I had an amazing experience at Jimmy John’s today thanks to Diondre! He did a truly magnificent job. He took the time to explain the menu in detail, went back over our order to make sure everything was correct, and was incredibly patient and friendly throughout the whole process. He also educated us about the rewards program and made sure we understood how it works, which we really appreciated. It’s rare to see customer service that goes so far above and beyond these days. Diondre definitely deserves recognition — and honestly, a raise! Thank you for having such a dedicated and helpful team member.

Anthony and Brayden are hands down the BEST employees at Jimmy John’s frisco! They were super friendly, fast, and made my whole experience amazing. You can tell they really care about what they do — my order was perfect, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. The energy they bring makes the place feel so welcoming. Huge shoutout to both of them for making my visit 10/10! Definitely my favorite Jimmy John’s location thanks to them! i love this location and will definitely be going back! i hope they get some sort of promotion or reward for this kind of effect through a fast food restaurant! i will definitely be coming back :)) thank you guys again 🫶
I have to give a huge kudos to Maud at this Jimmy John’s location. I was in desperate need of my favorite combo a #5 Vito sandwhich, a sprite, and of course a bag of salt and vinegar chips and when I tried to order online the chips weren’t showing up. In a panic I had to call and see if they were really out of stock because I would not be able to order lunch at all if they were out. Luckily the amazing Maud answered the phone and let me know they just received a whole truck load and my salt and vinegar chips were in stock!!! And instead of adding to my chip induced panic she said let me take your order over the phone so we can make sure you get your chips. I think I’m in love, like seriously, and of course it got here #freakyfast and now I’m getting to enjoy this awesome sando and my favorite chips while I write this review!! Thank you Maud, you’re the best!!!
I called this store because we needed a 911 order for my team of 20 ppl. The person who answered the phone (forgive me I forgot the name, Jack or John, something with a “J”), was so helpful and accommodating. He quickly took my order and guided me thru the process, made sure I had all the fixings, condiments, and chips! I was very impressed with the service and attention to detail for my large order. THANK YOU for the help and prompt action, I appreciate you more than you can imagine. Much Love!
I’m a huge Jimmy John’s fan, I get my sandwich toasted all the time. But this time 10/29 8:15 p, apparently I couldn’t bc it’s not a sandwich # 7- #17. Idk how hard it is to put my French bread in the oven and toast it. What an I supposed to do with a cold sandwich I like hot.
Jimmy Johns , FAST, almost. Drive thru is usually fast and efficient. Not today. About 11:15 , ordered a sandwich after waiting till the person taking the order was ready. At the window, I was asked if I was a rewards member. I'm not. More delay. Usually at this one and others, they take the credit card and swipe it and hand it back. Not today. I get the "tip selection" shoved in my face. Then I get the drink and see a bag placed on the counter, which is ignored. Finally, he turns around and hands me the bag, the only bag waiting. Sandwich was great and fast. Window guy needs instruction in Jimmy John ways.
Beware the Picklewich scam!!! Went to try the Picklewich sandwich, the one where every video shows this giant pickle loaded with meat and cheese. This is not that - not even close. Upon entering, the cashier who clearly didn't want to be there grunted at us. I ordered the Vito Picklewich. I asked the cashier if they could leave off the Capocollo (as I'm not a fan) and substitute extra Salami. After first telling me Yes, he then said they can't change the meat on the sandwich. Ok. whatever. I get home and discover that for the same price as a regular sandwich, I got a hollowed out pickle about half the size of a regular sandwich with 2 pieces of meat and a slice of cheese. They even left off the tomato, or maybe they couldn't fit it on this thing. Total scam and rip-off. Like most other sandwich chains, they're a rip-off to begin with, always putting the bare minimum meat and toppings on a sandwich. Won't be back! The people running the drive through we're insanely rude. When I got to the window, just one employee was making sandwiches. The others were fiddling around with each other. I'm a huge JJs fan, but will go out of my way to never return to this location.
Foods fine. Service here is abhorrent. I preplanned 2 orders for over an hour in advance and I go and they are not made. They didn’t even have our order receipts printed. The manager and staff were extremely rude. My family will not be back.
All the staff seems to hate their jobs. The woman working the drive-through greeted me with “Jimmy John’s“ and that was it. I gave my order and she never once confirmed that she heard me or repeated it back. Got to the window sat there for 10 minutes. They didn’t read back my order and have me pay until they already had all the sandwiches in hand. The order was wrong. I had to go inside to get it fixed and stood at the counter while watching six employees never pick their head up. This is including the manager. Finally, someone noticed me and offered to help and I watched as the manager just stood and stared. Not a single apology. The wrong order could’ve been prevented if the girl at the drive-through window had done her job properly. This is the fourth time visiting this Jimmy John’s location in a row that my order has been wrong and it doesn’t help that the staff has zero customer service skills, including management. The only reason I keep coming back to this place is the bread but I think I’ll start making the drive to the second closes location if I want it that bad.
