Amazing service and delicious food!

When specifically ask for chicken to be cut up into small pieces for a five year old to eat & you get back huge cuts of chicken a grown adult would have trouble biting it really annoying. However the food is excellent & conveniently located with decent size portions so that’s what keeps me coming back.

Inside was clean, I got the beef mini meal and replaced the macaroni salad with rice, the food cane with rice, bbq beef, and vegetables (cabbage and broccoli) the food was so good that I picked out the broccoli and ate it on its own, and I hate broccoli, so that shows how good it was

I’ve gotten take out here twice and liked the black garlic ramen & tonkotsu ramen 4/5. Portions are large & packaged very well. I got rangoons last time which I thought were too sweet I wouldn’t get them again. For the ramen I got the highest spice level but thought it was low to moderately spicy since I have a preference for spicier food and like it when it’s really hot. Big bowl of cozy on a cold day for sure!

A quick plate that tastes good. Service and atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. Comes with broccoli, cabbage, 2 scoops rice and scoop macaroni salad. I think more protein per serving than burrito places. Good job!

I received cold veggies and dry pork dumped on top of fresh noodles. The tonkatsu ramen was bland and watery and every bite reminded me that most of these ingredients were just dumped out of a fridge. I make better ramen at home. I've been to other locations and had great ramen so I'm not sure where this one went wrong. I recommend avoiding this location.

Placing a order on the phone was just a little difficult seemed a bit rushed and very rude on their end, while placing the order it was about two hours before closing, but there is no need and no excuse to be impatient and rude to someone over the phone. Picking up was easy but they were still very rude and rushed luckily wasn't sitting down to eat because it was really cold breeze Wise and attitude wise I ordered two Katsu plates but because of the feeling rushed and the rudenesson the phone I forgot about ordering the shrimp tempura side and fried ragoons that I also really wanted. But I didn't want to spend another second on pick up or on the phone so I compromised might be the last time I order from them

The tonkotsu ramen was bland. It was warm bath water with cold ingredients put in. The crab rangoon was pretty tasty, i will give them that. The ordertaker seemed confused and disorientated during the order taking process. He was also confused on a bowl to use for sweet and sour sauce dipping. So i got a huge take home bowl for a dipping bowl. But he was confident and sure of himself to let us know they close in 5 minutes, with 10 minutes left of operating store hours. Over all just an aweful place to enjoy food. This place is a money grab with 15.00 bowls of shower water. Save yourself money and just get the 1.00 packages at walmart.

This place has great food but their customer service sucks. I think the parents own it and there kids work it for them. The two young men that work the counter rude, lazy, and just seem like they don't want to be there. I give them many chances because the Katsu Chicken is great. But customer service is so bad I just can't do it anymore.
