Writing this review to give accommodation to the young worker named Collette at the Fort Edward Location at 9am! Amazing service , amazing people skills , great drink . Really good worker . Deserves the praise !!
This Dunkin has gotten a lot better!!! Now I never wait more than 10 minutes in the drive through. Kudos to those working hard.
Ava-mae and jamarion are highly good workers and work together great. I got my items quickly and they both had very positive attitudes.
I accidentally sent my mobile order to a different location. Desirae and Civi made me my order without hesitation at the window even though it was 100% my mistake for sending it to the wrong store. They were both very sweet and honestly made my day. Two amazing employees who deserve recognition and were a reminder to me that kind people still exist in the world.
Went in to see what kind of donuts they had . There was 5 people working 2 cars in drive thru . I stood over 5 minutes no one said a word . I had enough and walked out I will never go back . If there not going to serve walk in lock the door you just lost long time customer
Love D&D's Coffee! Just wish they would follow Corp. Guidelines! (This goes for all locations. Not specifically this one.) It usually has a burnt taste due to sitting to long! I have circled around and handed it back to them,and gotten my money back. I suggest everyone do that,maybe management might do what there supposed to do! They should know there's a taste difference. At almost $3 a cup,I want freshly brewed!
Food good as always sevice was a little slow
What used to be my daily driver for coffee now doesn't accept mobile orders. What is the point of having the app and advertising mobile orders if this dunkin now never accepts them? Super disappointing, it was sooo convenient to be able to order on the app. I'm sure staffing is a huge problem that needs to be resolved but never is. Unfortunately now I just don't go anymore 😕 ... I guess I will save LOADS of money ... but I'm still super sad.
Don’t recommend when under stress, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a everything bagel with my usual Carmel craze iced latte with almond milk and I had to go back in to have them fix my bacon egg and cheese because the first time the bacon was raw...my Carmel craze latte with almond milk was just milk with whipped cream barley any coffee in it...I definitely won’t be going to this location at all considering the lady that had to remake my sandwich looked at me as if my bacon wasn’t raw. I’m definitely calling to get my money back since my order was screwed up! I gave 2 stars due to the young girl that was at the register she was very nice and polite regardless of the stress they all were under.
Why is it MY fault you got my order wrong?? I go here literally every morning because its on my way home. Their attitudes change every day and everything takes so long.
Ordered $30 worth of drinks and food. EVERYTHING was wrong. I called to speak to a manager and big shocker… NO MANAGER ON SITE!! Do better! Thoroughly dissatisfied.
Place is an absolute mess on a daily basis. The workers can’t keep up and they cant count to 6. it’s needed a change for a long time.
i’d like to stop at this location because it’s close to home, The girls are usually pretty friendly. There’s a new gentleman within the last six months who hasn’t picked up the food service industry very well he’s frantic all the time overwhelmed in the morning when he opens by himself he’s swearing treats, customers like crap and bashing the company itself several times he said that a breakfast sandwich and a coffee is gonna take 15 minutes because he’s all by himself and he doesn’t know what to do this morning. I go there and as usual his poor attitude swearing he’s gotta run the place by himself and the sloppy sandwich and the water coffee was not worth what I paid for. . Maybe some coaching and training and add somebody on in the morning.
Everything is always wrong, the quality is never good or consistent. Only go every once and a blue moon if there's nothing else available in the location I am in.
Id give it less stars if possible. Service was sorely lacking, there was dirt and donuts on the floor, & they were the least friendly and attentive staff members I’ve ever encountered at a Dunkin.
This location has been awful for years , there’s a high employee turnover over, poor service. Everytime some one gets it right they change people and I recently heard using it as a training facility so we get over priced coffee that’s usually made wrong after a long wait. The location is to small not enough room for employees to move and they always have to many or to few ppl in there , the parking sucks and the line is often in the road.
I can see why this location has bad reviews. Walked into the lobby today to place an order to sit in and eat. Was the only customer standing in there. Stepped up to the counter and waited, and waited more. Made eye contact with at least 3 employees while waiting. After about 3 minutes of standing at the counter and walking around the lobby, it became apparent they did not care. During the whole time I waited, one of the employees appeared to be complaining to their boss in the back room about people not showing up to work. I wonder why…..
Everytime I come here it's like I'm sitting down at a restaurant and ordering food. Doesn't matter if I go in the store or thru the drive thru. I sit and wait. They do spend more time worrying about the drive thru and making that line shorter than they do the customers that walk in. And of course with America as lazy as it is u will wait forever.
Just went through this morning for three items and waited 20 minutes which I’m patient on the time I understand. I’m not OK with is the girl- Krysta Or whoever her name was doing, the window was so rude and unprofessional to a customer. No customer service skill whatsoever. Funny thing is I applied there probably a month ago and they said that I was going to get a call back and never called me, Tried reaching out, they ghosted me for whatever reason I would be a delight for anybody that I work for especially customer service industry.. What a shame that their quality of people has gone to crap. Do better Dunkin..
I have never written a bad review about any place. I try only to highlight the great service or experience I had but recently it was so bad I HAD TO say something. During this last week I had the most disrespectful customer service experience. The language and attitude was horrific, especially for a customer facing job. They were very rude when I asked questions. I will not be returning to this Dunkin’ Donuts again. Extremely disappointed in this shop of the franchise! I will highlight the South Glens Falls and Gansevoort Dunkin’ Donuts have the BEST customer service so maybe if you’re thinking about getting some coffee drive the extra 5 minutes to support a shop with better service.
