I love this dunkin location as I stop here often. It is super convenient being on nesconset Highway as I drive that way to work every day and I have an early shift, therefore coffee is important. They always get my order right, and as long as the line can be, it moves fast. The food is pretty good as well when I order it. Although it might just be “another dunkin” the team members inside work hard and seem to be great at customer service. :)

In my experience, Dunkin' coffee either tastes like river water or like the nectar of the Gods. Thankfully, the coffee from this Dunkin' is always the latter. This is my absolute favorite Dunkin' I actually go out of my way to stop at this one instead of the three others I pass before this on my way to work. The staff is always super pleasant early in the morning and my iced coffee is always perfect.

This has been my new go-to Dunkin Donuts since I moved here. Always seems like its staffed by many enthusiastic young people do put their hearts into it and I hope management sees it! Only thing that sucks is small parking lot but I won't take a star away for that.

This location changed dramatically and there's better staff hired, and very friendly towards customers. They get the orders right, and make their customers happy. Great location to come to, and they have awsome summer drink specials to select off the menu.

ROSA. She rocks! I needed a Box o Joe... strong. Did u know that Dunkin' has a special, stronger blend called "Midnight'?? Same great flavor, but using different amounts of their various coffees. Well. It was terrific!!!! So good, in fact, that I went back 7 days later to get another one. It doesn't go bad, so for 27 bucks or so, I'm having the best coffee EVER. Not only is the coffee itself killer, but ur given the infamous bag of cream, milk, sugar, and a dozen cups to take with you. All I do now is walk downstairs and heat up my cup of Joe in the microwave. Should've been doing this for years!!!! THIS IS THE PORT JEFFERSON LOCATION. NOT NEARLY AS BUSY AS SETAUKET. Next time you're in the mood for slammin good coffee, Just go!!

We go here often always using the drive thru. My 12 year old son likes to go after Xtra hours from school. The staff is always so nice and the orders are correct and prepared timely. My sons favorites are the mini stuffed everything bagels. The fruit refreshers/ drink. And the classic chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles.

This location is like no other. I have never seen a business with so many down to earth, caring , humble and generous employees. I especially have never seen a business where the employees are all truly happy ! My situation is complicated and I've never felt so welcomed and cared about. The manager welcomes me with a huge smile everyday and is always so kind and thoughtful. The manager and all of his staff are compassionate, kind, thoughtful and most of all respectful. And I gotta say they all don't seem like they are miserable coming here. He made a great environment for his staff and his customers. Thank you all for always being so kind of especially when most of the other businesses won't even give a friendly hello 🤗

Always like dunkin coffee, regular or iced. BUT i can no longer use the new straws. They make the coffee taste bad, and they fall apart very fast, last time didn't even finish my drink without the straw coming apart. I do know its not Dunkin's fault, but it does make me not want it

Nice Dunkin' location with tons of donut, munchkin, and ice cream options. Generally clean inside, though the parking lot could use some work. Convenient location and nice staff. Careful on busy holidays they do sell out of most donuts and munchkins on rare occasions. Options are good otherwise and fresh!

This is one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts locations!! They are always fast and friendly. But $4 for a small cold brew with almond milk?! That's a little steep for me ...

They only sell about 9 different flavored doughnuts. If you want coffee or ice cream this is the place.

Menu board could use an update. Burned my croissant, have no condiments out. Door is broken, parking lot also needs repair badly. Employees are not really friendly.

Ordered on the app before leaving the house with the kids. Order was not ready by the time I arrived, in fact, i had to wait another 5 minutes upon arrival before they packed my order.

The employee that made my drink was very nice however I told her I wanted very little ice and she filled the cup up with ice so my drink was completely watered down and when I removed the ice the cup was only half full.

This was my "go to" Dunkin' location for years. The food is good, the time to prepare an order placed in the Dunkin' app is great and the staff member was courteous. However, today is my last time visiting this location due to another staff member's lack of parking skills. This Dunkin' location will now have 11 open parking spaces.

The young lady at the front counter was a sweet heart. The place was very clean and the selection of product was very good. My problem with all Dunkin doughnuts is the product. Specifically the donuts. I don't eat too many but I was shocked at how small they are. Also a jelly doughnut as an example from there has literally no filling. They don't even taste that good anymore It's amazing that they do so well judging from the amount of stores there are. Don't get me wrong this location was perfect. No problems at all DD is just an ok place to get coffee and maybe a muffin

Not my favorite DD! Coffee was ok though it took longer than I would have expected to fill a box of joe. Staff was friendly, though the man working in the back seemed a bit rude to the women working the front of the store. There didn't seem to be a huge selection that I am used to seeing from other DD's either.

