Tuesday special: large cheese for $10. Cheaper than cooking at home
This is a take out only location, with a limited menu compared to their other locations.
I loved their gourmet pizza and their Utica greens. They are very friendly and I dont take customer service lightly.
This is the best of all the Twin Trees. So happy that they are a quick drive from the house. This is the pizza you have been dreaming of. The is one of the best in the 'Cuse. Keep up the amazing job guys!!!!
We ordered a half plane and half pepperoni pizza and penny alla vodka pasta dish. The pizza was good almost great penny alla vodka was also really good definitely going to go back this is the second pizzeria that we tried. And so far is the best
No where will you find a better pizza!!! Always consistently spot on delicious! And no skimping toppings. Just has a large garlic w/ sausage mushrooms, perfect!
I ordered delivery from across the country for a friend who lives in Fayetteville. The service was great, delivery was exactly when they said it would be and my friend loved the food. Hope to try it myself sometime.
I love their pizza so much that I order it the few times I'm in town (or nearby) and then I drive a good 45 min back home so our family can have it for dinner!
Twin trees too, just opened up in the former Pizza Hut spot. I am excited because I no longer have to drive across town to get their pizza! And it is the same exceptional pizza.
Great pizza and wings. We don't mind the hour or more wait for delivery BUT Wish when pizzas gets delivered it would be Hot. It is like they cooked it an hour before then delivered it!
I didn't have any food, but they have REALLY GOOD cookies!
First time ordering from twin trees in Fayetteville, I got two pizzas for my birthday they were awesome
Love this place. Dough and sauce are spot on. If I dont get a bacon and large banana peppers, I get the large buffalo chicken pizza with extra bleu cheese, or both. It's a go-to pizza place.
My dad loves this place and is always asking me for gift cards for birthdays and holidays so they must be making great food!
It was bangin' -- pizza was perfect and wings were excellent. You'll pay a little more at a twin trees but it is 5 stars --- you should pay more for higher quality.
We always have great pizza here and feel the prices are the going prices, there are coupons. We do order early and havent had to wait.
A little pricey, but I would say it's worth it for this pizza. We have never had any major problems with this location or their pizza. Always done quickly and tastes good. We order online and pick up in store.
Great Pizza! Prepared expertly! We tried one of their specialty pizzas, The Tuscon, our new favorite. It is a tantilizing departure from the traditional toppings, which are still on our radar. The spinach specialty pizza is also an excellent selection!
I think the pizza is amazing and wings!!!! This is my top favorite pizza place twin trees! Last time we gotta delivery a young man came and didn’t have gloves on when delivering like he should’ve. I felt bad. But it is what it is.
The family loves the pizza, and the Calzones are great. Never had an issue with delivery or pickup, always seems to come faster than they estimate.
I ordered a large half pepperoni and half mushroom pizza for carry-out . This is not the 1st time . The pizza was ready in about 30 minutes as they said . The staff was very nice . The pizza was great !
Excellent pizza and wings. Their app makes it easy to order. In my opinion Twin Trees has the best pizza. They do it right and consistently every time. Several locations in the Syracuse area. The sit down restaurant on Avery Ave is my favorite. For carryout the Fayetteville store works best for me. I highly recommended!
A lot of bad reviews on here, so I waited until I visited several times to give a fair assessment. It seems the majority (not all) of the bad reviews are related to delivery, so maybe that’s something they need to work on. As for my experience (three orders, all takeout), the food has been fantastic. I’ve been to every Twin Trees location, multiple times, and this one has provided the most consistent food. The pizza and chargrilled wings were great all three times. There is honestly nothing bad I could say about them. Prices are good, food is great...give them a shot- just maybe go pick it up :).
I've been a customer for over 2 years and I don't recall a single botched or late order. I always pick up. Their pizza is as good as the other twin trees, which has always been a personal favorite of mine
Food is great no problems with the service. Reading the 1 complaint I just shook my head. I believe it was their opening weekend when they were slammed, guessing. I ordered that weekend too and besides a longer than normal wait time our order was fine. You can ignore that review. No, I don't work for the company. I just understand that sometimes things get messed up and that certainly doesn't merit slamming the company or people. Life is unpredictable, but the pizza here is predictable... It's good.
Great pizza and Great food. I get pizza to go all the time, best around.
I ordered their chicken tenders last night for the 1st time, asked if they were made to order and was told yes and was pleasantly surprised to see that they actually do make their own tenders. They were absolutely fantastic some of the best to-go tenders that I’ve had. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for very good chicken tenders for your family. They honestly were made that well!!!!
