I always put in a special order name like eyrika Badu or something they staff always gets a kick outta it. Its good though, but it would be much better with less salted cheese or plane cheese is used in pizza . Because it was loaded with double salted cheese. Also more toppings need to be added.

The entire crew at the Pizza Hut on Parker Road, just outside the main gate at Travis AFB CA make good Pizza! Especially the New Yorker!

Pizza Hut on Parker Rd did a great job, ordered on line and they had our order ready for the time I requested for pickup and it was nice and hot. Great job.

I have always enjoyed pizza hut stuff crust pizza. The staff are super friendly. I door dash and pick up from there and the staff have gone the extra steps to make sure my orders go out hot 🔥.
Glad I didn't let the negative reviews deter me from this place. Fast, hot, pizza was well proportioned, and wings were tender with the right amount of sauce.

The food quality is consistent with any other Pizza Hut but there’s no inside dining so why am I being asked for a tip and the online menu offers red onions on the bbq chicken pizza but when I mentioned that my pizza had white onions they said they’ve never carried red onions. 🤷🏾♂️🤨🤔
It's best to place your order online for pick up as this store can be really busy at times. The pizza tasted great and fresh and the toppings were plentiful. The stuffed crust was delicious and just the right taste that I was craving.I do feel the wings are very expensive and miss the half price Wednesday wings. Overall I was very satisfied and do hope that they get a vegan cheese in the near future so that my daughter can actually have cheese on her pizza:)
The employees on the phone were friendly and attentive after I had to call them after waiting for an hour. They let me know only doordash handles deliveries after 9pm so there was no driver, silly company policy but ok not the fault of the workers. After calling them they were able to get me my order in 30 minutes! Thanks guys!

Quick, good service. I was good with it. They make the best Cinnibuns too! Plus, it's close to me, right across from the base.
Food was hot and the staff was friendly. I did ask to not have olives on my supreme pizza and they must have missed that note. Otherwise everything was just as Pizza Hut has always been.
The food is great, the workers are diligent and attentive to incoming customers, the location is a little hard to find for first timers, also, there's no indoor seating, this isn't a sit and eat restaurant. It seems like they specialize in to-go orders, which is fine, and they offer delivery, which is smart.
I've always received great service from this location and all of my orders have been accurate. The food is of good quality and what you would expect from Pizza Hut. While it's a great location to pick food up on the way home from the AF base, they don't offer delivery, so it's a bit inconvenient if you decide you want pizza after you get home.
Amazing; it was on time, cheap, and the workers were nice. My only complaint is the location, being really far from downtown Fairfield and not having another Pizza Hut IN Fairfield. EDIT: Friend tried delivery, because he lived near it. It did take forever for them to deliver. My opinion: DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. If you get carry out, your food will be fine, so long as you pick it up on time.

I gave 4 stars for the simple fact the teamwork here was very admirable the employee taking my order was clearly in training and I could tell he was doing his best and making sure to be as accurate and polite as possible and im sure i was more than a handful with my 100 questions on specials and all that but I could hear his team mate in the back telling him to continue with his good job and the manager confirmed his work a job well done and it was very pleasing to know how their employees are treated. Not to mention the pizza was pretty good the bread sticks were plain and hard though and the chicken wings weren't my style ( I got the dinner box or something) overall a little pricey fro what came in the box but great service.
I bought two personal meat lover pizzas. I wanted a medium but it would have been over $22. I asked for red pepper flake packets. They wanted to sell me a small bottle for over $2. Overall, the pizzas were good. Glad I had red seed pepper at my house🍕😺

