Twin trees is always good. Great pizza and awesome wings. Service is always fast. Whoever said call the national chain pizzerias Must like cardboard.

I had ordered ahead and was pleased to have everything ready when I got there. I love their crust but the whole pepperoni pizza was delicious and not greasy at all.

Twin trees is never disappointing. I highly recommend pizza and wings however at this stop we actually ordered singal meals. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and it came with a salad bar. Yes, this twin trees had a great salad bar and it was very good.

Just went in for pickup of several pizzas and wings for a teenager birthday party. Service was friendly. Food well packaged for transport and the guests liked it. Recommend for anyone who wants Pizza shop food for takeout. Located right on the main road in East Syracuse. Parking is to left of the building as you face it.

The wings and pizza in Twin Tress were really delicious! The wings were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a yummy sauce that had just the right amount of spiciness. The pizza had a crispy crust, and the cheese, sauce, and toppings were all really tasty together. Totally giving! I can't wait to come back here!

For great pizza on the east side of Syracuse, it's hard to beat Twin Trees East. Don't forget to try the wings. Their spiciness tends toward the milder side so the medium sauce is a good bet depending on your taste. They have a large delivery radius or pick up in store. This is a pickup only location without dine in service.

No frills cozy atmosphere. Met our cousin here for dinner the first night we were in town visiting, and we were blown away. Was the best pizza we've ever had! Our oldest got the kids chicken strips and fries, and hers was very good as well. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We loved our visit and look forward to our next one, as we'll definitely be stopping in!

I got some chicken wings and got them crispy. Let me tell you: they were so delicious. They gave me more flats, which are my favorite. When you bite into it, it is crispy but then you get a decent amount of meat on it. I got mild wings and it was exactly perfect.

They were able to make an Antipasti for the exact amount of people in our office. Everything arrived right at the time we asked for and the delivery driver, Dave, was awesome. Thank you guys so much! I tried 12 pizza places on a foodie trip to Syracuse and we tried twin trees first and as much as it is a compliment to them it was surprising to us that this was out favorite pizza of the whole trip with airy dough(similar to pudgies but much better) amazing high quality cheese that does give off a bit of delicious cheese milk that pairs with the sauce wonderfully and the pepperoni was also very high quality and delicious. I'm usually more of a thin slice person but this was one step above everyone else we had...8/10

I have been going to this twin trees location for at least 10 years. Best pizza in Syracuse NY. My favorite pizza is in Utica NY Osconizzo. But this pizza is the very next best. I have tried most of the pizza in this area. It's better than Pizza Hut, Domino's, and OIP. Bless their hearts. Matter of fact Fastrac pizza is better than the three I named. Ok ok this is my opinion. Enjoy!

Back in town for a wedding. Had a good pizza our first night, can’t get dough like that in Indy. My disappointment is that on our last night we called at 9:15 to order fried dough and the guy said they were closed even though their website said they were open until 11:00 on Saturdays. . So disappointed, indy has never even heard of fried dough, my family was so excited about us bringing some back. Fix your website dudes.

Went in last night, pretty late, just for a few slices, pizza was great! Its not huge, NY style big slices, but was very hot, very delicious cheese pizza. There was pepperoni slices available too, and absolutely no wait time. Would definitely stop again!

Fairly good pizza place. They don't cut the pizza into slices the way a cake would be cut. Instead, they cut across, making "strips" of pizza. The food is good, not too pricey (although certainly not an NYC $1 per slice). My main point of confusion is why when I call ahead, they ask for my phone number, but never call me back when it's ready. I go in and it's been ready for 5 minutes, but I never got a call.

