Absolutely must try. The food is super fresh and delicious every time I visit. I love how they make the pita chips fresh, mine are usually still warm when I get my order. The staff is super friendly and will explain everything to you if you need help deciding.

This is hands down one of the freshest, healthiest Mediterranean restaurants I have ever gone to! Their pita chips are made in house, they have several different hummus flavors that hit in all the good places!!! You can choose what you want to in your bowl, similar to chipotle or subway. But the ingredients are unmatched to any other place we have been! The customer service is amazing and the owners are kind, giving and a lot of fun! We are a drink company… but their drinks are unique and delicious… and the only other place we’ll go for drinks! They catered our grand opening and people raved about the food!

So excited to have Hummus Republic open much closer to me. The food is delicious and you get so much for the price. Great taste and great value.

My son took us for our first time there. I ordered the bowl and everything I picked the flavors where amazing,so yummy. The service was perfect, she told me what choices I had to pick from which helped a lot being my first time there and very friendly which is a plus because you hardly get that at other places. I would definitely go back,only thing is it's far from where I live and I'm usually hardly ever in that area. If only they had one in Clovis or south,east of fresno that would be a little bit closer. I would definitely recommend Hummus Republic to everyone who hasn't been there yet. I'm giving them 5 stars food,service and atmosphere.

Omg those were so so so delicious!!! I wish I could have gotten more. I choose the Chicken Shawarma. It was so delicious and juicy. For the toppings, I told them to add all of the toppings except for the ones that have to pay more. For the sauces, I told the them to add all the tahinis. Every ingredient mixed well together. The only thing that may need improving was that the server seemed impatient and seemed annoyed when I took a bit more time just thinking what to put on my bowl since it was my first time ordering. He seem really rushed. How does one know what sauces or 3 hummus’s are good to add?! I didn’t really had time to think. I just told him to give me the most popular items people usually get. 1. Choose the Base A. Salads - farmers mix, kale, spinach AND B. Couscous or warm garbanzo beans. Or half and half 2. Choose Hummus and Spreads A. Choose 3 types: I let the person choose the popular ones, but make sure get the Spicy Hummus. It was so good. 3. Choose Protein: A. Crispy Chicken, Lemon Chicken, Chicken Shawarma, Beef & Lamb Gyro, Falafel, or Mushroom Shawarma. 4. Choose Toppings/Dressings A. Pickled Red Cabbage, White Cabbage, Chopped Cucumber, Red Onion, Beets, Corn, Chopped tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, Pickles, and Hot Chili Peppers (additional cost: Dolmades, Artichoke Hearts) B. Lemon Olive Oil, Traditional Tahini, Tzatziki, Roasted Red Pepper Tahini, Garlic Jalapeño Tahini, Grandmas Sauce Cilantro, Moroccan Hot Sauce C. I added roasted chickpeas and breaded crouton sticks. Plenty of parking spaces Male and female restrooms. Plenty of seating/table areas.

When I first heard of this place, I was a little skeptical if the food would be good or not (I'm not exactly one that eats healthy). But after trying them out for the first time a few months ago, I can honestly say that their food is amazing. I have gone back to eat there several times since. The owners are great people very friendly, and the staff there are also amazing. I would definitely recommend this place. Support local Support family run business such as this one. Also, kudos to you for being closed on Memorial Day. Your staff is amazing and deserves to have time off with their families. Also they are very supportive of local small buisness.

Let me say that this is a five star restaurant that you must try. I had a falafel bowl with three different types of hummus, it was phenomenal. So many options for toppings, makes the dish so exciting. I was so happy to come home and finish my food. The portions are great , you could eat leftovers later and still taste delicious. It has a beautiful patio to relax and enjoy your food. The staff was so courteous and helpful, great customer service. This is now my new favorite place and I recommend everyone try it.

I love my experience here and the food is soo good my favorite is the spicy harrisa on a bowl with spinach and chicken swarm. The customer service is great everyone is so friendly and happy to assist you!! Oo i also recomend the pita chips w hummus omg when they are warm they are so fluffy. And when they are cold they are crunchy and add texture to the bite. Either way there amazing And delish! There is a sweet potato fry thing n that is soo good too. Huh sorry i just love this place!! Highly recommend!! Im here like every week literately and i live 45 min from the palm & 1hour away from downtown soo u know its good when the drive is long I will be back im on my way rn Yes i make them take a pic of the food before the lid goes in it looks so much more prettier 🤪 i eat with my eyes idk about the rest of you!

Exceptional, fast prepared, yet good quality middle eastern food. Very urban with the Mediterranean home feel. Great customer service; The Owner humbly serves his customers and is very informal. The location is convenient, and plenty of parking. Clean kitchen, and clean dinning area. Fresh veggies, tender meat. If you are vegetarian or vegan there is an equal amount of options. This establishment is worth a repeat.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were asked if it was our 1st time there, and she walked us through the process to ensure that we got what we wanted, making sure that we would be happy with our choices. The food was absolutely delicious and filling. Can't wait to go back and try something else off the menu.

I love Hummus Republic! Phenomenal Food, Great prices and everyone is friendly. The only reason for my 4 stars is because the teams have to learn to change their gloves after touching the register, money, phone, chairs, stapler, etc. I used to work in the food environment and I know it sucks to change your gloves all the time but this is a FOOD safety concern. They were busy when I came in, so I could not pull anyone aside to talk with them.

Food was great , atmosphere was nice . But employees seemed irritated , the girl seemed like she was mad and didn’t want to be working(we all have bad day I suppose.) . But other than that we will be back .

They do great job, staff is friendly not the cheapest but nothing is these days. traditional pita.

Food is pretty good, the menu is a tad confusing, some of the staff were a little unprofessional and passive aggressive, except one gal who was pretty cool. Place is stark and unwelcoming, not a fan of metal chairs. $14 is an okay price for a bowl. Better and healthier than fast food!

It was a Friday lunch crowd, only two people were working and they were very slow. The young man kept running to the back to get stuff, I got the impression that he was new. My falafel patty was was very dry and my sweet potato fries were cold. I really had high expectations since I have been told by several friends that the food at their downtown location is excellent.... I will give this place another try and hope for a different experience.

Unfortunately, it’s not a successful restaurant. Almost 8 people in line during dinner time and only 2 trainees!! And more, nothing appealing from their food bar I’m editing my review based on the owner reply, I did not mention the food taste and I didn’t say that I was a customer, my review was based on what I saw, and waiting 20 extra minutes for 2 plates pick up is obvious not right!!! Thank you

I seen all the 4 stars that this place had so i decided to order the Spicy plant power bowl, WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!, the garbanzo beans were hard, the fried hummus felt like a brick and the pita was dry. The prices online are very deceiving, I just wasted like $14 dollars when I could have just gotten something else worth that price, never again.

This business deserves no stars. The food is gross and fake. The owner Cloey is rude and need better communication.