I saw a commercial for a large 1topping 🍕 pizza delivered 🚐 for 💲7.99💵.😋 But when I called 📞 to order. I was told that offer wasn't available at that location .😱😖😤😭🙅
They took to long with our order and one of the pizzas was not well baked. They should be a bit more careful.
I always order through the app. "They always have better deals" The food is okay, i can't complain. " you get what u pay for " delivery time always over an hour, but I haven't had any problems, Ordered carry, waiting here how, said 20 min. We shall see.
They do a decent job at this location. My pro tip is to always check that your order has all extra items that you ordered. They are bad about remembering to give you your extra items. Every time I order an extra item that doesn't come standard, they forget to give it to me. So now I check my orders before leaving.
Today was only the fourth time I ordered from this PH. The three previous times, I had a very good experience. I ordered online & then called with specific requests. Each of those previous times I was told that my request was not something they 'normally' do, but, my request was accommodated. THANK YOU, Fairfield PH!!! BUT today I placed my order via the PH app & followed the car up with specifics as I do & have done. Anyway, employee, "Ray", far under exceeded" all expectations. BUT, during the typing of this review, I was contacted by the owner lady. She is GREAT!! addressed my issues, & I am pleased

Not have to drive to a completely different town to get Pizza Hut products. Have the future order timed Pizza ready when requested.
They never send the sauce and the driver never has change ( wants a bigger tip ) so now when I order ( once ** had exact change **) the driver was very rude after that
My pizza was extremely cold by the time we got it. If was hot it would of been great. I don’t know if that is Pizza Huts fault or DoorDash fault.
I placed a large order and was given a wait time as usual. 10-15 minutes after the wait time, I gave the store a call to be told that their driver was on break for another 2-3 minutes, then my order would be on its way. I waited another 15 minutes, to be told that the driver was just leaving and on his way. I don't blame the driver, but this store needs to get it's act together. 25+ min wait over the original wait time for an order without even so much as an apology is unacceptable.
Ordered my food around 6PM, had my daughter pick up the food. She then text me back TWICE telling me that it is a continuous wait due to "cleaning the chicken" I am not sure what that means but it's suspicious. As I am typing this, she is still there waiting. 😩
I waited 40 minutes beyond the time my order should have been ready. There was only one person working. The toppings were sparse when i paid for extra. I had hoped for some sort of compensation for the wait; however, nothing was given.
Despite the scheduled time to pick up I waited 15 minutes, the pizza was half done, more doughy than cooked, cheese was sparse. Rewards are calculated in depreciation manner( for 10.99 base price, I get only 20 rather than 22 points). In CA national promo are not honored, and it varies from store to store even in CA , very disappointing.
Honestly, this was the most depressing pizza I've ever ordered. They hardly put anything on the pizza and we had to wait 30 minutes when we were the only order in. Never going back.

My order was over 2 hours late. I called several times and was hung up on by local staff. Food was ice cold when it finally arrived. I will not order from this location again.

The local Vallejo Pizza hut is horribleness, do not honor any Pizza hut coupons or specials, because they are" privately owned" the staff, is very rude,and not really very helpful at all.

I ordered a pizza today ,they put a lot of marinara ,seems like pizza was dipped in the sauce I just threw the whole pizza …..never gonna order from here again .

Ordering online was super easy and the text updates were great but we live 9 mins away and it took 35 mins to get our food once it was said to be out for delivery.. we received our food cold 😔 we won't be returning.
This place really make Pizza Hut look bad and my pizza was undercooked(all 3),Cheese on pizza tasted old & my wings were cold and rough and it was only three ppl in there and no one wanted to answer the phone when I called and it’s crazy because they weren’t busy when I came and it’s sad that ppl have to spend their hard earned money on this place to get ripped off and I couldn’t even go back up there because Lyft isn’t cheap these days
I just placed an order 30 min ago 5-23-22. I arrived at the place and its been closed for a while now. But they did make sure to take the money out of my debit card. Called there call center and was transferred to a number where no one answered.

Double whatever the estimated delivery time is that they tell you. Im no expert, but I don't believe it should take 2 hours to deliver a medium pizza, on a Thursday night.

