Saturday morning, line out the door. Of course, because "America runs on Dunkin'!" One thing I loved was one of the managers bringing out samples. You don't see that very often at other establishments.
Their donuts are sublime and I will definitely come here infrequently. Told the manager should sell a DD swimsuit calendar with the donut of the month featured LOL
They always get my order right, and if I ever have a problem someone is there who can promptly & appropriately respond. Good service. Family-oriented. It's always a pleasure to visit.
Excellent donuts and coffee with fast service. Highly recommended
My favorite dunkin. Great music and mood. Everyone is always cheery. I kept coming here even after my car was broken into in their parking lot
I love the cold brew coffee and avocado toast with tomatoes. Staff were friendly and efficient.
1st time at a DD. Pretty good coffee and really good crumb coconut donuts
Good to have a Dunkin Donuts in the Bay - and this is just like anything on the east coast, but new. If you know what to expect when going to any Dunkin' franchise, then you know what you'll see here.
I love this Dunkin, the drinks, service, and parking are great. I find it funny how they still don’t allow for you to dine in when most places allow it.
oh my gosh , i am so happy right now just found out they open this dunkin donut 🍩 at walnut creek wow amazing amazing been waiting for one to open wish i had one wer i leave but thats ok atleast theres one now by walnut creek ., i dont have to wait for months for vaca in pinas they have one here now., i love it i lovet it.,,,,, my favorite dunkin donuts been craving for it lol🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩😋😋😋
This is the dunkin to go to. The orders are quick, and correct. The people are nice and I've yet to be disappointed (except when they run out of my favorites) at this dunkin.
This is my go to coffee in Walnut Creek. Gives me a taste of Boston right in the East Bay. So grateful for having it!
These guys really know how to make a ice coffee wow perfect every time and one of the biggest selection of doughnuts one could ever want ...way to go dunkin doughnuts your doing a good job
Love their App. You can order on your way there. They offer curbside delivery, or you cam walk in & get your pre-order !
The best place and friendly, Dunkin donuts gave us a beautiful gift and it was a cup written by Dunkin donuts for our anniversary celebration! Thank you Dunkin donuts!!!
Love Dunkin'. Limited seating and parking, can get very packed. They have outdoor seating which is great when the weather is bad.
Make sure you download the app to get some really good deals perks on a day-to-day basis they really thank you for your business coffee and donuts
This is the best bargain in town for a coffee whether it be a cappuccino, latte, or regular cup of Joe iced or hot and customized to your liking. The interior is fresh, new and always clean. There's even a nice patio to sit at with tables and umbrellas. Also, a variety of lunch and breakfast items are served throughout the day at a reasonable price.
Quick, clean and delicious. Staff does well handling long lines when everyone decides to come at the same time. The owner, Matt, is frequently on site greeting customers with a smile and often a sample treat or drink! Been a Dunkin Fan all my life all over the country including the Original store in Quincy, MA and this store by far is among the best and most Hospitable.
Friendly staff. Good donuts. Plenty of parking. If you're coming off 680 third lane from the left and make a u-turn at the next corner. That smoked pepper bacon croissant egg sandwich is amazing.
I love Dunkin donuts from living back east. And this has brought back so many memories. The sandwiches are great and the coffee is my favorite. Of course the donuts are fresh and not too sweet (like some others)
I go here everyday & that’s not an exaggeration. Love it so much. Shouts out my girl Brianda holding it down
Great D&D here y'all! Coffee was hot and fresh and the donuts were oh so good! Come one. Come all.