I was very excited to order from here. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and attentive. When my food arrived to me they brought the wrong soda and forgot one on as well. The driver appilogized and said he would be right back with it. Took the money and tip and never returned. I know mistakes happen but don't say you will return and not. Tasty wings but price leaves a "bad taste" in your mouth. My wife and I have ordered from twin trees on west manlius street In east syracuse for many years and many purchases to include pizza, wings, philly cheesesteak subs and salads. For the past year, we've noticed the prices going up and the quantities go down. Lately the quantity of wings went from 12 per order to 10 per order. I ordered 2 orders and paid $27.86 including tax as a pickup order. Roughly $1.30-$1.40 per wing. That's about what other wing joints are charging for 2 orders of 24 wings. Also, I remember pre-pandemic size of wings went from large to pigeon sized wings that we received tonight! Don't get me wrong...if you like wings that have the right amount of heat according to the way you order them, tender and a good flavor, east syracuse is the place to go. But if you are ordering more than 2 orders like for a party, i'd look for another place to purchase them. The other orders of philly cheesesteak subs has had less meat and other fillings come up short in the roll. Again, very expensive for what you get to be considered a good value. I went there recently and there food was not as good as I expected it to be. We got medium wings and they were so dry and hardly any sauce on them. I definitely won't be going back there for there wings especially not for the price they are. There pizza was decent but I'm not a fan of there pizza anyways but my parents are. I won't be going back anytime soon!

The people working there were very welcoming and polite, which is so appreciated. But unfortunately the pizza was a bit too soggy, and wings were a little too dry. It's not an expensive place, although I can't say it's a value for what everything ended up costing me. Lastly, the restaurant is definitely dated too but still relatively clean and comfortable.

Of all the Twin Trees in and around Syracuse this is the worse…. Take a drive and go to any of the others because this one is just a waste .. Horrible service, snotty employees, wings are overcooked and dry and as much as i love Twin Trees Pizza they have somehow managed to mess up a proven delicious recipe… I’ll never go back to this one ever again

Had a slice with my fiance at the East Syracuse location. The slice was super greasy, and just terrible. Too doughy, and just not a good slice. I'll stop at Pavone's instead next time.

It has been a while since I've ordered from twin trees but it was a disappointment upon hearing how they are charging the consumer now for the delivery and for the tax they pay on the credit card. What should have turned out for a deal for $32 turned up to be $40 plus tip. I shared the information with the East Syracuse shop but they didn't seem to care much.

Yesterday, I witnessed the owner of Twin Trees, East Syracuse, blow the stop sign in front of me, make a face and stick out his tongue at me like Mick Jagger. Seriously??? Are you 12 years old??? If you're going to continue to do that, you may want to change your license plate from "Pizza 1" to "Moron". The pizza isn't that good that I would put up with an owner like that. From now on, I'll go elsewhere, and give my money to someone who truly deserves it.

We order twin trees all the time never have a problem with it but today just wasn’t the same no sauce on the chicken at all the fries where so soft and greasy. Idk what was wrong tonight but it wasn’t cool. Thank you and I hope something changes

use to be my favorite pizza shop order every week but this is the last under cooked pizza and order of soggy wings and I always tip ten always . and they even over charged me ten bucks tried to blame it on double pepperoni when the deal came with 2 toppings . place has amazing pizza one day and garbage the next over it .

I ordered half pepperoni, half sausage and honey garlic wings over the phone. However, I received half cheese half sausage pepperoni 🤦🏾‍♀️ & wings that barely had any sauce. I called bc I assumed I had someone else's order. Unfortunately they don’t have honey garlic wings just garlic. Im confused on why i was never informed that what i wanted wasn’t an option over the phone I just received a sorry and that the person in the kitchen always put little to no sauce on the wings. Ordered a Large pizza 20 wings and a 2 liter. They said 52$ with delivery. When the order finally came wings were cold and very greasy. A week later I look at my card statement and now it’s 62$. Worst servise ever in the last few months. Told 45 min to 1 hr and everytime is 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs and we get cold pizza that is rock hard. Even after contacting the owner the poor service continues. Will never NEVER order from this business again

I placed an order online and the order was not received by twin trees. When I called to request an update on the order that was not delivered, the employee I spoke to was extremely rude and uncooperative. Management resolved the online ordering issue but failed to address their lack of customer service. We will not be ordering from them again.

Picked my wings up and they were cold, asked for extra saucy, but apparently they had no more sauce, because the wings were dry and tasteless. Ordered on Sunday. I want my money back.

