Well its been long that we had such an amazing falafel wrap in town. And after having their falafel wrap I can say that they are best. The falafel was delicious and so does the pita bread. It was soft yet crispy. Most importantly their menu consider your pocket as well. You cannot get such a cheap yet delicious meal in the town. Server team's I can say that was okay. I will definitely try again and again. It would be best if they have some offer as well.

I love the food here. I’ve eaten at Halal Guys in New Orleans, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and here in Plano, the food here is seriously consistent no matter where I’ve been. Yes, it’s still fast food, but somehow feels healthier than a burger and fries, and it’s very filling. I always get the Falafel Platter; their sandwiches are really good too. The white sauce is awesome and really adds a kick to the food. The red sauce really packs a lot of flavors, but be careful to only add a little to your meal because it’s very spicy. The hummus here is one of my favorites, and the Baba ghanoush is pretty tasty too. You really can’t go wrong here, it’s all delicious!

The Halal Guys opened in North Plano provides unique food experience of their unique platter with white sauce. The food tastes great and their signature white sauce always attracts its customers. There are ample seating arrangement inside and outside patio. The restroom is clean and parking is available. The portion of the meat seems low for that price. The price of the platter seems little high. Also there are white sauces available to purchase separately.

I ordered the Regular Falafel Platter via a food app from my work. I have never heard of this place, so I decided to give it a shot. Before I go deep into reviewing the food, I will say that this place was awesome. I read some reviews here and I didn't know what to expect. Very happy with my selection for lunch! The regular sized portion of the falafel platter is huge. I ate half of it and was full.... But I ate the whole thing. The platter came with two giant portions of white sauce and a packet of hot sauce. The white sauce is creamy and the hot sauce is VERY spicy. I love spice and this hit the mark. If I had to critique this delicious meal, I would say the falafels were very dense. I personally like my falafel a little bit lighter. Also, the yellow rice was very bland. However, when you mix everything together, you achieve a good flavor profile. I will eat and order here again.

Having eaten off the Halal Guys carts for years whilst working in Manhattan, I wanted to give their brick and mortar shops a try. Verdict: the Midtown carts are better. I got the beef gyro and it was ok. Beef was greasier than it should have been. The sauces helped but just overall made for an ok meal. Falafel side was oily too. Service was just ok.

I have been a loyal customer and previously considered this my preferred Halal Guys location. Unfortunately, my recent visit raised significant concerns regarding food-handling practices. The chicken container was left uncovered, and when another tray was lifted, the hot water used to warm the pans dripped both into my plate and into the adjacent chicken container. This constitutes a clear cross-contamination risk. Despite bringing this to the staff’s attention and requesting that the contaminated container be replaced, no corrective action was taken. I urge management to review food-safety protocols, and I encourage customers to observe the preparation process carefully.

Pathetic service! We had been eating food from this place for years and taking out. This time when we ordered the family meal for 5 ppl and brought it home, serving was so small, in single and small tray they had rice in half ray and two halves for meat. When my husband called, lady started saying she can’t hear and this is what we have been doing and she kept saying I can’t understand or can’t hear. So disappointed!!

Ordered a falafel platter. The worst tasting food. Period. The whole food has a weird bittery spicy pungent taste that had me jump up & down for the spice level. I’m an Indian guy that can handle a bit of spice, but this spice is different. The chef needs to be fired for lack of culinary skills. There needs to be a mix of multiple tastes to create flavor. The platter just had some onions, some tomatoes , weird tasting yellow rice and 4 small falafels for $13. Ridiculously expensive. I’ve eaten at several other middle eastern places that were so better in terms of price , quantity and importantly taste. Would never recommend this place the worst of the lot