I grew up in the beautiful city of Chicago and I grew up on Dunkin Donuts. They are the best. I have missed eating them every since I've moved to California almost 30 years ago. But I've prayed for the day when they would finally arrive in California and more importantly to an area nearby where I lived. I've been tortured for years by the Dunkin Donuts commercials and then the torture git worst when Krispy Kreme donuts showed up first!! They were and are absolutely horrible!! They're gone now, and thank God because they don't hold a candle to Dunkin Donuts, Which now that they have finally arrived, I am so excited and ecstatic about it that I just don't know what to do with myself. I love this place the people are tremendously, warm, friendly, and welcoming, and the donuts are sinfully addictive. So Before, my prayer was for Dunkin Donuts to please hurry up and get here. And now that they have finally arrived my prayer is that they never, ever, ever , leave!!!!! These are Great folks and Fabulous Donuts, with fantastic service. And this place has made it worth the wait. It is just as I remembered Dunkin Donuts to be. So I want to say to every one at the walnut Creek Dunkin Donuts THANK YOU SO MUCH for making a Chicago favorite something that I can now enjoy in California and for doing it right !!! And by the way their coffee is to die for too! And for the record even in Chicago even if there is more than one register open the line would still be out the door.
I like going to this place once or twice a month when I go to Walnut Creek. Great Customer Service very clean and tasty donuts.
Right across from my mom's doctor, so it's convenient. A much better selection of donuts compared to my local Dunkin in Pittsburg.
I've been to 3 different Dunkin Donuts from Las Vegas and Concord. The only place I will get my cappuccino or my latte is this one in walnut creek. Love this place.
New place. Good to see Dunkins making their way west. Learn from a New Englander: have your order ready and just spit it out. You'd piss everybody off back east taking 10 minutes to order.
Great to have my beloved DD here in Walnut Creek! As a Bostonian, it's one of the comforts of home I miss most. No longer! And this DD is brand new, clean and the service is fast.
I love DD, I lived in Chicago and I would wake up every morning to enjoy a delicious coffee or latte with a flat bread with other goodies, when I moved to WC, I was sad not to see DD around, but now is here - it has great service with the amazing products I enjoy from DD ! - I love Dunkin' Donuts welcome to my neighborhood. God answered my prayers.
I am so glad that there are finally Dunkin Donuts in N orCal! Manager is Great! Staff is efficient and courteous! Location is clean! Easy to spot and great parking!
Yummy donuts, this was like a supershop or something! All donuts very neatly laid out, all kinds of coffee drinks available. What's cool about DD is they have fresh donuts all day long!
Been here a couple times now and it's always been great. Been missing Dunkin since moving here from Massachusetts. It's literally the only place in the bay area to get a half way decent bagel.
We arrived 15 minutes before closing time and they were most gracious as we could not make up our mind to which donuts we wanted. The glazed and vanilla snowflakes were DELICIOUS!
I love their coffee and they always have food deals on the app and offers , their doughnuts are great with all the flavors 😍♥️ the drive thru fast and great customer service 😍♥️
Drove from Oakland because I haven't had Dunks in a long time since moving from Boston. The new cold brew is great. Way better than Starbucks.
Fantastic selection of donuts, coffee drinks + a few bagels. I love the convenient phone app so I can dash in when I don't have my purse with me. Easy to reload via credit card so I never have to miss a Dunkin' opportunity. I'm a fan of their powdered cake donuts but all of them are really good! 🍩
I am a New England transplant and I am so happy that we now have a DD! Coffee is great and dirt cheap compared to Starbucks, Peers and the other small specialty coffee shops. Donuts are always good. But the breakfast sandwich options are to die for! If you have not been, do yourself a favour and give it a try!
Super clean and fabulous service. The manager is hands on and as nice as can be. Donuts are super fresh and iced coffee hits the spot. I lived in Boston for over a decade and this D&D is a 5-star restaurant compared to their shops. I'm a regula' once again!
Quick service that always gets my order right. They don't have the best doughnuts but they have decent espresso drinks and a loyalty program that gives great deals on drinks and food. Also, there's ample seating and free wifi! Downside is that parking can be difficult during busy times.
I just love the donuts at Dunkin', ever since I tasted it (that was a long time ago, when I was 5. I guess?!!!). Their coffee is also great. The taste is sweet enough and the price is just affordable. The service and quality at Dunkin' are still consistent as time goes by. Good job!!!
