We're surrounded by nature, snow, and hiking, perfect for those seeking tranquility! We discovered this place last year when we stopped to eat traditional food, which thrilled us and made us want to return. So we booked a triple room for two nights with half board this month: the room was very clean, overlooking the snow-capped mountains... truly enchanting! The refinement and kindness of the family-run business are evident both in the local dishes and in the location, a newly constructed building. The two young people, one in the dining room and one in the kitchen, are fully attentive to the needs of children, both in terms of timing and the food. Furthermore, the menu is varied, from the restaurant to the pizzeria, to the mostly homemade desserts, satisfying even those who don't eat meat like me. The price is in line with other hotels and restaurants in the area. We'll be back!

Super tender venison. Crouton with lard, honey, and walnuts is superb. The Maltagliati and the gnocco Ossolano are off the charts, and we'll be dreaming about them for days. ❤️ Tarlap pairs beautifully with everything.

The hosts are kind and courteous. The wait staff is truly courteous and friendly. The highlight (for me) is definitely the pizza. Perfectly leavened dough, rich toppings, and quality ingredients. It's so light you could eat two pizzas! The meat dishes and pasta dishes are also delicious. In short, a beautiful setting where you can truly enjoy a delicious meal. Thank you all!

Lunch after a hike to the Toce waterfall. There were three of us: an appetizer of local cured meats, all excellent. For the first course, my daughter had tagliatelle with venison ragù, my second course was Pratahapfla (potatoes, onions, and toma cheese), and my wife had stewed venison with polenta. All washed down with an excellent red wine from Ossola. To finish, three desserts and a Genepy. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. Compliments also to the facilities, which were clean and very well maintained.
