First time here while visiting my mother and it was fantastic. The gentleman working the register was very patient and friendly. The bahn mi sandwich taste is amazing, a good size, and is very fairly priced. Highly recommend. Will definitely come back next time I’m in town.
I have been visiting since they opened. The food is always good and the staff is friendly. My wife and like eating in because the background music is just right for a quiet, comfortable date night conversation.
Wow, just wow. Ever since I had a true banh mi sandwhich in Ho Chi Minh, I've been searching for a State-side option that hits the mark... did not expect to finally find it here in Fredericksburg! The sandwich fresh and delicious! The service was friendly and fast!
1st time trying a Korean Corn Dog and man they did not disappoint!!!! ONE AMAZING BITE OF FLAVOR....mind you the picture doesn't do it justice these corn dogs are huggggeeee!!! My husband got the Pate and Pork BBq sandwich....so much flavor and so much fresh green and veggies inside!!!! Our drinks we got the slushie boba and I love coffee so I got the coffee w/milk boba and they came in these cute Holiday cups and so worth it!!!! The atmosphere fills the air with smooth jazz perfect volume to have a convo and enjoy your meal. And we were welcomed in a warm smile!!! We will most definitely be back!!!! 100/10
Great vegetarian banh mi, super flavorful. Very friendly employees. It did take maybe 15 minutes for four sandwiches, but it was obvious they were freshly made so the wait was totally worth it.
I love this place. The staff is super friendly and the place is always clean. The pho is delicious and the sandwiches are to die for. The drinks are my favorite and go perfect with all the pastries and goodies they have in the display case.
Very cute place. Friendly staff. The Pho was phenomenal and my 5 year old said that the shredded chicken banh mi was "the best sandwich I ever tasted". Will definitely be returning.
Phở soup is delicious! The broth is tasty! I love it. I went to different Pho Vietnamese restaurants around Fredericksburg but this Pho is really delicious! I love sea salt coffee and brûlée matcha, they are the BEST! The service is good! We’ll be back!
The Vietnamese grilled pork banh mi (sandwich) is SO good. I was impressed with the incredible flavors, the right mix of veggies, and the thin crispy yet soft baguette. YUM. The sweet potato fries are phenomenal and seasoned well. The traditional Korean corn dog and the Korean mozzarella potato corn dog was delicious. For dessert we had a taro slushy with boba… SO yummy, and a slice of turtle cheesecake. The servers were friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere was very nice. We are definitely going to be regulars!!!
We were looking for a place to enjoy some Pho traveling down I-95. It was close to the Hwy and easy to get in and out of. We bought PN2. PHO STEAK | PHỞ TÁI and some pork egg rolls. It was very enjoyable served very hot and it really hit the spot. It was a very good size portion also. Highly recommend.
Followed them on facebook since their opening and so worth it! Clean restaurant, friendly owner, and a relaxing environment. I highly recommend the Ice sea salt coffee and the pork egg rolls. Such a great unique addition to the area. 3 stars for service as the cashier was stand offish and didn’t want to answer my questions about the menu but the owner was willing to, so overall 5 stars!!
This is quite a refreshing Vietnamese fusion fast food joint. The venue is clean, open, contemporary, and welcoming. This is also the first drive-through Vietnamese Bánh Mì store in the Washington DC metro area. The restaurant offers a good variety of Bánh Mì (Vietnamese Sandwiches) along with French influenced desserts. Boba drinks are excellent. The food quality is good and catering well to the general audience. The location is quite convenient, right off of Rt 3 and near by Fredericksburg Central Park. Strongly recommend! This is a great addition to the growing Fredericksburg.
Great food at an updated minimalist location, cute indoor decor with small outdoor seating. Menu is simple and easy to read, bread tasted fresh and home made. Our food arrived quickly and was delicious. Fresh vegetables, quality food.
It is my first time here. We celebrated my granddaughter's birthday here. She picked the place. I enjoyed the Grilled Pork Sandwich. There were a few people who bought Bubble Tea. They all liked the Bubble Tea. There is only 1 soup on menu. 4 people ordered soup and 1 did not care for it. I gave food 4* because I have only tried their food once. The Service and Atmosphere rating speaks for itself. If you are looking for a quiet and clean place, this is the place.
Quite the surprise. We came for some tea and ended up trying some items off the menu. Had the grilled pork baguette and added paté ($1 extra). Was well worth it. The portion is great, the meat to salad to greens ration was perfect. Just enough heat and flavor. The teas, well its bobba tea, therefore sweet and decadent. The paris by night signature drink was amazing, but they have a huge variety of teas. The korean corn dog is a must try offered coated in Takis, cheetos, or original and some with mozzarella. Desserts are on the pricier side ($2.75 for a maccaroon or $7.25 for a sliver of cheesecake). Will definitely give it a try next time because I will return just for the baguette alone! Delish. Service from the young man at the counter, Angel, very helpful trying to explain options. Will we be back. Definitely.