More crowded now than pre-pandemic. Used the app to order. Pick up was really easy and they were pumping out their orders, one after another. Team seemed pretty solid. The Latte with Pumpkin Spice I ordered was really tasty and the donuts never disappoint.
Full transparency, I grew up in NJ. I can't rate a DD less than 5 stars. To my brethren East Coast transplants, prepare for the fact that DD outside of the northeast is never going to live up to what you're used to. But this one, like any DD west of the Appalachians and south of the Mason Dixon, will definitely satisfy your coffee craving more than Starbucks.
Donuts are great! Bavarian donuts are my fave. Well organized especially during this time of pandemic. mask and social distancing are being followed. i even saw an mid sized air purifier inside while people are waiting inside. Mobile ordering is available. Wait time - reasonable... This is Dunkin' D in Walnut Creek.
Was praying that they opened a DD here in the Bay Area since I moved from Florida in 2013. Matt (the owner) and his crew has been the best! From the very beginning they greeted me with a welcome and a smile, which is important to me. They have never messed up and order and the caramel lattes are to die for!
As a East-Coaster transplant, I was so excited to FINALLY have a DD "in my area" . The service here is always exceptional, food is just like back east and always reliable, and very quick in and out. Want it quicker? Us the APP for pre-order and / or curbside pick up. Tlk about getting in and out fast! For donuts and a quick delicious coffee that's WAY BETTER than Star****s get it here! 10/10
A way better experience here than at the Duncan on Howard st. I will say I am disappointed that Duncan changed their donut recipes; they definitely don't taste or look the same as they used to, but this Duncan is worth the drive, too, and it's way cleaner with better employees.
Very tasty quality donuts always come here when craving donuts because I know what to expect!
This Dunkin’ is a solid, dependable breakfast and coffee spot in Walnut Creek. It’s not a boutique café, but if you just want a quick coffee, a donut, or a breakfast sandwich and don’t mind the occasional parking hassle, it’s a very good pick. Supporting this location helps maintain a convenient local option — especially for busy mornings or quick errands.
There’s something truly heartwarming about this Dunkin’ location. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the staff are some of the kindest people we’ve met. My 4-year-old son absolutely loves coming here — even when he doesn’t want anything, he insists on stopping by just to get a cup of water. That says so much about how warm and inviting this place is. It’s become a little happy stop in our day. Thank you for making it feel like home.
Super nice donut shop! Used to go here every week. Donuts are fresh and vibrant in taste. There is comfortable seating which is great for dining in or studying, although it was closed during the peak of the pandemic. Service is very good as the staff is patient and agreeable. Would recommend!
America gets the runs on Dunkin! In all seriousness this is great location and while life is too short to live back East I’m super glad that Dunkin’ is coming to the Best Coast. Great selection of unique products and meatless meats too! Every time I am on the other side of the hill I come here. Snuck my father-in-law out of his hippy Berkeley home to order him a contraband old-fashioned.
Great donuts! This place is still only a month or so new to the bay area, so the lines are still pretty long. But if you go expecting a 15 minute wait then it isn't too bad. There are a ton of workers helping the flow of ordering and receiving your drinks and donuts in a timely fashion. I usually just get everything to-go as there isn't a lot of seating inside and what is there is usually full. I hope that as time goes on this place keeps the same great service and quality.
I had an ice coffee w/almond milk & blueberry flavor no sugar. It was just what I needed to get me through my day. I run on Dunkin's.
Yummy doughnuts... but long lines. Also, they don't always take your "coupons" that are in your DD app (only if it has a QR code that they can scan).
Even if I order in advance the food is never ready on time
Dunkin is clean, friendly staff, pretty laid back. There is still no indoor seating at the moment but there's a cute seating area out back facing the road. It's in a protected space so it's real cute.
It is terrific to have a Dunkin' Donuts in the Bay Area! Everything there is like I remember from DD in Chicago and back east. Only reason not to give it 5 stars is that often there is only one register working with a line out the door. I don't bother going there in the AM anymore on my way to work. I hope when the open other locations (Antioch please) they consider a location that can support a drive-thru.
