This location is clearly busy!! When we pulled in it seems everyone else had the same idea…. We had to wait for service due to there being one lady on the front register and about 3 cooks in the back. Let me say, she was very soft spoken, professional and all while receiving nasty looks and attitudes from some of the customers. She handled the front counter, walk up window and the people coming inside to pick up to go orders. Our food came out fresh and hot, and she never lost her composure during this rush. I would definitely eat here again. The location was clean too. Management should get her some help and hopefully they have her to train them because she knows what excellent customer service is!

We wanted to see what the hype was about, so we took our son and his friends here for his birthday lunch. The new GM (wish I remembered his name), the female GM, and the young cashier were all super friendly and welcoming. The chicken had great quality and offered a variety of delicious flavors. In my opinion, it tastes even better than Cane’s! Thanks to the outstanding hospitality from the staff, we’ll definitely be back for lunch again soon!

Dave’s was so tasty! I had the burger and it was damn good for a fast food chain. Service was extremely helpful as well, there was this one guy , he was super nice. Ordered a mac n cheese too, complimented the burger well. More than anything, I will recommend the burger over most fast food burgers I have eaten.

I was told I had to try it. Here i am trying it. The seasoning and the breading on the chicken was good. I tried their new loaded fries. It was good. They have this honey mustard base sauce not bad. The sliders! That was the best thing. It's pricey if you're comparing to other chicken places. I did mild , medium, and hot. I did do the reaper, although I thought about it. Overall, it was good.

Dave's hot chicken is the new king of kfc style fast food. The flavor is totally worth trying you, can get ii as spicy you like the herbs they use is very unique. They do have some other interesting options too if you like vegetarian. Very surprised by the taste and juicy chicken they make will sure try it again.

I had such a great experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken thanks to one of the amazing employees! She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful when I was trying to decide what to order. She made sure I understood the spice levels and even offered suggestions based on what I told her I liked. It’s not often you come across someone so friendly and attentive—she definitely made my visit even better. Big thanks to her for the outstanding service!

I tried Dave’s Hot Chicken and ordered Meal #3, which comes with a slider and one tender. The food was tasty and the spice level matched exactly what I was looking for. If you’re into hot and spicy chicken, this place definitely delivers on that promise. Service was friendly, and my order came out almost immediately — almost too fast, which made me wonder if it had been sitting and waiting. Still, it was served pretty warm and fresh enough to enjoy. The restaurant itself was very clean with plenty of seating, making it easy to settle in. My only hesitation is the pricing. For the portion and quality, it felt a bit expensive compared to similar spots. That said, the experience overall was solid, and I’d go back again when I’m craving spicy chicken. I’d recommend Dave’s Hot Chicken to anyone who wants a quick, flavorful, and fiery fast-food-style meal, especially if you’re a fan of heat.

Went yesterday for the first time, and I agree with the other reviews about the sliders. Good flavor but very small and didn’t match the photo on the menu. I will include a photo for reference. Great for late night snack or game day snack. Seasoning was heavy on the chicken bites and we ordered medium but there was no spice really at all, so if you want actual spice I suggest ordering the highest level up on the spice level.

The picture didn’t match the product. The tables were sticky and the soda machine had an awkward flavor. The chicken tasted good. And the fries were really tasty. The Mac-n-cheese wasn’t that hot, so we had to ask them to heat it up. Overall- we would try something else.

Everything is too salty. Almost made me sick. The seasoning is flavorful but i dont think they have portion control when it comes to seasoning and everything has the same flavor. The slider tender fries and fried pickles all had the same seasoning and just tasted spicy salt. Very one dimensional. Value for money isnt there either. #3 meal is $15 no drink or cheese and a tiny amount of sauce. Everything is extra

We went to try the supposed GREAT fried chicken from Dallas... To be honest, super bad. The regular chicken WITHOUT SPICY has no flavour of anything. Its batter is terrible. He has no taste at all. We gave another chance and ordered chickens only with 2 types of mild spicy, one light and the other a little spicier and you can see that they sauté them in a reddish "powder" that gives the flavour to this. It means that it is either marinated or bathed in some sauce. It is sautéed in a spicy flavour seasoning, that's all. Super bad... for me a -10 😅🤣 My score 5 star in attention and nice place but for food 0

I’m a regular customer and have visited Dave’s many times since they opened. I don’t even post reviews but I need to today. Today, I ordered the number 2 combo—two sliders with fries. When I got home and started eating, I found a large bone in one of the sliders. There’s supposed to be no bone, so I didn’t expect it, and I choked badly. If it hadn’t been for my sister’s quick help, I might have ended up in the hospital. Could you please explain how this happened? I really want to keep coming back to Dave’s, but this experience is horrible and could have been life or death.

We’ve been coming to this Dave’s for over 2yrs but unfortunately this past experience was the last straw. They have consistently messed up our orders where they’ve forgotten items, have charged for things that we didn’t order or we paid but didn’t get the added items- anyway it’s been a mess. They’ve replaced our orders but the inconvenience just isn’t worth it. I ordered 1 single meal for my kid at 5:58pm, it is now 6:37 & I still haven’t gotten my food- it was a To-Go order that was supposed to be ready by 6:08. My other order from next door is getting cold and I have family waiting for dinner. The cherry on top, the staff has been extremely rude with people waiting- def my last visit.
