Came here to celebrate my Grandmas birthday so good. We got an assortment of pancakes. The staff was so friendly and provided fast service. I also love their mugs💗

Food was amazing. The service delivery was top tier. Julie and Cory definitely made sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend eating here. The orange juice was amazinggg and fresh. The omelettes are huge!

The servers were so nice to me and my family. They welcomed us with open arms and treated us like family from the moment we arrived. Every meal we ordered was delicious and full of flavor. Even though they were close to closing time, they never rushed us and made sure we enjoyed our meal comfortably. Did I mention everything was yummy? We really had a great experience!

Wow!!!! What an amazing experience here. First time. Tarenthia was our server and she made my first date with my new love fun and so special. She was great. I also met Maria the store manager and she came over just to greet us and to say hello and happy Valentine’s Day. . I was nervous being with my new love I was spilling drinks on the table and Tarenthia not only made it funny she was so quick to clean us up. she was so kind to show such kindness to us. She was great. Restaurant was great. The food was great and I’ll be back.

The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. I love cinnamon and our waitress (Carmin) recommended the cinnamon roll pancakes. They were so good! Like a cinnamon roll but not too sweet. And they gave me extra jalapeños with my migas. Everything was perfect.

Maria De Leon and Alba were so attentive and kind. They were eager to help us and they have the right attitude. My family and I love the way they work because they carry such a great attitude and kind smile. Maria checked up on us frequently and we are very content with how bubbly and kind she is. We especially love how they’re bilingual. I will let our friends know to come here for a great breakfast with the kindest staff.

We had such a great experience at the Original Pancake House in Frisco and wanted to leave a well-deserved five star review. Our server, Yanira, is new to her role and truly did an amazing job from start to finish. She was incredibly attentive, efficient, and so kind, always checking in at the right moments and making sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and warmth really stood out and made our meal even more enjoyable. You would never know she’s new because her service felt confident, professional, and thoughtful. The manager was also great and so welcoming. The food was just as wonderful. I highly recommend the avocado toast and eggs—it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. And of course, the buttermilk pancakes were absolutely delicious, especially with a side of crispy bacon. Everything came out hot and timely, and the quality was exactly what you hope for when coming here. Overall, this was a fantastic experience thanks to both the food and the excellent service. Yanira did a phenomenal job, and we will definitely be coming back again soon.

Had a great experience at the pancake house today thanks to my server Penny. She was very personable, attentive, and had a great attitude that made the visit enjoyable. She checked in regularly and made sure everything was perfect. Carlos was also excellent and took the time to come out and check on me, which I really appreciated. The service at this location is exceptional. I’ve been coming here regularly with my husband for a while and each time we are treated like VIP customers. Chelsea the manager always makes sure we are well taken care of and feel welcome. Our server Yukari went above and beyond - from her bubbly attitude, quick service, and attention to detail - we were more than satisfied. She also added a touch of the holiday spirit to my latte with Snowman art. A small gesture that made us feel appreciated as continued customers. We came on a packed Sunday brunch. We waited for a table about 25 minutes which is exactly what they quoted us. The lady who sat us was so kind making sure we were happy with our table. I had an amazing waitress Keairra The pancakes were next level… light, fluffy, and cooked perfectly. The omelet was seasoned just right, and the fresh-squeezed orange juice hit the spot. As someone who values that deeply, it really made the experience special. The food was fantastic as always, but Penny is the reason this visit turned into a 5-star one. We booked reservations prior to arriving to the restaurant which is highly recommended on weekends. Servers Benny and Penny were great and provided excellent service. Manager Carlos was personable and accommodating as well. Order the Dutch baby; its my go to every time! Everything was delicious!

The Dutch Baby was sooo good! First time here in Frisco. staff was very friendly and service was excellent.

October 2025 First review after several visit. Great thick bacon and great pancake. Good breakfast spots for family. Serve some coffee. My rating 5 as very satisfied Taste 5/5 Temperature 4/5 Speed of Service 4/5 Greeted within 5 minutes. Food took a little long but I believe is make from scratch. Cleanliness 5/5 Attentiveness and courteous 5/5 Recommended highly but not cheap.

Saturday morning, 15min wait. Very busy, clean, well lit. As an after thought, corn beef & hash you can ask for a 1/2 order(not on the menu). Food delicious, manager is nice, she cleared our table.

Sometimes, the food tastes even better than the photo looks. That's the case here. The food looked pretty good in the photo. However, it tasted even better than the photo showed. Quality ingredients make a huge difference. The bacon was the especially thick sort. It was the crunchy, salty, breakfast pork perfection of your dreams. The syrup was served warm and was also especially good - was it maple? If it was not, my wife, our desginated maple syrup officiando, could not tell. If it was real, there has been a huge missed opportunity for advertising. I don't understand the butter which was somehow whipped, and spread nicely. The concern here is that it was not real butter. I can't say for sure, but my guess is that like the syrup, it was not real - but could have been. I'm Sensing a theme here, but our other dining neighbor had what looked like a glass of fresh squeezed OJ. Was is fresh squeezed or merely very good? Again, I could not tell by looking. It was Saturday AM, and we hit peak breakfast rush. They were slammed. The waitress still took time to visit with us, check in with us, and make sure we were cared for. I have had better service, but it was in no way bad. My food was good, but I had "order remorse" watching the Dutch baby being delivered to our excited dining neighbors. So much of the food coming out of the kitchen looked sincerely terrific that I deeply wished we lived close than 5 hours away. This is the sort of breakfast place that does quality right. Or at least so close to "quality" that you might not care celebrated and enjoyed by all those fortunate enough to visit regularly.

Luis was absolutely the best! We truly enjoyed his helpfulness and flexibility. My only reason for four stars on food was they A. Brought a smaller portion for more money and no salsa flight, and B. 1 pancake is $4. It was still delicious but man.

The food is great! I ordered the everything bagel with pork belly (bacon), I loved it. The fresh orange juice was also good. We waited about 15 minutes for a seat and 30 minutes for the food. Service was very slow, it took 20 minutes just to get water. We’ll come back because the food was great, but hopefully next time we’ll be lucky enough to get better service.
