The staff is so friendly!!! Food is cooked to order... Awesome 👌
Super friendly staff and food was fresh and DQ quality.
They're really nice to me and food comes out rather quickly. Hot and good.
Loves my peanut buster parfait. My kids both had blizzards and it hit the spot.
Good food good people and they bring it out to your table for you
They are remodeling and it looks super nice, they also were friendly with what they had going on
Thank you for not having to share lunch with the flies this time!
Chicken strips and fries still a good meal! Don't forget the icecream!
I ate that cheeseburger in 45 seconds... They was all looking at me... I was like, it was good though!
One of the best DQ's we've stopped at. We stop here each time we drive through town.
This store is so clean and the people are so exceptionally friendly and they are always fast...
Great place.. nice & friendly service.. told me about the DQ app... download it.. it's worth it..
Quick fast and friendly service planning on stopping again on future trips to and from Dallas
Clean, friendly staff makes you feel welcome and food is what you would expect. Hot fresh and delicious.
Every time in our in town visiting family we make sure we go to dairy queen. Very good service and everything is good.
One of the best DQ meals that I've had. Steak finger basket, and everything was cooked to perfection.
Feel like a sweet tooth or hungry for lunch, Dairy Queen has it all from Hunger Buster Burger to Sweet Treat Blizzard, I love Texas!
The food at this Dairy Queen was fantastic. I was thinking of the way Dairy Queen food used to taste when it was awesome and it tasted just like that.
Very helpful, patient, and friendly. Also my blizzard was absolutely perfectly mixed & served quickly!
Love to eat here not the fastest but always good.
Very friendly and they take great care into making quality food. 🍔 🥤 🍟
Best blizzards around
Always good blizzards and so refreshing on a hot day.... Plenty of thos in Tx.
Texas' Stop Sign. And this is one of the better DQ's I have stopped at. Store is older but the food is always fresh and made to order when I pass through Eastland it is one of my go to places.
Good atmosphere and authentic DQ food
Clean, staff is always kind. We cheat on our diet here when it's time to cheat. Best way to have something amazing when you have a sweet tooth 🙂
The food was fresh and hot! Great service!
There's no other Steak finger baskets better than DQ. French fries down to the toast are the best! We visited stores a store in Eastland and you can't tell the difference! Hats off to the cooks!!! Love the dipped cones. The Graham store has friendly service on the store on Hwy 337. We live here and frequent the store often. The food and the prople on Hwy 337 are excellent!
Great service, friendly people!
We stopped for a burger on our way to Rockwall, Tx. Burgers were very tasty! Everything was fresh and hot. Fries were fresh and hot. Place was clean as was the restrooms. Will stop again.
Fast, food fast prepare quickly but very tentative to quality. I loved our hot prepared when ordered. Definitely stopping by next!
This has to be one of the best Dairy Queens I have been to. The food was good and hot. The staff was super nice. For an older Dairy Queen it was very clean.
This DQ was clean and easily accessible from I-20. Service was quick and friendly, and the soft-serve ice cream was delicious!
Dairy Queen Store on N. Oak Avenue is a privately owned Dairy Queen. The have good food including fresh handmade onion rings. Prices are reasonable.
Delicious. Friendly staff and the food is consistently scrumptious. I have been in many Dairy Queens all over Texas and this is one of the BEST !
The people there were super nice and engaged in a funny conversation, the chicken and dumplings are really good for a fast food place. No it's not grandmas home cooking but it's pretty good. Definitely a good cold wet and rainy day food. Or any time food really.
Great service and great food. You can tell the employees take pride in their work and it is such a difference from other Dairy Queen sI’ve been to. Friendly, fast and delicious!
Great stop for a meal, snack, or ice cream or blizzard! Drive through is typically quick and efficient...unless you are there right at noon on a weekday and still efficient but it is a popular lunch time place and the line to the drive through may be a little longer than other times! You can park under one of the large shade trees and enjoy your meal or snack. Then two minutes from exiting the parking lot you will be back on the way to your destination. No traffic signal or stop sign between the parking lot lot and the entrance ramp to either Interstate 20 east toward Dallas/Fort Worth or west to toward Abilene. Great place to change my grandson's wet or otherwise diaper, while parked under that rare west Texas shade tree, as well.
Every employee is always so nice and always friendly. You will feel welcomed... Thank you so much 😊
We stop every time on the way to Dallas. Excellent service and atmosphere. Thank you!
Love DairyQueen. The food was great. We eat at DQ when we travel.
By far the best DQ in TEXAS! CLEAN & GOOD
The staff was very polite and friendly. The restaurant was clean and our order came out fast and correct. There is outside seating if you prefer that. Thanks so much.
The burger was really good, fixed exactly how I ordered it. Loved that it had crisp, purple onion (not diced up) on it. The girls up front fixed me a shake that they no longer really feature anyone. Highly recommend.