The pizza took two hours to come the pizza is cold I got cheese sticks instead of just bread sticks my drink looks like it's been rolling around the floor in the back seat with a dog the pizza isn't even cut... And the worst part about it is I tipped.. Smh

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Just had an experience with a person calling himself the manager. He was rude, ignorant, and unprofessional. My question of what my wait time would be sent him over the edge to the point he was verbally aggressive and insulting. The customer service is appallingly awful.
Staff members are so unprofessional and rude. The restaurant is always closed and when I place an online order it says ready for certain time and when I get there, the door is locked and they say the order wasn’t made because they were short staffed and they aren’t able to make it. And it’s every time every day

Food is always great at this place. However, yesterday (8 Mar 2022), i had to wait for them to open at 5pm when the website said opening hours is at 9:30 am. Been calling the store with no answer pretty much the whole day until someone answered at 4:30pm. I was told that the manager did not show up. Management needs to fix their manning problems as well as to the top so as to not inconvenience customers. UPDATE: I beleive since my last review that this place has changed their management which was really needed and has been on par with speed of service and food taste. Thanks! UPDATE: 22 Mar 2023 Order was not exact. Ordered hand tossed pizza and did not get hand tossed. Also bread sticks were burnt.
Called to order a pizza i asked for delivery they asked for address so i gave it to them. Then they said that they don't deliver do my address. I asked why and she said its to far and i told her that i live less then 5 miles from them. So i hung up. Had my wife call and order while i was in the shower. When i got out she said the pizza would be ready i 20 minutes. So i leave take me about 7 minutes to get there i pay and wait an additional 20 minutes at the store for my pizza.it took right about 45 minutes for the pizza and the pizza wasn't all that great. Probably wont be back. the pizza is advertised with have 80 slices of peperoni I think my pizza had at best 30
Ordered food and two hours later when I called to figure out where it was the staff said door dash picked it up. I didn’t order it thru door dash. When transferred to the manager, the manager could figure out where my order was. I not have to call my bank to cancel the payment. Will never order here again and will let everyone I work with to do like wise.
If I could give negative stars I would. I have ordered time and time again with multiple messed up orders and keep thinking they might get right the first time. I ordered my pizza tonight with a delivery time of 30 min. 2 hours go by and my 7 year old who should have been getting ready to go to bed is still up waiting. I call and ask where my order was person on phone said it will be another 20 min. So I ask can o get a discount for it being an hour and a half late he says no. So I say ok than I want to cancel my order and you can just take the 35 dollar loss. And the dumb manager said ok. So instead of taking a 10 loss he took a 35 dollar loss.
This is the worst pizza Hut ever. The pizza is always mediocre sometimes nasty. They never honor any if the specials you see advertised which I understand they don't have to but still you would expect them to honor it some times but nope they sure don't. And last but not least they didn't have the ingredients to make any crust beside thin crust 3 separate times in a row just a horrible pizza place their are to many other options to be this bad.
This place is getting worse time after time. Customer service is terrible . They overcooked my pizza. It used to be better before. One of the managers at night is very friendly she tries hard. But she has too many kids. They need better people :(
I ordered 2 large pizzas from here just over an hour ago. The pan pizza was not crisp as it usually is. The other cheese pizzas crust was soggy. For $50 it was disappointing. The delivery person was courteous and kind. That's a plus.
This is the 3rd time we have ordered delivery from them and this will be the last time. They were AN HOUR AND A HALF late. I get that they are short staffed, but it is frustrating paying 50.00 for 3 tiny medium pizza and bread sticks, one being half burnt. One of the boxes was caved in. Never again will we ever be ordering from this pizza hut. We will stick with vacaville.
Pizza was nasty. I thought it was because of the toppings I chose so I removed them and it was still nasty. Although the pasta was good, it wasn't the one I ordered, and my Cinnabon minis were undercooked.
Man the only reason I went there was I got a $10 large 3 topping coupon in the mail they said it would have been $26.something WOW I asked for beef onion & mushrooms. When dude showed it to me I said I wanted beef & he said it is . Got home put in mouth yuck nope sausage so there's the protein on my plate gone to the dog. The mushrooms & onions were cut from real big to real small & some thin to where over cooked half the toppings . Should have gone to my place -New York Pizza Kitchen- on N.Texas st. Fairfield would have been done right & it's less than $14. For a 3 topping artisan bread yum. Last time I tried pizza Hut at the Parker rd. Fairfield location was about 2 years ago again coupon & on that side of town. Pizza was aright that time but after I payed dude turns around & his pants r almost down to his knees & so he has to pull them up. I don't know if he was trying to say that he's "open" or what. I had to told him no hold on u need to go wash your hands gonna touch my pizza after grabbing all down there right in front of the manager. Grow up & wear your pants like a man be professional & clean your working & with food.
If people saw how filthy it is past the counter this place would be closed. The dishes are slightly rinsed off and thrown into a disinfectant machine for 50 seconds instead of being properly scrubbed and washed. Oven is waiting to catch fire with all this black fuzz built up on it like the oven is literally never cleaned. If Gordon Ramsay saw the conditions of this PH he would not be pleased.

