Today I order the Turkey. Brie and cranberry sandwich. It sounded good in theory. It was very dry. When you think Brie, you think of a big melting piece in the middle. I struggled to find any. There was a smear on the side with the lettuce. No Mayo or anything on the other dry thick piece of bread. Parts of the turkey was dried up like jerky without any moisture. Very disappointing. The garlic fries were great.

The staff is very nice the place is clean. The food is good for relaxing fast food. The bbq hi ken sandwich is good as well as the turkey. An order of fries is more than enough for two. Good stop for lunch if in the area

I ordered the fried chicken sandwich, garlic fries and chicken tender. The chicken tender and fried chicken was crunchy but dry. The chicken tender was a bit more crunchier. The garlic fries was too greasy for my preference. The grease never fully dried out and you can see it coating the fries. The garlic taste was too over powering and lacks other flavors. The fried chicken was light in flavors so there's not much to it. If you like plain and simple flavors then it's for you but if you like your food to have more flavors, it's not for you.

The service was great, but the food ended up being just okay. I got a caesar salad and mac and cheese for lunch today. Unfortunately the Mac was very much missing the cheese, there wasn't much flavor and to be honest it tasted like there was no cheese at all in it. I really liked the salad, dressing was great and so we're the croutons. I am just very disappointed in the mac and cheese, was really hoping for something much better.

Just had a late lunch with my teenage daughter. Had the pesto chicken sandwich for the first time and it was very good. As far as the customer service, very poor. We weren't greeted at all, no eye contact. The young guy just stood there. I guess he thought we would just walk over to where he was at and order. Seemed like he was having a bad day by the look on his face and his interaction. Then when it came to paying, the young blond haired woman, which looked as if she hated her job, was very rude when I asked questions. My teenage daughter even noticed. We decided to stay and not allow a couple of bad apples ruin our day and try the food. If it wasn't for those two employees, that would benefit from some customer service training, it would have been a great experience and a better review.

Easy free parking in a strip center with some nice shopping. The decor is budget Denny's. There is no table service, customers order at the counter. The staff keep us waiting in line to order for a long time. When they did finally ask us what we wanted they were not friendly, not helpful, and a bit rude. Had a turkey dinner with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, and a side salad. The turkey was a real disappointment, not well prepared and the dark meat had so much fat and gristle it was not eatable. Roasted vegetables were old and lacked flavor. The dressing on the salad was not good, the mashed potatoes were okay. Not a place I would visit again.

First Tri-Tip Sandwich the meat was cold, the bun was burnt. They tried to make it again, the meat was okay, but the bun was not even toasted. We were the first customers of the day. Very disappointed. The prices you charge, you should slow down and get it right!

This was always a favorite place of mine to eat when visiting home. We went our first night there and we had terrible service. Before, we would order a make your own salad at the salad bar and no one spoke to us. I had to ask for service and they told us to go to the cashier. There was one cashier and she was struggling with doordash orders and tending to other customers who needed additional things for their to-go orders. This is definitely not how a business should be ran. There needs to be a separate person for this. We waited 20 mins in line to order food. The customer service was terrible due to the stress level of the employees. I was definitely concerned and disappointed. I know these times are uncertain and things are so different compared to before… but there’s gotta be better organization somehow.

These kids that work here just don't care or take pride in their work. Poor attitudes and serving poor dry bland food. We ordered a chicken meal and a chicken club sandwich meal and both were very dry and had to drink something with it to swallow. Asked the staff about it and ilto see if they could swap it out with tri tip or something and the response was "you should have known that white chicken meat is always dry". They even handed my son a smashed cup and I didn't notice it until he sat down and he complained about it. There's no way they didn't realize they were handing him a damaged cup. Won't be back.

First time eating at this location and I’m pretty disappointed at the food quality. I ordered the urban fries and it was pretty much old french fries that were double fried. It was dark, hard, and too oily. The tri tip was overcooked and had a rubbery texture. It was a bit too hard to chew. Their mashed potatoes and gravy were also bland. I’m attributing this review to the staff that was working the day I dined and would like to give this restaurant another chance, since I’ve been to many Jack’s Urban Eats w/ freshness in their quality.

So sad , I was fasting ordered the chicken to break my fast so I was starving . I was going to ignore the chicken was an ugly white color like it was boiled so in hunger I opened it and it was raw in the center !!! So disappointing!! First and last time ordering