Normally when I order food for delivery i get it from 20 to 30 minutes but last night I ordered 24 wings for pick up and it took almost an hour , apparently they lost my order tag and never apologized for it or tried to do anything to make my wait better!!!!

Picked up a pizza they told me 4 mins longer waited almost 15 mins. We got home the bottom was completely burnt! Should have taken it out after 4 minutes! Disappointed

Unfriendly staff, waited about 2-3 minutes while staff person after acknowledging me turned her back on me, then proceeded to turn around and raise her eyebrows instead a proper greeting. Very short with answering me and seemed uninterested.

I ordered my pizzas and gave a 4 hour advanced notice. I went to pick it up and they hadn't even started cooking anything, and really could have cared less.

For one there are staff just standing around not paying attention to anything. Two i placed an order in person which was cheese pizza wings and garlic bread. I was told 15-20 mins. 40 mins later i was brought my food. No garlic bread. I was told it would be three mins because this young lady forgot. Then 20 mins goes by and i ask and she says they will be right out. 20 mins later and i asked and she says "you are still here?" Get home the wings are burnt and the pizza was not cooked enough. I do not recommend this place at all and to top it off the cut the pieces in the pizza stupid. There are better places but i am new to the area and never again

well let's see.... I ordered a small pizza =$10.50, sausage topping =$1.50 total with tax $12.96. I was charged $14.58. I ordered a large pizza a week ago and the total with sausage and taxes was $15.60.This place is a joke. I will never order from them again. These were pick up orders.

I called to order an antipasto salad about 9 at night I thought it was funny she said it was already done but thought okay. Sent my husband to pick it up one the meat smelled bad for what was in it which was barely none at all and lettuce at bottom was bad. I called at 945 she said they were closed I told her about my salad she said well we are told to count that many pieces so about 8 pieces of meat 4 pieces of cheese. Dont go here for an antipasto salad go to uncle chubbies I dont eat pizza so I always get a salad theirs had a ton of meat and is made fresh.

Placed an order figuring I'd let Nick get what he wants for dinner on Father's Day. When I called and placed the order I told the girl I wanted Special #1 for $33.99. The girl said ok and asked what I wanted and I placed my order. When I arrived, she told me it would be $40.49. When I questioned "for the $33 special?", her response was that the prices went up, they just haven't been able to update the website. She put my receipts on the counter to sign and then turned and walked away. When I started to say something, the phone rang and she answered it keeping her back to me. I was flabbergasted. Talk about unprofessional and horrible customer service. When Nick called after I got home, he asked to speak to the owner, the guy (highly doubt it was the owner) was rude to Nick and hung up on him. Basically, I guess the website prices being wrong is the customer's fault, not theirs. So much for honoring the advertised price. Will choose another place for pizza in the future.

I ordered a large pizza and 12 wings. From the East Syracuse location. We called it in at 5:09 PM. At 6:17PM, we called just to make sure are order was all set as it was already over an hour. They stated it was on it's way in 5mins. At 6:35, I called again, while i was on the phone with the store, the driver showed up. I hung up, paid the driver $30.24 for the order and also a$5.00 tip. Opened the box and the pizza was the wrong size, wings & pizza were cold. I called the store again and requested the driver just pulled away, to call him, send him back & credit my credit card back for the late improper order, that we were now going out to eat. She said she would put me on hold & talk to a manager. I waited on hold another 8mins. Hung up, called back & asked to speak to a manager. The assistant manager would not take the pizza back and or credit me for the incorrect order and extremely late order. I will never order from any Twin Trees again. Totally unprofessional.

Placed an order on 8/25, received a call from the deliver driver 30 mins later advising that they shut the ovens down order was prepaid. Called the following day was advised to call tomorrow, called tomorrow morning as advised manager is not in until the following day. Called again, spoke with manager she stated would be refunded, called 9/3 to speak with a manager as it was not refunded again I never received an order, I’ve been calling every day since leaving my name and phone number here we are 9/10 still no refund issued or a manager has called me back! Terrible experience at this point Update exactly 33 days later I received the refund…I called a total of 17 times

I am so disappointed. Ordered last evening and the pizzas were dried out and cold. I ordered it on line and asked for it to be ready at 530. They couldn't find it at first. Cold when my daughter in law picked up. The shop was too far to drive back. Customer service was bad also. I dont think I will be ordering at this location again.

