I always enjoy myself when I come there it was quite busy it was hard for the server to keep up there was a bit of a wait for request but other that all was good.

Great food and service, updated to 5 stars after a bad experience on a previous visit. Last time my steak was undercooked, then overcooked, but they made it right this time. Manager reached out to me and paid for my next dinner by sending me some gift cards to make up for the previous visit.

The service was phenomenal!! From the two sweet ladies that sat us, to our waiter Shawn. He treats each guest with time and care. He made our experience one of the best we’ve had in the area. The teamwork at this location was something I haven’t seen in this area. They were all working hard and kicking ass. We came in at 8pm on a random child free night and had the best damn meal we’ve had in a while. Cheers to you, Outback and your amazing team!! PS: Had no pics to share because the food was so good. Steak was cooked as I requested, medium rare. Requested a Coke with no ice and lime wedges, got exactly that every refill. Family enjoyed their meals as well. Was a very pleasant lunch.

I enjoy coming to this site for food taste great and services and host, etc are very kind and patient. Mark has-been my waiter past 3 x’s and he is very attentive and strives to make sure my visit was worth my 20 min drive. Managers are also active and seeking to make sure all is well with my visit. I recommend Desoto outback keep up the good hospitality.

Manager (Chelsea) at the DeSoto Location, really extended us a very Genuine & Loving Spirit! While being dressed up as the Grinch, which brought our daughter and family so much Joy!!! We are very grateful for her willingness to make herself vulnerable, for the enjoyment of customers during a time like this; because tis the Season for such a Holiday Moment… Really appreciate this experience, the atmosphere and service extended to all of us exceeded our expectations!

This Outback has always been amazing, Sean and Daphne were some of the best servers I have seen. Outback, keep up the amazing work with the servers. Let me tell you something, the consistent way doordash delivered me food that was hot, well packaged, sealed, up and DELICIOUS!!! I wish reviews equated to money because the staff here deserve a bonus. I've ordered right after they've opened, during lunch hours, and evening hours and my food has always been a hit!! I appreciate the extra care taken to pack up my sides separately to keep them from sliding out of the container during transit. **Update: Ordered on 12/21/24 using Uber Eats & they deserve 10 ⭐s! A huge upgrade from the 3 I gave them back in 2022. Met friends here. Our service was outstanding. The staff seemed to really like their work. They worked well together . We were a group of 4, and our waiter was outstanding. Not only did he take care of us, but he also had tables with groups of 6 and 8. We never felt ignored. We had 1 problem with 1 of our steaks not coming out cooked the way it was asked. Not only was it taken back, and another one cooked the owner of the place stopped by our table and talked to us. This place is about 40 minutes from our home but I would happily go here for dinner again.

Friday night and we did not want pizza again, so we ordered Outback to be delivered for our Netflix and Chill night. What a great choice!! The food was delivered early, it was hot, and it was delicious. My husband and I both ordered the King Island Pasta with Stake & Shrimp for the entree, I added a bake potato, a side Ceasar salad w/blue cheese dressing, and the spinach dip was the appetizer of choice for us. The experience here is ALWAYS the same.. So awesome for our community. From the parking lot to the overall restaurant atmosphere, Everyone was serving and kind. The FOOD was so fresh and affordable for the quality. We are going to make it a plan to come monthly.

Got there around 6:45pm, a party of 6, was seated instantly. Our waitress Seairra was very tentative and knowledgeable of everything. We ordered a great amount of food and everything came out perfect! I recommend the sirloin steak and the aussie ribs 😋 thank me later. The only thing I would not recommend are the alcoholic drinks (I forget the name of the one I had... it was a rum I think 🤔) there's little to no alcohol in the drinks.

Let me just say my experience was hand down the absolute best. The leadership staff Ashley and Floss are doing a wonderful job and it shows in their staff. Our server was Sean and I can say he is my new favorite person. He has personality plus, very professional and super attentive. I just relocated to Texas from Louisiana and was scared to try the outback here. I am extremely glad I did. This will be my sister and I new hangout.

