Services was great by the server but the food was just ok. The pasta I ordered was overcooked and my partner’s steak was just ok. Overall good.

First time to this Applebees. Got the 2 for $25 deal online for takeout. I opted to pay at the restaurant when picking up the food (there were only apple/google pay options and I was ordering from my laptop). We were greeted by the hostess but she didn’t really speak good English and I’m guessing there was some mix up because we had to wait for like 10 minutes before a waitress came for us to pay and then another 10 minutes for the food to be ready. What is the point to have online order option when you have to go and order the food after you pay at the restaurant and wait for another 20 minutes? Other than that, the employees were really friendly, the atmosphere was great and the food was yummy!!! The deal is awesome! We will definitely visit again, just won’t order online.

10.08.25 1:30pm Server Johnnie gets 5 stars, he was so awesome. Whisky Bacon Cheesburger and Fries were 5 stars, would come just for this meal. Fry oil was very clean and new. Unfortunately the Spinach Dip Appetizer and the Chili Lime Chicken were too salty and flavor wasn't good. Those dishes were also fresh, both just didn't taste good. Chili Lime Chicken had too much lime flavor overpowering the flavor of the cheese covered chicken. French Onion Soup was 10x better than Panera Bread's but still wasn't like many years ago's, they may have changed how it's prepared. Soup was good, hot, fresh, ia little too salty, but unmemorable. Will now be on the hunt for perfect French Onion Soup... maybe at a French restaurant run by actual French chefs. Coffee was not good at all. At all. Root beer was fine.

10.08.25 Wed Late Lunch -Whiskey Bacon Cheeseburger w.Fries: 5 *fresh, hot, delicious soft bun, burger & bacon cooked well, veggies were all abundant and fresh, fry oil was light & golden -Fiesta Lime Chicken w.Spanish Rice: 2 *very salty and overly limey -Spinach & Artichoke Dip w.Tortillas: 1 *tortillas were cold, spinach & artichoke dip was nauseatingly creamy, salsa wasn't good, prefer Pico de Gallo -French Onion Soup: 3.5 *soup wasn't salty but the cheese laden toast in the soup was very, very salty. Needs less salt, more onions. -Coffee: -5 *bitter, horrible taste, lukewarm, and even with it remade and hot it was still awful. Pass. -Rootbeer: was good -Server Johnnie: 5

I've only been here once, so can't say this is consistent or just this one time. My medium rare steak was pretty well done. There's just a bit of pink in the middle. Fries and mash potatoes were good.

A nice place with good food. We went there with our kids and liked the overall ambience and food. My daughter ordered for cheeseburger in kids meal. This was quite good and juicy. We ordered for bourbon street chicken and shrimp and fiesta lime chicken. We loved the fiesta lime chicken. In bourbon street chicken and shrimp, the shrimp was good while the chicken could have been more juicier and less dry. It lacked a little flavour. Onion rings were very good. Drinks ordered - virgin pinacolada - this was quite good. Halloween special drinks - Dracula juice and tipsy zombie. Definitely not worth. They didn’t look anything close to Halloween in colour neither were they tasty. Tipsy Zombie especially was overly sweet.

Only reason I came back here was that someone gave me a gift card. They must hate me. So, was not busy and we were the only ones waiting, we waited for a host to show up 5 minutes, was seated, didn't see a waiter another 10 minutes, he asked what to drink, we were ready to order by then. Ordered. Appetizer came, spinach and artichoke dip with cheese, nasty, tried once. Food came, I ordered the steak but they don't have horseradish, the guy said, hiw about tarter sauce, no thanks. Had to get up and get our own silverware and napkins, Finished food, he brought the check without me noticing. We wanted dessert, waited 15 minutes for him to come back. Ordered dessert, there was a French fry at the bottom of my dessert. Nothing we ordered had French fries. Ugh. Couldn't get out fast enough. I will avoid coming again.

It's Applebee's. I haven't been for 25ish years. Not to date me or anything. Lol. I was just like wow. Not wow like this is amazing either. Wow like how can it get worse in a sense. I would like to think after 25 years of me doing what I do it gets better. Just cook at home at this point. I was desperate. It was right next to my hotel. Pray to God it cycles right. Fingers crossed

The new manager is treating employees Whit no respect very rude remember the food you eating is made for a Latino Guy humble service but manager needs to improve how she treat employees 😕

Adventures

The food was mediocre, most of the items were "out of stock". The service was okay, although seeing 1-2 people doing all the work while the young person at the entry sits on her personal cell phone is outrageous. I am sure Applebees wont last and close down like many of the other restaurants.

Disappointed with the food this time. We ordered 6 oz sirloin steak, we asked for medium. First of all, they overcooked the steak (and the steak doesn’t look 👀 like a steak, it looks more like a small rock). We asked them to redo the steak, the second attempt, they still didn’t cook the steak correctly, the steak looks 👀 raw on the inside. And the steak looks like a rock too. Really disappointed. The server however was nice and friendly. L

Once you learn to treat people like people, try to serve them. If you learn to treat people who come to your restaurant and talk to them with a smile, you will be successful.
