Great addition to beautiful city of Glendale. Now we have the best of both worlds, side by side, In-N-Out for beef lovers & Chick-Fil-A the best chicken sandwich on earth and two best French fries to choose :) On Brand Blvd right by Americana! Very clean, very nice location and professional customer service,nice seating area outside. Beautiful roomy area inside! My first experience was wonderful! The sandwich was delicious! Hope to visit soon with family! Congratulations 🎉

This chick Fil A is one of the well maintained restaurants I have found so far. The food was really good and was made well. The restaurant is located in a very busy business area and parking is very difficult to find during the busiest hours of the day. The food took around 15 minutes to make and serve. The staff were very friendly and answered all the questions I had about the menu. This restaurant has restrooms located next to the register counter. Overall this restaurant was ok and I would visit again.

Chic fil A is always high-quality chicken and cooked to perfection. Fries are always amazing.Prices are good .It's my favorite place for food. Miguel and Daniel are amazing workers. They always ask me and all the other customers dining in if we need anything when we dine in. They go above and beyond. 👏

That was a nice treat.

Been going to the Burbank location a lot. Now I don't have to drive all the way to Burbank as this location is more convenient and closer. Clean and maintained resteraunt with great staff. Lots of seating and in the middle of downtown Glendale at the Americana. Go check em out!

Chicken sandwiches are delicious and satisfying meals. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable atmosphere for meal. Overall, Chick-fil-A offers mouthwatering food and excellent service.

Today, I felt so offended. One of your employee called me a “sir” & lied to my face saying he didn’t, that he was talking to the back, when there was no male behind him at all. Even his coworker heard him call me “sir” & told me “I’m sorry I don’t think he realized it.” I even asked my friends I was with & they even said he did call you “sir”.. I clearly look like a female. I don’t know if it was my voice because I’m sick. But the fact that he lied multiple times is very upsetting.

This chick fil a is very organized. Barely ever do they forget an item in your order and the space is very clean. The place can be crowded due to being by a mall. Other than that, great service and food.

The staff is generally friendly. The food is always good, but I think they are suffering from being understaffed like many other places. The wait times are 20+min for a preorder on the mobile app. It surprises me bc mostly I am ordering nuggets and fries- nothing customized. I realized last time the Mac n cheese might be not ready like the other items so it holds up the entire order for all the other food bc everything was cold, but the Mac n cheese was too hot too eat. So honestly - just don’t order that and problem solved. That was my take away!

When I did come in the morning, there was already a line of people waiting for their foods, but it only took 6 minutes for everything to be ready, and another 3 minutes for the coffee. Love it!

I don't usually eat fast food for this reason. The cashier was not welcoming and rude. She could not clearly explain the menu when asked questions. Then she had an issue where I was standing for my food. The person that was in charge of giving out customers' orders was touching trash cans, then went back to the line, passing out food without washing her hands. I walked to a couple of tables because everywhere I tried to sit, the seats were dirty with greese or table had food crums. The food was really bland and tasteless. I don't gwt the hype of this place. As it was my first time and last time.

How are you going to be at the American At Brand and not validate customers’ parking tickets? I had to walk two blocks down just to get my parking ticket validated at Crumbl

I downgraded my original Review for the Glendale Galleria/Americana location. Yesterday I submitted an online order. When I arrived at the location I was told they could not locate my order. When it was finally found I was informed it was not started because I should have informed them when I arrived at the parking lot. I was asked to wait while they prepared it. I stood and waited but 15 minutes later I noticed several orders in the counter but no one had called my name. I walked up to the counter if my order had béen prepared and lo and behold, it was in the counter and had been there for several minutes. Employees of Chick-Fil-A are trained to be courteous which is wonderful particularly during a period in time when many businesses seem to disregard the importance of employee courtesy but what no business can instill in an employee is common sense nor force an employee to understand the importance of creating a positive customer service experience. Original Review The frosted coffee is delicious as is the frosted lemonade and the chicken nuggets are good but I don't like their sandwiches or potatoes. This location does not offer parking and the closet parking structure is located alongside Bloomingdales but the first floor of the parking structure is always crowded with people going to In and Out or because they are frugal, actually tight, and park here and walk over to the Americana rather than spending a few bucks to actually park at the Americana.