It's been a long time since I visited Outback Steakhouse. Got a table pretty quick. Staff was friendly, helpful and fast. Went for the salmon, which was cooked just right. Salad was crisp and fresh. Quality food at a fair price. Go see them again. Another great lunch.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Outback Steakhouse, and Dee Dee was the reason why! From the moment we were seated, she was warm, friendly, and so attentive. She made sure our drinks were always full, our food came out exactly as ordered, and she checked on us just the right amount. Dee Dee was upbeat, professional, and truly made us feel welcome—like we were her top priority even though the restaurant was busy. It’s rare to find service that genuinely stands out, but she absolutely did.

My daughter brought my wife and I for dinner. From the get go we got attended and seated promptly.. our waiter was very courteous and polite. I believe his name was Z and he went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Two thumbs up to Z and thank you for making us feel very welcome.

First time I ate at Outback, I had the glazed pork chops and they are very good. Second time I visited I had the meatloaf which was also very tasty. Third time I visited, meatloaf was no longer on the menu🫤…so I had the ribs and those were great too😃. This has become a regular spot for my wife and I. We eat here often now. Always love their salted caramel cookie with vanilla ice cream dessert. Also had a chocolate cake dessert here one time, forgot what that one was called. I love the lemonades and the sweet tea here. All very good. Lots of options if you like steak. I’m not a steak guy so I find other things to try. Good place to eat good food.

I had a wonderful experience at this Outback location, and I want to specifically highlight Kia, the manager. Despite a few small hiccups at the start, Kia stepped in with genuine care and professionalism and made sure I was taken care of. The service felt thoughtful, welcoming, and intentional — exactly what you hope for when you just want a good meal and a positive experience. Steak is thicker now and my medium came out perfectly pink throughout. Also, best Wedge salad of any restaurant. I also appreciate my custom "loaded broccoli" was made in a way that cook was trying to impress. 5 stars across the board.

The one line order was ready within the time they said. Everything was really good except the blooming onion was burned in some places and raw and others. It may have just been cooked a little too fast. We decided to do a takeout order because the restaurant was really busy. And with covered we decided that would work best for us as a couple to get the food to go. The vegetables were cooked perfectly. The ribs were good the chicken was good, the macaroni and cheese and the mashed potatoes were delicious. My husband and I even split a German chocolate cake that was delicious. We will order another onion because my husband had never eaten at Ouback before Saturday and I really wanted him to have a perfect blooming onion. Everything else was awesome.

Tried Outback for the first time and liked it! I was very good, my waitress seated me quickly and was very attentive. I thought my mashed potatoes serving could be a bit larger and fill up the plate but it was still good nonetheless. Enjoyed the blooming onion appetizer! I have been to Outback Steak House on other occasions, however I was floored on how different the experience was compared to those of the past. It was so freaking good:) Border Line Great. Everything and I do mean everything I tried was out of this world. Seasoned to perfection, no salt, pepper or additional sauces needed. The meal started with the Boomarita's. I believe it was 6 samples of mango, blackberry, watermelon. I can't remember the other 3. Lol. One could taste the alcohol, however it was just the right amount. The Toowoomba Salmon was mind blowing. With its sautéed shrimp tossed with mushrooms in a creamy Creole sauce was delicious. I'm definitely going back. Outback definitely get two thumbs up.

Went in today for a late mother's day lunch in with the family, First off the host was really young & didn't know where to sit us so he asked for help. After we were seated we noticed the booth seat wet & asked twice for a wipe down just to find out that the a/c condensation was the cause of it and had to move. The waitress was very helpful & nice got all our orders correct but whoever was incharge of the food coming out sent 4 out of 8 plates out while we waited & watched half my family finish almost half of their food! We finally recieved our meals. The food wasn't too bad, steaks were cooked how we asked but I do not recommend the coconut shrimp. It was like eating candy, way too sweet! The salad had soft crispy chicken which was good. Overall everything was an okay experience.

