The employees are nice and quick! I bought a pumpkin coffee machine and I didn’t like the flavor. The female employee happily offered alternative options without an issue. The store is kept clean. I don’t like the high prices on the items! But it’s great to know the employees are quick and helpful regarding any issue.

I love this place. I go here fairly often. I thought I was going to have to stop entirely. However, they have lowered the amount of sugar in the Strawberry Surfrider, my favorite! I am very excited. This is great for those of us limiting our Sugar/Carbs. Thank you, Jamba!

My favorite smoothie and juice joint in Albany. Not many outside seats but I always love to sit out because the atmosphere is great, quite and wide space outside.

Please put straws and utensils in bags for Uber eats orders. Paying $24 for a smoothie with no straw is ridiculous.

Fast and courteous, despite the volumn of patrons in the store. One problem: why would you play music with explicit lyrics when there are families with young children in the store? I think staff should be mindful of that.

I love Jamba Juice, specifically the açaí primo bowl. Smoothies and food options are filling and delicious, and aside from the prices which are a little higher, Jamba Juice does no wrong.

Smoothies were good but the service was bad.... seems like they were getting mad because people were waa talking in 45 mins before closing. They were under staffed and workers took there time helping other customers and making the beverages.

So, my experience with this store is that the customer service is great, the people who work there are professional, but the orange juice isn’t fresh! That’s the only reason I go to Jamba because I like the taste of fresh made juice. They have it out of the fridge and for $10 I can go the grocery store and buy a liter of “fresh squeezed” (not actually fresh of course because it’s been pasteurized and bottled). The taste is different! Haha this is probably not very important for many people, but it is to me! Time to get my own juicer b/c no Jambas have the juicer running!

Hi. The girl that was helping me was on her phone while taking my order. She had her phone on the cash register. Tapping away on her screen. She had me repeated my orders as she was not paying attention. After she was done ringing me up she just stood there tapping on her phone without acknowledging the transaction was completed. Made me stood there. I waited longer than usual to get my drink and 2 wheat grass shots. She was talking to another co worker with phone in her right hand. Slowing the other employeee that was working on my orders.

I am surprised they charge my 17.99 for medium size orange juice Which was already made I ask them to make it fresh which they denied I am so sorry if I want a old made juice why I am being paying 17.99$ I didn’t accept my juice they didn’t refund my money I want my full refund Back Yana Kapoor

It's the worst unfortunately. The next closest is San Pablo and they aren't much better. El Cerrito never opens on time. They close early. They always run out basic ingredients. Or never have the basic ingredients to fulfill the order. It needs a reset with new management. Jamba Corp..send help!

One of the worst Jamba Juice locations in the Bay. Rude employees, sub-par preparation of smoothies (always runny). They also need to check their social media (Yelp, Google, etc.) to reflect that they do NOT close at 9. Employee actually yelled rudely at me through the door when I tried to ask if they did indeed close at 9 as advertised. I'll be driving out of my way if needed to go to the San Pablo location from now on, where they are always cheerful & courteous, make the perfect consistency smoothies, and clearly & correctly list their hours of operation.

Every single time that I’ve tried a smoothie from this place they are always súper watery and don’t taste right, I personally work at a Jamba Juice and the way the smoothies are made here are just not right.