This was truly an exceptional experience! The glass in the windows was spotless and sparkling, and the restaurant was the cleanest that I’ve ever seen including their bathrooms! Kudos to the staff who are just doing a really outstanding job! If you’re in the area definitely stop and eat there, this was an outstanding experience! The staff was so friendly and everything was just as it should be great job Dairy Queen!
The pineapple 🍍 Sundays are so so good !! Great service as well
Nothing better than a hot Dude for breakfast, thank goodness they opened at 10am.
Food is is good... if it is right. Only thing would be some people are rude.
Really nice girl helped our group. Ice cream was great
One of the very few good Dairy Queens left. The food is always good, but the blizzards are AMAZING!
Great service. Didn't take long for food. Burger was a lil too long on grill.
Food was fresh and hot. Customer service was great. They brought everything out to my car because I had to wait for fries. Everyone was courteous and friendly.
Good like always
Older DQ with lots of facilities issues. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had ice cream treats and everything was as expected.
We eat here regularly and it's always good. Today we went through the drive through and the service and the food were fast and great!!
We came across this DQ while driving from Abilene to Dallas. Nice place, good staff, mostly old school customers who were in their 60s and 70s. Food: This was the first DQ we visited. Although not hungry, we took a break here to relax and thought to try their Jalapeno fries and Banana split. Jalapeno fries weren't impressive - innovative and perhaps comparatively healthy but not great in taste. Banana split was amazing. Definitely try that. Ambiance: Most of the customers from the elderly group, which is quite expected, given the location. It has good seating capacity. Being around the corner and right next to the highway, it has plenty of natural light coming in. Service: Food came in quite fast. Staff was good - nothing amazing but nothing wrong as well. I Would definitely try this place once again!
Food was really good. The service however wasn't very friendly, but they may have been having a bad day and she was young so I will definitely stop again and recommend DQ in Eastland
The food was good. Overall, it was pretty good service. One order at our table was slower than others, but the cook personally brought it to our table. The staff was courteous. The floors needed work, possible fall hazard.
I was traveling through Eastland and popped in for ice cream. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. I only saw 3 employees who were all very nice. My only complaint is that the service was slow. However, as I said, I only saw 3 employees, and their drive up and inside the dining area was busy.
Seems like every dairy queen has the same issues. Food is poorly made. the girl who took my order was rude, seems like she didnt want to be there.
Girl at window who takes your order thru drive thru, I'm guessing she hates her job. So rude.
We just took grandangels for ice cream. Ice cream is always great.
It's ok love the ice cream n salads n jalitos
A little high on prices. But overall great food and awesome staff
Fast food was not fast at all. For 5 more dollars I could have eaten at a real restaurant.
Place under rennovation. Speaker in drive thro in op the service at the window little girl was polite but extremely slow.
Most of the time food is good! Watch out for any meal with gravy…it’s just flour water!!😑
Blizzards were good. A bit cool inside but overall not a bad experience.
Chill out weekend in Eastland, TX. Laid back, warm, friendly and engaging country folks. Country folks are quite down to earth and never seem to be in too much of a hurry to help you. They will indulge you in a conversation, but might be prone to tell you a story. However, you get a warm genuine smile. The pace of life is measured and reasonable. I am drawn to the country.
It should be noted that in small towns DQ keeps their labor down to almost nothing. Four employees equals (2) cooks and (2) front workers. Those (2) front workers are responsible for working front counter and drive-thru, making all the ice creams for both, running out the orders, and answering the phone. That doesn't include the continuous running to and fro to get ice, silverware and other items for customers. If cooks have time, they help. In most instances they are too busy cooking orders. So it's not a problem with management, it's a problem with corporate crimping labor for extra return.
Its fast food I understand. Quality always suffers. Getting your oder correct the first time, yeah right. And the never ending up selling of extras is exhausting
The good is okay. I've had better from other Dairy Queen's. The girl at the counter kept messing up what we were ordering.
Docking two stars for a few reasons. This location is extremely slow with everything, cooked food, ice cream, drinks you name it. We got dipped cones the other day and they were half melted by the time we got to the window and the dipped part was very messy. They also don't offer any specials like happy hour, inside is dirty and not updated versus Cisco dq is clean, updated, quicker service and has a daily happy hour from 3-5pm where ice cream, drinks and nachos are half price during the school.year.for kids to enjoy!!
Went through drive-thru and ordered our lunch. French fries were cold and hard, seems like they were cooked hours ago, I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers but only got one.
