Food, drinks, service and atmosphere was 10 out of 10! The Bloody Mary with the adorable and delicious mini hot dog garnish was delightful. Diamond took care of us and she was amazing. I will definitely be back!

Wow. Amazing milkshakes and cheeseburgers. The food was on point. You can tell they sincerely put effort into the experience. The smash burger was legit. The milkshakes are legendary. Definitely worth a visit. I'm a fan of a place that offers my brown drink too. Full bar, nice. Too many menu items tk mention but we'll definitely have to try this spot again.

Shea is the best bartender. One of the best mules I’ve had in a long time. Charleston wrap with crispy chicken is always a hit and the codfather is always a great choice. Honestly everything is pretty good.

finally got the chance to try jojos shake bar and it was great! truthfully i was more excited about the shakes than anything, but the brisket nachos really stole the show. it tasted incredible and it was a perfect appetizer that you could share as a meal. the burgers were good, and the girl scout shake was amazing. i was lucky to get in without a reservation while it was busy, but next time i visit i’ll make sure to make a reservation in advance. outdoor seating was so pretty too! some employees were nicer than others however they were all busy so i can’t be mad. will definitely be coming back!

GREAT mac and cheese bbq brisket , but Let’s start with the MAJOR negatives. I was getting takeout on sunday afternoon. Took the bar tender about 10 minutes to take my order, and a couple left the bar because they weren’t being helped. Slow on bar timing.The BT also asked how much extra the Onions were to add to a coworker…. Mind you the modifications online are FREE it mentions in the additions. They tried to charge me $2 extra for onions. Another MAJOR negative is the 20% surcharge for TAKEOUT….. Inside ordering doesn’t matter you’re subject to 20% Gratuity. THE FOOD THO IS SO GOOD, ID GO HERE AGAIN.

Shea was the best bartender we’ve ever had! Not only did she give the best recommendations, but she made our night SO MUCH FUN! They have the best drinks, edible shot glasses, and shea was just the cherry on top! Would recommend Jojo’s to anyone!

Casey P was phenomenal! From the moment we sat in her section to the very end. Very attentive, knowledgeable of the entire menu. She actually gave some bomb suggestions on what to try. Amazing hospitality. She is by far a breath of fresh air in the food industry. Because of her & of course the JoJo’s fries, Honey Fried Chix sandwich & strawberry Oreo shake I will be returning. I visited with you twen daughter and niece for a quick outing. The atmosphere is always great. The server was pleasant and helpful. The treats inside the shakes were a little dry and stale but overall a good day.

I've been trying to experience JoJo's for years, finally got the chance and was not disappointed. The atmosphere is loud and really crowded, maybe it would be different on a weekday. The food and drinks were amazing. We had the brisket nachos, Not Sangria and a frozen mango margarita- so good! We didn't get an opportunity to try the milkshakes but that's a reason to go back.

Went here after the illusions museum in Detroit. Kayla was our awesome server. The music was bopping and the food was delish. The milk shakes were so cool.

Sam was excellent! I came For my birthday with my best friend for the mixology event and she was so accommodating and made my Birthday special! Please go and ask for Sam!

Stopped in for a quick bite after the ballet. Got a mystery spin shot (delicious cotton candy tasted like fruitypebbles cereal milk), frozen espresso martini, and tiny pot pie. All delicious!! Service with Casey was phenomenal, highly recommend a visit in!

Branden was great! Stumbled upon this place while walking around Detroit. So glad we came in. Whether it’s lunch, desserts or adult beverages you’re looking for. Definitely a place I’d recommend and like to come back to.

My wife and I had an amazing experience and we have to thank the new bar tender "J" for that. He had a great personality and was friendly / nice, he made some amazing recommendations! The ambiance itself was fun and we loved how the had several dishes and drinks named after movies and tv stars that we grew up with. The staff itself all work as a team and all get along. The drinks and shakes were creative, poured generously and extremely flavorful. Id recommend this spot to anyone. Cannot wait to be back!

Brought my daughter here for a Mommy Daughter Birthday date and it was a great time. She loved it and Krystal J was an exceptional, kind, waitress. Nothing tops a dining experience like an awesome waitress!

