I had a coupon for free 6 piece chicken nuggets from T Mobile. I was unable to open the app. The young man at the register helped me and I walked out very happy with my free chicken!!! Thank you Jayson!!!

Even when the line is long it moves pretty fast. The customer service is exceptional.

We ordered the spicy chicken sandwich meals with fries and soft drink. I don't usually eat fast food as I always get an upset stomach from the oils, but it was pleasantly delicious.

I like this Wendys! They're quick, precise, friendly, and have no problem altering the menu for us. Their strawberry lemonade is pure summer and their salads are always fresh and delicious. I do miss their chicken BLT salad from like 15 years ago but the new ones are cool. I also like their new cookies. Totally satisfying.

Thank you to the staff here, who were able to make my daughter a cheeseburger at 10:30am, before lunch was officially served. They went out of their way for us, and my daughter and I are grateful!

Best Wendy’s ever! I got drive thru and I dropped my card on the side of my seat and couldn’t get reach it so the manager was so patient and awesome kind and told me not to worry about and he just gave me the food. Amazing customer service.

We ordered two $5 biggie bags and when we got home realized both were missing the chicken nuggets. We called and spoke with Nixon. He was very apologetic and accommodating.

Not exactly sure what changed recently but going into this Wendy's, I normally have a problem on how slow it is. How enthusiastically surprised was I to find out that the visit was so quick it was almost shocking. I put the order in the app cuz I saw the place was busy being lunch time while getting my car detailed. Place was clean organized and my food was exactly what I ordered and hot I also had a last-minute change on the flavor Frosty and they literally had the order in their hand! I had an unexpectedly excellent experience at this Wendy’s thanks to Thomas at the drive thru. He was sharp, friendly, and clearly knew the menu well. He answered questions easily and made suggestions that felt natural, not scripted. I went in for a simple order and left with a cookie I had not planned on buying, which says everything about how well he reads people. What impressed me most was how effortless the interaction felt. Professional without being stiff, upbeat without being over the top. The kind of service that makes you realize how much skill actually goes into doing the job well. I spend a lot of time around people in the food industry, and this level of service is not common. Thomas is someone any operation would be lucky to have. I hope he knows he did a great job.

Great food. The drive-through workers are so nice and respectful. Me and my mom go to this Wendy's every Saturday, around 11am-1pm. I always get the cheese fries, a Dave's Double, and a large Frosty, and not once has the order been messed up or wrong. It's never packed over there too!

Have been visiting this Wendy's since the early 2000s and have never had an issue. The staff is always friendly and the line moves fast. Food is always fresh and very infrequently is anything forgotten from an order. Good size parking lot and inside is kept pretty clean too. Will keep returning. Thank you!

Wendy's is much better than McDonald's. If the two shops are located near each other, it's Wendy's that i pick. It's all fast food, but Wendy's taste and seems the better choice

Friendly and courteous staff. Does not have beverage dispensers available to customers. I like to refill so this place looses a star for that.

Attendants rush you to order as soon as you step on the driveway. Other than that food is good as usual.

Even with the challenging times we're facing the staff at Wendy's were patient, polite, and professional. Everyone wore masks and gloves. Service at the drive thru was smooth and courteous

They seem like a happy group, same employees each time I go. The cashier always tries to upsell me to get a 99 cent cookie. In October, you could buy a book of 5 ice cream cups for $1

No complaints with this Wendy's location. They typically get the order right (I can't speak for any door dash or Uber eats orders though) and the employees are friendly enough. Nothing particular stands out from the rest of the chain either way with the exception that the seating is much nicer than it used to be before they renovated it with solid oak tables (I make custom furniture for a living so I tend to be critical of woodwork details like that😂) so I give it 5 stars for atmosphere as far as fast food restaurants go.

This was the first time at this location so based on my one experience it was good. Even though someone was being trained I was helped quickly and efficiently. The burger and French fries were hot and tasty and the frosty was nice going down. I do recommend. Also it wasn't that busy when I went.

