Jamie's Cafe

Came in Sunday morning for the first time and it was a little full but only waited 5 minutes to be seated. There is also outside seats, it was very welcoming , the service was great. Customer service was also great. Food came quick and delicious. Definitely will be coming back and I also definitely recommend.

My wife and I love a cafe/diner and this one was just a couple of blocks away from where we were staying so decided to give it a shot. Super welcoming/warmth from the staff. Food is tremendous and large portions. A smidge pricey but, considering you get two meals for the price of one, it balances out. I had the breakfast burrito (could use a bit more cheese inside) while my wife had the deep fried strawberry French toast). Highly recommended place.

The food was really good, the staff was friendly and the overall atmosphere was great. Try to come a bit earlier than you might think. We got there at 10am and there was only a few parties there but by 10:30am, the place was packed and there was a wait list.

My first time here was pleasant. The atmosphere was laid-back, and cutlery as well as tables were clean. Service was prompt, frequent with check-ins, and friendly. The food was delicious! I ordered the Mom's French Toast, and it totally slapped (hit the spot, good quality). It tasted better than Denny's breakfast any day. Eggs were scrambled and very fluffy; French toast was soft and made with good bread, and the sausage links were savory. My decision: I will definitely be returning to try another dish soon. Loved my experience at Jamie's Cafe!

The food was amazing and it came out really fast. My coworkers and I came immediately after a night shift so of course it wasn't too busy. We also got Mimosas and they were pretty good. The ace is spacious and I think we were loud however the waiter was really nice and knew we had a rough night. So it was much appreciated.

Great friendly and family ran restaurant. Food is delicious we loved the Chicken Fried Steak and the fried French Toast is amazing! I came back the next week and tried the breakfast burger it was delicious as well. I have not tried the lunch menu but we have had fantastic breakfast items every time we go

Our family enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at Jamie’s Cafe in El Grove. Our server did a wonderful job and took great care of us. Lots to choose from on the menu. I like the warm homie atmosphere and the cleanliness of the restaurant if you’re looking for a great place to have breakfast, I would highly recommend Jamie‘s café in elk Grove..

The food is consistently good, and it’s easy to see why this place stays packed on the weekends. It has a fun, lively vibe and definitely stands out as a unique spot on the west side of Laguna. If you’re planning to go, just be ready for a crowd—especially on Saturdays and Sundays!

Mimosas taste great good atmosphere on a cold morning. Get the bottle not the flight trust me (just do it) Great staff I drove out of my way on a whim and this is my first time here.. I'll be driving out of my way many more times

Overall, breakfast was good. The French toast is fried! Wow, they were great! The steak and veggies omelette tasted how they should lol They have a few different flavors for mimosas, but the cups are fairly small.. unfortunately, I didn’t get a pic. The inside is pretty big and although it was super busy, our server made sure that we were taken care of. :)

After your breakfast, brunch, or lunch take a 5 minute walk to Bartholomew Park to enjoy the sights and sounds nature, water, and beautiful greenery.

Folks, if you are visiting Elk Grove, California, drop in on Jamie's Cafe. I did. It has a nice open decor, comfortable seating, and a bright, airy place. You are greeting with hearty welcome. Service begins and ends with you. Food portions and quality make this establishment great for quick bites to a family outing. Large windows not only provide excellent views but also enhance a sense of outdoors while indoors. Price point versus value, excellent. After another visit, I'm delighted to report that Jamie's has expanded their capacity. There is now ample room for large parties.

Cool place, tried it for the first time. Staff are really nice. The avocado toast and grilled cheese sandwich were good, I prefer if they added more mushrooms to the blue cheese burger. The coffee was good

I LOVE Jamie's, we go almost every Weekend. Great food, good atmosphere, Barbara was a wonderful Sever and all the other servers & staff we've met have been amazingly kind. Would recommend Jamie's to anyone.

The food was okay. I was really excited about the deep-fried strawberry French toast and it was OK, but it came out, barely lukewarm and tasted very greasy. My husband was not impressed with his pancakes at all and my kiddos shared this strawberry French toast as well and enjoyed it, but both said there was not hot and fresh either. The service was initially pretty good, but then our server disappeared for a while and we were just sitting there waiting for the check. I’m glad I got to try the French toast just to see what it was like, but I’m not sure when we will be back as none of us were wowed by the food or service