Had dinner with a large group, 20+, prior to a concert. We were very well accommodated. Food and service were excellent! Awesome location. Foot traffic, order online, order ahead or dine in. Great cocktails- everyone enjoyed their meals! Will return soon. I had the "Not Sangria", very good choice along with the chicken wrap and waffle fries. Two thumbs up!

We stopped here today 12/21/2025 to eat about 2 hours before heading to Ford Field for the Lions game. They were very busy but the staff was very helpful, courteous and professional. Kudos to the staff. We were seated very quickly after arriving. Our drinks and shakes were great! They were also served very quickly. Best shake I have ever had! Food was also great! My wife and I had smash burgers and our son and his friend had the chicken tenders. All was great. I also love that they automatically add 20 percent for the service charge and think more restaurants should follow. I would have given Eddie more if I had had any cash on me. I was not able to try the food but me and my mom got the biggie shakes and they were delicious!! I got the girl scout and my mom got the birthday cake milkshake. They were both very good and the service and atmosphere is great! I would recommend this place for a nice treat!

What a fun pre-game experience before a show at the Fox Theater. The service was fantastic. The milkshake & hot cocoa were out of this world! Great place to take the kiddos. Can't wait to go back!

This place was hard to pick what I wanted because there were so many good options on the menu! My price range was high per person added on here only because my friend and I HAD to try food and a crazy shake of course. We had the mint shake, the rocky shake with banana and resse. The Jo Jo's waffle fries were amazing and so was the breakfast burrito. Would definitely go back to try more. My only hang up was the parking was difficult and a bit intimidating if you aren't familiar with the area. I paid $30 just to park and walk here. Everything else is wonderful. Great spot! Great Atmosphere with fun music and great staff as well. Our waitress was the sweetest and super helpful.

Today was our first visit. Two adults and two kids, 11 and 13. We were seated quickly and had a server at the table right away, which was appreciated. We ordered an appetizer immediately because, let’s be real, kids don’t wait patiently when they’re hungry. It came out fast, so that was a win. The food itself was just okay. Nothing special. Nothing memorable. The milkshakes were good, and honestly, that’s probably what the kids enjoyed most. None of us finished our meals, which says a lot. The restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. They had some cool throwback décor on the walls, which added a nice touch. All of the servers were friendly and attentive, and the manager even made rounds to check on guests. Service was solid. Now for the tough part. The prices were shocking. We’re talking high-end restaurant prices without high-end food. With tip, we paid $184 for two hamburgers, chicken tenders, a cod sandwich, mozzarella sticks, and four milkshakes. That’s hard to justify. Also, paper straws for milkshakes and kids do not mix. They get soggy fast. Yes, they give you a spoon, but if you’ve got kids, you already know how that goes. We’re glad we tried it, but we probably won’t be back. The service was good, the shakes were good, but the food quality just doesn’t match the price.

We went to JoJo's for their winter popup. It's a cute place in a nice location. I personally found the prices a bit high. The hot cocoa flight was little more than a Dixie cup and most of the cup was marshmallow. I was honestly underwhelmed and all of the cocoa tasted the same, only difference was the marshmallows on top. I did really enjoy the snowflake grilled cheese and tomato bisque soup, though! Service was decent but not great and they were out of a few things on the menu. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great. I'm glad I went because it's a cute spot, but there are other places in the area where your money would go further.

Nest retro idea. Wanted a late night burger after a game. The server did not know the difference between the 2 only burger options. Both of us got the smash burger. It was just a regular burger and was ok. I expected more for the reviews. The server didn't know the difference between the 2 types of smash burger but she said she was new. Brisket nachos were really good (unique flavor combo and would order again). The 80s energy was really strong with the colors, design, music. Baywatch was on TV. The menu is crazy outrageous with their milkshakes if you're into over the top and food show worthy. Also white expensive for the shakes. They also have regular milkshakes. Didn't try it so not sure how they taste. It was annoying too was already added to the bill but it was trivial 20% anyways. The server couldn't split the check so just made us pay half each so as long as you and others order the same thing you won't pay more. Wish she said that up front . The front entrance server was not friendly at all. Location is on a cool spot.