Donuts here are fresh...and the location is great. Bavarian filled is my all-time fave. The munchkins are good too, not your typical donut holes.
This location has ample outdoor seating. Perfect when on a bike ride. Restrooms not available due to covid. Delicious donuts and decent coffee
Cherry chocolate cold brew is delicious! The breakfast wrap should be renamed "breakfast taco" because it was literally egg, cheese and meat on a small flour tortilla folded in half. Unfortunately, the donut seemed stale and dense. Will return for the cold brew and breakfast taco.
Went here for my normal Iced coffee with cream & sugar. It was tasty like almost every Dunkin I've been to before. The only cons are the parking lot for the strip mall is a bit messed up. Spaces are small and it is one way throughout so you have to drive all the way around to get to some spots.
Doughnuts are behind the register which makes it a little difficult to actually choose doughnuts (since doughnuts are about 6+ ft away; I wear glasses). Line can move slow and only 2 registers so be prepared that this might not be a run in/out. The manager, who is onsite often in the mornings that I have seen, is very nice and friendly.
Very friendly service, attentive, and careful. I almost walked out without 1/3 of my order but the counter girls chased me down. Coffee was great, food is standard Dunkin, for better or worse.
It is good. The donuts aren’t days old, they’re fresh all day. The coffee is… you’ve probably had it. The staff are polite. You won’t respect yourself when you leave but… that’s just how it is, right? I buy two old fashioned donuts, one for me and one for my lady friend. Hers never quite makes it home. One star removed!
Good selection of donuts. The drink I had was alright and the employees I interacted with weren't the friendliest. Only one in the area though, so this is what you get.
As someone said, East Coast is banging when it comes to Dunkins. It's the BEST coffee..EVER! I'm back on the west coast and miss my dunkins.
The donuts are small and prices are high . Hours open are convenient with plenty of parking
Donuts are a slight step up from walmart donuts, it's no wonder they dropped the 'Donuts' of the name. If you're desperate for a fast food breakfast sandwich and some coffee you can do much worse
I want to thank Dunkin Donuts and the Walnut Creek store owner, Matt, correcting a problem when I first visited the store. I drove 108 miles round trip to get my favorite Vanilla Creme and Chocolate Creme donuts, and they ended up not having them in stock. After talking with Dunkin corporate office and the owner, Matt, Matt was so kind to not only apologize for not having them in stock when I first visited, but also gave to me a dozen of my favorite donut at no cost to me. Appreciate a company valuing their clients. Great store, great product, great management, great customer service team. Wish them all the best, and I will take that 108 mile trip at least once a month to get my favorite Vanilla Creme. Hurry up and get a store down in my area soon- Campbell, CA.
Kinda loud and they took a while to understand my fairly simple order, then still required some cajoling to get it right. The food and drink was fine. Probably won’t go back though.
Donuts are good. First time I came I ordered a latte- I’d say 2 out of 5 stars- not very good. Today I ordered a Cappuccino and it is by far the worst tasting coffee I have ever tasted from an establishment. I put 4 sugars in my medium cappuccino and it was still as bad as the worst coffee I have had at a gas station/ or old coffee at work.
After ignoring the place for years while passing by, and reading some reviews, I decided to try them on a Sunday morning at 7. Here are my impressions: The coffee's not bad. It's kind of nice to have a very early morning option (open 6 am on weekends, and 5 am (!) on weekdays), but if you don't want to overload on sugar the pickings are slim. The apple fritter I had was pretty awful, so it went into the bin. The croissant, which I got as a second choice after, was nicely warmed up, but kind of mushy instead of flaky. Maybe I'll try a bagel or English muffin next, as one final attempt of redemption, before I continue ignoring the place again. My overall impression is: "as expected," cheap ingredients, cheap sugar "glazing" smothering the pastries, not delighted... (While diabetes continues to be an epidemic!) An appreciated touch was the pay-by-phone system not trying to shame me into adding a tip of some "suggested" 20% or so, as is usual at many other over-the-counter-service places. (There is a tip jar where you can put in a bill or spare change if you feel like it...)
