What can I say? It’s donuts 🍩🙂 I did read a few bad reviews but thought I’d give them a try since they are fairly new to the area. Good customer service and drive thru wasn’t too long. The donut presentation wasn’t the best but it still tasted like it should. I’d give it 2 thumbs up. 👍 👍

The service here is good and I like it. Service is nice. Its a dunkin They have all the drinks you need and the staff is more reserved which is also nice, they let you sit down and chill. The atmosphere is nice and it's def a place I would sit down, get my laptop out and study. The donuts are donuting and doing their job (they are good) however they aren't usually hot which kinda sucks and aren't super fresh. However no complaints other than them not being warm. Overall, the place is good staff and atmosphere are respectful and nice but the drinks have too much ice imo and the donuts aren't hot enough. Solid place tho

I went after work so the donut selection was minimal. I bought two different drinks to sample. The signature latte and the iced machata latte. I thought they were better than Starbucks. I also tried the berry donut holes. Perfect way to end the day.

Had a sweet tooth and heard about Dunkin being new in town so I gave them a try. The customer service was great and the doughnuts were good as well. I also had a iced coffee it was okay, maybe I'll do a little bette next time researching the place. Overall not a bad spot for some coffee and doughnuts.

Living in the east coast, Dunkin’ Donuts are one of my favorite to go places for fresh donuts, coffees, and soups. Unfortunately, my experience with this donuts stores is a bit disappointed. The donuts is ok but it’s not hot and fresh. The price are very expensive and the service is very slow.

The atmosphere and service can improve. The employees never greet you or seem to want to interact with you. I always get like a blank stare. Maybe it's a language barrier? I'm not sure. Although the donuts are good, they're a bit pricey.

I came here for breakfast, b/c this is what my daughter wanted. I got the apple fritter, which to my surprise is very smaller than the standard size. It had zero apples in it. I was a first time customer and I'll never return. I'm going to stick to my favorite place.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I left there today with nothing. No donuts and no service. They wouldn't help me. They forced me to use their machine to order and I couldn't get it to take my card. They were rude when i asked for help. No one would assist me. No one. I couldn't even get service at the drive through. I recommend avoiding this place.

Went in to redeem my free medium coffee for national coffee day and this lady behind the counter said she couldn’t scan my code and that I had to do it at the kiosk. It ended up not working at the kiosk and had another worker help me at the counter. I’m just confused on why that lady told me she was unable to scan my code at the counter and made a big deal out of it, but another worker helped me out just fine.

P Ordered online went to pick up store 5:57 pm They close at 6 pm Asian woman even won’t listen that I had a online order. Very rude behavior I will not go to this store again.

Got my order in three separate parts at three different times. Order wasn’t put in a bag. Everyone was confused on how and where to order. Food and coffee was very basic and donuts were not good. Very processed and not fresh. Very pricy for what you get! Just go to a regular donut shop… way better.

The two boys that work there (1/31 @ 1:42 pm) do not know how to make the orders! do not go here! first off, every time you go there the prices randomly fluctuate? A few days ago we paid $5 for a large and today $6 for small? If it’s $6 for a small wouldn’t i have gone to Starbucks? Secondly, I said no sugar but when i received my cup it said 4 Sugars!!! I went inside and was assured sugar wasn’t added, the boy even showed me the first cup he made for me that had the sugar and he started over to not include sugar. Okay good. but when i took a sip i realized there’s no milk. I was offered a cup of just chocolate syrup!!! disgusting!!! never going here again and avoid at all costs!