My sister and I visited Outback Steakhouse for a late lunch after she had a frustrating day, and it turned out to be exactly what we needed. From the moment we walked in, our experience was fantastic. The hostess greeted us warmly, and we had a nice chat about the crazy weather—it was such a pleasant start to our visit. Our server, Sean, was phenomenal. He arrived at the table with a positive attitude, plenty of menu suggestions, and genuine attentiveness. We started with the iconic Bloomin' Onion and, of course, their delicious bread. The individual loaves of bread were brought out first, which was such a nice touch—who doesn’t love those warm, soft loaves? When the Bloomin’ Onion arrived, it wasn’t quite up to par presentation-wise, but Sean handled it perfectly. He apologized sincerely, took our orders, and later returned with a fresh, perfectly bloomed onion. His professionalism and care really stood out. For my meal, I ordered a burger and added some of that fresh Bloomin’ Onion to it. The bread was perfectly toasted, the burger seasoned and cooked to perfection, and overall, it was delicious. The fries were okay, but I’m hit-or-miss with potatoes in general. My sister ordered the Strawberry Rita, which she thoroughly enjoyed, along with the Ribeye, broccoli, and mac and cheese. The steak was perfectly cooked, well-seasoned on both sides, and had minimal fat to trim. The buttery broccoli and savory mac and cheese complemented it beautifully. The portions were so generous she had plenty to take home for dinner. Sean truly made the entire experience memorable. It’s no surprise he’s their location’s trainer—his dedication and service are unmatched. This location far exceeds the Fort Worth one, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend this Outback Steakhouse for both the food and the outstanding service.

Appetizer was good but then the salad and entrees came out at the same time. Table was not cleared as we ate and to pay we had to get the servers attention to get a check after we already had a to-go container. It was about 5 mins then another good amount of time before we were able to complete the sale. Tables were getting checks before us despite us being there at least 15 mins earlier. An empty servers tray on the stand was left behind my husband for at least 10 minutes. Then when we left all we got was a lackluster thank you. This is not expected when paying $80. at lunch time. This goes beyond short staffed etc. A pleasant and attentive personality would have made this visit more pleasing. It's the simple things. Not sure if I will go to the Desoto location again.

Ordered a my steak medium and got it black as boots on the outside (see below). It was very tough to cut and tough to chew. A few staff members walked by the table but no one asked how my meal was until I was nearly done with the meal. They did, however, have time to congregate at the bar and have a good time talking to each other. When I mentioned the issue with the steak, the server asked me if I wanted her to get a manager and I said no, I was already done. Why didn't I send it back? Fear of retaliation with my food. I started fumbling with the menus set up on the table and when I moved it there were open, empty sugar packets behind the sugar holder which looks like the table hadn't been thoroughly cleaned or looked at. I pointed that out to the server and she said "it's a dirty table." She apologized and cleaned up the packets. The one other problem I ever had at an Outback didn't involve asking me if I wanted to see the manager, the server took the initiative to get the manager and he came over to the table to speak with me. So the customer service at this Outback is sorely lacking.