The pizza is great but I ordered extra cheese but it wasn't on pizza. Pizza was warm like it was sitting awhile ordered it at 5:05 got there at 5:35 waited until 5:48 ...was very busy there so I understand. Did call on my shorted extra cheese & manager was great she listened & took care of me.
The staff is always friendly and polite. The food is always ready when promised. The wings and garlic knots are great. The pizza is good. There is no indoor dining. The restaurant does charge a fee if you use a credit card.
I’ve been eating at Twin Trees since Avery Ave . We ordered a couple pizzas tonight and it was the kind of pizza that just blew you away it was so delicious and fresh. Some of the best pizza for sure.Grandchildren loved it.Easy take out and a great price.
If you can't visit one of the Twin Trees full service restaurants, stop in at their Camillus or Fayetteville take out store for a taste of the best pizza in the Cuse!
I needed them to deliver at a specific time at Green Lakes and they did! The pizzas were hot and fresh and DELICIOUS! I am so so impressed. Thank you Twin Trees!
Sausage and mushroom pizza was on par - topping ratio correct, crust cooked perfectly. Wings were good sized, meaty, crispy with the right amount of sauce. Very happy I gave them another try after a sub par visit last year.
We walked in to order and did not have to wait long. Maybe 15-20 minutes for our two large pizzas to be finished. They have a few coupon options as well as a military discount available. Pizza was very tasty and not too greasy.
We both ordered the seafood platter to be delivered. We received the order within a timely period. The platter's were both hot and delicious. The portion was huge enough for two. So we had leftovers. I have to admit that every time we order it is perfect.
Twin Trees is by far the Best of Syracuse! The two females working the counter last night were hurried and snarky rather than warm and fuzzy and welcoming as the previous reviewer stated. Still got a 20% + from me for counter service from me just out of principle. Literally my pizza was brought out and thrown onto the counter. No smiles, no interaction, no “have a great weekend”...being a restaurant person at their age, I was very aware of the importance of customer service and kindness.
Good pizza, for the area. I'm from New Haven, CT though, so my bar is a bit high.
Pizza was delicious it is cut in strips you could ask for pie cut if you want usually they have good specials to
Great pizza, surprisingly good Utica greens. I would pass on the wings though. They seem a little dry, especially the char grilled ones (not like ones from a certain competitor).
Im from Buffalo and I get picky about my pizza. This place has really good pie, however, its on the expensive side. Other than that, would definitely recommend.
The food is great, but I called @ 5:00pm for a pick up for 7:00 pm , l got there at 6:55 pm and still had to wait until 7:15 for my order to come out of the kitchen !
I have to agree with the other reviewers the twin trees is probably the most consistent good pizza in the Syracuse area. My pizza was a typical Twin Trees pizza... Excellent! The wings were large and cooked perfectly.
IWe usually go to Twin Trees on Avery but live in Fayetteville. Twin Trees Fayetteville has good Pizzas, plenty of toppings (I had 1/2 meatball and 1/2 pepperoni), I like the "bar style" slices. I am from NYC so have eaten a fair share of different types of pizza. I went to Apizza Regionale last night, waited over an hour because they "lost" my take out order. To be honest their pizza, while good, is not worth the wait. I would rather get my Italian Food from Twin Trees.
Fun with some kitchy pizza art & Funkos. People who work there are friendly and service is on time. Plus, they don't upcharge for credit card like many others.
Absolutely love the pizza from Twin Trees-definitely a Syracuse original. Very consistent in taste, texture, quality of ingredients, and generosity of toppings throughout all of the Twin Trees locations. Our family also loves the grilled wings! We were very excited about getting another store closer to where we live, and go there at least once or twice a month for pickup. The only complaints I have are: 1. the inconsistent friendliness of the staff, and: 2. the inflexibility of their coupon offerings (their website has a coupon page where, when I tried to use one just recently, it was pointed out to me that they had all expired sometime in the summer. The woman was not at all friendly about telling me this, either; I simply paid full price without complaint.) They used to have a pile of their most recent flyers with a coupon page right as you walked into the store, which I haven't seen for quite awhile. All of this aside, we still go because we LOVE the food!
This is my first time going here and i must say there pizza was thick and amazing! I got a large pizza with half green peppers and half pepperoni and it was so good! It was just alittle burnt! The wings were tasty as usual! I would def go here again.