I never got to experience Jojos. The hostess told us only the bar was open, so we waited for a table... never told us we had to reserve online, just let us stand there right next to her for 20 minutes, until after seeing multiple tables available not offered to us and I questioned why we couldn't be seated only to be responded with, you have to do it online. Staff needs to be trained to let the customers know policy. I would have loved to have tried it out, very cute place.

Was so excited to check this place out. The atmosphere was great! Tomato bisque was amazing. Drinks were good! But the rest not much flavor. Service was slow. Had to actually start putting on our jackets to get the bartenders attention away from her coworkers and phone to give us our bill. Gratuity was already added on to the bill at 20%. I normally tip that at the minimum but I like to de use that for myself. Unfortunately, won’t go back.

Jojo's Shake Shack received media coverage on Fox 2 News, which prompted our decision to experience their offerings. We secured reservations and opted for the thirty-two dollar per person package. Despite the apparent availability of numerous tables on a Friday prior to Valentine's Day, we were seated within ten minutes. Our server promptly requested our entree order before inquiring about beverages. We ordered two drinks from the bar; my selection was satisfactory, but my husband's cranberry and vodka contained a disproportionate amount of cranberry. We ordered the grilled cheese, which was insufficiently toasted, and a Smashburger. Both the food and fries were served lukewarm. While the entrees arrived quickly, which was appreciated, their temperature was not ideal. For dessert, we selected the fondue, which experienced a significant delay in service. Although the presentation was appealing, the chocolate in the warmer and the ramekin were both cold. Our request to reheat it resulted in the item being returned at the same temperature. We were not offered the Polaroid included in our package. Upon receiving our bill, we noted a twenty percent gratuity applied to our two drinks. The restaurant's ambiance and decor were inviting. It was challenging to distinguish staff members due to their attire. We should have tried the shakes.

Honestly with the other reviews and the videos I've seen on social media my expectations were very high......sadly I was disappointed. The service started great, my girlfriend and I were seated even though we missed our reservation time and we waited a little bit for our waitress as they were very busy. We started with the hot chocolate with toasted marshmallow.....first impressions was that it tasted like I could've made in my microwave at home so not what I expected, after that we decided to get the new yorker corned beef sandwich. It took a while but when the sandwich came it was a lot of bread vs meat and seemed disproportionate, the 1000 island dressing was good, but the coleslaw was too sweet and heavy with the mayo, and the waffle fries were not too hot. The service was friendly and our waitress was welcoming and polite. All in all I don't think we'll be back, as this was not worth the price or the frigid walk in the cold in downtown Detroit

This was 12:30 pm on a Thursday. Shake ingredients were all stale. Could barely break the first cookie we received. Second cookie was palatable until it cooled down, then hard as a rock. The cup rim decorations were actually hardened and stuck to the cup. Salad had very little dressing. Cheese sticks were pretty good. We did not feel welcome.

I placed an order for pickup after a concert. When I got the $17 “I like it elote” salad home, it was only lettuce and tomato, with grated cheese. No dressing or anything. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service from diamond. On her phone and the guaranteed 20% tip makes the employees lazy. Was served a raw cinnamon roll. Food safety risks. Avoid this place

FYI - they add a 20% “service charge” to your bill even though the menu only says “a service or surcharge may apply to your final bill” - doesn’t tell you how much…. A bit scummy. Server says only 10% goes to them. Food was ok, shakes were really good

20% auto tip & no one actually cares to work. Zero customer service and employees talking on their earbuds in full conversation is wild…. Don’t buy into the hype cause it’s not that good.. was supposed to open at 11 but stood outside waiting for them to open 10 minutes after.

Had Valentines day RESERVATIONS. arrived 10 min early, sat promptly. After being asked immediately to order, shakes were delivered before the food, almost instantly. 5 minutes later food came. About 10 minutes after that, 20 minutes in we are told we have 10 minutes before a larger party comes so we need to leave. The place was half empty, another table was not even offered. Had to repeatedly ask for cups and boxes from the waitress who was rude the whole time and rushed my small toddler out of the way to clear the table. Fun times. This also happened to the other three tables next us. Place just is ott worth 120 dollars on valentines day if thats how your treated.
