We went here to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We went early to avoid crowds and it was a good choice and a great night. We ordered their advertised heart shaped lasagna, and it was cooked perfect and came with garlic rolls that were prepared fresh and a Caesar salad. The only thing I didn’t care for was the dessert, it came with cannoli. We were seated right away and a server came to our table to welcome us and to bring us waters. We didn’t wait long for our food and they gave us bread to enjoy while we were waiting. The atmosphere is interesting with many pictures throughout the restaurant of everything Italian from actors to people and places. The place is big inside with many seating options and even one where the food is prepared. There is nothing fancy about this place, it is very casual and family friendly. Great for anyone. Parking is easy with a large parking lot. We enjoyed our Valentines celebration.

She explained everything so well and still I was SHOCKED! The portions on the weekends are HUGE! But delicious. I give her 10 stars as she was quick and SMILED the whole way through.

First time here and we had a great time. This is a family style restaurant so be ready to share since each plate is good for at least 2-3 people. Our server Christopher was on point with all the suggestions he gave us. All excellent choices. He was friendly and attentive. Food came out very tasty and flavorful. Drinks were also surprisingly good, refreshing and delicious. Even the manager Susan checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything was as expected. Excellent service and delicious food. Ive been to this location several times and i absolutely loved it. I did come on a weekend with no reservations but there was no wait. Service was excellent the entire time. I really love the family/ homey feeling of this restaurant. Now this is a family style restaurant similar to what you would see in an authentic Chinese restaurant. Example the dish that you order is a table dish to share. They had no single plates. So be ready and mentally prepared to choose something to share. With that I also have to say that the prices were very affordable so you can order your own dish and take the rest lol . $20-40 a dish to share between 2-4 people . We had the red sangrias which were strong but very good. We shared the spaghetti with meat sauce and shrimp and everything was pertect. I’ve also had the shrimp and rigatoni. I was not a fan of the lasagna but that was my preference. Overall everything is always great. I would definitely come back.

Went on a date night with my fiance and DEAR GOD was this food good, should have brought friends as a double date cuz the portions were huge, he got meatballs the size of his fists and can confirm even the in-laws loved the left overs. Asked for marinara sauce for our garlic bread and it was literally liquid gold, staff was amazing and attentive, we plan to come again(worth the 30 minute ride) If you’re looking for a place for the family, large group of friends or need to carbo load after a workout we totally recommend this place!!!

I love the decorations the wall has a bunch of cool framed photos that match the vibe even the womens bathroom looked cute. love coming here after church on a sunday, the restaurant is always empty, great service. the family deals are generous and gives you option to try a couple different things. the bread is always nice and warm, salad is good too. The Marsala chicken is delicious. The Italian cream cake is nearly an iceberg, always a hit for a family.

The food was delicious... had the new beet and stratiacella salad, chicken parmesean with fettuccine Alfredo, and a giant brownie sundae. Also order the chicken saltibucco to take home with us. The Salad was so fresh and delicious, I'm honestly still thinking about it a few days later. The chicken parm with fettucine was generously portioned and fantastic. And the the giant brownie sundae was perfectly prepared with fresh brownies and a mountain of ice cream and whip cream. The to go order of chicken saltibucco was delicious, but was significantly smaller in portion - protip, would order to the table and pack it up myself in the future. Will definitely return soon. The ambiance is fun and nostalgic and the service was fantastic 👏

This is a good place to feed a lot of people! It's a family style Italian place where they bring everything to the table and your serve your self, we had the Quattro alforno, mozzerella garlic bread, and Brussel sprouts with prosciutto and everything was delicious. Belle was out waitress and she was really attentive, and helped us towards our meal. You can tell she really enjoys her job and it was really great having her as our server. The manage came around and checked on us and he was really friendly and answered all of my questions. Overall great experience.

We ordered the Carbonara Pasta and the Prosciutto Chicken, both delicious with that hint from Italy. The servings here are “family sized”, in larger portions, which is always a plus. Don’t forget to share a sangria while you are at it! I highly recommend you visit them!

The food was delicious, especially the fettuccine Alfredo and the pepperoni pizza, which were our favorites. We ended the night with the colossal brownie sundae—though we were too full to finish it, it was absolutely worth trying! A huge thank you to Jay, the rest of the servers, and the management team for making our Mother-in-Law’s birthday celebration so memorable. We left with full stomachs and even fuller hearts. Buca’s is a very unique location. I’ve only been here twice but both plates of pasta have been plentiful and delicious. Our server this afternoon, Anthony, was extremely courteous, timely, and sociable. Quality service and quality food!

We had a great time at Buca. My wife had the chicken picata and I had the large lasagna with a side of calamari. The portions are humongous as they advertise. The food is perfectly cooked and seasoned. The environment is phenomenal. I recommend it to anyone for any occasion.

I’ve come here on many occasions with family and the food is always delicious! This recent visit for my Nana’s birthday we were in the pope room which is always a nice and separate space with a lazy susan in the middle. Our server Chris was super sweet, friendly, and attentive and we hope to see him in future visits! The manager Susan was also extremely sweet when getting us set up for the pope room. Would recommend this place for any occasion but especially family ones!

Perfect place to celebrate my mom’s 67th birthday! Anthony gave us great service and made sure we enjoyed our night celebrating my mom’s birthday. All the appetizers and entrees were fresh and delicious. The fried mozzarella, bruschetta, and caprese were the bomb dot com. My stuffed shells were yummy with the spicy sausage. For the birthday we also got a brownie sundae that hit the spot after dinner.

