This is a beautiful hotel but something is very wrong with the management and organization.
It should not have taken an hour to get our food and then more waiting to get our bill. An hour dinner at 8pm took over 3 hours and it’s not worth it. No, we are not looking at the dessert menu because by the time we are done, it will be midnight.
I rated as 2 stars hoping that we can go back and have a better time. Visited for Mother’s Day and a lukewarm buffet was something around $60 per person. The selection was skimpy and the waiter had a bad day. Decor is nice and the restaurant is in a hotel so you will have to look for it.
It was my first time at this restaurant. The theme with the race cars and the menu was really unique and I enjoyed it. I ordered a cesar salad with chicken. The chicken was cooked in a pesto sauce and the lettuce was brown and wilted. I explained to the waitress I was not interested in the pesto sauce and she stated the chicken is cooked with the sauce and suggested the shrimp, which i agreed to and requested fresh lettuce. The salad arrived with shrimp and again browning and wilted lettuce. I sent the salad back, and unfortunately I will not go back. Cassidy the manager did speak to my husband and I. Other than an apology and removing it from our bill, date night was a little disappointing.
I had gone here with a group of friends for birthday dinner and when we arrived, it took about 20 minutes to even get drinks at the table. After that we waited another 20 minutes until someone took our order we then waited over an hour and a half for food to get there. The fillet was chewy and not worth 60 something dollars and then we’ve gotten one of the cake desserts and all you could taste was the moonshine it was inedible would not recommend just a waste of money.
My husband and I are 76 and 75, respectfully. We have lived in Ft. Lauderdale, Atlanta and here. We’ve visited many high line restaurants over the years, and this one, undoubtedly, had the WORST service ever!!! It seems that our server was actually the bartender. I mean, really? Who was in charge Saturday night? And, unfortunately for us and four of our friends, the server/bartender was attention deficit!🙀. He couldn’t remember more than one thing at a time! It was maddening!!! We arrived at 6:30, and we did not leave until almost 10:00!!!!! We did not order second drinks or dessert for obvious reasons. One friend didn’t eat because she ordered her filet medium rare, and it arrived as well done grey shoe leather! I could go on, but I think the reader gets the idea. As residents, we will continue to hunt for a quality restaurant in the area, but Blue Flame doesn’t hold a candle to even McDonald’s! What a waste of time and money! Extremely disappointing!
Came in Saturday at 11:30 for lunch. Wasn't crowded and service was slow. Even though it wasn't crowded the noise level was loud by the elevator. We ordered the charcuterie board which the server dropped off without mentioning what was what on the board. When we asked neither server knew but went to check when we asked for the missing crostini's. Even then they didn't seem quite certain and weren't sure if we were supposed to have three different cheeses but "they must have changed the menu". Also, the bar was out of lemons 🤔
Horrible food. Great atmosphere.Waitress super dull and doesnt want to be there. Smoked drink, dont bother. Risotto undercooked. Swordfish super dry. Short ribs 85% fat. Bread and butter was good. Waitress never asked how the food was. Just walk thru and take pics of cars.
We worked late, until 8.30 we were close by this place do we have it a try. Worst service I've ever seen. They completely ignored us. We were starving and after 30 minutes there we knew we were not getting any food. The bar waiter even apologized because the waitress totally ignored us. I m so disappointed that this is the first time I write a review and I have not even left the place yet. My husband went to cash out 10 minutes, so I'm still waiting to get the hell out of here and go someplace to eat!!!
My lunch at Blue Flame was extremely disappointing. When we walked in, not a single person acknowledged our presence. We stood there for several minutes waiting nobody asked if we were seating ourselves or needed help. Staff seemed perfectly fine serving every other walk-in guest. It felt like they were actively ignoring us unless we looked “important” enough. After standing there for so long, it was obvious they had no interest in seating us, or even greeting us. It gave me the impression that unless you fit a certain profile age, appearance, or maybe a reservation you aren’t worth the effort. In short, don’t bother going there for lunch.