I am happy to see Dunkin Donuts in California, but this location has bad hours of operation. The Tracy Dunkin Donuts stays open till 10pm. I feel like closing at 8pm is lame for Dunkin Donuts standards. Many where I am originally from are 24 hour establishments.
They sell you coffee and donuts, but they won’t let you use the restroom. We got told to go across the street or pee in the bushes. Apparently, profit margins are higher when you don’t have to upkeep a bathroom. Seems like they are using the pandemic to milk the bottom line. We can give them our money, but they can’t provide anything except donuts in return.
Customer service was good, and the food was on par for Dunkin, but it just reminded me, that there are a ton of doughnut shops. Spend your money at some local mom and pop shop. You will undoubtedly get a better product.
This location used to be really great, but lately they’ve been getting a lot of orders incorrect and I’ve been missing items. I’ve had to report it on my app multiple times.
Ok I hear people raving about Dunkin’ Donuts.. not so great.. would not even warm my apple fritter and no way to do it myself. Coffee is not what I hear either.. won’t be back. Maybe this is just a bad one?
I drove all the way from Berkeley to get some donuts from this store and the way that the “manager” Arnold acted just made me to never come back here! He didn’t want to respond to any questions and makes you want to left the store. Also, when I asked about the promotion that they had he just said I don’t think that it works.
I love going to Dunkin and enjoying the donuts and the coconut refresh strawberry, I always ask for this delicious drink, for its taste and sensation on the palate, however, you see in this store the taste and presentation was different and I told Ms. that she gave it to me, even bad attention, I do not call by order number or ask who the drink was for, I just put it reluctantly on the counter, I asked her that this flavor was different from what I usually drink and she looked at me and answered Bad, that was the flavor and that's it, I didn't think so, and I started to drink it and indeed, the flavor left and only the white water was left without any flavor. I am dissatisfied, upset and frustrated, I always go to the store near my house, this time it was transitory that I stopped at this store 355054, bad service, I do not recommend them.
Didn't even have chocolate donut w sprinkles
Don't order the grilled cheese as they don't have a grill. It's a piece of cheese between 2 slices of bread, microwaved. When asked for our money back, the manager said, ""I don't have the number to put it back on your card". She did, however, offer us 1 dozen donuts which we accepted. The coffee was good. We'll gain 3 lbs. on our way back to Tehachapi with no need to stop for food. A bit over priced. $37.00 for 3 coffees, 3 donuts and 3, wanna be grilled cheese. The cashier was training and perfect.
I have loved dunkin since I was a child grew up in ny and dunkin was the spot. Since the last 2 yrs it has gone so bad im order is never right ever, when I tell them always an attitude to even snatching my bag out of my hand!! Only to be slammed on the counter for me to get, I have had stale bagles served to me and burnt toast on my avocado toast that was brown colored donuts are hard a rock some of them. Who ever is managing the day shift is not doing their job. Im very unpleased with the service and food its not worth going anymore.
Twice, I have used their app to order items for curbside delivery twice. Now I have had to go into the store. Because for some reason they did not get a ticket and their staff is very flippant. When dealing with these problems, it was like, well.Hmm, I don't know what you expect me to do
i bike from pleasanton to this store regularly. nothing but my favorite donut brand from my east-coast habit, which we really don't have any other choices in the east bay. i used to run into some cases with messed up orders, but my focus was on the brand not the store so i kept quiet, just enjoying my coffee & donut. one thing was happening recently in this store really blew my desire to go to this store away. unfortunately, intolerant behavior from the store staff and the owner crushed my faith in this brand. Initially they messed up my order, then they rudely replied to my inquiry about the order. the worst thing is even the owner's response was "don't care". it's ok 4 me to say goodbye 2 this brand. whatever i need to alter my lifetime habit for donuts away from its sugar-rich donuts to something more healthy. thank ur rudeness to push myself away from this brand.
