I love everything there. Just one minor thing I would love to see. Them cook our burgers or chicken first.... Then start cooking the cheese sticks and jalapeno cheese poppers. Same goes for the fries. But other than the the burgers are amazing and the chicken sandwiches make you want to slap your momma, lol kidding joke 😅
Just passing through, and this is the best Burger King I've ever been to. Extremely friendly staff and service, food was fantastic and it was busy. The stigma where I live is that BK isn't great and a last option, but this location is quite the opposite, next time I pass through, it'll be my first pick!
This is the fanciest and most polite burger King I've ever been to. Our cashier up sold us on everything we ordered, and I'm very happy with what I'm about to eat. She even to us our food was made with love when she gave it to us.
The girl at the window lied to me! I ordered a BK triple stacker today in Eastland and two kids meals. My Burger was the same size as the kids meal burger but with three patties.. I new see was acting like she was guilty.. when I got home I googled it and it said that the BK stacker burger was back and bigger than ever with quarter pound patties. She lied to me saying the original BK stacker was back but it's the same size as before! Burger King has gone down hill!! I've seen this girl at other fastfood restaurants, and her customer service is always so terrible! I took pics!! I've been eating here every since that they've opened.. always great food and customer service till now!!!!!
As busy it was the food still came out fairly quick and was still warm.The staff was very friendly and outgoing. I Wii be going back. It was nice and clean ☺️
We stop at this location even when we don't buy gasoline when traveling. The food has always been hot and correct. Everyone has the hometown friendly attitude.

I asked him 3x for verification of my order and he assured me each time that it was correct and it wasn't. Manager even stepped in and att to ring up order. They apparently need help
Alright so I've been here a couple of times and all I can tell you for certainty is that it's dicey to eat here. The food can be good. I've gotten the texas whooper from here plenty of times and it never fails to fill me up on a road trip. The service is straight to point at the window, which is good. However, they're only human. The One time they got my order wrong was during a pile up. I ordered from the app and they handed me someone else's order, which was valued more than my own. I didn't notice till I got home but that is sometime worth noting.
Food was good. What you would expect. But I was on a tight schedule and they were out of eggs. So I waited, and waited, and waited. It was likely only ten minutes, but that was eight minutes too long for the meeting I needed to get to.

We drove 35 miles for the advertised special. We were told "I'm sorry we pulled the burger you wanted from our special". I usually like the food. However I won't make that mistake again.

Ordered a specialty burger with onion rings no drink to dine in. As I’m walking up to pick up my order the cashier with jacked up teeth is eating some of the onion rings that fell out of the box with one on his hand chewing on another SMH.
I would give zero stars if I could. Drive thru says opened till 11 pm and I sat in Drive thru for 10 mins and Noone t9ok order. Drove off. Disappointed
If a customer willing and eager to drive 15 minutes to spend money at your establishment calls you to ask a question first, you do not hang up on them mid sentence. Whoever trained the latest batch of team members here, you should probably just redo the whole process. It really is that easy to earn a 1 star review before someone even steps foot in your store. Quality customer service is important at every step of the process.
My order was so wrong and jacked up! The food was horrible and pathetic! $19 of food went straight into the trash!

Worst whopper I’ve ever had in my life. I could sense it wasn’t going to be good from the way it looked. But I have been driving for 14 hrs so was a bit hungry tried it anyway. Major regrets.
My family stopped on our way home from deer camp & this little frail old man was waiting for food and told this bigger belly bald employee (possibly manager) that they forgot his fries, he told him he wasn’t charged for them, proceeded to ignore the rest of the man’s concern and yelled another customers number and walked away. He seemed to be miserable at his job.
Stopped at this location as we were passing through Eastland because we remembered this location had phenomenal service a year ago. That was not the case this time around. We ordered our food and asked to add jalapeños on my burger. Once I got my food I opened my burger to take out the onions and noticed that there was only 3 slices of jalapeños in it. I went back to the front to request a little more jalapeños since I paid for them to be added. There was a young lady (Kaylah) yelling at one of the staff members for something right in front of me. I was embarrassed for the staff member as he also looked embarrassed to be getting onto in front of a customer. She made eye contact with me and continued on. When I requested more jalapeños the staff member informed me that he would have to charge me for more jalapeños, I informed him that I only got 3 slices in the middle of the burger, he was very apologetic and again told me he would have to charge for it. I requested to speak to someone else so he wouldn’t get in trouble again and he gets Kaylah. Kaylah tells me that she would have to charge me for more jalapeños I again explained to her that I only received 3 slices and she was adamant that that’s the way it was supposed to be and that she’s just following the rules. She said she couldn’t do anything about it because she was just following the signs in the back. That if you pay for extra jalapeños you only get THREE SLICES on your burger. Come on Burger King, do better…
We needed late night food on the way home. They were close to closing but at that point shouldn't have even served us or made us fresh food cause we really got nasty cold leftovers and wasted money
