The chicken was mushy and gritty. I hope I don't get sick tonight. The gumbo was questionable. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken & Avo panini. The blue chips were the only thing palatable. The hibiscus tea was very good. I was very hungry after driving a bus for 5 hours and got a big disappointment for my first time eating at this Jason Deli in Georgetown, TX, for a $20 meal. I tried to eat it all because I was famished, but...hope I don't get bubble guts tonight.

LOVE this place! They always have good customer service, the food is good (for deli food), and free ice cream is always a treat. They have taken good COVID precautions and I always feel welcome here. Easy, fast dine in experience, I would rather go here than McAllister's or Subway any time. Only thing I wish is that prices were a bit lower but it's not so high that it's a dealbreaker.

This was our first time eating at this Jason's. The food was good but I feel employee issues should be handled away from customers and not in full view for the customers to see or hear regardless of how many ppl were in the dining room. It's a bad impression especially when the person in charge kept saying "I'm already over this." I felt bad for the employee. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and gross.

I ordered from Jason’s Deli in Georgetown as part of a school fundraiser from my daughter school, which I think is wonderful. I truly appreciate local businesses that support these kinds of initiatives, and I was excited to try them for the first time. I ordered two Hot Pastrami sandwiches and was really happy to see that they offer gluten-free bread, since my family eats gluten free. Unfortunately, the pastrami itself was very disappointing. The texture wasn’t pleasant, and it didn’t look or taste like a high-quality protein. I support their mission and love that they provide gluten-free options, but I really think the pastrami needs to be improved—it just wasn’t good

My family went to this restaurant for the amazing food, as we have experienced at other locations. We especially love the ice cream. However; the experience at this location was nothing but disgusting. This place was so dirty. I'm talking about the ice cream machine looks like it has never been clean. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. We grabbed some ice cream, as we usually do, we all took a nice bite from the cones and noticed they smelt like rotten milk. All of us left our cones on the table and left. We had a 4 yr old with us and we all got sick. I have never been to any Jason's Deli and experience unclean ice cream machine..gross

A little disappointing. It started from the greeting... or lack thereof. Next, the order wasn't correct. My bbq chips looked and tasted an awful lot like plain chips. I noticed the beautiful, ripe tomatoes on the line, but my sandwich arrived with the most pitiful looking slices (see photo). I was excited about ordering the mac 'n cheese. Aside from it being barely lukewarm, it was less tasty that Kraft microwaveable mac 'n cheese. I've had good luck many times before at other Jason's locations. Was the Georgetown shop just having a bad day? Something tells me it's an issue with standards. 😕 Hopefully, it's better on my next visit.

Food was great but Wendell was very short and non personable. This location lacks in customer service. Would not recommend

One and done. First visit, 4/22/25. Stopped in for a quick dinner, as I was on a long road trip. The cashier did not know how to work the POS system. Spent six minutes checking out the couple in front of me. I ordered a Texas Style Spud. The crust was hard and the potato was dry, as if it had been sitting for several days, or refrigerated and re-heated. The barbeque topping was loaded with ketchup and the brisket also tasted like it was several days old.