Good dining is here. Good vitals and service so come on in and enjoy.
Decent Pizza, but wouldn’t write home about it. I’m used to downstate Pizza, so still trying to figure out all the hype about twin trees.
Its a take-out only place so not much atmosphere. Food quality is ok but over priced in my opinion.
Food was good. The problem was it took almost 2 hours to get it. Then it was barely warm. I was told a hour. It was a Thursday eve not Super bowl Sunday.
Twin Trees has always been my favorite place for pizza. This one is good but just not as good as the other Twin Trees restaurants in Syracuse. The one on Rt 57 in Liverpool is still the best in my opinion.
11/25/18 8:30 PM - called for a large pizza with extra banana peppers on the side and garlic knots. 11/25/18 9:30 PM - received pizza and garlic knots. 11/25/18 9:45 PM - ate pizza and garlic knots, didn't cry about the banana peppers not showing up. 11/26/18 2:30 AM - woke up choking on own vomit, gf also felt sick. Food was decent, delivery was on time.
Unless you're throwing a Chuck E. Cheese-style kids birthday party I would suggest one of the other places in town. The pizza is mediocre, with a weird cut and no consistency in size. It's definitely a "take-out only" kind of place. Honestly, it's only worth it if you live within 5 minutes. Otherwise, try somewhere else. 🍕
Editing, removing stars. We placed an order tonight, for pick up to avoid the hours-long wait of delivery on a Saturday. Returned home and the fries were missing from the Philly cheese sub ($12.99+, while also for leaving off the bun as no gluten free option). Called immediately, the person on the phone offered to have fries ready if we “come get them”, the appropriate response for forgetting half the meal on an $85 carry out order is to apologize and comp the meal that was wrong, not tell you to come back. I’m not looking for perfection but shops cannot raise prices and then deliver half of a meal and waste our time. Had to go back, by the time we’ve wasted more time and gas, the rest of the food was cold/soggy. Original: I grew up eating Twin Trees, and just ordered after a 20 year hiatus after moving back to Syracuse. The pizza is exactly as I remembered. The whole family is raving. Bright sauce flavor, perfect sauce:cheese:dough ratios. I never tried the pasta Alfredo until tonight and it’s *amazing* Delivery was 20 minutes early, nice!
The crust was way too chewy, felt like rubber & was sticking to the box… Either they don’t care about the quality of their food or they’re using poor quality dough (felt like maybe it had been frozen). Either way, please do better. Pizza needs work but I hear the wings are good.
I just had my first BAD Twin Trees pizza and I am SO surprised! The pizza needed at least 5 more minutes in the oven, it was totally under cooked! Very disappointed.
Always Love the pizza, but tried this location the last two times. I asked for extra crispy wings, and both times not even a little crispy. Some how the other locations can do it..
Ordered pizza to be delivered...order was 45 min late. Tried to call when order was 10 min late but was put on hold for 20 min, then was cut off. I tried to call back 37 times to only get a busy signal. Ended up refusing the order and calling a different pizza place, which did deliver on time! We won't be using the Fayetteville Twin Trees for delivery again.
I've been going to Twin Trees for 25 years+ and only reason I gave it 2 stars was because Pizza tasted the same...ordered 24 wings 12 medium 12 teriyaki ..my teriyaki ones I ordered all drummers...charged me $1 for this..which was fine...but mediums were all wings...so why the $1...and antipasto had only 1 dressing ..and 1/2 a celery stalk...Twin trees have the best wings in the city,..except at this location they were soft and soggyand lacked sauce ..will not stop here again ....I don't ever review restraunts..but TT is my favorite Pizza and wings spot in Syracuse...going back to East Syracuse TT from now on
Ordered a small pizza.....I still don't understand why they don't put wax paper down before the pizza in the box but anyways my garlic pizza was the greasiest pizza I've ever had hands down. Won't be coming back
I have ordered from here a couple times. My daughter likes the pizza and wings. I ordered fried ravioli the first time. It was SPICY. Weird but ok. Second time, I ordered riggies and specifically asked for it to be mild. I couldn't even eat it, because it was so spicy. I called the first time, but nothing was done, so I didn't bother calling again. I just won't order from them again. I imagine their beverages are probably spicy too. 🤷♀️
I normally order from the east Manlius street location but I decided to give Fayetteville a try since I just moved here. I don't think I'll be going back unless I'm getting just wings. The sandwich I bought was awful. It was soggy and the veggies were mushy. I had to throw half of it away. I understand food service is hit or miss when they're busy but this place was a ghost town due to the snow.