At Wendy’s in Port Jefferson Station on route 347 the staff are very respectful, funny, and fast. The service has been good every time but the past 2 times going there when ordering through the drive thru and I asked for bbq sauce and honey mustard they didn’t include it and the worker clarified the sauces. This is a common mistake everyone can make and won’t stop me from going again. Overall great service

This Wendy's has been remodeled since I was last here. It looked nice enough, that we decided to eat in. The chicken sandwich was good, and the fries were crispy. I am not a big fan of the single use drink machine.

Delivery brings it down to four stars, sadly. Somethings always missing, unfortunately. Like, I've ordered a coffee with meals via delivery and over the course of a dozen deliveries it's been missing every time.

Couldn't figure out how to get the free chicken sandwich on the app and the drive thru guy was nasty and wanted to talk over me... Had to get off the drive thru line and go inside, the cashier didn't know either but the manager figured it out.

Great food but can really benefit from redesigning the interior and drive-thru. It's difficult getting out of the handicap parking area and the doors are not accessible.

My wife was craving a cheese burger and she suggested we eat here. We had not been to this Wendy’s in about 10 years. It had not changed much. Her order was not processed correctly, and she got a chicken sandwich by mistake. It only took a few minutes for them to replace it. She showed it to me and said “look, it shrunk!” Yep, it did not look like the big burger on the poster. My Harvest chicken salad was ok. It was served with a slab of chicken breast on top. The chicken meat looked better than it tasted. Very bland tasting, like it was mass produced to a low quality taste standard. I found my salad to be a poor value at $7.59. The burger cost less and tasted better.

Bathrooms can be kept cleaner, prices need to be dropped. $3.25 for a junior bacon!? When they told me this I said forget it and grabbed a slice of pizza instead. I understand inflation but c'mon now!!

Service at this location is not as fast as others. The food was served hot. The Fries were excellent but the packages they came in were not full when we got them.

Rushed at window drive up. Didn't get ketchup for the fries. $5 deal good, but didn't have vanilla frosty. Some can't eat chocolate, and not everyone likes salty caramel. Very disappointed

The food was what you expect from Wendy's, good and always consistent. However the service need much improvement. The worker failed to give us napkins, BBQ sauce, and folk for the salad. Had to go back up to counter to asked for these because there are no more self service items these days.

Port Jeff Station. Food wasnt hot. Asked for ketchup had to ask after got food. Clerk scolded us for not asking. We did ask. Going to other wendys. This one isn't good.

Always an adventure here. They frequently make mistakes. Today it was charge me for 2 chili fries instead of 2 jr. Cheeseburgers. Good customer service could be to give me to items I ordered also, McDonalds does customer friendly stuff like that or give a card for free large sandwich next visit. Then when Wendy's said my order was done, I took my bags of food (take out) and said Where is my Large Frosty? Double mistakes are not surprising

Haven't been here in a while and was in a rush. I went through the drive through. I got my food quickly, and it was good. But didn't realize they didn't even give me the nuggets I ordered or my receipt.

Food was good as expected but customer service terrible. Drive through window teller horrible attitude asked for a spoon was a huff to get that and asked for bbq sauce and gave an attitude said thank you and have a good night loud enough the stores around could have heard and he just shut the window. Corporate should hire people that actually want to do their job.

Probably the worst Wendy’s out here. The service is careless, they charge for extras but never put the extras in. I get hot fries, a warm burger & cold nuggets. The consistency is awful. Do better.

Having experience working food and retail, these guys suck. There isn't a moment where they don't mess up an order. There used to be these young college kids that actually knew to get the order right. Now there's these older people that can't get the order right and I made them put a separate order together so that they wouldn't mess it up. They failed. Godspeed if you can ever get them on the phone.

I Find it really bad that at around 7 -7:30 Pm the staff and management only focuses on the drive up customers and ignore any one who walks in to order and dine in the store. This is a ongoing problem at this Wendy's. Corporate operations really needs to train the staff and team members on how to manage this situation and how to focus on both types of customers.

