Love this place! The line always keeps moving fast! Food always tastes great and order is always done right!

It's Taco Bell so you should know what to expect when you go there. That said the staff is polite and helpful. The food is fresh. Prices are good. They have happy hour specials most days.

I ordered an orange juice and when it wasn't available the staff gave me reasonable alternatives. Very impressed staff served a homeless person as well. Good deeds should be rewarded.

I really live their burritos. I'm a complete fan of the tacos too. If you would agree on getting a taco pack, they have it. They even have a sort of diet edition of their menu. You should go to the kiosk to customize your order.

One of the few Taco bells where they always ask what sauces you want and also gets the order correct.

Both, Rockville Cntr & Lynbrook provide a clean neat atmosphere. Condiment islands always neat and fully stocked. Both locations had my order before i got my beverage. Great menu selection

Taco bell has always been a go to for me! However, after being unimpressed and bored by the fast food breakfast options out there I recently, tried their breakfast and OH MAN! This is officially my new favorite fast food breakfast. Loved the crunchwrap breakfast sandwich and the cinnabon bites.

The food was really good and the service was perfect! They didnt get my order wrong like other fast food places like McDonalds, and their employee even gave us some free extra nacho fries! This was my best experience at taco bell ever!

the drive thru service is fast, and the food tastes delicious. the inside is clean and looks good, its not far from my house. i love coming here, friendly employees, never had a issue here. its close from where i live, and i came here a few times

Recently renovated. Food is pretty good here, employees are nice. It's a good taco bell. There is a after-school crowd that comes in during the afternoon as is to be expected, but it's not at all rowdy.

This particular Taco Bell is always very clean. The workers are always working so very hard....they should all get raises!!.I hope they are being paid well...I was very impressed by the workers...I went last Saturday night...then one day this week ..and this Saturday night. Im a vegan and I trust only this taco bell with handling my food. The staff here are all clean,professional, and amazing to me me everytime I visit. They always insure me that gloves will be cha get before making my order beans and lettuce only. Even if I happen to be in a car and fo thru the drive thru they always remember who I am ,and say I know "we will change the gloves " I love this taco bell best one on this side of heaven. The Entire staff is always very pleasant, nice, &great customer service always.

I mean, it's taco bell. What more do you need to know? It's cheap, tasty, and filling. There's a pizza hut here too, but I've never seen anyone order it. The staff here is fast and friendly, and they keep the place clean. The soda machine is never broken, and there is ample parking. The parking lot had a massive hole in it, don't know if that's been fixed yet, but I won't hold that against them. Sinkholes happen.

I was a looking for a quick lunch and came here for the first time. First all the place was throughly cleaned which I was pleased by. The cashier was extremely sweet and kind and recommended me her favorite meal, which came out fast and hot. I recommend this Taco Bell over the other ones in Long Island!!

This Taco Bell is the best, they were the the few places open during the winter storm and were readily available to provide for the community

Ok...so this is Taco Bell. Nothing much I can add about the food. I can only really add details about the location and service. So Taco Bells aren't that accessible in Queens. I end up driving to this one (Elmont) or the one in New Hyde Park. As far as drive-through is concerned, it is very quick and efficient. There'll be few times where it's a long wait. The service is friendly and they do contact-less really well. The only real downside that's happened a 2 times (maybe 3) is whenever you order a personal pizza, you end up having to wait an extra 7 minutes in the parking lot. Not trying to be funny with the exact timing. They never seem to have the pizzas onhand. They have to make them on the spot, which isn't a time breaker...but if you get a part of your order then have to wait an additional 7 minutes your food will begin to get soggy and cool off. Other than that this place is good and clean and mortally pretty quick.

This location may or may not participate in advertised specials so it depends. Ask the cashier if you don't see it posted. Otherwise, they are pretty friendly. I went during late morning, around noon time. Bathroom was also pretty clean as well.

Been here for years. Place used to be a bit dirty due to the school kids constantly wrecking the place but the food here is made quick and properly. Note that it is also a training store so you will see a LOT of new faces if you are a regular.

Fresh and fast. Customer service thru the drive thru was horrible. I asked for the chullupa , but was no longer available, so I was told by the guy on the intercom to have a nice day. I was shocked and told him that I can always order something else if that's okay with him.

Not a big fan of Mexican food but I enjoy the Taco Supreme. Much better then the regular taco. I wish they could develop a hard taco that didn't almost always crack when you touch it. I don't know where are the old people who used to run this New people and they are slow and the lady gonna tell me to calm down. How rude . I ran to make a review . I'm a vegan and she had a problem with changing her gloves and she decided not to make my food and make me wait . After she changed her gloves she decided to work on the side for the Drive thru after looking me up and down. Don't know where these people came from . I want the old staff back .

I don't know why but I just had the urge to try the Toasted chalupa, so I did. Not sure what I expected but it was just okay. I got the chicken, light on the cheese-glad you can customize it. The shell was way to crispy, like cut your mouth crispy, but I know some people like that. My husband had regular tacos and he thoroughly enjoyed them. The call ahead & pick up was perfect for our lazy Saturday meal. The price of the meal however, made me think about making my own going forward.

This location of taco bell is quite assembled. There are hardly any lines and the automated selfserve system makes the process of ording food fast and easy. The wait time for food is always less than three mintues. The din-in areas are also always available if you are in the mood for taking a break and having a bite. Always clean and workers are always in the their mask for the complete experience

Quick service. You can either go into the store or use the drive thru. Wait time is minimal. You can customize what you want on your food. Staff are very professional and friendly. There is free parking available on site.