Pizza was good. (Hence 2 stars) But waiting 35 min in line after calling for pick up and walking in to 30 other people that called ahead as well was rediculous. It's Friday at 5:30 I get it. I've never waited more than an additional 10 minutes in line after placing an order for pick up at Mario and Salvos, Pavones,Pasquale's, Trappers... This place lost a lot of business tonight and will get horrible reviews from other customers sitting in that line tonight. Not even a sorry or a 2 liter thrown in. I'd be very embarrassed if I were the owner there tonight.
The delivery guy was very polite and friendly! However the server who answered the call - Britney L - was extremely rude. If you keep her working here your ratings will keep going down. Otherwise, food is subpar. Ordered a salad that costs 12$ and was quite disappointed.
This is just a takeout place- there’s no indoor seating. We took out a large pizza and 2 dozen wings. The pizza was terrible and undercooked with far too much cheese making it rubbery. All the toppings and cheese just fell off. Medium wings were bone dry with zero sauce. The BBQ wings were the only good thing about the meal. Will not order here again.
Wings were terrible!!! Placed an order for their banging rings and honey garlic with extra sauce and extra crispy! They were not!!! Very bland with hardly any seasoning on them and not cooked crispy. I don’t know what happened here. The food USE to be good. Definitely not ordering again from here!
Average food. Average prices. Some nights the food is on time. Some nights it takes twice the estimated time. Food is consistent. The front counter service is not. Last night they accidentally cancelled our order that we had waited an hour and a half on. No consideration given when we called. They simply made the food and immediately delivered it (2 hours after order placed)
Pizza is always good. I ordered a daily special and when I went to pick it up they charged me more than their online price. Was told because of the wing shortage all their specials went up. I didnt order wings so I wasnt sure how that affected me. I was told the owner didnt want to change his online pricing and it is what it is. If you need to charge more than so be it but to knowingly mislead your customers is unethical at best.
Got 2 orders of wings one bbq and one mild. bbq was good but the mild had like no sauce on them at all and were tasteless. Also ordered a large fry and they were very soggy, no crisp at all. Dont think I will be returning.
This place was on its way up and now back down it goes you had a great cook then hired some dude that like to send out half cooked wings and burnt subs and way over cooked burgers Jeff has no clue what he is doing I will not be part of any of it when ppl get sick then you will know he touches raw wings and dont even wash his hand after
This place used to have the best chicken tenderloins. Yesterday I ordered chicken tenderloins online (same price, same picture as always) and they have been replaced by generic chicken tenders found at any pizza place. I ate two and will probably have to throw out the rest because they taste horrid.
Been here a few times on the weekend now around lunch time. I'm not sure why, or if this is common, but they NEVER have slices available around lunch time. I've been here three times now. The first time that a pizza coming out of the oven and we're able to get me a couple slices, but they are very inconsistent with when they are available. I would like to eat here, but can't because I keep wasting half my lunch break or more.
GUYS just go to pasquales! Decent food and super quick delivery, I'm talking like 30 min max. One day the guy showed up 20 min after I ordered and the food was all there and delicious. Twin Trees is overhyped and there are definitely other options in the FM area. 2 stars only because the delivery driver was fantastic. Fries were soggy/DRIPPING oil, pizza was soggy/raw (my kids who were anxiously awaiting their pizza took a couple bites and refused to eat anything more. They usually LOVE all pizza!) One styrofoam box was stuck to the other and when I finally got it off the styrofoam was all warped. Opened to find the chicken had melted styrofoam all over it. Can't get through on the phone to ask for a refund. All of this food (except the salad which looks to be the only edible item I received) will be going in the trash. $36 wasted and completely disgusted.
Please edit your hours. Spent a long time trying to figure out why it wouldn't let us select pick-up but it turns out that you closed within a half an hour of when we wanted it so it was "greyed out" (not at all by the way) but you wouldn't know that because your Google page and website say you're open until 9. Not until I selected it in a completely different section did it say 7:30. Complete disappointment.
