This was the first Burger King where the cheese was melted and not cold. The service was great also. Greeted with a smile and professionalism.

I am a GrubHub delivery driver. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the girl who was working the counter on the evening of September 16, 2023. She had long dark hair in a ponytail, if that helps. Anyway, I just wanted to commend her for the extremely friendly and efficient service she provided when I was at your restaurant picking up an order for my customer. As you know, quality customer service is becoming a rarer and rarer thing nowadays, and it's important to recognize those who still provide it. She is an asset to your restaurant.

Went through the drive through one night, The gentleman was amazing! It was July 26 at around 9-10 pm. We need more people like him in the world. I barely write reviews, but he deserves so much!

Best breakfast for the price. My daughter loves the breakfast burrito jr. It is worth every penny. I get breakfast here about 2 times a week since we are always on the go. I have never waited more the 3 minutes, and it is always fresh and hot. They do a great job here.

I just wanted to say that the woman taking my order here Denise, was the most pleasant and polite person I've encountered going through a drive-thru in quite some time. People like her should be paid more to keep them around it's good for business.

We went through the drive thru and ordered their new chicken tenders. We got to the window and we saw that they had gotten the order wrong, but before I could tell them about the mishap he had already noticed it. Since our order had to be redone we were asked to park and wait. We were not upset and when the very same person brought out our food. Since we had to wait he gave us an order of fries for free. So I'm very impressed with the wonderful attitude of this person. I'm not promoting they give free food, we had only ordered a 4 piece chicken tenders, he felt bad for us. So yes even BK can have compassion.

I've been here like 100 times, and not once was I ever disrespected. It's a Burger King, but it seems like everyone there at least tries, and that it's managed well. They missed an item about 1% of the time, but they replaced it no question asked. I appreciate that it was available all through the Thing That Happened In 2020.

This BK always has it together. My food has never been stale. They give me the sauces and ketchup when asked. They have never forgotten the straw, or said it was in the bag when it wasn’t. Everyone I have interacted with is friendly, and I never wait long in their Drive Thru. A+ in my book.

Like any restaurant in existence, it's not always a win. However, I can't remember the last "loss". I live around the corner, and sometimes I'm just over life, and get dinner here. I always use the online app, and have never had an issue. The food has been hot and made correctly each time. I honestly wish it was more of a disappointment more often. At just then it's order less often.

I had a whopper and fries. Both delicious. Staff friendly and quick.

Got the 2 meals for$10. Great price for 2 whopper meals.

Update Went again ( had a bit so good experience last time … not sure where my review went) and had better experience this time . The restaurant looks really nice !

I do not often fast food but my minions were hungry they got chicken nuggets. These guys had me laughing and smiling and just all around amazing experience going through a drive-thru I've never had such a fun time in a Drive-Thru. Everything came out fine. And I have a new favorite fast food place.

I was a few nuggets short from drive through. after I already ate some I noticed. walked back in and how do you prove that since some were eaten. no fuss no questions. just sorry sir let me get you a 4 pack. that's good service. Picked up breakfast sandwiches on the way to work. Sausage and bacon croissants, hash browns, and coffee. Tasty food, nice and hot.

Fast food, cheap price, clean store. If you need a recommendation before you eat a Burger King, then move on. This place is not for you.

The lunch crew had meal made in 5 min and it was special order. Load their app on your phone and use it at any BK. I see savings of 50% or more and freebies. Today it was a free Whopper. Also very clean store and attended to.

Food was good, had to send back the crispy chicken sandwich because it wasn't cooked properly, but they replaced with no problems. Otherwise, everything was fine and as expected. Staff friendly.

Food was hot when I got it and fresh. Drive through line was long because dining down. But it was worth the wait. Drive through was fast even though their was a long line.

My fries were delectable, my burger was delicious, but my lemonade was...odd, I ran out of d words. But yeah, the lemonade was a little weak, is all.

Great customer service by a very friendly drive-thru attendant. She remained smiling and kept eye contact the whole time we interacted.

Went for lunch with wife. Food was good. They had to correct the order though, prepares didn't read the order screen and mis prepared the burger and chicken sandwiches. Place was clean and the order was immediately corrected when they were told it was wrong. Will go back.

Really friendly customer service. Down side is dining room closes early. Touch screen kiosk easy to use. Other downside is no outlets in dining area I could find...and place could use a few windows. A bit disappointed with the receipt fine print for free Whopper in 48 hours...I answered about 40 questions online and took it in for free Whopper only to realize the fine print said I needed to buy drink and fry. Plus - no nonstop beeping machines can be heard from kitchen

You could see the smoke coming from the top of the restaurant, showing they are really flame broiling your food. The smell is inviting and we followed our noses to the drive thru window. The food was very good and we all enjoyed our meals while driving back home. They man at the window was friendly and relaxed. Very efficient service. We think they are that good because they might have good management on site.

Floors and tables were sticky at 930am which means they didn't clean the night before because dining in the morning is not their peak hours on a weekday. On the other hand food taste good and friendly staff.

Went there to see my old high school friend Danny Lundy. His nickname was Big Bad Lundy, but anyway on why its 3 stars. The inside tables was sticky, fries under the booths. Restroom stunk like moth balls and my whopper was cold. But I did get a refund. Great place but needs lots of work. Visit and say hi to Danny, such a great guy. For a fast food place its ok. But when you ask for fresh fries you should get fresh fries. The dining area was clean but my food was cold before I got it.

I go here nearly every day for lunch when I forget to pack something. Sometimes it's delicious AF, for fast food. Other times, they forget necessary condiments, or it just doesn't taste as good as usual.