What I witnessed today was honestly pretty disappointing. I understand that working in fast food can be stressful at times and it’s easy to be in a bad mood. However, Jason, the cashier, is consistently kind and welcoming whenever I come in. Even a month ago, when he was clearly stressed and not receiving much help, he still managed to treat every customer with respect and positivity. Today, though, I noticed what seemed to be his supervisor. When Jason greeted him with a cheerful “What’s up, how are you Brian?” the supervisor just shook his head and ignored him. Shortly after, a woman with limited English yelled at Jason simply because he didn’t understand her. As a person of color myself, I know firsthand that when someone struggles to understand you, the response shouldn’t be anger or hostility.

To be honest I’m honestly really disappointed that this is going to be my new local Wendy’s… they can’t even get a single cheeseburger right with cheese only. Really disappointing. I will definitely be traveling towns over instead of using this one.

Everytime i go here i always get the wrong order. The staff needs manners and the manager is the rudest person ive ever met. I live in the area and will never go here again. I dont recomend anyone to go to port jeff wendys-you will be disapointed.

The drive through is a mess. Long wait. Staff not listening and rushing orders. The building looks like is falling down. It wasn't even busy they were just so slow.

If you want the Chili, go to Selden, Mt Sinai, Centereach or another location. It's consistently bland, watered down, and tasteless here 🤢

Server Jacob at drive through reaches out of the window and points to show me where I should park to wait for my food. After 14 minutes, I drive around again (believing he forgot me) to the order window. He then tells me that he told me to drive around to pick up my food. So I was waiting there with my six year old in the car for nothing. From there, he told me he gets off work at 3am so he could fight me. Shocked at the poor management this place has. Perhaps instead of kids having kids its kids managing kids. Worst experience in my life at any drive through. Just read the other 1-star reviews and you will see how much this happens here.

I called because door dash sometimes i cant get a hold of the driver and when i asked if he can put sauces the guy said no i cant and hung up. I don't know how they cannot accommodate people who take the time to call just to put sauces in a meal. Completely unprofessional guy should get a lesson in customer service because he was rude and unprofessional.

Workers are always friendly, but it's a 50/50 whether or not something will be made incorrectly every order. I've been told that Wendys has a very harsher policy related to how long employees are supposed to take orders, so that would certainly explain the problems I keep running into. Update 09/2021: after the pandemic things have gotten worse. Half my orders have some detail wrong no matter if they're busy or dead.

Ordered a very simple order by door dash. Driver gets here order is wrong. Driver nice enough to go back and gets back and the order is still wrong. Clearly the people who work on the night shift (9.6.21 after midnight) need a refresher. Hands down disappointed.

“Can I have six four for four’s?” A question to which the employee at the drive through said “No”. I asked again and they replied with “I don’t believe you.” Finally after the third time asking, the employee said “Um yeah we heard you” (in a very moody tone) after wrestling for another couple of minutes with very uncooperative staff, I then asked if I could pick up my mobile order with the food, she asked for the information and told me to come up to the next window. After giving me the four for fours, she then took the mobile order information and made me go through the (10 car long) drive thru line again. After waiting 15 more minutes, I got to the drive through window where they then lost my order and tried to get me to pay for it again. I spent a total of 50 minutes in the line. This Wendy’s is held together with popsicle sticks and glue.

I ordered my food and then went to use the bathroom. When I opened the door all I saw was toilet paper all over the floor and a flood, I told one of the workers who walked away while I was describing the mess that I saw in the bathroom. I only ordered a cheeseburger and fries and had the wait time was ridiculous only to receive COLD food. It is obvious that they have poor management there. I will never go there again.

I always go to this location out of convenience. I have 2 small children. I go to this location 2 times a week. I am DONE. In 3 months, @ 2x's a week, they've messed up my order 4 times. I don't get it.

My husband goes to this Wendy's minimum 4-5 times a week be it lunch or dinner. They are famous for NOT listening to what the customer is asking for and at least 1/2 of the time get the order incorrect. How difficult is it when you ask for a double burger with cheese only to give him a double burger with just cheese.....not add lettuce, tomatoe, pickle and onion.