Last time I'm ordering from this place! They brought cold pizza. That wasn't my biggest issue.....the pizza had old looking crispy sausage and the edge was like an f'n cracker! This place used to have good pizza. It has just gone down hill ugh!!!
I ordered 2 large pizzas at 10:22 PM and they told me it would be here in 45 minutes and they never showed up, and the phone went directly to a prerecorded message saying they were closed. Highly upset and disappointed. This is why I stopped ordering from pizza hut in the first place
They sent all of their drivers home. Because I only had cash, I couldn't get it delivered via DoorDash, which they use when they send their drivers home. I don't like 3rd parties delivering my food because it's always cold, they set it down on the concrete and do not ring the doorbell or knock.
By far the worse pizza Hut I've ever had! The pizza was dry and the toppings tasted old. The boneless wings I ordered for my family barely had any sauce and the pieces were literally scraps. I'm never ordering from this location again. To top things off it made my family sick the next morning. I don't recommend this place at all.
I paid online for a pizza, wings and a soda, ordered contactless delivery. After having not received my order for 2 hours, I called the store. Took three separate tries to get someone to answer. Phone just rings and rings. First the guy on the phone told me that the delivery guy came and the order was refused and canceled. LIE. The guy then said he would remake the order and wanted to charge me $55.00. I told him I'd already paid $49.09 online - which included a delivery service fee AND a pre-paid tip because I wanted contactless delivery. He said he would take $5.00 off. Said it would be no more than 40 more minutes. An hour later, a delivery guy shows up and stands there waiting for me to open my door. I told him I ordered contactless delivery. He took my food out of the warming bag and put it on the porch. Then he asked me for $45.00. I told him I had already paid $49.04 online. He holds up a bill and says, it says you owe. I told him it was wrong. Went back and got my confirmation to show the website had sent me a confirmation for a credit card payment for $49.09. He left, I closed the door. Two minutes later, he's ringing my bell again. You didn't pay, he says. I gave him $45.00 to get him off my porch and insisted he give me the bill. - HE WAS GOING TO WALK AWAY WITH IT AND LEAVE ME NOT EVEN A RECEIPT. I took it from him and told him to show the confirmation to the guy who sent him to me. Of course, the $49.09 went through my bank account. - I have heard NOTHING from this store in reference to them charging me twice. NOTHING. You try to call, NO ANSWER. I contacted the corporate office to complain. Have you ever paid $94.00 for a pizza and some wings? NEVER order from this place.
The staff was overwhelmed and rude with customers. There was 4 or 5 cars waiting for curbside pick up and all of us ended up going inside to a cramped lobby space to get our pizzas. We all waited because the girl at the counter kept taking phone call after phone call instead of helping customers in front of her
Ordered a take out pizza online. Pizza Hut state pizza would be ready in 20 minutes, which would be 9:10 pm. I arrived 9:15 and waited. I called the curbside pickup to announce my arrival, but no one answered the phone. I called 20 times and no answer. I could see the employees walking around in the store but no one would answer the phone. I assumed it was Friday night they must be really busy, so I waited until 9:45. But now I was livid because there was no since of urgency from the manager. I finally entered the store and the female manager was as rude as I have ever encountered. She threw the pizza at me and said they were closing. I took the receipt and planned to complain to corporate but the receipt has no phone number to call. It gives you a website that requires you to enter code allegedly found on the bottom of the receipt. There is no such code printed on my receipt. Going to Tellpizzahut.com is useless without it.
Ordered simple they give you a choice to have buttery crust or not. And we specifically said no buttery crust... And it was cut like they where blind folded. So now we have to wait for new pizzas to be delivered.. another 30 min... And nothing else. Not a sorry. Not a complimentary item for my boys. Nothing... Definitely the last time I'm ordering here. Back to dominoes I go...
My wife ordered an individual pizza from this place and her pizza had a bite from the crust to the center. Really hard to contact them. Really bad experience. Expecting to hear back from somebody soon.