Used me be very good always got a cold brew always fresh. Now lately I know when I order a cold brew they’ve been giving me regular iced coffee with an espresso shot. They should just tell customers if they don’t have something , not give them something different. Twice I’ve wasted my money.

Gentleman, I think owner, was very short regarding senior citizen disc. We disagreed on 20 cents n wouldn't give in. I laughed n told him I have a small store too n customer is always right.especially over 20 cents n I live in the neighborhood. I will make sure the nextdoor app will know your attitude against elderly people. I will not b in again. There was a big sign out front..free donut w med size coffee. So he made me pay full price bc he had already given me my senior disc on the egg,cheese bacon on criossant. Over 20cents he lost a customer n who knows what else.

They overcharged me for my latte and left me waiting for about 12 minutes on it. Drive thru people were goofing off and two different people asked me three different times to pay after I had already paid the first time. My drink, by the time I got it, was incorrectly made, was missing an ingredient, and had tree times as much syrup as the norm so it was almost undrinkable.

No hook for your coat in batroom , if yo go you have to lay your coat on floor , smallest coffee $2+, around the corner $1.00 ,the taco egg and cheese for $2.17 looks like they got ran it over by those Rollers on the street ?? Nothing like the picture, and yes the Donuts much smaller as well as the filling , you'd think there was an import tax they paid for it !! Otherwise service is Cordial an friendly , makes you think it's the owners fault not the servers!!

This is regarding the DD on Rt 347 at Jane Blvd. It seems like some reviews are confusing the nearby locations. This one is terrible. This is one of the older DD's and it shows. Unaccommodating staff with no customer service skills. Went there at an off-peak time - no line whatsoever. Ordered a medium iced coffee and a small iced coffee. The woman did the transaction first before starting the order and immediately after paying I noticed a sign that said 2 medium iced coffees for $4.00 (you would think she would've alerted me to it, but no). I pointed to the sign and said...oh wait...I might as well get 2 mediums for 4 bucks, right? (My medium and small came out to $6 and change). The woman said "it's too late". I said what do you mean - you didn't even pour the coffee yet. She said "I did transaction already". I said just cancel the sale and start again. Reminder - there was no one behind me, so I wasn't holding anyone up - I wouldn't have done this if it was 7:00 am with a line of people behind me. I had to ask someone else and repeat the request - he did it but with no friendliness or apology. What is with people? It's a customer-service business. I'm a friendly and polite person so there's no excuse for rude service. The regular DD I go to always points out specials and sometimes even gives me a coupon price without a coupon. And if I'm with my 4 year old and order 3 munchkins for him they always put 6 in the bag. Little things like that cost very little but go so far. Now, a stupid experience like the one at this store will stick in my head and make me not go to that location again. Good job folks. I'll be sure to use the two newer ones not far from this run-down one with a busted up parking lot.

I went to the Dunkin Donuts at 6:20 pm tonight in east setauket on Nesconswt hwy and they had absolutely NO DONUTS left. How does that happen at Dunkin Donuts??? They were still going ro bw open for another 3 1/2 hrs. With no donuts. Its not convenient to get to when you are traveling East Bound but I was going to a function and decided to make the u-turn and bring munchkins and a dozen donuts. Not even 1 of each was available. A total waste if time. I guess I was l was lucky they still had coffee!

I come here every morning because it’s closest to my home but it’s the worst experience every day. Their donuts are never fresh seems like they sit there for a week straight. My order is messed up every single day and I order all of two items it’s just ridiculous.

By far the worst DD, unfortunately it's so close to work. Well looks like back to 7-11. I ordered 4 different versions of an iced coffee and it couldn't be made because they were out of inventory, this happens all to many times. Not to mention it was 10am

Not good owner has a attitude and they don't listen well when you order then they give you a hard time when they get the order wrong. I would not return to this store so disrespectful to the customers and it wasn't just me they had an attitude with.

They gave me someone else's drink and slapped my order name on it, they just had all the stickers hanging off the edge and picked mine and out it on a random drink and they gave me a bacon egg and cheese and they forgot the bacon (the bacon is the whole reason it costs more. They also burnt the bagel and its black on all the edges. There is also black stuff INSIDE the egg??? The guy working the mic is very rude and doesn't actually look to see if there is a new customer in line, instead he repeatedly says "welcome to dunkin" and got more irritated every time he said it, even though he had already gotten my order as if it was MY fault they were so slow. When I pulled up he proceeded to try and give me 2 other orders even though I gave him my name and order number. This location is an absolute joke and I literally got scammed out of my money. Nothing on my order was right, go somewhere else, and don't waste your time and money at this location.