Terrible customer service the store closes before their scheduled closing time the people that take your order don’t know the menu I live 2 miles away from this stores location and always win at least one hour for my food to be delivered. I just found out that the store in East Syracuse delivers to my area and can have my food here in one hour so long Fayetteville Twin Trees you guys really suck it’s too bad your Draging down the Twin Trees Name. Terrible terrible terrible
I just ordered a pizza and a salad. Paid for it to be delivered to school. After the order was placed and paid for I was told my delivery would occur at 3:33! No recourse. They are closed. I doubt I will ever order from this location again. So hungry and angry about this.
Ordered one large pizza to be delivered less than 3 miles away. They said it would take 45 minutes to an hour. It took two hours to get here and the pizza was cold. Not worth the $30+
ordered the fried seafood platter of which and fries were the best part . . . fish was dry and poorly cooked, and scallops were overcooked . . . should have known better to order seafood from pizza place
Be sure to order by noon if you want your delivery to arrive within the same decade. They don't even mention when you order that they're behind or short staffed until you call 2 hours later to ask where your food is.
Ordered a pizza and wing special. When i got home tge sauce for the wings was not packaged in there and the pizza tasted raw. Quality of a staple pizza joint is going way down hill. I wont be back. Ill go to pavones. What a joke
1) Friday 2/24/18 4:45PM - Ordered pizza, wings, fingers and extra blue cheese for pick-up. Arrived on time for pick-up and learned that they'd forgotten the fingers. Waited for fingers to be prepared (20 minutes), paid and left. Got home and found that they hadn't included the extra blue cheese and had given me the wrong pizza. 2) Friday 2/24/18 5:45PM - Called and spoke with the manager about this problem and asked that the correct pizza and extra blue cheese be delivered, which she agreed to noting that it would be on its way in 20 minutes. 3) Friday 2/24/18 6:45PM - Called to find out where my pizza was since it wasn't yet at my house (I'm 2 miles away from Twin Trees). Told that it was still "on its way". 4) Friday 2/24/18 6:55PM - Dispatched 2 people to Twin Trees to return the wrong pizza and ask for money back (still no delivery). 5) Friday 2/24/18 7:02PM - Pizza delivery arrives and I certify it as the correct pizza with extra blue cheese, 2 hours and 17 minutes after placing original order. 6) Friday 2/24/18 7:15PM - the two people dispatched at 6:55PM return home with my money and a pizza. Am I on some kind of hidden-camera reality show? 7) 2/25/18 - I will return the money for the extra pizza to Twin Trees. 8) The end of time - before I order from Twin Trees again.
I have always loved Twin Trees… not anymore … I felt like calling at 8:10pm was nuisance when you close at 9:00pm. We got there at 8:50pm and your sales person couldn’t get out of there faster. AND when we got home we had her food. She called and said she would credit us and did but then charged us a different amount. You should really monitor who you hire.
Menu is too large for a take out place, management doesnt seem to exist, delivery takes forever and always seems to be missing items. The food is okay but recently their marinara sauce has changed, my girlfriend who is a vegetarian said she tasted pork in the sauce! They have sent out cold food, burnt food and completely wrong food! Try being consistent with the basics like pizza and wings and salads that aren't brown before you get new menus with even more items! The place never even looks open there is never anyone at the counter! Mediocre food at best overall, you can tell everything is frozen/premade. Pizza shop quality with a resturaunt menu and prices. High prices so the owner can cruise through town in his new Mercedes Benz (and according to my friend in Manlius PD he does not have a valid drivers license) and rub it in his customers faces how much hes ripping them off. I'll never give them my business and I do NOT reccomend them to anyone, ever. Your money would be better spent at either the East Syracuse location or another pizza shop entirely.
Ordered many times from here and today we ordered and they sent us crispy burnt wings so we called them back and told them and we were told by some rude girl on the phone it will take 2 hours to rectify this. I offered to come get them and she told me I wouldn't get them for at least another hour because they were to busy. .so the way they handled this situation I will not be returning...
I ordered a small pizza, half with pepperoni, half vegetarian. When I got it home and opened the box, the vegetarian half wasn't there, instead more pepperoni and sausage. The pizza was a mess, toppings askew, cold, and soggy.
Hi I am just wondering if you changed fish supplier. I usually really enjoy the fish sandwich and tell others but today I got one and it was terrible….small and fishy tasting. I ordered 3 and all were the same. I’m sad I was so disappointed as I usually really enjoy it. Terrible terrible terrible I don’t recommend.