Had trouble with orders taking almost 2 hours for delivery months ago. Did store pick up the time before last and the store as slow and there appeared to be one pwrson training the entire store. Now i tried ordering for delivery again thinking maybe they got things sorted out. 2 hours goes by. I call the store twice during that time and no one answers. Checked my bank account and it looks like my money was refunded. Don't know what happened because no one said anything or even answered the phone. I'm done with this place. Worst ever. Better odds of winning the lottery than getting food from this place.
It took nearly an hour for my pizza to be delivered. By the time my order arrived, my pizza was cold and my soda was warm. Not happy. I live less than four miles away, which is a seven minute drive. Completely unacceptable.
Ordered from here by mistake instead of Straw Hat and it was disgustung. Thin crust was like a saltine cracker but hard, zero toppings , hardly any cheese or sauce. Never again ! Wish I had taken a picture.
How come it shows this store is closed? What happened? I know the service and pizza was not always the best, but sometimes you would get a decent pizza.
Tried calling several times to order a pizza. No one ever picked up. Decided to the order via the Pizza Hut App. Picked up my order and asked for packets of crushed peppers, the guy at the counter wanted to charge me an extra dollar for crushed peppers. What pizza chain does this for crushed peppers??? I’m surprised they didn’t charge me for napkins or the cardboard box the pizza came in. And to top it off the pizza was undercooked. Very disappointed in quality and service.
My family just got home from a long road trip. We didn't have any food in the fridge and everyone was hungry. No problem, I thought, I'd order pizza. I ordered at 11: 19am. Got a confirmation email that it'd be ready at 11: 35am. I was standing outside the door at 11:37 and no one was there. The lights weren't even on. My family was hungry so we just ended up going to get chicken from Popeyes. I get a call at 1:35 from pizza hut to say my pizza was ready and when was I going to pick it up. I told them my pizza was supposed to be ready at 11:30 and that I went to go pick it up and nobody was in the store. The guy on the phone kept insisting everyone was there. That they had been there since 8:30 this morning. I said, no they were not, no one was there. He kept insisting that they were there at 8:30 this morning and had been there ever since. I told him I don't need the pizza anymore it's already too late and whoever was supposed to be there at 8:30 wasn't there. Sadly, I had heard about this happening to other people. But it had never happened to us so I thought we'd be okay. I'm just glad I opted to pay in store rather than online.
They don't want you to come in and order. Walked in to order they didn't even have a menu had to go back to my car just to order. Their tavern pizza is a joke $30 for less pizza then a $5 frozen at the grocery store.
I've lived in a few states, and many cities, and this was the worst Pizza Hut order of my life. Ordered through GrubHub, which was fair. There weren't any options to do half and half pizzas through that app. That may not be Pizza Hut's issue, though. The problem we had was burnt to black bread sticks and no seasoning applied, veggie's on the pizza that were burned, pepperoni that wasn't crispy (which is why I used to love pizza Hut's pepperoni -for the crispiness), and boneless wings that tasted like there was unflavored buffalo syrup on them vs actual buffalo sauce. I hope for their sake, this was a one and done type of order because I can't imagine thinking this is the kind of food that should be served to people; especially after paying a total of $80.

Ordered a take out pizza online. Pizza Hut state pizza would be ready in 20 minutes, which would be 9:10 pm. I arrived 9:15 and waited. I called the curbside pickup to announce my arrival, but no one answered the phone. I called 20 times and no answer. I could see the employees walking around in the store but no one would answer the phone. I assumed it was Friday night they must be really busy, so I waited until 9:45. But now I was livid because there was no since of urgency from the manager. I finally entered the store and the female manager was as rude as I have ever encountered. She threw the pizza at me and said they were closing. I took the receipt and planned to complain to corporate but the receipt has no phone number to call.