Food usually is good at all the Dunkin donuts I have been too... However, this one, the sourdough breakfast sandwich and avocado sandwich was disgusting.. I couldn't believe how flavorless mine was and my son threw his away cause it tasted funny...I agree it did😝Coffee was good though...That's it🤷

Tried this Dunkin again and disappointed to see that Hygiene isn’t their strong suit. This Dunkin needs to take page out of the Dunkin 1325 middle country rd when it comes to service and cleanliness. They have the person making your coffee and touching cash/ credit cards. Maybe they were short staffed but went back twice and same thing. Do not hold the lid for when handing people their coffee at the drive thru would be a start. Hopefully this gets better.

Got an apple crumb doughnut that was rock hard; went up to see if I could exchange for a different one (that was the last one) and the cashier insisted *twice* that "it is fresh doughnut" before finally agreeing to let us have a different one, even when we tried to show how hard the doughnut was. Looked at past reviews of this place, and apparently they have a history of "recycling" doughnuts from the day before- looks like they haven't stopped. She was nasty enough even before insisting to us that grossly stale food was "super fresh."

We went there with our son this morning, and got 3 donuts. Two of the donuts were extremely stale. I thought they had a policy of having fresh donuts every day, but the Stroopwafel donut was at least 2 days old. Perhaps this is not a popular donut and doesn't sell much, but they should not sell inedible goods.

I pulled up into a spot waiting for the curbside pickup which only had one spot that was taken so we were parked in a spot right out front. Parking lot was empty otherwise. No one came out so I pulled up next to the curbside pickup and waited there only to have the person delivering the coffee come out yelling at me that he was waiting for me for 15 minutes. Was he kidding? Meanwhile he never came out of the store. I would never go there again.

Got a coffee through the drive through and the person at the window doesn’t even say hello or goodbye and the girls inside were telling stories about their week to eachother and cursing every other sentence and I have a child in the car. Very inappropriate, much better Dunkin’ Donuts to go to on Long Island

Got a simple bagel, and asked for it to be toasted, it wasn't, and the cream cheese was like rubber. The donut wasn't even fresh. I took one bite and it was extremely stale. Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I'm going back to 7/11.

I have to say that this is normally my go-to DD, but I got so grossed out today. The owner was cleaning the walls near the food with a DISGUSTING rag. I figured he would go wash his hands or at least put on gloves before he made my coffee. Nope. Instead he put his dirty hands right on the coffee and right on the lid. NASTY!!!!!! I poured my coffee into a mug when I got home. I would have written a formal review through DD- but that would require him actually giving me a receipt!

I went in yesterdsay to grab a drink. It was horrible tasting. tasted old stale coffee. The people hired there where cold and not very friendly. Not a Fan of poor customer service skills like this. This location has always been cold and low quality

First I'll start with the short issue. We saw a woman get a box of munchkins for her kid. The child then put his hand in the box and go through all of them, and decided he didn't want any of it. The woman then gave the box back and asked for a refund. The employee dumped the same munchkins back into the pile for resale. We left. Now the long issue. My wife is pregnant with gestational diabetese which means she really can't have caffeine or sugar. So she used to go to this location for it's convenient drive through. She would get decaf unsweetened iced tea. Then one day she was told that they don't have and never had decaf iced tea. Which means that the most likely thing happening was she was receiving fully caffeinated iced tea every time. When she complained to corporate she was hoping to make sure this didn't happen to another pregnant woman or someone with a medical issue who can't have caffeine at all. But instead she received an email from the store manager simply apologizing for not having decaf iced tea. He seemed to not get the problem. And not apologizing for being misled about the caffiene content of the items she ordered.

I tried to order a cup of Dunkin' Midnight at 4pm on a Tuesday. I was told no. When I asked if he didn't have any or just wouldn't make it I was just told "no". He said it was too big of a pot to brew for one cup. After getting a cup of original roast for my wife, I was asked if I wanted anything else. I said "Apparently not because you won't make the coffee that I want. You offer it for sale, I want it, and will give you money for it and still "no"". Last time I go to this location.

I vote this place a 1 star rating. I once went there to get a egg on my bagel, and the egg was cold. They did not make the egg, it was kept in there freezer. Another story, I told them about my deadly allergies. An half hour later I had an allergic reaction. One last story, I payed $20 to get drinks and donuts. We were $5 short, the workers started yelling at us. We went back to the car and they didn’t give us our money back. So we went back in and they only gave us 3 donuts, which was four dollars, we should have go everything but the donuts. To round this all up, the workers are rude. Horrible food and service. Lastly, filthy place.

