Placed an online order for pickup and got there at 9:30pm about, the girl working at the time (5/21/2026) had followed my instructions perfectly and filled my sub all the way with all that was requested, like stacked... I dunno your name, brunette / dark hair girl, but you deserve the best! Thank you so much for not just ignoring my instructions, it genuinely means so much, you a real one lady! I really wish I knew your name, so I could appropriately label you in this review, but I'm sure you know who you are! Me and my mom were the only one who'd walked in at the time, and I gotta give it to her too, she made that footlong like a swift speedster pro! Love your work ethic, thank you for making my night! Sub was excellently made too, she a natural! Will be back for sure! Wish you the best of the best, too! Dunno if you'll read my review, but you the GOAT. Appreciate you! I'm the one who asked for extra vegetables, and I was dutifully impressed by the amount you'd went above and beyond to make it truly inspiring! Thank you!

I live in the city and have to travel to East Aurora for my vet. We usually have our cat with us so stopping at a EA staple is hard as we can't leave him in the car for long. I have to say there is no other subway that has a friendlier staff. They're always polite and extremely helpful. The place is also super clean. 10/10

It was the original one from the movie. We ended up going to the Aurora theater to see the new Willy wonka movie. Which, by the way, was really good. And that theater is awesome. What a gem, you must stop in and see it. all in all, it was a great day to spend with my wife. I do love her.

This is next to the old railway station. US subways appear more generous with portions. I had the salad and I liked how it gets chopped up here. No sweet corn though. Come on USA. Nice lunch.

It's a Subways on busy Main street. Good to get a quick sandwich, snack or a drink here. They also bake gluten free bread to make gluten free sandwiches! It is usually quiet in here and has a nice view of the steet.

Decided kinda late I was a little hungry on the 4th of July. Only place open within miles. People working are working hard and made the sub just how I asked. My only thing with subway is I don’t like how the menu is now days but it is what it is and I feel like it’s more expensive than what I expected. I’d rather go to a local pizzeria for subs

Subway was good! We ordered a salad and because we were from out of town and had no place to sit and eat except in our car we were a bit disappointed that the salad was not chopped! Other than that all was well!

It was a subway sub. Standard, ok, acceptable... I would not say excellent. Clean bright place. I'd go back.

I was the the only person there. Ordered half of a turkey sub, requested a toasted roll. She proceeded to make a full sub I reminded her, she removed all of the turkey, very impatient.. made a sub, that consisted of.. turkey, lettuce, and tomato.... Never did get it toasted...but I did get an eye roll... when I asked for a napkin. What happened to the East Aurora subway?

Women room needs to be redone toilet wouldn't flush apparently it needed a new handle for a while they just glue it again didn't last long someone complained after a few minutes it broke again

Worst customer service out there, servers are rude, over talk you, and literally cant comprehend simple instructions on what ya want on your sub. Truly dont waste your time when you can get a sub anywhere else in EA for the same price but better and not dealing with ignorant servers or sticky tables

Terrible food, tastes bland. I worked here a long time ago and came in on my day off because I was asked if I an come in. I said sure but will have to wait until the plow comes to plow out my parking lot. I was yelled at and told I must not like this job because I was only able to come in 2 hours to help on my day off

I politely requested the sandwich maker to change his gloves as he had worked with beef for previous order (mine was vegetarian) and he refused to change them. His name was Regi and he went, " I had just recently changed my gloves, I will change them when I put the vegetables ok?" I said I would really prefer he changed them. As I was saying so he took slices of cheese and began making the sandwich anyway as to disregard my request. Felt offended so had to cancel my order and there was no acknowledgment by the employee.

I ordered a foot long monster sub. The girls were too busy talking to even bother to say hello. She didn’t say a word through the whole process. The sub was horrible. The steak was cold. She squeezed way too much sauce on it. She folded it in a manner that all the sauce never made it into the sub but all over the outside, making a sloppy mess. Didn’t ask if I wanted anything else. Just a disappointing experience.
