Ordered using the app. Pick up time said 15 minutes and 15 minutes later it was hot and ready! Taste was on point. Friendly window person. We will be returning!

Ordered through the Pizza Hut app, which was nice and easy. The drive-thru line moved pretty fast! Employees were friendly.

Joseph made 2 awesome pizzas for my wife and I and they were amazing! Thank you Joseph for excellent service!!!

Me and my family have gotten food a few times since they’ve opened. Every single time I’ve gone the ladies at the pick up window and have been nothing but sweet and nice! Even when they are super busy. They rock!

We had ordered online and they weren't sure if it was computer error or human but it ended up messed up for us. However Autumn took it above and beyond to find our order! She even took her time and made sure that it was corrected! She made sure to ask us questions to make sure it was right. She did awesome our food was right this time and warm! Nothing was missing or messed up. I cannot Thank her enough for helping us and truly appreciate it and her!

Just opened, very good communication with management, given their absolutely overwhelmed opening week. They altered logistics to better satisfy the customer. Given the high load of customers, my pickup order went very smoothly with very accurate pickup times. I can't wait till things slow down a bit and delivery is an option. Also. VERY IMPORTANT, through all this, my order was perfect, including extra sauces. Very friendly staff

It’s nice to come in a store and have the people be so happy/kind/helpful. Chris was so kind to people going through the drive thru. He also helped me place my order through the app online. There was a cool chick with pink in her hair making our pizza and she was vibing to the music in the back. A team working today 3/6/2026

Dinner for 2 $21. 2 drinks ,a pasta dish with breadsticks and a desert. Not bad in this economy. Tastes good too.

The pizza we received was so doughy that we had to put it in our oven for 10 extra minutes. The employees seemed very frazzled too.

If anybody grew up going to Pizza Hut they would know that this pizza did not taste anything like Pizza Hut pizza. I could go to the dandy mini mart and buy the same exact pizza.

$47 worth of trash. The person on the phone was friendly when I ordered though but the pizza is horrific hot garbage.

Pizza was under cooked , bacon was also under cooked(chewy and flabby) and there was hardly any sauce on any of my 3 pizzas. The first time we ordered everything was perfect, unfortunately after this experience we probably won't be going back.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the service last night. I ordered on the app and was told at 907pm that my pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. I got there at 917pm was told that it would be just a couple of minutes more. Ok no problem.. well 10 minutes later I was told that it was going to be another 10 minutes because the cook messed up the pizza ( ham& sausage) not to much to mess up. I finally received the pizza at 940pm.. no one offered anything to me for the waste of my time and sitting in the drive thru for that long.. as I was handed my pizza the girl says now be careful because it's "hot" well I would hope so.. actually the pizza wasn't as hot as it should have been. I'm very disappointed.. hopefully they get their act together soon. One other thing..please stop asking me to add a tip..honestly for what? I drove myself to get the pizza.. you handed it to me.. why would I tip you for that?

Cheap knockoff of old pizza hut. Ordered a large supreme and mild wings. Got some honey tasting wings and the cheese on the pizza was not even melted. Sams brand pan is WAY better! Won't buy from this pizza hut again, or any for that matter.

Waited in line for 25 minutes for food I had ordered 20 minutes before I arrived. Spen my whole lunch break in the drive thru and all the lady said for 25 minutes was your food is in the oven it be a minute. This is ridiculous, the lady never even tried to make it right, never said sorry, I talked to other customers and they all were there and had their food well before me and slmost of them had ordered after the time I ordered. I told them I don't have time to sit here and wanted a refund and the lady looked at me rolled her eyes and closed the window, finally after 25 minutes she handed me my food and closed the window so fast I couldn't say a word. I didn't get to eat because my lunch was over and at my job I can't have food or drinks at my station. I'd give 0 stars if I could

Ordered 3 pizzas and 3 orders of breadsticks when I got there to pick it up wasn’t ready everyone including the manager was outside talking or smoking I spent 91.00 and when I got home we found hair cooked into 2 of the pizzas and I called the manager she had the nerve to say let us make your order again smh no thanks we don’t want anymore hair or food ever again from there and she made us bring the food and pictures in 3 days later to prove it to her so we had to keep the hairy food for 3 days then she finally said she would refund it why should a customer well past customer have to go through all that after what we found in our dinner …do better Pizza Hut or you won’t last….their corporate office needs to get involved with that store

Tried to charge me $33 for one pizza couldn’t get it right then they told me it was $22 and still tried to charge me 33 so I had to send it back with DoorDash because they wouldn’t accept the $22

Called to place an order last night. Put on hold then hung up on. Went to pudgies instead. Pizza hut called us back 30 minutes later, no apology we told them went to pudgies.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered a deal last night. 2 large pizzas and an order of bread sticks for $26.99. We ordered it for CARRYOUT. Tell me why the girl at the counter held our food in her hands away from our reach until she checked the tip amount on the receipt. I didn't leave a tip. It's CARRYOUT. You didn't deliver it. When she realized there was zero tip she became all attitude in her demeanor. Disgusting behavior. The kicker? Our order was WRONG when we got it home. We ordered a bacon and a pepperoni, both original pan. We were given one pan pepperoni and one hand tossed pepperoni. No bacon.

I may not order from them again. Be careful what you get there. I’m going back to Pudgie’s. UPDATE: 5/22/25. I still HAVE not been back to Pizza Hut going on over 2 years. When the weather suddenly changed and started pouring ruining our plans to eat outside we asked if we can grab a table and eat quickly with our toddler. We were rudely told no that we can’t take up a table as a carry out customer. There were at least 7 empty booths and she was very rude about it. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Broadway was so so much better! bread sticks had zero seasoning, boneless wings barely done and lacked sauce, pizza melt was over done and drier than cardboard! Employees were inside eating the food with customers around. Just the worst pizza hut ever and corporate should definitely step in and close this one down!