Steak was rare as I asked, but had a hard black top that was an uncomfortable texture… and had a LOT of pepper on it with barely any other flavor other than incredibly unwanted spice. Baked potato was small, but a good size for if you want to eat healthy portions. No complaints on potato. House salad was full of hard blocks of end lettuce and hardly any green leaves- as well as they either gave me the wrong dressing or their house dressing is unnecessarily spicy. After a few bites my throat burned and even my mother did not enjoy the salad. We ended up not getting the unfinished salad to-go because it was not yummy. Service was amazing, our waitress; Justice, was absolutely amazing. She was the best part about dinner and she refilled my tea when needed. She really needs a raise as she made our table feel welcome even despite the unfortunate food. The sweet tea is to DIE for!! Now it’s not as sweet as I’m used to, but whatever sweetener they use is just really good- very satisfied with the tea! The atmosphere was nice and calm, pretty quiet for a dinner… I enjoyed that. Someone had a birthday and I joined in the singing too! It was nice. Despite everything, the food was a total bummer while the people and the atmosphere was really nice. Yeeeahhh. Sooo, I'd go ahead and skip this joint. Took too long to get the server to wait on my order. I ordered the shrimp and filet kabob. Shrimp was limp and lame, like they were thawed in water for too long. Steak was overcooked and pathetically small portion. NOTHING like the menu picture, which I know, never is, but dang .. this was far off. The best part was in fact the salad and the potato. That's not saying much. I didn't even take any to go .. and that means it was that bad. Skip This!

My main entre was good but a little salty. My son had told me how good the Toowoomba Salmon was, so I gave it a try but it was a bit salty . The service was ok considering we had a party of about 20 people for a birthday luncheon. The staff appeared to be overwhelmed, although we had booked the luncheon a few days in advance. But to their credit, it was a Sunday afternoon after most church services were letting out. The main reason for the 2 vote is my son had to wait almost 15 to 20 minutes after his food was brought out to wait for utensils. Unacceptable! Everyone was almost done eating and he still hadn't received his utensils, even though we reminded the wait staff numerous times.

What in the world is going on with Outback? It used to be one of our favorite places to dine because it was always consistent. Not to much anymore. We have tried multiple times to order takeout from this location, but no one ever answered the phone so we assumed that it had been closed. We were driving by last night and saw that it was indeed open, so we decided to give it a try. The restaurant temp was so cold we decided to get our food to go, and get a drink while we were waiting. The only reason that I didn't give this location a 1 star was because Josh our server was actually great. We ordered the new signature cocktail - a Smoked Cinnamon Pecan Old Fashioned. For the third time in three different Outback locations, they said they couldn't make this because the "smoker" wasn't working. Strike 2. We ordered 2 of the Blue Cheese Pecan Chopped Salad in a larger size. Does this look like a $10 salad to you? No pecans, bagged, chemical tasting wilted lettuce, and the lettuce was huge, inedible chunks of iceberg lettuce. Them not answering their phones should have been a sign - this restaurant is on its last legs.

Felt like steak today and didn’t feel like driving to the other side of town, so I took my family to eat here. Well, I should have drove to the other side of town. My steak was cooked correctly but so much of it was inedible, the 16oz was really 10oz. The shrimp was a joke. Over cooked and served on some burnt bread. My daughter ordered the steak and grilled chicken combo. This was completely over cooked. I ended up giving her half of my steak and when the server finally made it back to us, had him take it off the ticket. Avoid this location.

Horrible experience. I ordered my ribeye medium well, it came out rare. I ordered a beer upon sitting down, my beer didn’t come until I had to request for it again after my food came out. Our server literally came to our table twice, once to take our order and after we had to flag her down for a to-go box. The men’s bathroom didn’t have any soap to wash hands despite having 4 dispensers. Makes me wonder what the staff if using to wash there hands, if they are. I’ve been to many Outback Steakhouse’s over the years, this was the worst experience to date.

We ordered a salad and a “drink for 2”. Just wanted to share because this is definitely not for 2 people. Definitely not a $15 drink. Our salad had to be the leftovers from the rest of the night. The lettuce was mostly white and what green we had was wilted.

Never been so disappointed in a restaurant in my life. The waitress couldn't remember anything. When another girl brings two glasses of water, my wife tells her that I ordered a coke she looks at my wife and says "it will be ok" I knew we were going on a bad ride.brougjt the food out, one look at it and i knew it was crap.tryed to eat it,left half of it because it was to hard to chew.managment needs to keep a better eye of the quality of the food and staff.

