The food is always delicious! I always get the beef chili soup, it’s perfect every time. The chicken teriyaki is also amazing, much better than any other chicken teriyaki places!
The foods that we ordered was savory. My personal best was pork spare ribs!
I dont normally write reviews. This is awesome food. I wi definitely go back.

Owner is very friendly every time I visit this restaurant. Food is awesome and yummy as always!!!! Their vegetable Manchurian and shabtak ( beef jerky) is my favorite of all. Wasabi point never disappoints when it comes to service and food. If you haven’t been to this place the you are big time missing out!!!!!!!!
The best word to describe this place is fusion. It combines Tibetan, Indian, Bhutanese, and Chinese flavors into delicious meals. The food has a great balance of all the best part of these cuisines. Try their Tibetan style cuisines like the Momo, the pork ribs, and the thin cut seasoned fries. Then try their Bhutanese ema datsi. Combine everything to create a unique sino-indo-Tibetan cuisine. 10/10 would recommend.
Wasabi Point is the Himalayan jewel in Queens. I tried many Himalayan places in New York and always come back here, as this restaurant is second to none. In my experience, it’s the most authentic Himalayan food that tastes homemade. I always order thenthuk and momo - these are my favorites here and in fact the best ones I have ever tried in the US. Eating in Wasabi Point makes me feel home away from home. And the service here is always caring and kind, as in the best Tibetan tradition.
Nice low light atmosphere, in COVID era there is indoor dining with plastic wall separators. I got the the following: - Beef Momo, this is Tibetan style dumpling, very savory -Vegetable Manchurian, fried balls of cauliflower in a spicy sauce. I love the texture and assume you can ask to not have it too spicy if you don't want it that way. Comes with 9 balls and side of rice. -Katsu Don w/ Chicken, this fried chicken without bone with egg and onions. Comes over rice. Different from the reg chicken Katsu which has no rice, no egg, and no onions to my understanding. Tastes very good but used the sauce from the Manchurian to give it a little more spice. -Green Tea Fried Icecream, fried ball of icecream with whipped cream, delicious This is an all time favorite and come here often, look foward to trying the other dishes which range from Japanese, Vietnamese and Tibetan!
I was fortunate enough to be taken to this restaurant by my sister in law today. I very rarely write reviews, but on this occasion felt compelled to. The food here is superb and the hospitality is second to none. If your looking for something a little different (well at least for someone from the UK) this should be somewhere on your list to visit We sat outside and asked the Chef to recommend some dishes. I have had Momos in many places and bearing in mind my wife is Tibetan they were as good, if not better than hers (hopefully she won't read this).... I can also highly recommend the spare ribs and the dried beef emadasi. At times like this, it is important to support local business, so if you are in Jackson Heights NY please give this place a try.
One of the best Tibetan places I have been to in the area. Great food, great prices and its clean inside. I frequent this place atleast once a week with co-workers. They have a big menu which can be a problem for people who are indecisive lol. But aside from that, this is a go to location for me
Me and my autistic son, John, had lunch here the other day, and i must say their server, Andy, has done a extremely well job making my son and i feel comfortable and welcome. In my personal opinion that young man deserve a 10/10 100% raise. The quality of the food was superb and had variety of flavors. The price was reasonable and i was very satisfied with my meals. This made my road trip to poland worth the stop.
We ordered some chicken Momos and chilly beef Ramen and I still can't get over the fact how amazing the food was. Highly recommend giving this place a try. Will be our go to surely. I guess some good things do come out of this quarantine when we are trying new amazing restaurants like this one.
Don't mind the Japanese name. This restaurant serves mouth watering Tibetan food and is one of the move loved Tibetan restaurant in the area. Clean with peaceful atmosphere, the food is prepared by the owner so the tastes are always consistent.

Their food is finger licking delicious. Love their Tibetan blood sausages. Friendly staff and just a great local spot.
Just went there first time with current distanced seating. The food was yummy and very spicy. We will come again. We wish for better service and more check-ins by the waitress.
Fresh taste + unique dishes. Sadly just crazy gas problem after eating.

Absolutely delicious dumplings, Delhi chow mien and vegetable Manchurian. They don't take special instructions well. I'm not a fan of the texture of their rice. Seemed off.
Thought it was a Japanese restaurant but the menu looked more like a tibetan restaurant. Food was good but little pricey compare to their portion size. Felt really thirsty overnight. Overall a good place to have a nice evening with friends and family for dinner.

Disappointed!! Please check your food before sending it out. Was craving for chicken chilly and was so excited to eat it but there wasn’t enough salt in the food. It was very plain. Also when we do takeouts we expect some plastic ware unless we say no plastic ware. I mean, how are we supposed to eat it lol. Please be considerate , even tho it might be just one of the orders for you, it is big deal for someone who is hungry, pays extra money and waits almost an hour for their food.Hope you understand it.

Zero Stars if I could Absolutely atrocious!!!!! Decided to go based on the reviews. Never again….First time visiting & my first time finding a roach in my food never have I ever. Words cannot describe how mortified I was. Disgusting!!
They are not fair with the orders. It’s worst .i order 6 item and they gave me only 5 item. Worst..! To every customer check your order Before leaving bcoz this wasabi will charge you and won’t bother to give your order. This wasabi staff charge me for 6 item and after leaving the restaurant I checked and called the restaurant why did you do this with mu order. They said we forgot. I said while charging you’ll dust do any mistake while giving my order how come. Even I order chicken fried rice in that there was very no amount of chicken in the fried rice. What we pay if we don’t get it then it’s not worth it. Not happy. With the service and food also. And then I said deliver they gave excuse. Worst service and they are cheating with the order.. I won’t go back to this restaurant again and won’t recommend this wasabi restaurant. I promise I won’t go back to this restaurant. Zero star..