Just ordered a pizza and the confirmation said it would take an hour and a half to deliver a couple blocks down the road from their store. This was too long so I called go cancel and was told the driver would be there any minute, so I waited another 45 minutes and called back because still no delivery... I was told yet again this time that they spoke to the driver and I was next, 20 minutes later I called for the THIRD TIME. This time they finally canceled my order, an hour and a half after I placed it... will not order again and definitely warn against ordering here if you are hungry when you order.
Waited over 40 minutes in the overcrowded lobby area after being told my wings were just finishing up. Got nothing but attitude and eye rolling from the staff after I spoke up. They then tell me that they lost my ticket and I could get a gift certificate for the kitchens mistake. I declined and calmly asked for a refund. The customer service was poor to be kind. Not one staff member offered a apology or any sort of concern. I was just standing there waiting for almost 45 minutes and am not sure what I did to receive such treatment after I brought the problem to their attention. I order a lot of pizza for several events and I will never give them a chance again,
I was just in the mood for a cheese pizza. Twin trees has had a stellar reputation around cny forever. Cheese pizza came way under cooked. Couldn’t even eat it without crisping the bottom
Can't believe I waited 50 minutes for my order that was supposed to be ready in 20. After 40 min I finally spoke up after standing there the whole time and they couldn't even say sorry, they couldn't even say we messed up on your order, nothing, even after I pointed out it had already been 40 min. I even saw my 2 pizzas sitting there in the boxes for the last 10 min which she lied and denied but I knew because I asked for foil to be added to boxes which they don't normally do. So she told me 2-3 min more as they were just tossing the wings.....and 10 minutes later I was finally handed my order. Still no apologies, nothing, not even have dessert on us. I ordered this same exact order a week ago for delivery and received it in 45 minutes... delivered...and delivered 20 min from twin trees. Oh and this isn't just a $16 pizza it was a $55 order of 2 small pizzas and a doz wings.
We were craving Twin Trees and Avery Ave is still closed for dining, so we ordered take out. Never again! The pie was similar, but inferior to the Syracuse one. Too much cheese, and the crust was too thick, more squish than crunch. To take this from 3 stars to one, the order was wrong. No roasted peppers at all, and mushrooms. Ugh! Slimy canned mushrooms on the whole pie. So, because I spent my Saturday dinner picking fungus off my mediocre pizza, I award one star. Next time, we will order from Syracuse or even Solvay and just drive the extra. It would be worth it.
Beware of double billing- picked up an order for 190+ dollars and charged on my card- get statement in Jan. with 190. charge and then 200. charge same day called in to the restaurant and have not heard back. food was not great. Credit card company will dispute it for me
Lived in Syracuse area for 40 years ,Twin trees was always one of my favorites. 6 wings and 6 Mozzerella sticks for $21.92, is outrageous, the wings were sub par and 2 of them were more bone than meat on them, mozzerella sticks were not sticks but in a triangle shape about the size of a half dollar. Disgraceful do better!!! Pasquale's it is from now on!
Been a long time customer. They decide when they’re closing versus what the site says. You must order your food an hour to an hour and half or else they’ll come up with an excuse not to deliver. They are more worried about closing at 9pm sharp if they decide to stay open that long. Customer Service could be MUCH better. Hopefully they can turn it around.
Wow first time stopping at this location and wasn't expecting what I got.. Grabbed slice of pepperoni and slice of cheese plus blue cheese drink for $8.00 not bad price overall. Now the review 3.2 at best to me the dough tasted like spano dough get from grocery store, sauce nothing to mention on that or cheese, overall no crisp at all, tasted very similar to speedway gas station pizza.
Closed at 8 o'clock on a Saturday night. The staff is usually indifferent at best, they've burnt the hell out of my pizza and refused to remake it, once they shorted me a half dozen wings and insisted that's all I ordered until I showed them the receipt, then they were mad they had to cook me 6 more wings. I've put off this bad review for two years hoping they'd get it together but they kinda just suck.
Haven’t been in a while due to pricing but decided to get their chicken riggies tonight… such a disappointment. I understand we ordered an HOUR before closing but you can still put effort in especially when this cost $18.99….. the sauce was 90% water. The chicken was their chicken tenders not chicken cutlet. Won’t be going back!
I got the boneless spicy garlic wings once and they were great, the next 4 times i ordered them ( @ $33.50 for 24) they were burned and this dark or worse. I ordered again today wings and a sausage and pepperoni pizza and it came with pineapple and sausage. They are a business that doesn't care much about reoccurring customers and customer service. They are not the only pizza shop around as they seem to have forgotten. Its fine just no more of my business.