I’m so happy I tried this place!! They are so nice and lots of sweet options as well as Vietnamese candies and more. I love the atmosphere and kept my food at a good temp while I got there for pick up. Will be back to try the rest of the menu!! Amazing!! Being right by the pond for a nice view to drink and eat to, even better.
They have Korean Corndogs with the Flaming Hot Cheeto dust and Takis dust! I ordered the b2 and it was so delicious and sweet. I am very happy to know I have this cute spot minutes away from me. The Banh Mi was perfect. The interior was super clean and adorned with Eiffel Towers. I truly appreciate this place opening up.
Banh Mi is a favourite of mine. I’ve been waiting for this place to open and I was not disappointed! I love Banh Mi. The place has a fresh vibe, the food is great, colourful, crunchy veggies and perfect bread. The bubble tea menu is extensive. I’m looking forward to trying a Blue Taki Corn Dog next time I visit.
I am so excited to have a new interesting option for a quick takeout or dine in meal. I wasn’t sure how these cultures were going to come together in the form of fast food. We used Google maps to find the restaurant. And although getting into it was a little tricky. We found ample parking in a free parking lot. There is a nice outdoor eating area when weather permits. Walking into the building was wheelchair accessible. And smelled delicious. This was the soft opening for the restaurant. So many people were standing around trying to understand what the menu meant and what was available. The selection was immense. From large sub size sandwiches to croissants and hamburger size. There were a few sides. Some extras, like Korean corndogs then of course Parisian desserts. We ordered two of the subs. The grilled pork and the pate and pork roll. The toppings were unlike what Americans are used to. It was pickled radishes, jalapeño, cilantro, cucumbers and a house sauce. The counters and serving area was very clean and new. And they were very helpful explaining. I would say, it would be helpful if there was a little more definition in what certain things were. It would keep the counter people from having to explain to every single customer. Their menu was easy to read, and their menu board was well lit with pictures. We ordered our subs and our drinks from a very beautiful array of teas, sodas, milks on the back of the menu. We were given a receipt with a number on it. It did not take long for our numbers to be called. The sub was served on an adorable bamboo tray. The sub role was a delicious French baguette. Very fresh and crispy. The grilled pork was an interesting flavor. Not barbecue, but still a tad sweet. But with the relish, cucumbers and cilantro, it was absolutely delicious. I will look forward to trying the chicken croissant. There were about eight tables of different sizes to sit. And we noticed some taking out their lunch. When we were done, you do have to move your tray and trash to the collection area. But luckily, the stacked trays are right next to the beautiful cabinet of French delicacies in including macaroons. And in a heated display there were warm sandwiches as well as bread pudding. We asked if the baguettes were available to buy. And yes, they were. A 22 inch fresh baguette was three dollars. Absolutely delicious, and came home with me to serve alongside my next meal. Because this was a soft opening. I know they had some growing pains. The people at the counter were energetic and polite. But many did not know the menu nor other questions and had to be excused to ask. Totally understandable for a new restaurant. I feel it will take them a little while to find a niche in Fredericksburg. It’s a fun place to eat, but may not be for everyone’s pallet. When I am in the area again, I will try something different. At this point, I recommend and encourage trying something new and supporting this new Business.
Great place for an authentic Vietnamese Banh Mi! I had the grilled pork Banh Mi. Oh boy! it was delicious! Tender pork, fresh veg and the bread is soft with a crunchy crust. A must try IMHO!
The staff is incredible. Great energy and hard-working. The restaurant is very clean. We arrived in the afternoon. 15 minutes later, the place is packed! I ordered the beef pho. The broth is delicious 😋!!! My only dilemma is that it was full of oil/grease 🛢 at the top. But everything else on the menu is 5 star.
First time Banh Mi for me and I liked it. I wanted to try the Pho as well but they are still in their soft opening and it wasn't available. The sandwiches were really tasty. I got it to go with the veggies on the side. They give you a ton of the veggie toppings (cucumber, jalapeno, radish, carrot cilantro). I added Sriracha and it was very good. I tried the special combo because I wanted to see if I liked the pate and it was good. I also tried the bbq pork on the roll and crossaint. They were both good. We also got the Korean corn dogs with the mozzarella and hot Cheetos and the other one was blue Takis. My kids liked the bubble tea as well with the tapioca pearls. They had the Matcha and the milk tea. I would definitely go again but I also want to try the Pho so there maybe a review score update. The atmosphere was very nice and clean. If I have to zonk them for anything it was the time it took for the order. The drinks came first and then the sandwiches. They forgot my two corn dogs and I had to ask and then waited even longer. They didn't seem too hot like they sat for a minute but I'm going to attribute it to the soft opening and working the kinks out.
I love Paris bahn mi and have had it over 10+ times. Once a year ago I got an item from too go to go with mold on it. It was free so I didn’t complain or eat it. Yesterday I ordered this and woke up in the middle of the night sick with burps and nasuea. Today I have spent the whole sick day I used at work in the restroom to spare you the details. My body is rejecting whatever i ate (#1) and egg roles. and I have not ate any other food that would contribute to this. The foods actually tasty but I definitely have food poisoning.
