My go-to Chick-fil-A location. Just whatever you do... take the OUTSIDE lane in the drive-thru, otherwise if you take the lane closest to the building you will sit at that intercom for ages as the outside line flows freely. No idea why this is consistently an issue here lol, so strange.

Food is always better in Chick-fil-A. The service is the one which will differentiate between other stores and Chick-fil-A. We had a bad and rude experience in the store. The cleaning lady needs to mind her business, instead of jumping into other people's table.

I didn't see a friendly staff member on my recent trip to this Chick-fil-A. Maybe it was a bad night, I don't know. I'm not local to the area (here for work) and this restaurant is on the highway between my job and the hotel I'm staying at - natural place to stop for a quick dinner. The service was quick, but I've never been treated more rudely at any Chick-fil-A in the country. At least the food was good. But next time (if there even is a next time), I'll just skip this location.

They’re too slow when trying to get the foods to go. They focus too much on drive through rather than the person behind the counter. So my foods sit there till they finally feel the needs to give to me. Just don’t dine in. Go to drive through.

Super disappointed with this location. I was just there and picked up a deluxe spicy chicken sandwich through the drive thru. When I came home I discovered that there was nothing on my sandwich besides two pickles. I would have given this review one star, but the chicken was delicious as always. I’ve never had this happen to me at any other location. Seriously a bummer.

I will start this review by saying I am a huge fan of chic-fil-a. I placed an order this morning for pickup this evening for the superbowl. Besides for my catering order I also placed a dinner order. I have never had a problem with any visits here untill today. First, the order was not ready at the time for pickup and I let that go. Then they tell me the order was ready but I was missing sauces that I paid for. They got the sauces but I didnt get my drinks and had to ask for them. After waiting over 20 minutes I finally got my order or so I thought untill I got home. Both sandwiches were wrong. One was supposed to be no lettuce or tomatoes and the other no pickels but both had the items we didnt want. I am really dissatisfied considering I spent over 100 dollars for everything. Thankfully were not allergic to those items or it could have been much worse. I understand they were busy but they had this order from this morning so there really is no excuse for the level of mistakes. To top it off I prepaid my order and they told me my card was not valid. I swiped the same card at the store and it went through just fine. Photos posted as evidence.

I waited in line 20 minutes. By the time I got to the staff that was taking orders in drive thru. He said breakfast is almost over. He still let me place my order but when I got to the window my order was half complete.

They always get the order wrong. If you have to go here, dont pull off until you make sure you have every single item. Also they are very unprofessional. They call me boss or yell over me at their coworkers outside while im waiting for my food. My cup is overfilled and dripping soda all over my car. Its not that hard guys

Bro, this is actually so disgusting. I have never been to a Chick-fil-A where they were completely dismissive. I said I had a voucher to redeem, and he scanned it after he charged my card without even telling me After I paid, he proceeded to throw my card in the bag. I never even write Reviews, and if I do, it’s because I had a good experience, but I was just truly stunned that they couldn’t get anything right and their customer service is absolutely terrible, I called the store because I was on my break, and I only had a 30 minute time period So I can’t even go back. If I wanted to. She’s done. Offered me a free chicken sandwich, and a free cookie. If I wanted to come back like no??? you just need to retrain your staff And not sell uncooked chicken

I usually come here often as a customer, but today I had a very disappointing experience while picking up an order for Uber Eats. A woman named Miss Terra treated me with complete disrespect. I was simply sitting and waiting, looking at my phone. When I got the notification from the Uber app that my order was ready, she said a name and I showed her my screen to confirm the name, since I hadn’t heard it clearly. Instead of clarifying politely that she said a different name, she kept repeating in a loud, mocking tone, “Oh, are you [name]? Are you her? Are you really her?” over and over, as if I were stupid. It was clearly sarcastic and completely unnecessary. Her attitude was rude and unprofessional. There are much better ways to speak to people, especially to customers and drivers who are just doing their job. Most of the employees here are usually young, super friendly and proactive teenagers, but this was an older woman, maybe in her late 50s, who should know better.

I was waiting for my order when these kids were messing with other people in the restaurant. I told the cashier to get the manager but she did not care. I’m not coming back to this location under changes are made. This isn’t the first time there were issues at this location. They forgot my items countless times that I started going inside. Employees always seem to have an attitude or just don’t want to be there. My pleasure to take my business elsewhere!

Went to eat inside with my mom. Food came out quick and was good. However, while we were eating a worker came up and asked us to leave the building as there was a bingo event. We were not asked to switch seats and we were not offered any other options or accommodations, just told to leave. After a little push back the worker switched her mind and said to take our time finishing our food but it completely ruined the moment. After this, it felt really awkward to continue eating and I felt really rushed. There was no sign and the store did not notify us that there would be an event before we ordered food for dine in. If the store doesn’t want customers inside during these events, they should close the dining area or give a clear heads up before people pay to eat in.

I requested my sandwich with NO PICKLES because I’m allergic and of course they gave me pickles. And not just that, they didn’t give me any sauces and I kinda felt that they were rushing me so they could give the food to the next person. You pay all of this money and go through the drive-through to just get home and realize that they left items out. I called the store and spoke with the manager. They want me to drive all the way back to correct the item. I asked them to simply reverse the transaction and remove the item from the total. Super frustrating!