Don't order from doordash! They forgot shrimp, the sauce that comes with bloomin chicken, and didn't load up our baked potatoes. The veggies are way undercooked. It was a restaurant not fast food. Sad experience.

Horrible wasted $58.00. No Alfredo sauce on the pasta. Chicken dry on the Alice. Wedge salad no blue cheese. I had to make some Alfredo sauce and add blue cheese crumbles. Never again! Hungry and pissed

I placed a large order to go for Mother's Day. I understand that the restaurant was extremely busy, but that is no excuse for the QUALITY of the food that we received. We ordered 8 steak dinners and one chicken dinner. The steaks were cold, over or under cooked, some dried out and scorched on the outside. All the steaks were ordered medium well, and we got everything from medium rare to overly well done. The meat was very tough and under seasoned. My guess is that we were given steaks that had been returned to the kitchen from clients who were dining in and dissatisfied with the condition of their food. We also had side salads and baked potatoes. It was very obvious that the salads were thrown together in a hurry, and some of the topings for the potatos were missing or skimped on. I really hate that this put a damper on our famlies Mother's Day celebration. We will no longer be patronizing this establishment!

The food was good and hot, no doubt about that, but the service is horrible. I've had to ask every time for more bread, which it's not all that great. Tx Roadhouse rolls beats these by miles away. I get my salad and I have to wait almost ten minutes to get our silverware and I get a beer and also almost waited that long for another one. Thank God my wife got a gift card to this place because we're NEVER coming back. It's not even busy, its only 130ish when we started to eat.

I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself, but I always pass this location and see a decent number of cars there, so I decided to give them a try. Upon opening the dusty door, I should have turned around and walked away. But the hostess approached me, and I was seated. The waiter showed up promptly and took my order. He returned with hard, stale bread and a very old-looking and foul-smelling salad—without any flatware. I was able to get some from a nearby table. Shortly after I ordered the new 20 oz. ribeye steak and baked sweet potato, he returned with a dish that was in worse shape than the salad. I ate what I could and left without even trying dessert or anything else. So I paid so you don’t have to make the same mistake. I will not recommend this location.

Today I had a taste for the onion blossom so I called and ordered it I called to the attendant know I was outside he came right out when I got home it was wrapped in foil in a plastic container that had moisture from the hot dish but after I unwrapped the foil it was so greasy I could barley eat it one so I just wiped the grease from the dish but was so disappointed how it was served so greasy at the bottom

I visited this location on Wednesday, December 17th. While seated at the bar, a loud and ongoing argument between two employees could be clearly heard from the kitchen. Another patron brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, Ginger Stevens, yet no action was taken. Shortly thereafter, the confrontation escalated into the bar area, where one of the disgruntled employees physically assaulted an elderly male guest. This incident was again reported to Ms. Stevens, who stated that the employee had been sent home. However, more than twenty minutes later, that same employee was still present, visibly upset, and arguing with yet another employee. At that point, I personally asked Ms. Stevens to intervene, explaining that I no longer felt safe and requesting that the employee be made to leave the premises. Ms. Stevens raised her voice at me in front of other guests, refused to remove the employee, and stated she would not ask them to wait outside because it was “drizzling.” As a customer, particularly one who has recently moved to this area, I was shocked by the complete failure to prioritize guest safety and by the unprofessional, dismissive manner in which my concerns were handled. No patron should have to witness an assault, feel unsafe in a dining establishment, or be belittled by a manager for expressing legitimate safety concerns. I sent an email to Robert Beaver (the general manager/managing partner and received very little follow up so it’s no surprise that these employees behaved the way they did. It’s zero accountability. I will never step foot in this location again and I’ve reached out to corporate to inform them of this situation.

I went in for a casual lunch date with myself. Ordered the king steak and shrimp pasta. Instead, I ordered double steak, and this is not a good combination. Pasta was dry and really didn't give me the experience i was looking for at the price of $25