August 22, 2023. Around 12pm. Bad customer service. Staff do not talk to clients kindly. They seem cold to us and to others. Then something happens that is awkward, a male staff decided to changed the menu sign on top of the food counter where the juice and paper bags for the food were. So what’s so disgusting about this? He stood on the top of the food counter twice with his black sneakers shoes on! WITH HIS SHOES ON … on top of the counter where our food was made. Again, with his shoes on! We were staring at him and the rest of the crew… and it seems to be that is normal to this WENDY’s. While we are in there, unsatisfied customers complained how bad the customer service was and the food was considered the worst food in the area. An old couple even said, the diner food is better that this burger. He opened his burger and stare at it. Ouch! We are not the only unhappy customer. Department of Health must be informed. It’s just unhygienic.

Probably the worst Wendy’s I’ve been to. Every time I order anything with bacon there’s always plastic in my food. The fries are almost always soggy, even though the motto is “Hot & Crispy Guaranteed”. I’ve driven back around because they forgot sauce, this is a common occurrence along with forks and spoons.Don’t even get me started on how dirty they handle your food. The lady wiped her hands off with a towel soaked in grease and grime, then proceeded to handle my food. I feel bad for the young workers because they’re so nice and actually care, while their managers are authoritarian and rude. I would avoid this Wendy’s at all costs, it will save you the headache and potentially getting food poisoning.

Rudest workers I ever came across in my life. She was rude taking my order, then at the window did not say a word. But before I got to the window after I ordered, I was half in front of where to order, so they kept asking me what I’d like to order even though I was just waiting for the person in front of me to move up. I go to this place probably twice a month and they get my order wrong 75% of the time. It's genuinely embarrassing. I ask for a double cheeseburger, they give it to me without cheese. At this point, I'd rather drive to Miller Place in hopes that that can get my order right. I recommend hitting the McDonald's across the street. They get your order right.

Every time I come here there’s an issue. Order the tenders and instead of being told at the drive thru speaker there’s a wait for them, they tell me after I get to the window and pay. Waited 10 minutes and they weren’t worth the wait. Another time they put mayo on my sandwich when I said no mayo and it was on the receipt. And then, last time they gave my food away to someone else while I was waiting out front, I had them refund me. I only come here because it’s quick and close to where I live. However, I’m gonna start going to the one in Miller Place, it’s much better run and food quality is much better.

Woman that's there in the mornings is incredibly rude for no reason with one word responses and exasperated sighs while handling your order. The orders often come out wrong, and poor quality control in general. By far the worst wendies around.

Got ripped off again. Second time in row they charged me and I didn't get the full order. My fries were missing and they gave me the wrong frosty. The last time they forgot one of our burgers. Annoying. I tried to call to complain but the line wouldn’t connect. I tried a dozen times. Crap service. I guess I have to sit there and go through the bag next time.

Hello, I came here to pick up an order for someone named Pat H. One of the employees—who is slim and has colored eyes—gave a cup holder to another delivery driver, but not to me. I looked at them, waiting, but they didn’t respond or acknowledge me at all. I had to ask for one, and only then did they give it to me. Please don’t make this kind of distinction. I’m not just a delivery driver—I’m also a customer. If this kind of behavior continues, this business risks losing customers. I’m writing this so the manager and owner are aware of the situation. Stopped here for breakfast in the morning. Ordered a small coffee and a breakfast burrito in the Drive Through at about 6:45am. Worst fast food service I’ve ever had! I ordered my coffee with milk and one sugar, there was like no sugar in it and barely a drop of milk. I practically had my coffee black. Then they said my food would be ready in 6 minutes and to wait in the parking lot. I waited there for 15 minutes and not a word. Just the employees looking at me and walking around the restaurant looking at their phone. I had to leave without food otherwise I would have ran late for school. Next time I’ll grab breakfast at McDonalds. At least then, I’ll be able to get breakfast and get to school on time. Absolutely terrible, do not come here for breakfast.
