My 1st time trying Shake Shack and I am in love. The buns that they use was nice and soft. Their staff was really friendly and helpful. It was really nice that they have a self-ordering kiosk for people who are paying with a card. Highly recommend this place to eat. I know cause I am hooked and will be coming back for more.

I recently visited Shake Shack and had a bit of an issue with the burgers we initially received — the meat wasn’t cooked to the level we expected. However, I really appreciate how quickly and professionally the staff handled the situation. They immediately offered us a refund or a remake, and we chose the remake. The second round of burgers came out perfectly — well done and delicious. Mistakes can happen, but what really stood out was their customer service and willingness to make things right. Thank you for turning it around so smoothly!

I ordered two vegetarian mushroom burgers those burgers are the best, my favorite burger to be honest. Also, I ordered the hot one cheese fries and one Christmas cookie shake, they were great. However, I would say that the restrooms were unattended and very smelly so, I hope next time they are in better conditions. Beside that the food is great and be patient because sometimes it could get busy and the waiting time can be long.

Why were the buns of my burger flipped? I never had it like that before anywhere. I felt like their food quality has gone down since the last time I visited. There was only one person preparing and serving orders. Even though my order was ready on the shelf for pickup, I had to wait a few minutes until she finished preparing that other order.

Their app is not easy to use and really unstable. We had failed to order dozens of times and we finally got our orders placed successfully yesterday. However, it should be improved or Shake Shack would miss lots of potential customers. We ordered 2 shack stacks, one replaced the bun with lettuce wrap, and 2 fries. The burgers were delicious as usual especially the juicy & creamy fried mushroom. Their fries were okay but not special and kind of greasy. New Yorkers definitely feel the eager of having shack shack once in a while and so do we. We will order in the store instead of using app to pre-order next time.

Never announced my order and avoided eye contact w me not sure if his name was Sebastian or something but terrible customer service. He was selective on who they/he wanted to talk to. I had to ask after 20 minutes of standing there whether my food was ready or not.

Every time I've visited Shake Shack, I've been disappointed. The meat is consistently dry and overcooked, lacking juiciness and flavor. Toppings are minimal, often sparse and insufficient to complement the burger. The fries are bitter and unappetizing, with an unpleasant taste that ruins the experience. In contrast, Five Guys offers a much superior burger experience, with juicier meat, abundant toppings, and flavorful fries.

This afternoon I went to eat at the restaurant and the service was terrible. I ordered my food at the table, but it never arrived. I had to go and ask about it, and then I had to carry it myself because the girl who spoke Spanish and English never brought it. Then I went back to tell them that the hamburger I ordered was supposed to have avocado, but it didn't. She told the woman who was delivering the orders, the waitress opened the hamburger, looked at it, and messed it up, and then they gave me the avocado in a paper bag, and I had to put it on myself. There was no customer service. I approached the waitress to ask for her name, and she wouldn't give it to me, saying those were the rules, which I didn't understand. Very bad service.

Order the avocado bacon cheese burger. Got a burger with no bacon and avocado and not even hot. Personally this is the second time this has happened in this location personally don’t recommend this particular shake shack. Also the wait time is at least 30 minutes if I asked them to correct the issue i don’t have the time to wait probably another 30 minutes for another burger….