We've come here the last 3 years in a row to celebrate our fantasy football league and always reserve the Pope room. I do have a gripe with the manager though. Usually, we come with 8+ folks as we've made coming to Bucca a tradition. However, this year 6 of our 12 couldnt make it for personal reasons. We only had 4 and 2 were still on the way. He looked at us and asked why we reserved the Pope room with only 4 people not realizing this is our 3rd year coming. He gave us a death stare and looked down upon us like we did something wrong and just walked away in disgust. Sir, before you do something like this to your patrons maybe you should ask a bit more questions to understand the situation. Its not like the restaurant had full tables either. Most of them were empty on a Saturday night mind you. We may not come back next year because of this but you might not care. We can take our business elsewhere. Either way youre the manager act like it. Remember a fish rots from the head down.

Went on Friday night for a last minute birthday celebration. Host staff was friendly and our server Gio G. was great! He explained the menu, answered our questions, and helped us create a super memorable night. Even brought a birthday treat for a special moment at the end of the meal. The food was amazing, and we took advantage of the Buca special for 4, which was perfect for sharing. We ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and added chicken, and it was absolutely delicious with a scrumptious cesar salad. The portions were generous, the flavors were spot on, and the family-style atmosphere made the night even more special. We had such a lovely time and will definitely be back to see Miles.

I’ve come here on many occasions with family and the food is always delicious! This recent visit for my Nana’s birthday we were in the pope room which is always a nice and separate space with a lazy susan in the middle. Our server Chris was super sweet, friendly, and attentive and we hope to see him in future visits! The manager Susan was also extremely sweet when getting us set up for the pope room. Would recommend this place for any occasion but especially family ones!

Perfect place to celebrate my mom’s 67th birthday! Anthony gave us great service and made sure we enjoyed our night celebrating my mom’s birthday. All the appetizers and entrees were fresh and delicious. The fried mozzarella, bruschetta, and caprese were the bomb dot com. My stuffed shells were yummy with the spicy sausage. For the birthday we also got a brownie sundae that hit the spot after dinner.

Andrew our server was excellent and gave us some great choices to pick from. I thought the chicken carbonara was a little too salty and the chicken in the spicy chicken rigatoni was over done and dry. Food quantity was there and definitely each dish fed 3-4 people. The restaurant host was not at her station when we arrived and it seemed odd it took her so long to come to the front and when she did she was on the phone. She then asked if we are here for take out. Which was odd. Place looked kinda weird with not many tables being used but they put us way in the back

This place has a lot of potential to way more money given their location near the beach.

We came here to celebrate my daughters 7th birthday and left very disappointed. We are a foodie family, and it’s extremely rare for all four of us to dislike our meals this never happens. Unfortunately, the food lacked flavor across the board. The lemon chicken tasted like it was simply boiled with no seasoning. The kids’ spaghetti came with half a meatball and was bland—neither of my children wanted to eat it. And they aren’t picky eaters. My husband ordered the chicken parmesan and also felt it had no flavor at all. We were really hoping for a better experience, especially for a birthday celebration, but this just wasn’t it. We won’t be returning.

The server Anthony was amazing very kind and quick in service. The food wasn’t that good the portion was a lot. The atmosphere and environment was not good at all the entire restaurant smells like mold. There was mold right about our table on the ceiling, the table cloths had mold. Most likely I will not return.

We recently dined at Buca di Beppo in Davie, Florida, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. I want to start by saying our server, Giovanni, was absolutely amazing—kind, attentive, and did everything he could to make our visit pleasant. He truly deserves recognition. Sadly, the food was terrible. The chicken parmigiana looked wet and appeared undercooked. The stuffed shells were overcooked and very chewy. The only dish that was remotely enjoyable was the ravioli. Even dessert was a letdown—the tiramisu lacked true flavor and tasted like it was made with cheap ingredients. The worst part of the experience was the manager. He was condescending and refused to speak to or even look at me while I was explaining what was wrong with our dishes. Instead, he only addressed my husband. It wasn’t until my husband told him, “You need to speak to my wife—she can explain it better than I can,” that I was acknowledged. That level of dismissiveness was unacceptable. Between the poor food quality and the disrespectful management, this was not an experience worth repeating. I will never return to this establishment.

Even dessert was a letdown—the tiramisu lacked authentic flavor and tasted low quality. What truly made the experience unacceptable was the manager’s behavior. He was dismissive and condescending and would not acknowledge my wife as she was trying to explain the issues with our meals. Instead, he addressed only me and avoided eye contact with her entirely. It wasn’t until I insisted that he speak to her that anything changed. Between the poor food quality and the disrespectful handling of our concerns, this is not a restaurant we would ever return to or recommend.

I was very disappointed with my experience. After being seated, we waited approximately 10–12 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged by a server. The staff appeared disorganized, and there didn’t seem to be any coordination or urgency to assist customers. A table that arrived after us was attended to first, which added to the frustration. As we were leaving, the manager offered to take care of our bill; however, by that point, the lack of service had already impacted our experience and the gesture did not resolve the issue. I hope the restaurant can improve its organization and customer service moving forward.

I hadn’t been to bucca di beppo in a few years. I recently was gifted a gift card to the restaurant so I thought I would go again. In a nutshell the experience was pretty horrible. Our server was nice he recommended the Spicy rigatoni. Food came out super quick but the taste was very strange the pasta had a shrimp or fishy flavor. I don’t know how they cooked it but spicy chicken rigatoni should not taste like that. Didn’t bother complaining because most of the meal was covered by the giftcard but to my surprise when I went to pay they informed they do not honor those because this location recently broke from their corporate company. When I went to speak to the manager Scott. I explained that’s not really fair how are customers supposed to know you are not honoring gift cards for your location specifically, he just asked how old was the card and if I bought it myself. Frankly that shouldn’t matter and who buys gift cards for themselves? Point being the manager Scott didn’t even try to sound apologetic much less do anything about it. lesson learned never going here again apart from the food being mediocre at best they got shady business policies.