Something about the soda is off but the food is great there's never anyone at the cashier post and I have to wait there's usually only 2 workers that all English and that's kind of weird but not a problem because I get my food soon after I order

Food was all right, but they have no control over the bums that hang out trying to get money from the customers as they leave. Not a place I would sit and eat, get everything to go.

Taco Bell used to be great cuz it was cheap and inexpensive food and filled you up going there to buy 6 tacos and a drink over $10 I don't think so is better Mexican food you can eat that a real restaurant then some cheap fake junk

Got my order wrong, again. "The party pack (12 tacos); half nacho, half regular ". Went to the window to clarify then, had to pull around to wait. Get home half soft tacos, half nachos.

They're service is good and the food too sometimes. But my last visit there was very distasteful, literally. I ordered the nacho fries and a burrito and the only thing that tasted hot or tasted like they just made it was the cheese sauce for the fries. The fries were cold and soggy and the burrito tasted so stale like it was about to spoil.

I ordered a 5 layer burrito with no beans and added guac. Guac was nowhere to be found. I also ordered a Crunchwrap supreme with guac and the guac was one small dollop at the end.

This place is the worse. One, they are slow, the person on drive through doesn't speak English well, and they play games with their serving times to impress managers. Lady asked me to reverse so the clock wouldn't go off. I only go here because its the closest one. If you can... avoid it.

Went threw drive threw edwin was his name told me he can't take my orders because i had 2 seperate because it was busy but a female got on the speaker and took both of my orders after she herd i guess. My point is to edwin the spanish male at drive threw you want 15 bucks an hour get off your phone and do your job. But he wasnt busy to be on his cell phone making a phone call instead of working plus to top it off after i got back to my job i found out he gave me the wrong food in my bag. The only reason this gets 2 stars is due to the drive through employees being respectful and curtious. This place alwayssssss alwayssss ALWAYS messes up the orders or missing the supreme part you were charged extra for -_- Today i was excited that i counted 4 tacos that i had ordered. Only to come home and the extra charge for steak was just money in their pockets once more. In vain. Because they gave me beef. We only kept going there because the kids want pizza hut but Im done trying to give them the benfit of the doubt. I will take the 10mins further drive to the next one. And 20 to pizzahut.

I never thought ild review a Taco Bell but this Taco bell was so disappointing. Ordered for online pick up and swung by after maybe 20-25 mins and when we came through the drive way they said they had only just received the order and asked we come through after another 5 mins. After receiving the food though, we found we were missing an item and our soda tasted weird. I feel like the best way to describe it is like it was made from unclean mineral water... I think Ill avoid this particular location when possible

Probably the only taco bell who closes the inside at midnight. Other locations close the inside at 2 a.m., 3 a.m. or even 4a.m. Bathroom has a stupid, unnecessary child lock buzzer that needs to be opened by staff, but they are always soo focused on trying to evade coming to the front counter for interactions worth customers.

Taco Bell..! Well after all your repeated adds for Nacho Fries I went there to give a try, I asked the order taker what’s all in there for nacho fries plate or so called *Grande* I asked them to add onions so they did charge me for it which I was fine but the staff really needs to know how much to put when they are charging for the add on’s. I will show a picture for what they added. Please do add a generous portion when some one asks you to add something which you are going to charge. Not an exciting experience

I got $5 Chulpa box and $5 grade nachos I specifically asked for chicken instead of beef but they still gave the food with beef I would not go there I wanna sue them cause I don’t eat beef

I placed an order through doordash and they were 3 items. They cancelled my order because they didnt have black beans. We told them that any kinds of beans would be fine but they didn't listen and cancelled my order anyway and it was almost 2 a.m at night. Why am I always disappointed when I visit Taco Bell? Saw an article for their revamped vegetarian menu. The counter girl didn't even know what I was talking about. I ordered one grilled chicken burrito. The Asian lady I don’t know her name soaked it with cheese. Did not give me avocado sauce, and no chicken at all. It was disgusting. I’m going to call up to corporate. They shouldn’t serve food like this. Visited this place right now. There was no customer service. No cashier. I had to walk out.

I ordered online and picked up through drive through around 7:00PM today, the guy read my order before handing me my box and still didn’t give me everything. I was missing my burrito that I paid for, and it’s not that he forget, he just didn’t care to make it. It wouldn’t be a big deal if he forgot, but he specifically read my order and checked it before handing it to me. Since it was in a box, I didn’t check which was my fault for thinking people have the capability to do their job correctly. Main takeaway from this tacobell is to always check what they are giving you to make sure you get everything you paid for since some people have a trouble doing their job right.

I came to get the crunch wrap. There is nothing in it. I came to a manager and she said you need to pay for extra when there is nothing in it in the first place.

The customer service was horrible. From ordering at the drive thru, the person was annoyed about me asking about the "happy hour" special, paying and receiving my food. The cashier's attitude was nasty and when I asked if I could have taco sauce she seemed more annoyed with me for asking. She said we don't have any. No apology, thank you or have a nice day.

Terribly managed location. It’s clear that the manager only cares about the drive thru orders, with a complete disregard for the in-store orders. I was standing there waiting at the pickup shelf for a mobile order (that was supposed to already be ready) for at least 20 minutes, and I’m just watching DOZENS of customers in the drive thru receiving their orders within 30 seconds and merrily driving away. It’s ironic that the wait time at a “fast food” restaurant is significantly higher than at a traditional restaurant for a pickup order. This location desperately needs a change in management.

Food was cold and didn’t taste like other Taco Bell’s I’ve been too. The soda also tasted funny just like another reviewer mentioned. Wont ever return to this taco bell, the nearly empty parking lot and nearly empty restaurant was not a good sign, i should have followed my instinct and never bought from here.