This was a BK my husband and I liked going to before the new look but it feels cold now. Don't know what you changed on the fries but the taste and look was different. Used to be our favorite place for fries. Sad to say not anymore. Don't know if you switched oils or what but honestly don't think we'll be back. Sorry!

This franchise location and building are a bit scary. I would not go here at night. They have the first window closed off and other parts look barricaded. I feel sorry for the people that work here. They did a great job on the French toast sticks. They were cooked well and they even gave me six instead of just five!

Hate when it goes like this realy wonder end up wondering what I'm eating but I couldn't hear them it was close to the end of the night and I was not the ray of sunshine I usually am lol but he was starting to be rude so I got my attitude so my expectations were not very high after that lol

Terrible ice cold fries and they gave a chicken sandwich was so old dry cold it tasted like a piscotti and you go there at 9:30 at night and employees don't turn the outside lights on to make it look like they are closed but you go thru drive after a couple of minutes somebody takes and serves you left over cold food employees and/or corporate (Carroll's corp) not dedicated to serving good quality product but from my work to my house it's the only place to go late night and happens to me 2-3 times a week

Asked if I could use coupon for whopper ghost pepper version. Was told no so I bought the ghost pepper whopper normally. Got order and opened it to fine it was on regular whopper bread. Went up and was told they were out of the bread. The person in front of me got the last one. I was told the price was the toppings. But I would have used my coupon if they didn't have the ingredients. They ignored me about it.

Been getting food here later at night each week and the last several times the buns are very stale, the burgers are very dry and not warm. the cheese is cold. have had great food during the day but something seems to be really bad at night. the food is not fresh.

Hi, just wanted to give some feedback. I had to ask for the sauce, and when I politely asked for extra napkins, I was told there were ‘some in the bag already’ in a pretty rude tone. Then after handing me the sauce she walked away, so I couldn’t even ask again without it being awkward. On top of that, the sauce container was basically empty. This is exactly why McDonald’s ends up looking better, because they don’t make you feel bad for asking for basics or act stingy with condiments. The food was fine, but the customer service and portions need improvement.

This Burger King has very rude workers, especially one of the managers Joanne in the morning needs to go. She shouldn't be working in the front counter ever. I really miss Patrick manager the one they got rid 😞 of should have never got in trouble for another worker. This other manager should be out. Restaurant close early. There business hours says open until 11pm but the young employees close the place down by 8pm on more then 10 occasions have I seen this , very sad 😢

Good Burger King food, but closes at 7:00. It is the only fast food restaurant in the general area. A real inconvenience to anyone that can’t get out for food until that time.

Horrible, they lost my online order after I checked in and they confirmed it. I waited 20 minutes to be told I would have to purchase it again and call the customer service number for a refund on the lost order. Terrible online service.

This location gave me an impossible whopper that was like cardboard literally it was hard as a rock then the manager got ride with me like I did something wrong stay away from this location.

I was there around 1230 today (1/17/2024) everything was fine until I got home and started eating my chicken wrap. I bite into the middle and bam. A hair. And before you ask, no. It was not mine. Do you realize how unappetizing that is? When you go to try and call, it says there's a mail box that hasn't been set up yet. That's not what a restaurant is supposed to sound like lol and their website doesn't exist. Needless to say we've had too many bad orders there and this was the last hair 😉 but in all seriousness no. Never again.

They do not accept perk rewards here. It took 3 of them over 10 minutes to figure out how to apply a coupon from the app. There are a lot of very new people there, so that's to be expected. The dining area is back open, for now. But they close it back down whenever they have a staffing issue. So, it's a bit unpredictable.

I live right around the corner from this location and stop there from time to time for a quick dinner.never once was my food fresh. Chicken is always rubber and room temperature, fries are always luk warm.Every time I think it will get better but never does. Be aware consumers this is the worst king ever!

I had got Burger King once from the ads but that night when I ate the food there was hair in it and I threw up afterwards just like every other time I've had it. The only thing that was good there was there jalapeno bites but then they got rid of them

Walked in and walked right out. One of the employees (tall, dark haired girl wearing grey shirt) was screaming "OUT OF THE WAY!" at another (striped shirt) behind the counter. Only three people in line ahead of me and it didn't seem to be a "rush" time. She then threw all the customer's food into bags a slammed the bags onto the tray as she let out an "uggghhh!" when she turned her back. I wasn't dealing with that. I didn't want my head ripped off by inconveniencing her with my order and didn't want to see her humiliate another employee again. Terrible. I hope the grey shirt doesn't indicate management. If so, please take a look at her performance.

Go here and expect one of the workers to talk ill about you with their back turned to you right in front of you. Also don't expect to get your drink until they think you didn't pay for one and look up your order.

Check your food before you leave.

I don't know what happened, but it should not take over 30 minutes to place an order and get food. Above and beyond that if you're going to make me wait please prepare my order correctly. Absolutely horrible service.

Ordered double cheeseburger, med fries, small onion rings, lg ice tea with light ice. Cost was over $17. Got a small fry when I was charged for medium. The burger bun was hard and stale and the burger barely warm. There was no ice in my drink at all. For all this I sat at the drive thru for almost 20 min.!! The girl at the window was pleasent. Nice new building. But the food has really gotten worse.

Pros: Mozzarella fries were amazing Cons: 2nd visit with issues (months ago had issues) Fountain drink lacked syrup- tasted off/weak Drive thru order was incorrect Dragon Whopper and Impossible Whopper- meat/contents were switched. Wrapper and bun matched- product inside did not. Wasn't provided a receipt- so no resolution (I enjoy BK- visit Transit Rd location instead)

I’m writing this at 4:47 AM because i lost count of how many times i’ve woken up to Vomiting or passing liquid stool for about 12 hours straight now.