My friend ordered a large salad with only one small salad dressing, when she asked for one more she would be charged over $0.80. It's not the $0.80 plus but the principal. We are all under a crunch thanks to the government however realistically we know that little container of salad dressing probably cost about $0.05 or $0.08 at the most possibly ten cents so that's a good profit especially if you pay $8 for a salad
This Dairy Queen reminded me of one straight out of the 90's. Orders were taken on paper and calculated by hand. The cash register was a mere cash collection\receipt printing tool while credit card payments were made on a separate machine. They food itself was good but no DQ in Texas will get much higher than 3 stars until they start providing chocolate soft serve like the rest in the other 49 states.
All of the food we've had there is pretty good. The employees are nice. The building is older and could use a really good cleaning. I carry a reusable cup with me everywhere that I fill at self serve fountains in restaurants and convenience stores to try and cut down on trash. I always offer to pay to fill up my cup. Most places won't charge since I'm using my own cup. But this place tells me they're not allowed to put ice in my cup. They dish out the ice behind the counter but the drinks are self serve. I asked why. She says for health reasons. So I point out that people bring the cups back for more ice and a refill after drinking out of it and how is that any different. She agrees with me and says there's no difference. In other words don't try to be green conscience there by using your own cup.
They are always very slow, even when they aren't busy and even for very small orders, not to mention all their drink sizes are a size down fron the one in Cisco, and the one in Cisco has a way better selection.
No chocolate ice cream, and their menu isn't updated. Basic DQ that seems to be hanging by threads. Staff wise, everyone seemed to hate their life except the female worker that served me. I wish I got her name.
This is very much a small town Dairy Queen. There's not much to say other than the fact that there were several flies harassing customers and it was really off-putting. I just went in for a Blizzard. I was served fairly quickly and the Blizzard met my expectations. I just don't think the place is kept very clean.
Me and my fiancée stopped in here on our way to Midland from Ft Worth… We Love Dairy Queen and eat at them often. But this one had issues… We both ordered Steak finger baskets and got 3 tacos on the side.. It took us along time to get our food and although the steak fingers were hot……the fries were very cold and stale and the toast was nasty and cold as well! Very sad and disappointed. $33 what a waste of our money, thanks alot
This place was horrible and nasty. The bathroom was also disgusting. The guy at the DT window messed up our order and we asked for lemonade for the kids and they didn't have anything except sodas.
Food was ok but the staff could care less if the customers were needing anything
Horrible service, I forgot their food has gone down hill over the last 10 years. Never ever again.
Pathetic customer service and unfriendly. Was only person in line at 4:45 pm on August 8, 2016. 5 employees looked at me and not one said anything to me in 5 minutes. I left without ordering anything. They should all be fired along with the manager.
Fries were old, customer service was not good. Took over 10 minutes to get a large fry to me.
Awful service VERY slow. Waited for 2. 1sm 1med bizzards at least 30 min. Waited in line again to get them. She brings us 1mini with cherry's we wanted choc brownie. Had already played for them. They couldn't find our order we left.
Staff seemed oblivious to the line of customers they had, orders were just sitting under the heat light, food was poor and they didn't seem to mind that customers were leaving. My husband and I oreder ice cream but a custoner before ordered a chicken sandwich and it was raw.
Horrible experience! The inside smelled like they haven't changed the grease in a month! They forgot to make our order, then they got it wrong!! Mark that Dairy Queen on the list to never go to again!! And further more, when you hire new people TRAIN THEM PROPERLY!!
Rude girl at counter, leaned over on counter the whole time would never stand and actually look at any of the people in line before or after me. Had to make her give a receipt, seemed a bit high for just 2 but she claimed that was the prices though you could not tell by the receipt what was ordered or charged. Very disappointed in the service here
If I could give an 8th of a star I would just for turning on the lights. Was horrible i called in 1 ...4 pcs basket and was told 15 minute s to give them. Went in to get order after 20 min. And was told it was very last I needed to wait till drive thru was completely empty. Waited another 28 min. Food was over cooked dam near burned. And the 2 kids at the counter were completely incompetent. Paid with a 50 dollar bill the girl opened both registers and walked off after seeing. There wasn't what she needed..... Bad all the way around
Dairy Queen employee calling cops on customer for just simply minding his business and refuse to let him back
They charge for ranch and all sauces now. I hate feeling cheated. If you get a meal, they shouldn’t charge for sauces. So frustrating.
Ordered plain vanilla ice cream. They don't make it like they used to. It doesn't even taste good anymore unless its covered in cruched up candybars. Taste more like plain frozen whipped cream without vanilla flavor. Not just this store. It's all about how cheap they can make it & profit. Quality is no more.
I could not believe the way they served my burger. That patty had to have been on the grill for well over an hour. Totally dried out and I couldn't even eat it. At least I ordered onion rings. Those are always made to order. I bet the staff doesn't eat food like that, why should I? I'm rarely the type to say anything either, but with service like that I feel obligated to let the people know. Hopefully the manager sees my review and address the problem. There's no way a burger should ever be served like that. Also, extra mustard means both top and bottom bun. SMH