Ordered a pizza for 600 pm and knew it was going to busy on super bowl Sunday. Got here early at 535 and checked in around 540 I’m still standing in line here at 7pm. Pizza is good. Just wanted the pizza I ordered 5 days early would be on time or close to it.

I called this place at 8:29 PM to order for pizza and the lady that picked up the phone told me they were close. Meanwhile, 9PM is the time they've online as their closing time. I told her that. She won't even let me talk and said they were close. I'm from out of town and never been there before but I just think that was very rude. Glad I didn't spend my money over there.

We ordered cheese bread for the first time at this location, and it was absolutely disgusting. It was on what tasted like a year old hoagie roll, and tasted like grease from the bottom of a dumpster... Gross, gross and just plain gross!!! The pizza was no better... Goodbye twin trees of east Syracuse.... So many of the other locations that call themselves twin trees should be ashamed of themselves...

Don't really care much for their pizza and prices to begin with. Tried to place a wing order and was told I can't do a half dozen or split between two flavors. Seems like they want you to spend more money to get both flavors you want. Poor way to do business.

Food order has been wrong 3 times on a row. Ordered extra sauce on the wings got the wings dry and hard as a rock. Usually go to twin trees 3 . Do not go to this one in east Syracuse.tried to talk me in to ordering something different because it was a better deal . Supposedly was going to save me 4 dollars. So I bought a large pizza only to waste it when I wanted a small to save 4 dollars. Oh well not a big deal. Then they call me 2 hours later to tell me they need to charge my card again because they charged it wrong . Being the honest person that I am. I accommodated and gave them my credit card number. Now there are 2 charges. One for 38 and one for 46 . When I called to complain the employee said the manager Sharon wasn’t there and ended up hanging up on me. Apparently they were annoyed because I asked for a coupon or discount for my inconvenience She said it’s a mistake we don’t do anything about mistakes. Yet they went out of their way to call me to make sure they charged me the 46 dollars not 38.00.. so all that for 6 dollars.. the management must tell its employees that it’s ok to hang up on customers. I will stick to twin trees 3 and tell everyone I know not to go there.

The East Syracuse location gives Twin Trees a BAD name. The one in Solvay is really good. The customer service at the East Syracuse location is HORRIBLE. I called for pizza n wings to be delivered. When I gave the lady on the phone my number she said my name, so I assumed she knew my address, seeing as to how she never asked for it. So I get a phone call about a hour and a half later, which was them asking me my address. I tell them if the food is not fresh and has been sitting around I don’t want it! She assures me that it’s fresh and that the delivery driver would be on his way. So by the Time the food gets here my girls are starving. I look in the box and the pizza looks old and is cold. The wings were Luke warm and far from extra crispy like i ordered. Oh and not to mention the celery that looked like they were just pulled from the garden and not cleaned at all. This place is not cheap so not getting your money’s worth is a BIG disappointment. I will not be ordering from here again wasting my money.

Ordered Large Pizza with two toppings and 20 wings. The pizza barely had any sauce and the sausage & mushrooms were almost nonexistent. As far as wings. Ordered garlic but what they consider as a wing are mostly pieces and ends. The wings that were whole were pigeon size. Over priced @ $45.00. I will never go there again. Save your money and go some place else you can do a lot better.

We've ordered from there for years, they were our favorite pizza and wing shop, but started noticing a downward change of our food over the last year and a half. They were our favorite pizza and wing shop, but we won't be ordering from them anymore. We recently ordered our normal pizza and wing special, large 2 topping pizza and 20 wings (it used to be 24) and a 2 liter bottle of soda and we paid over $44 including tax, seriously! that is the price if you pick it up. It jumps for delivery as they charge a delivery fee. Ask what they charge for delivery and then ask how much of that the driver keeps. The restaurant gets most of that fee that they charge you for. So they are charging you extra money on top of what they already charged you for your order just because you want it delivered. We ordered bbq sauce on the wings, there wasn't any sauce on the wings, but a lot of watery light brownish liquid in the box. BBQ sauce is reddish brown, not watery reddish brown. You could not taste any BBQ flavor on the wings and they looked like there was no coating on them at all. Such a shame as they were our restaurant of choice for pizza and wings.

