This location is very small, only good to get in and get out. My husband got a specialty drink that's not on the menu and it didn't taste right. I checked the receipt and the ingredients were wrong. I also got the greens and ginger drink with extra frozen vanilla yogurt, double blended. They forgot to double blend it because the kale was still chunky. I wasn't a fan of the greens and ginger drink. It looked like the ingredients had changed since the last time I got it. Instead of lemon juice they changed it to lemonade and instead of fresh squeezed ginger it was ginger puree which does not give it enough flavor.

Most Jamba juices are the same. So theres not a lot to set them apart. This spot has a friendly enough staff. But our experience there was that it was understaffed. Only one person working blending and register. Felt bad for her. And this spot didn't take gift cards when we came.

I’m very bummed you changed store hours. My daughter and I visited multiple times a week before school between 8-8.30 am. Now we cannot. Please open at 8 to accommodate students.

I walked in to order and the clerk was busy with something. Possibly making another order. There was one person waiting. I waited for a while and then someone who appeared to be the manager walked in and had to get by me as i was evidently blocking her path. They both disappeared back there and eventually someone took my order. I waited about 5 more minutes and eventuality got my drink. It just seemed like a lot of time to wait when there was only one order ahead of me that i could see. Their blenders weren't running. It took about 15 minutes total and i was 5 minutes late from lunch as a result. The drink itself was good as i have come to expect from this chain. They make good smoothies. Hopefully this was a fluke or the mansger gets better at managing. Either one would mean a likely improvement in service.

The drinks are great and I've never had a problem with them . The only problem is that they only have one person working the register AND making the drinks during peek times. Lunch time there are always a lot of people so I've stopped going.

Edgy large shopping center. Couple of empty spots. And has a Wells Fargo... but other than that it's very nice. New Fart & Smile store. Relocated Starbucks store. You need to check out the drive thru, when busy it can back up into the street. May have been put in backwards?

Horrible service. Will not be returning. The filled my drinks half way and still charged me full price. Gave me left overs and to top it off the didnt put the lid on right and drinks fell on me.

I have come here on several occasions to get a my vanilla blue sky drink and it never fails to taste watered down. I even put extra bananas in it and I still can't taste the bananas. It taste like water and pineapples. I find this to be absolutely ridiculous. Why does it always taste like nothing? I ask for thick, it comes out watery. I just don't understand

Needed a smooth for lunch. Got the Razzmatazz, but it came out looking like strawberry and tasted like strawberry only! The female casher was rude! The male was nice, but no one smiled! The place looks sad! Last time I'm coming here

Went in to place 2 orders. Placed my first order fine. When i attempted to place my second order i was ignored by the worker. This is not the first time I've experienced very bad customer service here. My drink is barely ever made correctly and is always too icy. I go out of my way and go to the jamba juice near my work in valencia because i have never had a bad experience there.
