I had been wanting to try firehouse subs for the longest time and was really looking forward to it. Today my wife and I finally stopped by. To say I was severely disappointed is an understatement. Service is everything to me and unfortunately firehouse didn't provide any. We walked in and there was a young man wearing glasses behind the counter. He was doing something but I couldn't tell what it was. We were not greeted, not a hello, notva good afternoon, not a I'll be right with you. Nothing. We just stood there for what seemed like an enternity wondering if someone was going to wait on us. Finally another young man appeared and helped us. But by that time our experience was ruined. The food tasted good but sadly this is my 1st and only time at Firehouse Subs. With today's high prices on food, I really value customer service.

I'll state up front that the sandwiches are very good. But the service on delivery orders is mediocre. My order today was delayed 15-20 minutes because the delivery app sent the driver to the wrong location. Then my order arrives without the ordered and paid for sides. What is particularly troubling about that is that the exact same mistake was made on my last delivery order from this same location. I called after that order, spoke to the manager and he assured me that he would PERSONALLY put the changes in place to ensure the issue is resolved going forward. Fast forward a couple of months and the same process problems occurred. This is not hard. Check all delivery orders instead of requiring the driver to add sides, something they likely don't do anywhere else. I doubt I will ever find out if they resolve things. There's a Panera, Jersey Mike's and Subway all within 1.5 miles. Never had an ordering issue with them.

Sadly one of THOSE pricey places where the actual product completely fails to match the advertising (see pics). Gave them 2 chances and the second was better but still lacking. Oh well Better off going to McAlister or Schlotzky where what you see on the menu is what you get because they don't skimp! Also they aren't particularly friendly here. Please consider yourself informed.

I love most Firehouse Subs locations. Always have. This one, they don't seal their food when you have it delivered, and a couple times I've been shorted on double meat orders. I'm shocked that this is the first Firehouse Subs I've ever disliked. The workers don't seem like their treated well by their owner. Also, they are shady about ownership and information which is a big red flag. Business owners should be proud to be an owner and take pride in delivering a good customer experience. That said, their food is still good. Not quite as good as other Firehouse locations in other places, but food enough if you're craving it.

Ive been a regular to this firehouse and instead of getting better overtime, they are getting worse. I ordered my grilled chicken salad and even for a 10 dollar salad the portions are very small and almost no dressing comes with it. Ive been noticing that they are being skimming over everything like companies such as chipotle or subway. Owners stop being greedy!

Upon placing an online food order and requesting pickup upon my arrival, I encountered a significant lack of employee presence. Despite the app indicating the expected time of readiness, which I exceeded, my order had not yet been prepared. Additionally, the sandwiches were excessively dry, despite my request for additional mayonnaise and other dressings. I also requested extra vegetables, but received very little. Furthermore, I requested extra cheese, which I paid for, it wasn't in any of my sandwiches. When my order was finally ready, I was not even acknowledged with a thank you. Firehouse should enhance its customer service and satisfaction measures. I will not be returning and will not recommend their establishment to others. I should have heeded the other one-star reviews.

It tastes and feels like food poisoning. They put a lot of mayo on the top of turkey then they toasted. So the mayo goes bad from the heat. The guy who is making the sandwich needs to be carful.

Be cautious if ordering for dietary restrictions. We pre-ordered a gluten-free sub, but when we arrived for pickup, they were out of GF bread. We still had to wait over 15 minutes, and the replacement meal was made incorrectly (had cheese when we asked for none). Disappointing experience.

My order was set to be ready for pickup at 12:25 and the sandwich wasn't given to me until 12:47. It was one sandwich and the order was placed at 12:05. There was more than enough time to get this done. There were three people working and when asked about my order they responded rudely stating they'd let me know when it was ready. I've never had such a bad experience here and it was other customers were dealing with too.

The sub sandwiches were okay but what ruined the meal was the chips, after bitten one of them. We tried to let the manager know that the chips had mold and were brushed off and were left on hold. These employees need to know how to check the expiration on the products. Appetite was surely ruined.
