The drinks were okay, the bathroom here was horrid. There was garbage, used tampons everywhere, plus no toilet paper. All of the garbages were overflowing outside and in the bathrooms. The toilet seat was falling apart and they really need a new one. They didn't have the drinks we asked for so we had to order things which were fine. They were speedy at getting our drinks and they are fine, but overall a disappointment.

Man, this Sonic failed so badly. Our family stopped to eat here while passing through recently. We sat at a table outside that was caked with dirt that we had to wipe down in order to not get filthy. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in at least a year. We ordered our food and sat for over half an hour until it arrived while other people came and left. My pregnant wife needed to use the restroom but it was apparently broken so she had to walk across to the gas station across the road. When our food finally arrived we figured out why it took so long… they had been burning it. My burger patties were curled because all of the moisture was gone from them. The corn dog- burnt. The fries- burnt. Mozzarella sticks- burnt. We also ordered a milk with our son’s meal and they initially didn’t give us a drink for him at all. We rang in on the menu and asked and they said they didn’t have any but gave us an apple juice when we asked. In summary, filthy, burnt food, broken facilities, lazy and slow service. There wasn’t a single good thing about this visit.

Super disappointing, 40 minutes to get our food and 3 of 4 orders were wrong and couldn’t even eat them because either cold or literally soaked in mustard. Staff was Super kind and apologetic about the wait though

Slowest establishment I've ever been too. Only car here and just been sitting in the lot for 30 minutes. Also they clearly have not changed their grease in months. Do not eat here

Got there at 8am (was the only customer there), ordered 2 simple things, and it took over 30 minutes, still no order. So I had to walk in to ask about it. Only for them to tell me they “forgot my order”. And when I got it, it was sloppy and cold. Maybe the employees should be more concerned with customers than taking turns going into the BATHROOM for god knows what… Gross!

Sonic is bomb, don't get me wrong, but for some reason, this sonic has to be the worst! Either the foods are hard, old, or burnt! The service isn't bad but could use improvement.

Just driving through ordered my usual drinks for me and my husband. We ordered a sweet tea and a sprite with peach and they both tasted like nasty water. None of the booths were on and working. And the waitress at the window seemed to act like we bothered her even through there were no customers at the restaurant at all. Horrible service!

I’ve been having sonic since I can remember I always order the same thing a bacon cheeseburger with tots but for some reason at this location I had the most salty/soggy cheeseburger I’ve ever had in my life. This place needs better management the place could use a serious upgrade on there ordering screens

I wish I could leave them zero stars this is by far the worst sonic ever. I have never been here and got my order out correctly even the drinks will be wrong. I know they can read right there’s no way they have gone this far in life and can’t read a simple order or much less just make sure all the foods in the bag. I have even gone and ordered like three burgers and got a big bag of all kinds of food. It’s to the point where I’m just gonna tell them to start giving me whatever they want because that’s what it seems like they do. If you complain they get mad and act like it’s your fault. I hate that this is the closest place to try and get something quick

Okay, this location marks the worst. From the time I ordered our food (two burgers and a hotdog) to when we received it, 25 minutes. And when our food arrived, it wasn’t hot. I checked everything to see if it was even cooked, like not raw. It wasn’t raw so I’ll give them that much. Customer service is meh. Glenda came up to our window and said she lost our ticket so she was asking us what we had ordered. She wasn’t rude, that counts for something. This location is just gross, there was trash/used sonic cups lying on top of the menu boards (yes, more than one!) and on the ground. Flies everywhere, looks like a dump. Anyway, if you can just let your stomach growl a bit longer then find somewhere else. Pretty much anywhere else.
