The friendly service was worth the time to stop and compliment the staff. I ordered the Island Fire Chicken Plate and the flavor was outstanding—the richness of the seasoning makes this dish a must-try. Beyond the great food, the service was exceptional. Even with a busy drive-thru, the dining area staff was attentive. I asked for a recommendation and they gladly and kindly helped me choose, which made my meal perfect. Great food, great people. I'll be back!

I had ordered number 3 and my partner got 23. I enjoyed my plate crispy chicken so good and it comes with vegetables and white rice, i was surprised of the price very affordable and the plates loaded with great food, inside the restaurant very clean and nice decorated. The service was great too.

I absolutely loved this location. Their food is excellent and plates well proportioned. We been trying to come here several times and got side tracked. Now we decided to give it a try; loved it. Try #3 and #23 you cant go wrong.

I had a very pleasurable visit and experience while eating at this place in the bathrooms were super clean the restaurant was tidy the employees were friendly and there was speedy service even better the price was right for a large portions prices were Fair I appreciate the service and the quality of the food and I will be back thank you for $15 the number 42 which came with two scoops of white rice a scoop of macaroni salad can two proteins beef and chicken over steamed cabbage and broccoli it was very delicious it's a must try

I recently dined at Uno Hawaiian BBQ and had their chicken and beef combo with a side of macaroni. Right from the start, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helped me choose my plate, which set a positive tone for the experience. After placing my order and completing payment, I grabbed my drink and found a seat. To my pleasant surprise, my food was ready remarkably fast, and it arrived hot and ready. Although I typically opt for the Hawaiian BBQ chicken plate, this time I decided to try something new, and I'm glad I did. The beef in the combo was cooked to perfection - not at all chewy and perfectly seasoned. The chicken, which is a staple at Uno Hawaiian BBQ, was as excellent as always, and the portion size was generous, leaving me satisfied. The price was reasonable, with the combo and the side of macaroni totaling $20. Overall, my experience at Uno Hawaiian BBQ was a delightful one. The friendly staff, quick service, and delicious food make it a place that's hard to go wrong with. If you're in the mood for Hawaiian BBQ, Uno is definitely worth a visit.

I got the crispy shrimp mini plate - shrimp came nice a crispy on top of a bed of steamed broccoli and cabbage, and they have short grain rice/sushi rice (DELICIOUS AND GLUTTONOUS)! I dipped my shrimp in their Katsu sauce which perfectly balanced the saltiness and sweetness of the fried shrimp! I wasn't a huge fan of the crab Rangoon, they use crab imitation and stuffed it with a bunch of it. Super oily as well (bottom of the container had a layer of oil). I prefer to have the crab in moderation with a savory cream cheese. This was just straight up cream cheese & crab imitation.

Great! We’ve been in many Ono’s and this one is the best! Your cooks are super professional!Not too spicy, a little crispy, good portion, many cabbage. We liked curry for 12$

Ono hawaiian bbq definitely has fast food vibes, but i have food sensitivities and its still fresh enough not to cause indegestion, swelling, or other allergies i get at many other restaurants fast food or otherwise. As a definite bonus it is for the most part pretty good hawaiian local food. Although i will say probably a little healthier and more consistent than most places ive been in hawaii. (Lived on the big island 15+ years)

As a definite bonus it is for the most part pretty good hawaiian local food. Although i will say probably a little healthier and more consistent than most places ive been in hawaii. Daniela (shift manager) & staff that worked 2/6/23 @ 3:04pm when my orders was placed need to be replaced. Absolutely disgusting attitudes at this location. I ordered a combo plate with an extra side & they took it upon themselves to take one scoop of rice off my plate & add the extra Mac into the plate. That's not what I asked for. I asked for a side of Mac, so either retrain the staff to listen, or replace them. It's my meal and money, not theirs! Also, I didn't get an apology for the mistake and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. 2/14/23 friendly staff, great food.

My wife and I ordered one two item Aloha Plate to share. We requested the Kalua pork and teriyaki chicken. The food came with a copious amount of salad with a slight amount of what tasted like a citrus dressing. It was fresh and definitely could have used more dressing. The chicken and pork came on a bed of rice. The rice and meat was hot and fresh. The level of service is what can be expected at a fast food restaurant. You order at the counter and retrieve it when they call your number. The young lady that took our order really tried to anticipate our needs by providing two forks and asked if we wanted an extra plate (since we were sharing). The soda only comes in one size, large. I imagine it’s a 32 ounce cup. Lots of soda. Overall the food is good and I’d recommend it over the mainline hamburger and taco restaurants. The food was enjoyable and tasty. I will more than likely come again.

The thing that sets Ono Hawaiian apart from the other restaurants is its spot on flavor of mac salad. If the noodle was a bit bigger, it would be just like Hawaii. I think if you guys tried selling a Korean Fried chicken plate, I would go out of my way any day for it! Mahalo 🤙🏽

Do not get this chicken. Order the island fire chicken and is a joke lol. They gave me no chicken. I’m very upset. It gooks like is decent amount but is not . I put it to the side and there is not chicken.
