First time coming here, the food was very tasty and the ranch was on point. Zucchini sticks were a hit, I loved how they weren't soggy and had a lite batter it gave that crisp bite when eating,I got my wings crispy and they were the best wings I've ever had! Definitely will be returning when in town.

Love, love, love our weekly trips to hot wings with the fam! Wings are just the right size and the flavor options are amazing! I choose the original hot or the sour lemon pepper and both are fabulous. Can’t forget the crispy fries, they are a must! Definitely recommend stopping by!

I visited during a busy time with a very long wait with no communication on wait time updates and they are clearly understaffed currently, but the wings were amazing! The mild wings are pretty boring, but the Hot and Lemon Pepper flavors were very flavorful and satisfying. The onion rings are truly phenomenal and the star of the meal. I've never had onion rings that good. They were very crispy and we'll seasoned. The bathrooms were decently clean. I would recommend this place.

Was looking for a good wings place in the area and decided to give this place a try. Seemed like a good choice after I walked in and the restaurant was very busy. We were seated very quickly and the service was great the entire time. The ambiance is very nice. Has a classic look and not too big or noisy. We ordered lemon pepper wings, classic hot wings, and curly fries. The lemon pepper wings were really good, classic was okay. Curly fries were, well curly fries. I would have given this place 5 stars if their specialty wasn't wings. Everything about the place was nice. But I was expecting the wings to be amazing for a place called "Hot Wings Cafe." They were good but nothing special. Prices were good though and I will definitely go back since its a nice place in a nice area with good food. But if I'm ever craving great wings this isn't the place I would go to but a great place to go to in general. I want to reiterate how good the service was though. Really, hats off to all the employees. Flawless the entire time.

Yeah each wing is smaller than the ones at Buffalo wild wings, that doesn't mean bad, that just means keep that in mind when your ordering. The hottest sauce here isn't going to phase anyone that enjoys spicy food. Wings and all other menu items are pretty good. You'll probably see someone you know here, that can either good or bad, I've experienced both.

Above average wings for the area. They were a bit too expensive for the value of flavor and size of wing. The atmosphere was very nice though. Exactly what I want out of a wing place. When this pandemic ends I would love to eat in and get the full experience.

The food tastes good if you’re hungry. The service kind of sucks. They take long. But there seems to be a little effort to expedite service. Spot can get crowded. The bathroom is disgusting and smells like fish.

Nice enough environment with very friendly, fast, and accommodating staff. The place is clean and cozy but the food is.. meh to say the least. The traditional wings are small and not very flavorful and the boneless wings are so greasy it's as if they deep fry them and then scoop them into the basket with a spoon. Fish and chips are probably the only thing on the menu that I wasn't disappointed by and they were only about 6/10. The drinks are fine at least, but those are made by coke (or the beer company of choice).

I'm not sure why people rave about this place. Having had several people tell me this was the place to get wings I tried it out with some other east coast friends. We were all pretty disappointed in the lack of options and the overall quality of the wings. I ended up having to make the chain store my go to wing spot in Glendale. I was hoping for more than the 4 sauce options that were provided.

The staff was very helpful. I like how they also offer beer and wine. I mean who doesn't want some beer and wings? Overall I would definitely recommend this place for a quick bite of wings and beer. You really can't go wrong. And if the consistency got better with how moist the other chicken was compared to the overly dry ones? I without a doubt think this place would be far more recognizable on that front. I will definitely return and update my review if the quality/freshness improves. Food: Average. Décor: new clean and enjoyable. Staff: never had an issue. Always helpful. Bathrooms: Very clean.

Ordered wings and fries. The fries were leftovers and stale. We loved to dine here but year by year it’s getting worse.

The wings were fine- but I guess that's all they know how to do. Onion Rings looked like they had been swept off the floor.

Quality of food seems to be deteriorating. We used to love their wings, but this is second time I am ordering food from them and end up sick next day stomach pain, feeling sick all day. For some reason the wings were smelly and it seemed old. Hope they work on the quality. Otherwise i will not order from them again...

No idea why this place is always busy as it is nothing to write home about. The wings are small and plain (there is not much choice in sauces) and a bit overpriced for the size of the wings you get. Avoid the sides: I've tried both the coleslaw (which was wilted and warm) and the curly fries (which taste like they are straight from the bag).

Their food is good. But service not not so much. A few times when I have gone to pickup an order I was standing there for almost 5 min and even though someone is behind the counter they did even look at me or ask me if I need help until I speak up and ask for my order. When someone comes in to my business I ask them. Welcome How can I help you today?

This place used to be great but now they are terrible. Pulled out a piece of napkin from my ranch the management didnt even approach me to apologize. Wouldnt recommend.

Went in to pick up an order, the older armenian guy helping me out was extremely rude. I was verbally ridiculed for the amount of tip I put on a pick up order. He gave me extreme attitude and acted like he was entitled to a higher tip. Food was mediocre at best and tastes like the frying oil hasn’t been changed in ages.

I’ve never heard of a hot wings place tell a customer that they cannot make the wings extra. One star all the way!!!

Food was absolutely horrible and the service was even worse. My wings were dry and cold and it took them almost an hour to bring out my order. Never going back and would not recommend anyone. Also the restroom was very dirty. Overall the rating is 0/10

Horrible absolutely horrible! I used to love this place so much I got to come every weekend and have the amazing wings and signature buffalo and ranch fries but none of that anymore cooking really bad always dry or soggy or even plain or burnt sometimes maybe undercooked I had an order today with Postmates and I got 8 piece wings and 2 fries I got a Ruben and only one of the fries I called and asked if a Postmates deliver person will be able to deliver and they reply no sorry in a really fake way “you can come get it yourself tho!” I really won’t even try this place again because of this customer service and poor food quality.

Today this longstanding Glendale delicious staple let us down. More expensive, smaller wings, less tasty and took forever to be served. All patrons were frustrated. Fries were delivered 30 minutes before food. The other workers didn’t help the only waitress with so many tables to manage by herself. Recently, I also stopped by the Pasadena one, and I also was let down with service. Such a bummer!

Absolute trash. Service from the waitresses is five stars, they work hard and can't run the entire house. Kitchen is sloppy, orders NEVER come out right, especially when you order to go. Manager is so disconnected. Had to wait 45 minutes for a to go order and the dude handed me $50 worth of cold wings and stale fries and onion rings and said "I got held up". Stick to wing stop. This place is trash

The philli cheese steak is trash. They give you these options of how you can get it. I asked for the works and the onions, bell peppers were al dente, barely any cheese and no mayo just dry. What topped it off was how the waitress treated me. She took forever to give me my bill. When I asked for it it was sitting on the counter by the register. She walked by it a number of times and would help everyone for a good 15 mins. finally when I got my bill she tossed my bill at me on to the table 🤷🏽‍♀️ Being I was the only black woman in that restaurant it made me feel a way. Will not be going back and I don’t recommend this place to eat.
