Im always greeted with a smile from Matt. His costumer services is 5 stars. He always says thank you for coming. Hes quick and friendly makes me want to come for lunch everyday.

I just love coming to this Subway, Jazmin and Harry there are super nice and kind, customized my very difficult order the way my picky kids like it and never has been a problem or mistake.

I don't know if this is going to post with the proper date of June 21st 2023 being that I'm editing it on a previous comment. My son and I experience tonight at our local Subway in Glen Cove on Forest avenue was by far the best experience we have ever had. We were immediately greeted upon entering with a very friendly smile from a worker named GABBY. Her interactions with my son and I were beyond words. She prepared our food with caution and care. Gabby is definitely a model employee and Subway should be proud that she represents them in the manner that she does. GABBY the professionalism you had when taking our order and the interactions with us will get you far in life if Subway is smart they will do whatever they can to hold on to an employee like you!!! I will be contacting the number on the receipt also to express to Subway but thanks and gratitude we have for having such a wonderful employee like Gabby whereas we've experienced many employees being that Subway is our favorite place to eat that aren't as greeting aren't as kind aren't as caring thank you Gabby for making our night!!!! Shout out to the two people working tonight Wednesday may 10, 2023. Made my son's sandwich beautifully. Thank you so much. I wish I got their names. We ordered theough the app.

5 STAR PLUS!!!!! Christine was extremely personable and efficient in taking my order. This Subway was immaculately kept clean and well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels and soap!!!!! Food was extremely fresh!!!! Bathroom was super clean !!!!! I even took pictures because everything was perfect! Christine kept this place in exceptional condition from food preparation, cleanliness, and friendliness!!!!!

Great sandwich but it sure doesn't look like the picture they show you barely get enough meat to cover the bread we believe it's deceptive advertising

For the 2nd time order was wrong. 1st time I asked for double provolone with my turkey and I got none. 2nd time I asked for a 6in and got 12. Double provolone and I got 1 half slice on each side. Gonna try Jimmy Johns

My husband and I had a horrible experience and were racially profiled at this location. We come here regularly during my doctor visit nearby. My husband purchased a sandwich and proceeded to ask for a cup of water. The worker proceeded to say that he can only refill WATER two times and continued to watch him as he was some sort of theif. Is it because we are black?! It is very hot outside and this is absolutely ridiculous! This has been very tramatic experience and so sad to see that RACISM still exists!! I will not be spending money with them ever again!

I went to the store and the person that made my sandwich put something that I never asked for I asked for black olives and she put a random dressing how can someone get mixed up with black olives and dressing

Staff are very rude don’t want to work, they get very angry when they have to work they sit around on there phones most of the time and when they decide to make a sandwich they throw everything in and it’s like slop absolutely disgusting

Constantly on the phone, short girl with black hair, very unpleasant, very upset because I have disturbed her phone conversation, for my good morning no response for have a nice day no response, this is not a first time that I experienced bad service at this location, Time to change

Very rude and disrespectful. Terrible customer service. I was refused service because there was no eggs and I asked what can I substitute it with. She immediately put the bread away and told me she will not fight with me.She then decided that she no longer feel to serve me as she takes off her gloves and walks off to the back! Not to mention I am 7 months pregnant and this was going to be my first meal of the day while I was at work!Well lets jus start off by saying I've been going to this subway since it's opened. I've had a great relationship with the previous workers. Today was the WORST experience ever. Called to speak to the manager and boom... she was the manager. Not to mention about 2 weeks ago I went and ordered a sandwich which she didn't wrap.. cut it while it was layed out flat!! Imagine the messy disaster. She needs to be in the stock room.. not dealing with customers. About 1 year ago they would of had 5☆ from me not today!

Ordered a veggie delight sandwich and the person working gave me way below the regular portion. When I asked for some more vegetables (basically asking for the normal portion) they said it would be extra. Don't waste your money here

On June 13th 2020 I entered in to subway Restaurant #46726 located at 217 Forest Ave, Glen Cove NY in the Stop and Shop center. Upon entering the store I was accosted by a Subway employee who stated I must wear a facemask when in the store. I politely stated I was medically unable to tolerate a facemask therefore could not d0 so. The employee who I believe to be a manager stated she would not serve me and I was to leave the store immediately. I brought to her attention that New York State Executive order 202.34 stated in part that store policies of enforcing Executive Order 202.17 “shall be in a manner consistent with the American with Disabilities Act or any provision of either New York State or New York City Human Rights Law, or any other provision of law”. In return she was openly discriminating against a person with disabilities. At a minimum she could have offered to take my order and bring it curbside, instead she did not offer any other accommodations. I find it disturbing that an establishment can openly violate New York State Legislative law, and openly discriminate against a person(s) with disabilities without remorse. I am not one to take legal action against an establishment, but when communication fails with a said establishment what other course can one take to rectify the problem while protecting my rights and the rights of others who have disabilities too? *Update June 14th 2020* I spoke to the owner who was very understanding and was aware of the situation. He mentioned to me his store does do curbside delivery to accommodate people like myself, and people who just rather not go inside the store. He also mentioned he receives complaints about customers seen in the store who are not wearing a mask, by customers who do wear a mask. I understand his frustration trying to accommodate the needs of his customers during a time when the general public bases their actions and choices on fear rather than facts and the law. Again I would like to thank the business owner for reaching out to me to make things right.

Worst service ever Apparently she is the manager She was cleaning the food area when i got there and she never changed her gloves to make my food She was giving me attitude when i was telling her what i wanted on my sandwich i ended throwing it to the garbage Im never going back again this lady the worst manager i seen. subway should substitute her ASAP because her attitude and dirty work will lower customers traffic

This location is horrible! Staff needs to be retrained, as they "NEVER" get the online order correct, especially if ordering around the 8pm hour. They do not understand the difference between toasted and not toasted, nor do they understand what topping go on what sub when ordering more than one sub. I agree with a previous reviewer, that the subs are thrown together they are sloppy just disgusting! If you see a short kid with brown hair run!!! The owner needs to audit his staff periodically online and in the store. Please see the wonderful photos of tonights subs.

But there should be training AND someone in charge that can translate for them or something. I know it can’t be only us but we might have to not go to this location anymore even if it’s closer and more convenient for us.
