The staff here are great. It is a very busy location, and I've witness customers getting upset at the staff (I am not sure why given that one can see how many people are in-front of them when ordering). I made a mistake with my order, and the female staff went beyond to correct it. In the end the order could not be canceled, but she re-did the order to include items that I could eat.

I had a great experience here late at night. Matt, a young African American, with glasses was very polite and up-beat, and his service was genuine. Should anyone in power see this, know that Matt completely deserves a promotion.

I love this place. It's always clean, unlike other places. Staff is always friendly and polite. Donuts are always fresh. I always try to buy it in Glendale Galleria even though I live in West Hollywood and there is some Dunkin closer....The only one problem they have it is a long line, but for me it is not a problem to wait a little if I know that it is worth it🙂

The line can be a little long sometimes… But if you have the pleasure of having Ashell make your order, or assist you, you’ll have a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and always working with a smile.

Always a busy Dunkin' here... line can go fairly slowly depending on the cashier, but donuts are fresh and delightful. They don't carry Cruller donuts however.

I was there last Saturday and only two employees on a very busy day they were on fire taking care of business, very service oriented wow!!

Selling day-old donuts and claiming fresh is not good business practice.

Spent the morning walking around in the Glendale Galleria and decided to order some donuts at Dunkin on the way out. I decided to place a to-go order on the mobile app and stop by to pick up after. I placed the order around 12pm and walked over. It surprisingly wasn’t busy at that time. I also saw my order as in progress on their screen. However, it switched to completed, even though it wasn’t ready yet. Waiting a bit longer, the staff came out and called my name. In terms of the donuts, I got (1) Boston Kreme and (1) Glazed donut. They both did not look very appealing. I could say the same for the taste as well, since it didn’t not taste fresh.

i’ve been coming to this dunkin for the past month or so the iced coffee here is inconsistent, sometimes it’s just average or too watery. i came here a few weeks ago and ordered an iced coffee with extra creamer. before receiving my order i noticed that the guy who made my drink appeared to be confused like he had no idea what he was doing so i assumed he was new to the job and didn’t think anything of it. i waited quite while despite making a mobile order before getting there. when i finally received my order the iced coffee tasted horrible. they barely added any creamer or any sweetener at all. i had to ask another worker if they could add some creamer and they did but despite that the coffee was very sour and undrinkable no matter what i added in it. needless to say i’ve stopped coming to this dunkin after this. it’s just not worth it spending 5 dollars on a coffee with a 50% chance of it being good or bad. this place needs better training and organization. the donuts here a good tho 👍

Very nice staff, especially the manager. However the donuts are often dry. There is NEVER enough staff working the registers. You can't be successful in a mall this size and not be able to accommodate the customers in a fast and efficient manner. In my opinion, this is a very bad location for Dunkin Donuts.

Rude. In the order area for drinks, wanted a latte or coffee. Standing there. A thin girl steps out from a adjacent room, looks at me, says nothing; then turns her back on me and starts working another machine just front of me. Very rude. I walked away…obviously her message was, “ go elsewhere”.

The worst donut I ever had. Dry, the chocolate was way to sweet - had better ones on gas stations. Will not go again.

This Dunkin is not managed correctly. At open, the employees were scrambling to get everything ready. They were totally unprepared for the large line of customers.

Horrible place it's the 3rd time my breakfast is bearly any eggs cheese nothing like the advertising and you can taste the burnt oil in the food breakfast not good here just the donuts are

I visited the Dunkin' on 11/23/2024 at around 5pm. I ordered the new "Hash Brown Brisket Scramble" for $3. It was on sale on the mobile app. The normal price is over $5. After seeing the small portion that I got for $3, I felt ripped off even at the discounted price. I would have been even more upset if i had paid the normal price for this stingy serving of food. I would be lucky to find even a spoonful of eggs in the entire brisket. It was mostly just hashbrowns with a very small sprinkle of other things. The taste was good enough and if they filled the container then I wouldn't be complaining but it was only around half full. It felt like a snack and I was still very hungry after eating it. This is my only experience ordering this item so I don't know if the portion size is always this bad or not but I just wanted to let you all know what i experienced so that you're prepared that it might also happen to you. If for some reason they were just low on ingredients then they should have told me that instead of giving me such a small portion of food. That just shows how little they think about their customers if they will treat us this way. I went there around 5pm on Saturday so avoid buying the brisket on that day and time at least. This was false advertising. The image i shared looks nothing like the picture they show on their website and on the app.

The guy at the register was very rude. I'm a regular and I've loved coming here so far because I work in the mall. This man (child really) threw a little fit because he forgot to charge me for almond milk, gave me a bunch of attitude when I was trying to be nice, then THREW my change into my hand. I understand I should've been charged and that's fine but I've worked in both retail and food service and you can just void the transaction? There's no need to get whiney and be rude to people over something so silly. Makes me really not want to go back.

I asked about the caffeine content of their coconut refreshers because I cannot mix caffeine with my medications. He told it had none. False. The large I ordered has almost 100mg. And he was pretty rude about me asking this very simple question. Would suggest you go elsewhere in this mall, especially since there are other coffee shops nearby, like the Starbucks in Target about 200 feet away.

The credit card machine, cash register is filthy, napkin is not placed properly inside the napkin holder but just placed on top of it. Maybe it should be better not to see how they work. They left California and returned years later. And they reinvented themselves including providing kiosks through which food us ordered. Robotization has robbed them of that long ago cozy and intimate feel. And whatever reason, their new business model has taken a toll on the flavor and quality of their donuts. When I asked for a buttermilk donut I was told they no longer make these but I was told the sour cream donut tastes “just like” a buttermilk donut. I conceded and bought a sour cream donut and contrary to what I was told, buttermilk and sour cream do not taste remotely the same.
