What a pleasant surprise! They provide an remarkable salad and fruit bar, a wide selection of fresh juices and smoothies made in house and a variety of sandwiches.

We live in Rancho Bernardo. We are more than happy to make that drive when we are craving a cup of warm elotes (yes a cup not the cob and that's only because we're greedy and don't want to wait to eat it at home🤷🏾‍♀️😂), flavorful smoothies, refreshing agua frescas, and a stacked tuna fish sandwich with a little kick. I'm not one for a lot of spicy things, yet when the owner explained to me what he mixes with the tuna fish and what veggies I could add to the sandwich, I was ready to explore! We're foodies, so I was game! We've been going here now for some years now. Sweet and Green team, thank you for doing what you do! Keep up the great work, and thanks for the tasty food! Cost effective and many healthy options! Sandwiches, smoothies, juices, dessert, if you are into fitness and being a foodie this place is for you! We have been looking for a close place that has it all and what’s even better is how affordable this place is. Other places are charging double for the same items you get here.

today was our first time coming here All the food was amazing They accidentally put coconut on my son's fruit salad and I called up there she was super nice she drove to my house and brought my son a new fruit salad and a smoothie she literally went above and beyond anything I've ever seen I would come here everyday the food was amazing We tried the nachos we tried the fruit salad we tried the fresca con crema We tried the smoothies everything was top-notch

I am so stoked we found this place! The food was great! The smoothies were delicious! My husband loved the tuna and it was fresh, they were so friendly! We will def be back and highly recommend! They have a great mixture for people that eat meat and for vegetarians too which is perfect since my husband and kids are meat eaters and I am not. Everyone was happy! Thank you so much!

If you're in the east county and want a good chimongo, this is my go to just remember to ask the clerk. If they have mango chimongos, cause i've been there where they've ran out and i've had to settle for watermelon chimongo, instead

Great price, wonderful selection. I got the "Monkey" veggie juice and loved it.

Got a chipotle chicken sandwich on wheat, an açaí bowl and a 50/50 orange carrot juice. 9.5/10 all around. Parking is slightly difficult to find but th spots open up fast. Worth every penny.

Sweet Greens in El Cajon is an absolute revelation! I'm pretty sure my taste buds had a spiritual awakening with every bite. This place is hands down the most delicious health option around El Cajon. The most delicious sandwiches and smoothies I've tasted in EC for sure! My favorite is the Tuna Sandwich! They had such unique ingredients for amazing flavor! Great and speedy service! Workers always have a smile on their face. Go check it out!

Their sandwiches, wraps, smoothies, and acai bowls are the best! They use only the freshest ingredients, and you can really taste the quality in their ingredients. Wish I could come here everyday, it's worth it everytime.

Love this place! I come here every week for my smoothies and they are so good! I've been coming here since they opened and they have always been so nice, excellent customer service. I love that they expanded the smoothie menu. The veggie sandwiches are awesome too. I live 30 minutes away but so worth the drive.

Would visit this place again for the food. My guy ordered the summer smoothie and he said it was super basic tasting, that he couldn't taste the peach or kiwi... This coming from a guy who is very basic to begin with.

Sadly they can't do the One thing they're supposed to stand for and that's making a smoothie/ juice. The boy who assisted me had no idea what he was doing (he said it himself . "I've never made the green juice..." and made thee worst green juice I've ever had. Quit sabotaging your business with employees like this!