Skip this place for app orders. 1. One of the most frustrating aspects of my experience is the inconsistent service. On multiple occasions (at least three times), I noticed customers who arrived 10 minutes after me received their food, finished eating, and left, while I was still waiting to collect my web order. 2. There seems to be little to no attention to detail when it comes to order accuracy. My order has been incorrect multiple times, and staff appear uninterested in listening to feedback or making corrections. 3. As vegetarians, we always order item #6, yet meat has been included in our order more than once. This is not only a dietary issue but a serious concern for us and we end up unable to eat the food despite paying for it. 4. If app orders are treated as a lower priority, it would be helpful to communicate expected wait times clearly. There’s also no way to cancel an order in the app, if I’m running late for work as order is not prepared. Unfortunately, in-store staff show little concern, and the order status in the app is often inaccurate or misleading. I really wish there were more outlets near my workplace with better service consistency.
I’ve never written a bad review because I usually get along with everyone and haven’t had many bad experiences until today. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two #12 sandwiches with a couple of edits. The woman on the speaker asked for me to repeat my edits, and I asked, “Which number 12?” since I had two of the same number. She rudely repeated “the number 12” without clarifying which one again, and it quickly became clear in her tone she was irritated just by me trying to clarify. So, I calmly repeated the 2 number 12 orders again to make sure they were clear and proceeded to order 2 additional sandwiches. As I was trying to add on chips, she abruptly cut me off and told me to pull forward—even though I was still mid-sentence placing the rest of my order. When I said, “Just a second, I still have more items,” she snapped, “Chill out.” I replied that I didn’t understand her reply as I was only trying to complete my order and expressed surprise that my business was being treated as a nuisance. After I added three bags of chips, the speaker went silent. I asked politely several times if they got the full order, and finally a male voice responded with a flat “yes.” When I pulled up, I told the male employee this was some of the rudest drive-thru service I had ever experienced. (Honestly I was confused what was even going on and why so much anger was coming from the drive thru lady.) He admitted she was “in a very bad mood,” and you could tell even he was uncomfortable and annoyed by her. I told him plainly and kindly: this kind of unprofessional behavior will drive customers away. Never once did I raise my voice or use vulgar words. He didn’t argue—he looked tired and seemed like he just didn’t want to deal with her. He said something like, “Man, I don’t know what’s going on with her. I’ve been here 15 hours, and I think the heat is getting to people,” which came off like: yeah, she’s being unreasonable—please just let this go. So I did. I just wanted my food and to get home. After waiting several minutes, he told me they wouldn’t be fulfilling my order at all. “What?” I asked why, and he gave a vague, sheepish response about a mix-up. “A mix up?” I said, “What about my family waiting at home for this meal and my money?” and he just shrugged: “I don’t know, man. Just come back tomorrow. I’ll cancel your order and it will refund.” I asked if others in line were getting their food and in an embarrassed manner said yes—just not me. That’s when I realized: I was essentially being denied service by the drive thru lady working the sandwich line. She simply didn’t want to make my food, for whatever slight she perceived? I asked for a manager—he didn’t know who it was… but ok. So, I asked for the owner—he said “Erin?” Only after all this back/forth did the lady magically decide she could make the sandwiches after all. The receipt I got was exactly what I ordered as well. There was no confusion—just attitude and total unprofessional behavior. And when I got home, two of the four sandwiches were completely wrong, so I still lost money and dinner for part of my family. I cannot overstate how degrading and unprofessional this experience was. Never been treated like this before in my life. I’ve managed employees my whole professional career—I get that people have hard days—but what happened here went beyond that. I was nearly refused service, treated with open hostility, and then handed incorrect food for the final blow. Over what… I’m still very confused. Jimmy John’s, you’ve lost a lifelong customer today. I won’t be returning, and I’ll share my story with everyone I can. Sounds like other patrons have experienced the same rude behavior. Time to consider cleaning house if you want your business to survive at this location.
If I could give them a zero, I totally would! I love Jimmy John’s sandwiches but after having 2terrible experiences back to back in less than a month!!! The first experience at this location - I went in at 2:30pm - so the lunch rush had already settled and I was the only one. I was ordering for myself and a friend and I requested some change on my friend’s sandwich as preferred by them, the guy was upset and told me to make up my mind with an eye roll! I tried to let it go as I figured they probably were having a rough day! Today I had 2 different people being rude. so as much as I love Jimmy John’s sandwiches I am gonna pass at this location’s horrible customer service!
My wife and I came in to order our favorite sandwiches tonight. We love Jimmy Johns and frequent many locations. We were terribly disappointed in the poor service. I waited at the counter without being greeted as the female employee with dyed red hair slowly worked to stretched the bread out on the pan. I totally understand that she was doing work, but the least you can do is look up and say hi or smile. There was another employee, but he was working towards the back. The lady finally came to take my order and acted very inconvenienced to help me. There are a lot of people who want to work. Fire her and find someone who is going to be good for your business. There was also no music and the atmosphere was if someone had just died. We will not be back to this location. Make Customer Service Great Again!
It's still Daniel with glasses at the Drive Thru today. My favorite handsome Daniel is still not here. I'm sad.😡😡😡😡😡 06-20-2024 Today, the Daniel I like is still not here. The ugly Daniel made a mistake with my order. I said I wanted a veggie sandwich with regular chips, but he gave me a veggie sandwich with no cheese.👿👿👿😡😡😡😡😡
This location is very consistent in giving wrong orders. At this point it's always a guess what's going to be missing. I placed an order online and got a very sad sandwich. This time my order was missing Lettuce and mustard. You can see I got bare minimum on the other veggies. This is such a disappointment because this place is convenient to my work location but I may just opt for a further location in the future.