Called to order pizza, wings and salads for event at our house! Over $99.00 worth. The woman who answered phone for order was not only curt and crass but had an attitude. Seemed put out to have to take the order! I had called earlier to give notice of big order and she had the same attitude in both calls. My daughter age 51 and granddaughter age 25 went to pick the order up. When they arrived a bald male who was working there was telling the woman at counter an older woman, tanned with dark hair, she was “miserable !” She then seemed irritated that they were there. She went in kitchen came out and said curtly “ it’s not ready yet your going to have to wait”. They said that’s okay! She went in the kitchen a few minutes later and came out with order and gave to them. Pizza boxes and bagged items on top. They left and when they arrived it was discovered part of the order was missing!!! I called and a man answered and Asked me if I could hold.i said okay. Then I got the same woman I ordered from earlier! I told her part of order was missing and she said rather nastily that she told me “that you have to get it out of cooler.” Neither of my daughters were aware of that they had never been there before and were never told that when they were there!!! I had asked Earlier if I could get it delivered and she said “nope we don’t deliver between 2 and 4. Ironically it was 3:50pm when I called about missing items. You would think she would have offered to deliver the missing items 10 minutes from then!!!! At 4:00. After all it was a $99 + order! When I tried to explain again what transpired she just hung up on me! Who does that? Guess bald employee was right! Cant believe how rude and nasty she was! Poor representative for a business! It was the topic of our event and one and all said they will never order from them! During this time where businesses are struggling to survive this doesn’t cut it! We have ordered from there several times since they opened. I can handle a burnt pizza here and there (which has happened before) but never will we accept being treated like that ! We are all done!

I won’t even given a star for the service! It was my bad for not looking I suppose before I left but our 30 wings were ALL WRONG! When I called to rectify the situation with them I was told that I had ordered them a way that I had ABSOLUTELY NOT WANTED THEM! I specifically asked for all sauces on the SIDE. When calling the “female “who took and gave us the order said they were closed(20 minutes until closing) completely RUDE AND CONDESCENDING! I politely called back to see what could be done and got a whole other side of the women on the phone.I wasn’t angry or anything just wanted to see what could be done she literally ask me “what do I want done?” I ask “what solutions can be done?” She in return says “Theirs nothing I can do about.” Id like to say I didn’t want anything free and would’ve went back to exchange or just have the topping added very calmly.Instead I got such horrible customer service! I’m not sure if this is a family owned or cooperate but either way I’d think at least just being polite about it would go a long way! AGAIN I was nothing but nice and never suggested I wanted anything free .Just to make that clear. My kids didn’t eat the pizza so it just went to waste that’s the worse part.

I have never ordered from this location before today, only the Fayetteville location. When placing a delivery order over the phone, everything seemed to be fine and was able to give my address to the woman on the phone. Apprx. 30-45 minutes later though, we were told that our address was too far away. This is all fine and understandable! We would have been more than happy to pick up our order. My experience turned soured however when the woman on the phone accused me of repeatedly attempting to place a delivery order for this address that is out of their bounds for delivery. I’m unsure why the delivery driver would claim this to the woman on the phone or how this situation came to be where I’m being falsely accused. I do not know how this internal miscommunication came to be but I have never had such a bizarre phone call from a pizza shop before.

Mgmt.very unprofessional yells because her fault. SECOND TIME ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED WRONG ALWAYS MISSING A ITEM 4 WINGS AND STEAK SANDWICH HOW HARD COULD THAT BE. Never got the the wings so I don't wanna call there anymore.And she said , i'm not allowed , and that's all gravy.

This pizza tastes like shit not literal shit buh it’s close enough. It’s hella dry there’s like barely any sauce has this like plastic cheese taste. The cheese is awful too. This is the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life!
