Nice Thai restaurant! Really delicious and Authentic Thai food! We enjoyed everything! I love the Basil Fried Rice, it has some kick to it which is really good. The Red Snapper was really good too topped with Mango Salad. Very fresh! We had some shrimp rolls and calamari which are good to begin with! The Pad Thai came out delicious as well. Hit this spot when you’re in the area.
Delicious traditional well-cooked Thai cuisine. Though, I only got noodles and coconut sticky rice, it was everything!! Fresh ingredients, wonderful family staff, prompt service and great food. I love the restaurants decor!! So kitsch, little knick-jack adorn the walls and shelves. You feel like your getting know the owner as it feels like your dining in a home. 10's across the board. Keep up the good work!!
$12 for beef noodle soup was so good for late midnight.

Okay! So the food has gotten so much better here this year! We were so surprised that they have this new permanent collab with a Filipino chef. They now serve Filipino food. We got the pork sisig, pork ribs (huge for $10) and our go-to Thai dishes (Kouy Teaw Kwa and Pad Kra pow). The Filipino dishes we tried were surprisingly really good and were bigger in serving and flavor. Love that their kitchen closes later than most restaurants in the neighborhood. Perfect for our late-night Filipino or Thai food cravings. A few times we've dined there, we did karaoke with other customers! Vibe is really fun!
We order from this place at least once a month, once in awhile we dine in for lunch. Every single time we have a good experience. They have great wine / beer happy hours. Their drunken noodles are to die for, and definitely give a try for their fried calamari with sweet chili sauce.

I would definitely come here again. I started off with Curry Puffs, they were smaller than expected, but still delicious. The dough was soft and filling a bit on the sweeter side, by the sauce really sits well with the curry. The Grilled Pork marinade was sweet too, but it was tender and had a nice char. Ask for their hot sauce, if you can handle the kick and use their green chili sauce. Their Basil Fried Rice with beef was great. They give you a lot of meat and could offer some more rice. Mango Sticky Rice was nothing special, but it was tasty and served in big portion; good for sharing. Tried out their Thai Buffalo Wings and they were absolutely delicious! The overall sizes of the wings were perfect, a lot of meat on the bone, skin was very crispy. The sauce was sweeter than spicy; I wish there was more of a kick and more sauce on the wings itself, but they were still delicious as is.
Known this place for a long time but never tried their food. Finally got a chance and it was pretty awesome. The lady was very friendly and the restaurant was clean and nice. Steamed Thai dumplings was the best. Other dishes we ordered were good too. Didn’t get to try the mango sticky rice coz it is not the mango season yet. But fried ice cream was definitely worth the try. Very affordable price.
I would definitely come back. Good portions for the price. Ordered the pad see ew and it was flavorful and not to overpowering with the sauce. Very cozy and looks family owned. The place is very small though it wouldn’t accommodate a giant crowd.

The place has good food maybe about 75% of the time, sometimes the food is good and sometimes its overcooked. Recently they raised the prices and cut the portions so i have been disappointed. When they first opened the owner used to hover over when you eat but the food was good. The service is a little slow, I'm content with take out now.
The red curry is decent. This is what the call an entree portion and it looks like it could be a lunch special. I called to verify and this is the entree size red curry. Not enough food for your money. Tons of other great Thai food in queens.

So, today was my first time ordering from Tommy Thai, and I have to say that the food is delicious 😋, however; for the price you're paying, Tommy Thai needs to up their portion sizes. One of the items I ordered was their sweet chili wings, and only received like three or four of them for $7. Not to mention, very little sweet chili sauce on the wings. Now, when I order spare ribs from my favorite Chinese restaurant, I get at least five or six fat ribs for almost the same price, and they are good. I figured today I would try a new place and because I love Thai food. Who does this restaurant think they are feeding, a child?
Food, service and atmosphere is awesome. This is my local thai spot, as I am a couple blocks away. Ive been ordering here for years. I have never had an issue with the food. I just never know when the actual restaurant is open because they are always closed it feels like. And the schedule is like never updated. Which is why I unfortunately must give a 3 star :/

Not sure what happened at this place, they were consistently good quality and fair price when they opened. Now the food is bland and not as tasty as it used to be and they’ve increased their prices. I once ordered the pad Thai lunch special and it tasted very off, as if it was leftover from the night before and heated up, not fresh at all. I wouldn’t mind paying $12 for a pad Thai if it actually tasted good. Sad to say the Thai places near me (pata cafe and Tommy Thai) have all gone down in taste and quality. Will have to trek a little further to Boon Chu or Tong in bushwick.
Hit or miss type of food . We went in and had great food and then tried a second time and it was awful . The drunken noodles were sweet , like sugar , calamari was rubbery and garlic chicken was doused in sauce with cold vegetables . Based on that I’ll stick with thai places I know that are consistent. Nothing was done to compensate for the food , restaurant Was freezing and overall just completely a miserable dinner in comparison to the pleasant dinner from when we first tried in November . Wouldn’t go again.

Went here to celebrate my friend’s birthday. The place is beautifully decorated and has a very unique vibe. The food was amazing and our server was genuinely kind and attentive. However, the experience was disappointing because there was no heating inside, so it was quite cold. On top of that, the owner (the man with long braids) was extremely rude. He was using the karaoke the entire time, even though we booked this restaurant specifically so we could sing and eat. When we politely asked if we could use it, he responded with “You guys are giving me a headache.” It completely ruined the experience. I’m really sorry because the food and the server were great, but the owner’s attitude is honestly harming the business. Definitely not coming back.
The twink with the long hair was very disrespectful and rude. Upon entering, to order take out, he shouted: “HELLO!! HELLO!!! SIR! CAN I HELP YOU?!” I responded with: “I’m looking to order food.” He then tells the lady he was working with: “There’s a guy here and you should stay in the front because ‘these people’ are just walking in!” I did not feel welcomed or wanted there nor did I feel like they wanted or appreciated my business. Then I tried to speak to him (with my friend present) and express how uncomfortable I was and he cut me off and wouldn’t allow me to speak saying: “Just stop, just stop!” He also said: he was trying to open the place when the place was already open until 1am. Very disrespectful and Rude!

Service is bad with timing..... told me 20 min for food to be done and had to wait another 20 min imagine if I was taking a cab to get my food and I gotta wait 20 extra don't go
This place is a garbage like the male owner. Recently found a bunch of cockroaches and BIG ones crawling on the tables and even landed on my father while he was eating. Aside from that it’s sooo hot in there and don’t even dare talk to the owner cause he treats his clients like we’re asking for free food. Department of agriculture needs to check this place out again. Don’t enable the owner to treat clients like this just because he sells cheap food and wine.
This restaurant is only cheap because they have the roaches making your noodle pad Thai. Not only did I see one crawling near the Buddha on the wall but the waiters are rude & nasty as if it’s your fault you’re dining after work there. The one with long hair and hat is RUDE, NASTY, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. His outburst after asking for an extra plate and forks were unbelievable. You would think because they are a hole in the wall restaurant they would be hospitable but no. Plain rude and disgraceful.
I came here for a dinner with some friends. The atmosphere was very loud and the male server with the long hair was very rude and disrespectful. After leaving our table without drinks for 20 minutes and ignoring our calls to him he finally came to the table with wrong drink orders. I asked him nicely for one coke. He responded “I understand I’m not stupid” and stormed off. It was extremely inappropriate especially since our table was nothing but nice to him. Will never eat here again.