Service is horrible. Every week I order donuts half an hour earlier for my youth group. The order is never ready. Today not only was it not ready but it was incorrect as well. I shouldn’t have to wait an additional 15 minutes after having placed an order half and hour earlier. Terrible, terrible service.

The worst Dunkin in the area. I have two small kids so the drive thru is the ONLY and I mean ONLY reason I come. And it’s horrible. Slow no matter what time you come. Order is always wrong. Where do I start, guess tonight is a good time to start. Guy handed me a cold coffee that's been sitting and out of stock donuts. Past experiences, out of stock of sooo much, getting white cups and food in walmart bown bags. Burned food. Drive through closed and this place being closed intermittent times. I only go here because it's close and on the way to work. This dunkin sucks. I rarely leave reviews but I had to for this place.

I usually don't like to leave negative reviews but this dunkin donuts is the absolute worst. I use to go in here every Saturday as I pass this location on my way to Coram. It's always the same ladies and whenever I say good morning they look at me as if I have 3 heads, never a good morning, never a smile, just plain rude and lowkey hostile for no reason. Sometimes they're on their phones and they seem bothered by customers. I always order on the app coffee with 7 creams, most of the times they make it on the dark side but the last time the coffee was dark AND bitter. I said no more, I rather drive up to the Dunkin in Mount Sinai just to not deal with these people. If you're so miserable providing customer service get another job!

THIS IS A MOTEL THAT DEFINITELY DISCRIMINATES AGAINST BLACKS AND IT'S VERY IN YOUR FACE OBVIOUSLY. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME AND MY FIANCEE ONCE BEFORE AT THE SAME MOTEL THAT WE HAD A RESERVATION FOR AND AFTER ARRIVING WE WERE TOLD THAT WE HAD TO JUST WAIT ABOUT 5 MINUTES BY THE FEMALE DESK CLERK AND LESS THAN A COUPLE OF MINUTES WE WERE TOLD BY ANOTHER MALE CLERK THAT THERE WERE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE AND THE COUPLE THAT WERE IN THE ROOM THAT WERE WAITING HAD COME DOWN AND HANDLE THE ROOM CARD TO THE CLERK AND WE ASKED ABOUT IT AND HE BECAME COMPLETELY UNHINGED AND SAID HE DIDN'T WANT MY PEOPLE IN THE MOTEL. THE FEMALE CLERK SAID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ON OUR BEHALF AND SHE WAS THE ONE WHO TOOK THE CALL FOR THE RESERVATION.

Not for nothing but I don’t know what is happening with this Dunkin location. Every time we come they are out of multiple items. Like how do you never have strawberry frosted donuts. That’s like a basic thing to have. Corn muffins are never in stock and to top it off the donuts that we do get are literally always hard a a rock. The coffee is always burnt and the hash browns are always cold and hard at this location. Please fix this. The customer service is ok and usually pretty quick which is the only positive.

They ran out of tea for 2 weeks straight. I ordered avocado toast and was handed it at the drive through on a paper plate and told be careful. Girl at window ripped a paper towel off a roll then handed it to me. I pass there a lot and keep trying....the next time I tried again. Still out of napkins and I was given fries ??? Ordered iced pumpkin chai latte. They made it too sweet to the point I am chewing granular of sugar. I took it back and they made it even MORE sweet. I order the same thing yesterday and they did it perfect. But the girl at the front making excuses that’s how it is. The syrup bottle wasn’t working so she opened it up and poured it into the cup. This franchise owner must be losing a lot of money cause we ain’t coming back. Imagine how many others?

Asked them nicely to remake a drink (ordered an iced matcha latte) three times and each time it was honestly so bad. it was basically just milk with a splash of matcha. tried asking for a refund because the drink was not good and all the lady could say is “no manager so sorry” . not coming back here.

I don't typically order food from here, but, on occasion I will get munchkins or doughnuts, and rarely a muffin, for the kids or office, items at this location are typically stale ( I typically order between 845 and 915 in the morning, and this indicates to me the food is from the previous day) I clearly do not know if it is or not but I stopped going for food, drinks I have not had a problem on my order. The service is great and people are very nice. No atmosphere as I only use the drive through, have been inside maybe once or twice in the last 5 years I've lived in the area.

Awful place, gave me the worst matcha latte. Matcha wasn’t mixed, I tried to drink some to see if it was at least good but I kept getting chunks. Will never go back :)
