Affordable price and not so great ambience to sit and eat food. Would recommend to take out or delivery.

One of my favourite cake shop.. Here there is the egg tart, it is very delicious. A bit costly but the quality is good. We like tiramisu cake and mango cake.

Standard 85C Bakery. Good location, fresh and tasty bread, nice service. No complaints. 5 stars.

Due to the pandamic everything is served in packed plastic bags and you can't collect your selected items in a tray all the time. Good service and neat and clean place!!

The staff are nice, and the pastries are honestly the best. My aunt was visiting from Oklahoma, and since they don’t have 85°C there, I grabbed her a bunch of different pastries so my cousins could try them all.

Friendly staff. Quick to take order , proactively helpful I sharing info such as restroom code or good dessert options. Conscientious in make my frappe ( I noticed they made a small mistake mid process and proactively corrected their error before finishing my drink... Attention to detail.

Reasonably priced, congenial staff and absolutely delicious treats. Loved the cafeteria style choices. The drinks were yummy, the individual choices of treats were varied and flavorful. I'm going back for the cakes, they looked delicious and smelled so good.

Was amazing. Only thing I advice. If someone requests a day in advance for birthday chocolate pieces to be added to their cake, it should be ready when that person picks up the cake. I preordered day before.

This place was dead. Food was looking old and not a very good selection. Would recommend Paris baguette for the same prices. It was not very inviting, disorganized, large space with empty shelves. It was only 12 and the choice was not good. Service was slow. Maybe they can change once it gets busier with the Tesla chargers working now.

We were here for afternoon coffee/tea and cakes, I also bought a lot of pastries to bring home as breakfast. The casher did not ask how sweet I would like my bobba tea (a common practice) and I forgot to mention. We told her we'll have the drinks and cakes on site. The tea turned out to be way too sweet, I couldn't taste the tea and couldn't finish it. She also place the cakes directly on the tray that we used to put wrapped pastries on, which looked unwashed with prior customers' debre on it (that was the cleanest one I could find, since the pastries were wrapped, I thought it was tolerable until our cakes were placed right on it with only the thin and barely fitted cupcake papers separating the cakes and the tray). Very disappointed, this used to be one of my favorite places for casual coffee/tea and cakes. Cake tasted ok, but how I had to eat it without even a paper plate and with a tiny sample spoon spoiled the experience.

Tried their double cheesecake and strawberry chocolate cake. The cheesecake was horrible, it did not even taste like cheesecake. But the strawberry chocolate cake was pretty good. The bakery itself has a good vibe and lots of variety.

We buy 85degree breads everywhere. However, the first time we visited this outlet, we got the Walnut Raisin Multigrain, which has been one of our favourites. This time round it was terrible, with very little walnut inside. I hope 85degree doesn’t cut cost by compromising on the quality of their bread. I’d much rather pay a few cents more to maintain the same quality. Disappointment.

Bad experience. I waited for 15 mins. The guy who made the drink was really slow. But as you can see the pic, it's far from a full cup. Why so stingy?

I ordered just one Black Forest cake slice and I mentioned that I want to it ‘for here’. The cashier rings me up and lifts the slice with her fingers(without gloves) and places it on top of the counter for me to take it. This was so ridiculous! Never seen anything like this before and this place is even considered a premium bakery. When asked if this is how they serve customers, she mentions that they do not have plates to serve. They do have indoor seating and not have plates? She tried justifying saying that, I asked only for the cake slice so she gave me just that. Not sure how she expected me to take it and eat it like that. I even asked why she was touching food directly with her hands and she says that they wash their hands regularly. It’s not about how often she washes her hands, she is touching cash and the screen for billing while billing every customer too. Hope they train their staff to have basic common sense and hygiene while serving customers.

I bought a bread yesterday, and opened today . It was all covered with fungus . Can you imagine eating a fresh bakery bought bread so stale .

Worst experience in any bakery store. I would give it 0 if possible. When I ordered a cake for my kid's birthday, the cashier made notes about how many candles needed on the order. When I picked up the cake, I was told "store policy only allows 5 candles" . I told her I was never aware of this when the order was made. She replied with a cold voice about her store policy. It was only 15 min left to the party started, so I asked whether I can buy some. Again, the same cold and rude reply of her store policy. 85C, you just cannot deliver what the order was made and kept making your customer happy? For a couple candles, is it really worth it? Why do you lie to your customer up-front? I only go here because it's the closest bakery store to my place. Now this disgusting experience will make me think again.

I bought a hot vanilla latte and the cup was not sealed properly. The very hot coffee spilled all over my legs. I went to the counter and complained, the staff just said “do you want a new cup?” She did not even apologize! The coffee was bland.

I had a disappointing experience at 85°C today. While I was in line waiting to check out, it was finally my turn, and I asked the cashier if they had the flavor of cake I wanted. She completely ignored me and ran over to the food pick-up area to talk to a customer who was waiting for their order. There was only one customer with a drink and another employee assisting them. When she finally started to serve me, she didn't bag my breads before checking me out like she did for other customers. After I paid, I asked for a bag for my breads. She told me the bag costs 10 cents, to which I agreed. She then bagged my items. I had to make two separate transactions, one for the breads and cake, and another for the 10-cent bag. This experience was very frustrating and unlike the service I expect from 85°C.

To top it off, they just grabbed a random drink from the counter and handed it to me, with no check if it matched my order. Their attitude was rude, my basic request was ignored, and the whole experience felt unprofessional. This is the worst customer service I’ve had at any 85°C, and I won’t be coming back here again.