I don't really write reviews but with this location I couldn't help myself. I work nearby and sometimes I want Chik Fil A for lunch but everytime I order on from this location my food sits on the back counter waiting for the workers to stop chit chatting and do their jobs. Today I waited for my bag on the back counter for 10 minutes....literally! I even said out loud, why do I always have to wait so long when my bag of food is sitting right there 🤷🏽‍♂️. Meanwhile, my frozen key lime drink is melting away. Can anyone explain to me why, WHY? I love Chik Fil A but this Glendale location needs some HELP! Sad to say it but I will most likely be back but at what cost? Another melted drink and cold food 😫

Let's start with some background here. I'm homeless. Have been for quite some time. I grew up eating generic corn flakes in non-fat powdered milk. (You know how fast those things get soggy?) I'm not picky. Moments after I paid and was given a number to wait, the cashier said, "Oh wait, we have your order right here." "Oh, you mean overpriced cold soggy fries and the saddest, tiniest chicken strips ever that have clearly been sitting around doing absolutely nothing good with their time?? Gee, thanks. Just what I wanted!" Whatever, I ate it. Too far to walk back to have them fix it. Plus one star because the cashier was friendly. At least I got a bathroom code out of the deal? I need a pretzel now.

Slowest Chick-fil-a ever. When I picked up my mobile order, I’m also the only one she asked to confirm last four of phone number. She slid me my food and then walked away. I had to get her attention to ask for my drinks as well which seemed like an inconvenience. Obviously it was an inconvenience because when I thanked her, she did not respond that it was her pleasure. She should be sent to GA to get some real training from the pros because she does not meet the standard. May I add she was a manager.

Overpriced junk food! All sandwiches were cold just like they have been sitting in the kitchen for a long time before being served. Thats why they were ready in split second. Fries were uncooked. Lemonade is so sweet that you can barely drink it. Ended up paying almost like normal restaurant price. If you want junk food price nothing better than in n out! For 1/3 of the price you can eat better junk food. Only pleasant thing was the friendly staff and atmosphere of the place.

I am not normally someone that leaves reviews but this experience really bothered me. So when I walk in I stood there for a solid 3 minutes being ignored…. No biggie, I get they are busy. So I order. About 10 minutes later my coworker walked in and ordered. We both are standing there waiting for probably another 10 minutes when they say his order is ready… which is a bigger order and all. (All I got was a number 1 meal, pretty simple order I would think). And that’s all still fine except for some reason he gets an apology and a couple free meal cards or something. So he leaves and another 5 minutes goes by before they finally call my name. I wanted to ask for some hot sauce and literally stood there like I was invisible while 3 employees were right in front of me. I guess overall I am just very disappointed with this experience. First time at this location and I’m thinking it’s probably going to be the last. We’ll see I guess

I wish I can give zero stars...I got hair in my fries and hair in my chicken burger...if they think it was my hair surprise I have a shaved head...super rude no refund no call...they don't care about you...I talked to their customer service and not even a we are sorry..gross I will go to in and out next time

I just placed an order of $60+ 03/22/2024 @ 7 35pm I called the store literally right after I placed the order to make some changes since there's some ingredients that I did not want in my salad such as bacon and it didn't give me the option to remove it in the app. The girl who answered Stacy or Daisy was very rude and unprofessional she's like we already made it I'm like but I just placed it like a minute ago and kept repeating it's already made until she's like ok we'll replace it, also I asked to not put any whip cream or cherries on milkshakes and she's like yeah what about it I'm like I don't want whip cream or cherries on my shakes and she's like it doesn't even come with it I'm like the picture in the app shows it does that's why I'm telling you, I'm like why are you being so rude, you seem bothered and she's like hold on and was talking to a customer. I am so upset and disappointed that's not a way to treat a customer specially when I'm coming at you with respect. Please do better and hire ppl with better customer service that can handle the job.

Johnny Rockets has better chicken sandwiches !!!!!!! and if they mess up your order, they won't even say sorry. I recommend not ordering a side salad. It’s the size of a single scoop of ice cream for kids.if you want pickles with your sandwich make sure they actually put the pickles and you only get two pickles. Their vanilla shakes are not great at all In & out makes them way better.

Unfortunately, the other option is me driving to Pasadena in traffic to get my wife her favorite food. Last visit, during peak lunch time, they only had 1 register open, and the girl was in no hurry to take anyone's order. Took me 36 minutes to place my order. The line behind me had to have been over an hour. With no drive thru at this location, it should not take 36 minutes to place an order. Today, we visited the location again, and not much was different. No one in line and no open register to take orders. Waited a few minutes before even being acknowledged. The store was filthy. Trash literally everything. I ordered spicy chicken and got regular. And it was cold. Frankly, I hope someone reads this and makes the experience better. For now, I won't be coming back.

Being that finding street parking in the vicinity is next to impossible, the only other option is to use the parking structure. However, unless you personally plan on buying something yourself here, don’t count on them (or anyone else at Americana) to validate your parking ticket! That really ticked me off. Let this be a warning to all DoorDash/Uber Eats/Grubhub drivers: PICK UP ORDERS HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
