My husband and I have noticed that the food and service had gone downhill the last few years. We decided to try it again and were pleasantly surprised. We had a great waiter (Andrew) who recommended their special beef taco plate which we had never tried. It was so good. We will definitely order again. Andrew went above and beyond. Thanks again. I think they've made some big changes here in the Dublin restaurant. There chips and salsa were great too.

This place is just ok. The rice is very good! I had enchiladas, chicken and a cheese. Just ok. Lacked flavor. Salsa is very spicy but that's the way I like it. It may be too hot for some with sensitive palettes.

Great Mexican food! Excellent service, great menu selection, best chips n salsa, and the guacamole can't be beat! I'll go back again. The appetizers are enough! The taquitos are a must!... Slightly Smokey and very flavorful! Even the winds are great! If you're at Costco, look for the gift cards and get about 25% off at this place, great deal no matter how ya look at it. The manager is truly awesome as well! Just go there.. You'll see.

The atmosphere is the reason to go to this place. They sat up outdoor tables with umbrellas and heating lamp. There was a live band and people are having a good time listening to the music and some even danced. Food was bland and mixed drinks were weak. I had better Tex Mex food (don’t expect real authentic food). Even Chevy’s is better. One star for the food and 5 star for the music and ambience.

The concept is pretty predictable if you’d been to El Torito or On The Border. Located in an outdoor mall with plenty of open parking and a very nice facade with outdoor seating that is largely unoccupied. The layout, decor and the seating style and everything is that typical Casa style. The bar area is vibrant and welcoming. Lot of folks seem to be regulars having a good drink with friends and significant others. They take you back to the dining hall if you are in for dinner into 2 or 3 rooms with both tables and booths, which are somewhat unkept and dirty looking in need of a food wash. Food is typical, not very special, but good. The waiter was not rude but hasn’t made any attempt to be pleasant either until at the end when he saw the tip I left which was way more than he deserved. Bottom line, very passable. I have better options to have a pleasant evening with family.

It was our first time here. The place is nice and clean. It has a local vibes and it seems there are a lot of regulars. The service was excellent! Staff were really nice. We ordered a beef quesadilla, steak fajita, and the carnitas plate. My wife loved the fajita, I liked the quesadilla, but the carnitas was too salty for me. It was not bad. It’s just that we had better with similar restaurants around Dublin and Pleasanton. We have not tried other foods and like I said, the place is nice with good vibes, so we will definitely try it again.

Free chips and salsa were really good and unfortunately they were the best part followed closely by fried ice cream. Service was hit and miss, mostly miss. All that wouldn't matter if food was good but our party of five found it blend and just missing basic taste, below average to others in area. Also I had the saddest "Grande Burrito" ever esp considering it was almost 20 bucks, pictured below. Top shelf Margarita was a bit weak for my taste but it was okay. Ambiance was good, we were seated right away.

Enjoyed a really terrific dinner at Casa Orozco. Ordered nachos and a combination dinner and everything was very tasty. I enjoyed their very crispy chips and flavorful salsa, as well. I was happy with everything except the hostess seating a solo diner in a large room with a party of 25 people or so. The noise became very loud very quickly and I didn’t fault the large party, I do think the management needs to train the hostess to seat smaller parties in a different area. There were many empty tables as I left and I couldn’t eat quick enough to get out of there quickly. Fortunately, I asked for a to go box and was able to take the balance of my dinner back to the hotel and was able to enjoy it the following night with lots of peace and quiet from my room.

Not quite sure how to explain my experience at this location. The food WAS NOT that good. Period The margaritas were horrible. Overpriced not good food . Our server was not having a good day. Maybe it's her personality Nice, then rude. No eye contact and short. Put in the corner and being constantly starred at by the person at the table across. Had to add salt to the guacamole. Chips seemed flat or stale. How can you mess up a protein bowl. I have been to Mexican restaurant all over... This was by far the lowest on my list Worst $100 spent. I generally tip 22% or more. Gave her 18% because she looked like she was having a bad day

I had gift cert. $100 dollars my bill came to $77.45. The employee left and said thats it!! What happened to my change and or offer dessert or a drink for the balance? So she took my balance of $22.55 i had planned to leave a tip but that much. Be awear of your bill and any change they don't give you.

I'm Mexican a cook at that, and love Mexican food I also enjoy cooking it, this restaurant doesn't come close to authentic Mexican. But it was mother's day so! The chips and salsa were horrible didn't taste fresh salsa tasted as if it came out of a can, chips were bad taste of old chips. Then food order came out and it was awful too, taco bell is better, 😂 no flavor our plates were cold, we were not given silverware so food got colder... Our drinks were all wrong and took over 20 minutes to even get them. Service was bad to say the least. And the over all place just didn't feel inviting or clean bathrooms are very small even handicap bathroom was very small, the hand dryers are plugged to the wall a hazard for a curious child. For it being a first time customer I will not be coming back it was a let down. I wouldn't recommend unless you want to be disappointed. Prices are high for quality of the food. Sorry I was looking forward to coming here...

The food wasn’t very authentic—it felt more like Americanized Mexican and lacked real flavor. The atmosphere itself wasn’t particularly nice, though the music was good. I also noticed the blinds were pretty dirty and could use some cleaning. Service was ok , but overall, it’s not a place I’d return to.
